Completely unsatisfied by bsnl suppose service. I've west bengal connection prepeaid connection & have been using rs.1099 unlimited 3g pack since last 3 months, currently living in raipur (Beside nit raipur, 492001), chhattisgarh.
I'm hacing disaster connection drop issue, means even in mobile data enabled condition, 3g signal (H+/3g) disappears & it gets disconnected (By showing mobile data usage pop-up), then it gets up again automatically after 3 - 4 minutes 😑..
What is this, i had complained it in bsnl customercare portal, here's details: ""new request has been generated. Docket number - 1b14392800 please use same docket number for the refrence."". But after 3 weeks (Too late in name of cc service) they contacted with me & all they said is"sorry, you're in roaming, we can't help you, please contact raipur c. Care 😑 by dialling 1503, i tried multiple times to conact on 1503, [protected], [protected], but everytime it's saying "wrong number dialled"....
Is it what bsnl customer care service /stands for? If possible please solve my issue as soon as possible. Else i'll port my bsnl to any other network soon 😑.
