I, Mr. Sangram Dilip Patil was using BSNL boradband service till February-17.
The Landline number provided for the same is[protected].
On 23/02/2017, I have submitted application to stop my broadband as well as landline number which was not useful for me since my company provided me 4G connection so that I can connect from anywhere.

Even though I have given disconnection request on 23/02/2017 and after paying all my outstanding amount till 28th FEB 2017, I have again received bill from BSNL of RS 645/- .

Since I have not used any BSNL services(Landline as well as broadband) after 28 Feb 17 and from my end given request to disconnect both Landline and broadband on 23/02/2017, this is a request to BSNL to waived off this Rs 645/- and return my deposit amounts taken for landline and broadband both.

By hoping will get positive and quick support from BSNL, waiting for confirmation email on waiving of Rs 645 /- and refund of my deposits.

Bsnl post paid is not working... I called so many times in customer care... I talked wid ms. Archana... Bt she didn't gave satisfied answer...she cut my call... My mumber is not working...     My name is Akash, we have BSNL landline[protected], we have taken 1 year back BSNL FTTH connection first 3 month my net connection was up was 5 days month and still we paid full amount. now it like BSNL is least bother about customer service. I have sent 100s mail but so far no right action or reply or permanent. BSNL claiming upto 1 mbps but it is only 3 kbps or 6 kbps.

    We paid monthly amount that time to time but no commitment from BSNL that our line will be up and running - once in moon downtime is ok or we understand but once in moon our internet is up and running. kindly help us and kindly advice.

      My transaction on 27/04/2017 bsnl online rechage are incomplete. Iget result unable to process. Recharged mobile no is [protected] recharged amount is 339 rupees. But the amount is debited from my bank account. Please check the transaction. Sir i have no proof because idont know the complaint procedure.           Date of the incident 26/04/17 i activated caller tune but it doesn't came what i wanted it was some other old faltu song so i deactivated that caller tune by unsuscribing it so its your mistake u dint gave what song i wanted so my humble request to u that u should give me back my balance of Rs 78 or else i m changing my sim from any other and one more thing i[censored]all cant provide with the correct song plz stop gvng ths rong daily havy messages about songs .my mobile (mobile num [protected])

                I purchased a new sim (No:[protected]) at tirumala bsnl office on 190417
                At about 11am. (Date unsure 18th /19th, but all the rest dtls perfect), with a written application, photos, and my aadhaar card no;:[protected]. This free sim is exclusively used by one of my casual friends after the loss of cellphone and other valuables. This friend, who goes by the title of s s karmayogi, helped in procuring my duplicate aadhaar by getting a xerox from

                  Yesterday 23.04.2017, i had subscribed for stv combo 339 from my bsnl mobile [protected] using the *124# option. My stv combo recharge was successful, but for the same stv bsnl has debited my mobile balance 2 times once at 9.20 hrs and again at 9.22 hrs. I called bsnl customer care and the customer service executive directed me to approach nearest customer service point. I approzched palladam customer service centre with this issue and they expressed their inability to refund the amount debited from my mobile balance. Kindly arrange for reversal of the mobile balance from my account and oblige.

                      Fact:
                      Broadband service is highly disturb in my hometown even in nearby region. Though the service is irregular, bsnl is regularly raising bill without any rebate and collecting the same.
                      Issue:
                      Upon receipt of redressal from the above said department, i noticed that in point no. 1, bsnl is accepting there is irregularity in service in the some mentioned region. And also mentioned in point no. 2 condition for rebate, if a person wants to claim any rebate then he/she should give the same in an application.
                      Concern:
                      If the irregularity is not person specific instead they are expecting written application from each and every consumer solely. Why? If there is area specific irregularity from the company side.
                      As per my opinion/request the same rebate should be given suo moto if there is no any mala fide intention of the company.

This problem occurs every month. We have made a written complaint also. We people have to pay bill on time to time without any prior internet facility. When this problem gonna end. My brodband internet connection got complaint on two weeks ago.. I made many complaint for this to the exchange je also the main exchange alakode too.. But nobody came to solve the problem.. Is it the service you are providing soo bad on you... Hope you will help me.. Otherwise i am leaving your service also i won't prefer it for anyone... Very bad service..                                 g s mentioned above in my place Udane, Puttur TQ having one BSNL Mobile tower from fast few ears but it is not usable in surrounding village area due to very poor signal. It is located in Mangalore -Bangalore NH Road and it is very wast tower. So many villages depends this tower for mobile and wheel phone but people are moving to other network due to this tower poor signal range as well as any power failure happen nobody strat the DG so full day no network, .Any emergeny happning in near village that time it is very difficult to call vehicle for hospitalization. I have in my home none land line, one wheel phone and three mobile phone having BSNL sim but all are not working due to poor signal of this tower .My home located within 1.5 km from this tower but no proper range.Now i am thinking about changing other network due to this problem, Please take this issue seriously and resolve issue and save government network usage by people.Please take action .

My bill was extra 300 due to activation of this service,, so you have to deactivate the service as soon possibe.. You have to stop this service permanently without any sort of delay,, make it as soon as possible...                                         Hello, In from..Circle : Odisha. Dist: Bargarh. Block: Barpali (768029) We have no 3G reception since past two days. 2G works but it won't connect to the internet. When 3G works, it works rather well but the speed is poor even when the bandwidth isn't clogged. That's because we still have the old outdated UMTS 7 mbps bts. An upgrade to HSPA+ (14.4 - 21.6 mbps) bts would be an welcome, as there are many students in here rely on BSNL 3G because it's quite cheap compared to others. I went to the local BSNL office but they're reluctant to help. They're very incompetent. Please look into it and fix the network issues.
