This is to ask the bsnl authorities how my landline broadband connection number can be charged for bsnl hangama.com services for which i have never registered for??
Please look into the matter (Scam) as i have come across number of people who have been charged for the services which they have never used..
Most of the people shared their experience by telling that they got call from the hangama.com around three months back explaining thier free plans for bsnl customers and asking for email id.
And now they are being charged. Also how such a big company like bsnl can ask for the charges on behalf of hangama.com. Please look into the matter immidiately and prevent your valuable customers from being cheated...

Please do needful.my number is [protected].I got a call from [protected] for atm card details. After getting 19 digit card number from me. I got msg having otp. After that i was asked to disclose that otp but i didn't answer him. He rang me several times. I wish to do needful action against this number [protected] that no body has to suffer this.
I got two message two times with otp. The first one having transaction of 9999 rs. And the other one is of 19999 rs.

Sir there is no bsnl network in our area. No signal

Dear sir, my landline no-2484743 request for shifting to my new address - wing-a/6, flat-103, millenium park, n-1 annex, near prozone mall, chikalthana was submitted with mukundwadi exchange on 29/03/17 but till today nothing has been done, therefore i am compelled to surrender this number since i am getting regular bills without using it and i have cleared bills upto june'17 for rs.802/- but i have recd. No reply so far at my new address as to why it is not being shifted.
Kindly consider my surrender of this number to bsnland from hereon no bills should be raised.

Bsnl is fooling people upon data recharges. I recharged for 333 rs as per their data offer 3gb per day. But i'm not able to use 100 mb as they are fooling us by reduced speed. Saying 3g but giving even less speed than 2g. I've good range and i changed all settings as per the customer executive told me. I've complained a number of times and no response upon the complaints. I have a prepaid number so I am getting these unusual msg of cricket score so I want this to unsubscribe I even from BT -ONMOBL complained about this to customer care so they said this site is third party site so I don't want those messages ... If you can't do anything so please let me know I will port to other sim !!! Like other company please find the attachment !!! And please reply as soon as possible !!! I also requested for DND and there are ads also like APMC about arecanut prices so ALL I WANT IS THAT I WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE from those SITE ..

I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at new delhi railway station. My mobile no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

I arun sehgal resident of manhar park strongly complaint that my land line telephone no.[protected] was faulty on[protected] and the complaint no was given [protected]. I personally visited the office of sde on[protected] and given a written complaint to the office of mr. D r sharma sde. To solve the problem.

On[protected] i was astonished to see a message that the complaint was resolved. I again lodged the complaint no. [protected] at morning 0600 hrs. I brought this happening the mr. D r sharma sde at 0800 hrs.

How the complaint has been resolved without attending this can be done with the authority of mr. D r sharma or the staff dealing.

You are requested to take up the staff

Also the refund of the amount should reflect in the bill.

You are requested to attend the same or have a visit to this place

I recharged my inter net plan with rupees 395 to get 3g internet for 71 days on june 30th. But i am not able to get the speed of 3g while browsing on google.
The speed is very low and i have to wait for a long time to receive the bytes. It's 0kbps.
I complained about it on 2nd, 8th, 11th, and 13th july but their is no response from the bsnl company. No officer came to solve my problem.
Please help me immediately so that we can surf inter net successfully.

I am using this bsnl internet service to surf and download on internet. They've provided 3g service for us, for which 1-2 mbps speed is must, yet the normal speed here is around at any time of the day is in between 0-200 kbps which is worst speed even for a 2g.

My land line connection no. Is[protected]. Slight correction on the mailing address of bill is requiere.

It is mentioned as "amamahal ladies gate road' instead of"rama mahal ladies gate road"(Missed the letter"r"). This being a land mark i don't think that any evidence for correction is required.

I have a bsnl land line connection no.[protected] and broad band connection. I have registered a complaint krl/co/2017/7954 and 8256 on different dates and no action taken so far.
I have submitted an application to disconnect my bsnl service, to my local bsnl office at ambalapuzha, alleppey dist kerala as i am fed up with your service but my application is also not being accepted by your above office.
So my humble request is that, either you allow me to get a private connection by accepting my application for disconnection or rectify the defect immediately.

This is to report that i have never accepted or subscribe for this service and i have reported it in month of may... Between 19-22 and may to terminate this hungama... Inspite of it i am getting it billed...

You bsnl guys are really running a big scam and racket of loot of public money.

I will not pay this money and get this terminated and rebate the money in my billing/

बिल तो हर महीने आ जाता है पर फ़ोन को सही करने की फुर्सत नहीं मिलती है टोलफ्री नंबर पर कम्प्लेंट करो तो प्रॉब्लम तो सही नहीं होती है पर आटोमेटिक कम्प्लेंट साल्व्ड हो जाती है यह कैसा सिस्टम और तरीका है इतने चोर कर्मचारी है क्या सब जो

This is very bad and shame on part of bsnl who are unable to process the refund, even after the disconnection happened 5 months back, every time i approach the office, i will be redirected to some official who will not be in office, they do not own up the responsibility, they ask us to call some numbers which is useless. I had approached office almost 10 times, everytime i get the response as refund is initiated and will be processed in a week.. It is very shame to commit for a week and takes months together to process it.
