    Respected sir/madam please help me.

    This is my 3rd complaint on the same subject. 2 weeks before i have registered a complaint against bsnl but no one contacted me yet.
    My name is gulab singh i have brought a broadband connection from bsnl, the plan is of 249 per month (1mbps/250gb limit). My bsnl number is[protected]
    . While buying connection from local bsnl exchange darola (Near my village), the technician told me that i have to pay rs.500 for security fee and 249 (+ taxes) each month. I have paid the security fee. After using 15 days of internet i got bill amount of 1396.40 inr. I have only used 40gb data. I have brought modem/router separately which cost me rs.2000. So many times i have asked the customer care nobody really given me clear answer. This is the worest service i have ever seen. After 1 month my line is got disconnected and the bills are keep coming the next months bill is 1693.00 inr. It is huge amount to pay for bill i have already paid 2000 for router.
    The no. Of exchange is[protected] from where i brought this connection. I have not used a byte of internet aftet 1 month buying connection (Because of disconnection).

    Total payable amount getting increased even after disconnection its 1836 inr. I dont know which type of hidden cost is i have calculated 1089 inr. I have used the internet for only 1 month. I request you to take hard action as possible, for fooling the people. I live in village, i am a student of engineering my father is a farmer. Hope you help us.
    Last time i contacted in the exchange the technician told i will try to return your extra payable rupees. Please take hardest action possible.

    Why should i pay extra fee or rent. I have used internet only for one month. So i can only pay rent of one month only. Hope you help me out.

      Number was deactivated without giving information in sms or call. When contacted different branches in kakinada by my parents they told that number was deactivated by main office in hyderabad. They gave no reason why its deactivated and they did not gave in which state it is. They are claiming now that number is taken by another customer and he did not activate it still.
      My number linked to all the accounts now and not with me anymore. I am customer from almost more than 10 years now.
      My number is [protected]. Linked to andhra pradesh. Please help me to get my number back of raise grievience. I am unable to go through any ivr of bsnl it goes in loop and disconnect after some time.

        Its not network problem, bsnl is just cheating the customers by offering combo plans on counter of other networks. Actually i used to topup mobile data for one day with stv4 whenever i required, i not face any network problem at those times. Its really fast with good network. Now i recharge with special combo plane of 395 which offers 2gb/day from then i am facing network problem. 3g data network is not having even one minute.

          I was trying to pay the bill but not allowing as the due date has already passed.
          Since one year, due date was 28th of month but this time it's 24th.
          Previously, it's acceptable even though i pay the bill beyond due date,
          But why it's not happening this time?

            Sir, this is my kind request that please check your speed of internet. It has got very slow speed due to which many of our works are not done. Also there is no tower. Never had i seen a full tower in bsnl in my phone. Sometimes the speed of the net drops to 30kbps. Its a 3g sim. So it should give at least a speed of 250kbps. Please see to the matter as soon as possible.

              I had a landline (No. 2293003) installed in my house at nagpur. I surrendered it on 15 april 2017. This was duly acknowledged vide commercial officer (Khamla, nagpur) no. [protected] dt. 15 april 2017. Later on i was informed that my case has been settled vide order id re[protected] dt.[protected] for rs. 4411/-. On enquiring with accounts officer on 25 july 2017 i was informed it may take further 3-4 months to receive the cheque for the refund amount. I fail to understand why a consumer is made to bear with such a long delay for the money which belongs to him? Besides monetary loss to the consumer it is harassment for no fault of the consumer.

                Dear sir,

                This is to bring to your kind notice that, i have been trying for new landline connection from 2012 onwards
                I had a word with linemen from pomburpa ollaoulim panchyat, the response was that there are no cable and we wont be getting connection.
                Recently in this month i had called mapusa bsnl office, they said to ask linemen from my village i. E pomburpa ollaulim panchayat as based on his report they can decide whether to give connection or not.
                Again i called linemen from panchayat, they said cable is over and not to fill form for new connection. Also mentioned to me that if anyone disconnects their connection than will let me know.
                The same thing i told mapusa bsnl office, they told me to contact the engineer at panchayat though they knew that the engineer was trasfered from there.
                Still again i asked the linemen and he said no engineer and ask the mapusa bsnl office.

                Seriously i m tired of all this as i am not getting any proper response.
                Please note that all was verbal communication

                Though bsnl falls under government and also in bsnl website its mentioned that provision of telephone connection is 100% within 7 days still i am without bsnl landline past 5yrs.

                I dint submit the form because of all this

                Kindly look into the matter and advice what can be done

                Please take some action against the same.

                I Have a BSNL 3G SIM. When I am changing network from 2G to 3G, my network is gone. Also In my area there are numbers of connectivity problem for BSNL user's.
                MY LL NO[protected] SURRENDERED ON 4-1-2017
                APPROACHED AO BSNL TRICHY WHO SAID SECURITY DEPOSIT Rs 1451/- will be credited in my bank acct by 10 jul from chennai, but not yet done.

                Where is delay & when amount refunded.

                    Sep में Bsnl ने vdsl प्लान दिया . May में जब मेने Bsnl से vdsl line, vdsl mordem demand करा तो bsnl का tweet आया . आप के locality में vdsl feasible नहीं है तो मेने Bsnl को tweet करा आप तो मुझ से sep से vdsl bill ले रहे हो तो Bsnl ने तानाशाही तरीक़े से बिना मेरी permission ( written application ) may में मेरा प्लान decrease कर vdsl से बदल कर जो प्लान मेरा sep से पहले था bb 1495 कर दिया जब कि में सिर्फ़ Bsnl से अपने plan के according vdsl line और vdsl mordem ही demand कर रहा था और ना चाहते हुए July में मुझे आपका bb कटवाना पड़ा .
                    इसलिये मुझे लगता .. की जब Bsnl के पास मेरी locality में vdsl plan नहीं था तो consumer को नहीं देना चाहिये और अगर future को देख कर प्लान दिया तो बिना consumer की इच्छा ( written application ) के नहीं बदलना चाहिये मुझ को यह अपने साथ cheating लगती है इसलिये sep से May तक जो अपने vdsl plan के नाम पर vdsl bill लिया वो ग़लत है demand compensation

                    आज मेरे प्लान को तानाशाही तरीक़े ( May में बिना अनुमति ) से plan बदलने को tech. Reason बता रहे . जिस के बाद July में मेने अपना broadband काटा दिया . जबकी वास्तव में मेरी locality में vdsl था ही और vdsl प्लान का बिल लेते रहे

                      I am residing at 68/40 m b sarani (Moore avenue) for the last 16 years. I had lodged number of complains during the last one year regarding nonavailability of bsnl mobile tower in this area. Now situation has reached such a miserable stage that i, who has so far been standing by this grand psu with due respect to our values for social responsibility, will have to switch over to some other service provider.

                      Normally i have to move from one side of our flat to other to get uninterrupted talk or clear audio facility or avoid call drop. But now frequently there is no connectivity at all or connectivity for a minute or two at a stretch.

                      Is the higher authority of bsnl has decided to get it wound up as soon as possible? Or the goi will hand over this great asset of the nation to the big corporates as a gift?

                        I am not getting 3g connectivity since last 5 days, contacted customer care but they are so rude that they told it will take 3-4 years to get it resolved
                        Please tell them to improve their customer support and 3g connectivity as i have complaint about 100 times but none of them are willing to help... If luckily i get 3g connection for a while it is too slow and frustating
                        In this era of high speed lte bsnl is not even providing with the basic 3g speed please tell them to improve they are not listening to the customers complaint

                          Hi,
                          My bsnl broadband and landline is not working since last 10 days. I had registered complaints many times but there is not any suitable response for them. Every time bsnl technical persons are said that there is wire problem from main dp so there is no way to repair until they do not get new wire and also they told that it is a monsoon season so there is a monsoon effect also.
                          There is not any suitable reason for that.
                          Also bsnl technical person told me that the government does not provide us wire and other facilities so we can not change that wire.
                          Is that true that government does not provide anything?
                          I had also provide a wire to them from my house to main line.

                          Kindly reply me as soon as possible.

                          Because there is not an internet connection proper available since last 10 days. So is the bsnl organization provide me a benefit in bill?

                              I have some problem regarding my recharge, and when i talk to the first customer care, she replied politely and then i talk to the second boy, the # boy, he indirectly scolded me with wrong bad words and tried to fight with me instead of caring my words nor complaint why this bsnl should keep this unqualified # busty customer care? If you can't serve your customers then please shut the company, wtf cant we ask for what we lost? I lost 90 rupees and got replied rudely
                              It's my sincere request to shut those bloody boys or your company. This might be the reason the company goes down.

                                Sir, i arun sehgal resident of makarpura. My land line telephone no.[protected] is faulty since[protected] and complaint has been lodged vide [protected] but to my surprise the complaint was resolved without attending. A new number is aotomatically given without complaining as [protected] on[protected]. It seems that bsnl working is hopeless and even the higher ups are sleeping as this is my 5th complaint.

                                  The issue is not resolved yet in spite of daily request to customer care, concerned technicians whose number is provided by bsnl office.

                                  Broadband connection is out of order since 7.7.17.

                                  As matter is very urgent. Immediate action is required. Otherwise alternatives will be explored to avoid any further comlicacy

                                        Phone no.[protected] dead for last 5 days so as internet facilities, it is lucknow university and councilling going on more than 100 students per day. Facing hardship, made several phone to branch office no. [protected] but rude behaviour shown by the staff concerned. Each day they told to get it repair but fail.
