Sir, today morning i transferred Rs.1476/_ being the amount of my landline phone[protected] bill for this month net banking SBI. This amount has been deducted from my state bank account, But i got a message that this payment failed in bsnl portal. reason mentoined being completed successfully.
so in effect the amount already debited to my a/c but the bsnl payment not cleared still.
kindly do the needful to refund the deducted amount to my account or clear the outstanding bill of bsnl.

I am holding bsnl mob number : [protected] connection more than 15 yrs. Since one week we are facing severe network problem at gandhinagar industrial area, jagagirigutta, hyderabad 500037. We are not getting waves properly and if there are waves we are not getting rings for incoming call. If we are attending to mobile call, it will disconnected with in 15 sec. Its repeatedly happening since one week. We are facing lot of problems. Please solve the issue immediately.

"your plan expired on[protected]. If plan voucher amount available in your main a/c, auto renewal of validity will be done after deducting pv cost". This is the message i've got, i don't know how much money will deduct through the pv cost and there is no information from your side not through messages or from customer support when i tried to contact. It's a new nestam plan.in past the amount deducted was around ₹25, now they suddenly deducted ₹110 for auto renewal without prior intimation about how much the pv cost was. The supervisor from customer support giving answers carelessly. The problem is from your side for not intimation of changing or how much the pv cost charges. If you intimate me, i would've recharged instead of giving ₹110 to you.

I'm abhijith, a student living in kerala, india. My place is far away from our city so our place is kind of rural in every aspect. There is literally no signal for bsnl or any other operators which leaves with no way of calling other than landlines. But guess what, landlines are not reliable. It's usually complaint most of the time and even if it's fixed, the wires are crosslinked so one user can literally hear someone else talking through the line to someone else.

As there is no range for mobile operators and no reliability in landline phones, what do you suggest us to do?

I have also registered my complaints to your customer service on 17/06/2018. But no response yet.
So, i ll request you kindly look into the above facts and resolve the issue at an early date.

As instructed by bsnl, calcutta telephones, 148, chittaranjan avenue, kolkata 700 007 i surrendered my land line no.[protected] with the copy of following documents.
Photo copy of last paid bill.
Photo copy of pan card.
The above documents with letter was received by the above office on 7th october 2017 and i was informed that refund amount would be sent to your billing address by cheque within 3 months from date of receipt of letter.

Today, while contacting the bsnl customer care, i have been informed that diconnection of the above line in progress as such refund is not made.

I have provided a complain of Sahyadri hospital Bibwewadi 23 days ago and I still have not received any resolution for query, is there any efficient website through we which we can really get productive revert, website and complains launched through it should work, where we can launch a complains against Indian consumer complains forum

Its been almost 2 month im trying to complaint against telephone and broadband but no solution is given by bsnl office. I have changed plan to 690 i. E 10mbps speed but they are providing me 6mbps speed and saying that they dont have 10mbps port. Why they are giving 10mbps plan if they cant fulfill it moreover check my complaints from last 2 months continuesly broadband and telephone not working again n again. And im sick of complaining to sdo and jee.

Sir a phone call from Bsnl and they subscribed on their own the friend chat service and deducted rs30 on calling their customer care to refund my deducted money and stop the service very same day .they stopped the service but refused my refund .Their should be a confirmation message to start the service

For the past 1 month i am experiencing high ping to south east Asia servers. i use my connection mainly for gaming, but for the past one month the ping has been at 300+ms ..
Connections to south east Asia are being routed to Bangladesh, then Europe and then back to Asia, amazing ... fix please .

(By mail on 19/03/2018-03:08:59) but the monthly which we have to pay we have already paid but the bill again came including this hungama service which we already have deactivated so please if any one is given this responsible to listen complains than please its a request to take action immediately because we are mentally disturbed regarding this issue...

I cannot send any text from my sim . it is a postpaid one and i have not been able to send a single text from it .i have tried complaining but they just ignore my complaints and then don't pick up my calls . it is the worst service u can get in india .please don't go for BSNL i will never recommend it, .

Bsnl deducted ₹20/- unnecessarily on 16th june 2018 on my number [protected].
I emailed them with the screenshot and i haven't had any success there.
When i call the customer care they tell me the system is down and ask me to call back later.
When i call them and pretend i want information they tell me the details and their sustems are working properly.
But when i ask them for a refund they tell me that i activated a service mobile radio which i didn't. And then when i ask them to transfer the call to their senior they say that due to repetition of the same statement by you again and again we are disconnecting the call.

I would like the refund of the amount at the earliest.

The prepaid recharge plan details given in official website https://portal.bsnl.in is wrong regarding the rs 429 plan which offers 7 gb/day for 75 calendar days the information is misleading and i demand compensation for this as i recharged the above mentioned plan for mobile number +9199*363 on 17 june didn't received benefits offered by them rather got a plan for 1 gb/day

I am receiving 57171 generated otp everyday 3/4 times since last 2weeks though i have not done any activity which would send otp. I suspect that someone is trying to flush out money from my account. I am in a fix as to what to do. The issue is very serious.

Bsnl should be really ashamed of its poor services in recent time.

I bought a bsnl sim thinking i'll get a government sim for my official use. But no, it's not useful for that aisi now. Because a simple job of getting a simple otp from a bank is not don't properly by this company.

If you don't give proper service customers will be angry obviously. And i'm also angry now.

And i'm porting.

I'm trying a transaction for 3months which i can't do.

Now it's enough i'll just port.

I'm not at all thankful for your bad service bsnl.

I am cut call after this i got message to cur rs. 5/- for some scheem activation. I have closed my telephone connection no[protected] on 8/1/2018, but still I have not received my landline security deposit of Rs.1309/- generated by BSNL itself.No dues are pending & all bills cleared upto 31/12/2017.From 1/1/2018 to 8/1/2018, bill is of Rs.191/- is generated & adjusted from security deposit of Rs.1500/- with BSNL. Hence refund of Rs.1309/- is due from last 6 months.
