    Subject:delay and negligence of application to new land line and broadband
    Connection.
    I (sheshappa poojary b) wanted bsnl boardband and landline connection.since 2 years, even applied for it prevoius year, i am in contact with bsnl officers (jto, divisonal engineer and also contacted gm about this issue) but its of no use .my home is just 300 meters from r t o office and electricity division office puttur, they give me a reason of shortage of cable from past 2 years . How will your digital india come into exitence with these kind of careless officer in the society, waited patiently till now .sir its my duty to inform you about the things happening here .sir i have hopes on you that atleast after this letter i could get the connection, kindly respond as soon as possible

      I have make pyament of my bsnl landline bill by techprocess pvt ltd.and my money debited in my account but my bill is not paid and also didn't refund to my account so please can you clear m payment otherwise refund me in my account..& please solved my problem as soon as possible...

            I given an MNP request for my mobile number "[protected]" UPC “BW296783” from BSNL to Airtel, yet it not activated (even after 10days of request) and still I can use my same BSNL number.
            So I contacted many times with Airtel customer care and they are saying BSNL is not allowing to port out.(NO REASON) . While I contacted with BSNL they are telling they don’t know anything about this.
            Please note that it’s my years old connection without having any negative balance.

            And I don’t think it will be ok. Please kindly allow me to port out from BSNL.
            So kindly help me to port out from BSNL to Airtel .

              My landline number is[protected] and I am not aware about any Hangama Services provided by BSNL. Still my telephone bill is getting added with additional charges of Rs410/- each time. Strange. Plz deactivate my so called activated hamgama service with immediate effect and refund the amount being taken from me towards this service at the earliest possible time. How come Hangama service gets associated with a reputed organization like BSNL and more over without taking any written consent from customer, BSNL can allow the charges to be added in its monthly bill ? isn't it sheer cheating in day light. Plz do something and let the pride of BSNL gets restored at the earliest possible time.

                  I am using a bsnl sim o[censored]p west telecomm circle since last one year.

                  No sms is sent from my number, whenever i send a message (Sms). Notification is displayed as "message sending failed."

                  I tried to send sms from different mobile handsets to rule out any problem with my set.

                  But i am unable to send any sms from my bsnl sim since last one year.

                  Please resolve this, as this is causing lot of trouble.

                  I made payment for recharge of bsnl data card for Rs 441/- on 11.03.17 through iob internet banking. The amount has been debited from my a/c no. [protected] maintained at S C garden, bengaluru, but it has not reached the bsnl, chennai circle and so my data STV account has not been activated. Pl do the needful.

                    The company, digipact' hosur has disconnected the land line no:[protected] in 24th march 2016, alomost one year have elapsed but still we have not received depostit refund to our account. We have submitted cancellation letter alongwith bank details and cancelled cheque to the bsnl, hosur office
                    And we got the acknowledgement by the officer.

                    So please let us when this will happen or where should we contact?

                      I have done recharge on 25 th March of rupees 135 on a number [protected], by using freecharge app.
                      I received confirmation message from operator with reference id Recharge successful! Operator ref:[protected] at 5.59 PM.
                      But didn't receive benefits of that recharge. I am not able to call, even after doing that recharge. Please fix this problem ASAP.

                          I have never opted for hangama how this plan is connected in my plan. Please immediately deactivate the hangama from my broadband plan, and also previous charges which was included in my bsnl monthly bill, that amount compensate in my next coming bsnl bill or return back.                                   is completely dead over past more than 15 days, have registered complaints online, have called customer service team several times. No help. Either i get an invalid number to call at or an invalid email id's to email to ?????? WHat is happening. Our Prime Minister talks about DIGITAL INDIA, as such I have registered my complaint online on the self care portal. Still to no avail I cannot run around with this. I hope with all legitimacy they would not charge me late fees as I AM NOT GOING TO PAY TILL MY ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

                                      I have took new connection[protected] I got fed-up calling for installation of my landline and when it started it automatically went dead now I came here to complaint since 4 days no one is here to assist 3 pm only all are @home care less govt department I want a call from the concerned team asap.                                         I was using BSNL ph no [protected] since a long time but due to severe fault I surrendered the phone and I have some outstanding with company on account of Security Deposit I want to Donate that amount if company paid me After my repeated reminders and repeated complain matter is pending
                                        Security is due against ph no [protected] surrendered by me, .If possible allow interest also because if a Subscriber not paid in time BSNL charge extra.
                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
