I am using bsnl land line under no[protected] standing in the name of rajiv kumar sinha. hungama services is activated in my phone, please arrange to deactivate the same. rs 238.07 is being added in the bill for the month of mar 2017.

Since i did not opt for any hungama services kindly arrange to cancel the amount of rs 238.07 from the bill so as to pay the balance amount before the due date of 25.04.2017.

Kindly taken care of my request for reduction of the amount for payment of the dues in time.

I am using BSNL Land Line under No[protected] standing in the name of Rajiv Kumar Sinha. Hungama Services is activated in my phone, Please arrange to deactivate the same. Rs 238.07 is being added in the bill for the month of Mar 2017.

Since I did not opt for any Hungama Services Kindly arrange to cancel the amount of Rs 238.07 from the bill so as to pay the balance amount before the due date of 25.04.2017.

Kindly taken care of my request for reduction of the amount for payment of the dues in time.

    Sorry to say sir/Madam, But your BSNL network is the worst network ever...
    Totally Dissatisfied...

    Due to the following points :-

    The network doesn't remain static, I always have to restart the modem because neither it upload or download anything.

    The company claim a speed of 2 Mbps speed but i never feel the speed of 2 Mbps ever.

    Whenever my exams are running the Broadband internet Always works like 2G speed...

    I dont know why but I always have to pay more amount of bill then actual amount .

    I think its duty of company to resolve all the problem of customer client, And as i am using BSNL since 11 years but this all issues are never resolved ever .

      Dear Sir,
      I have submitted the application for refund of security deposit on 23 April 2015 in Kashipur Exchange office. The last bill for amount Rs.1060 was paid off on 09 April 2015 and on the same day a letter for disconnect the phone No. 270757 was submitted in Kashipur Exchange. However so far no refund is received. On enquiry from Kashipur Exchange, the official gave me a phone No. Of Haldwani to enquire from that No.[protected] which is always either is busy or nobody bother to attend it.
      So you are kindly requested to look into the matter and advice your concern office to remit back my money.

          I didn't had data pack activated on my BSNL Mobile number. I used the internet for 5-8 minutes, and it costed my 104 Rs. and 33 MB of data, which is impossible to be used in such short time. I called the BSNL customer care, but I am not happy with the response I received.

          Desirable Resolution : I want Rs. 104 to be credited back to my BSNL account.

            1) from no. 5711102 on 27/02/2017 that `you are charged Rs.49/- for renew of service video49 of validity 17 days.For De-subscribe send SMS to 155223.
            2) on 27/02/2017 I received SMS that `currently you don1t have active services`
            3) on 15/03/2017 I received SMS that service video49 will be renewed on16/03/2017, if you don`t want to continue, send STOP to 155223.I send stop sms.
            4) On 15/03/2017 I received sms from 57171 that `currently you don`t have active services.
            5) on 27/03/2017 I received from 5711102 that `you are charged Rs.49/- for service video49 of renewal date 16/03/2017.For de-subscribe send sms STOP to 155223. I send sms Stop to 155223 and a apt repkly received that `please type 1 for videp[protected] or type 0 for all and send sms to 57171 or 155223 for de-subscried. I send the sms.

            6) I received sms on27/03/2017 that ` your service video49 is desubscribed successfilly.Thank you for using service.

            What this service is and why they are charging from my pre-paid mobile balance? I have never subscribe to service video49. PLEASE DO ARRANGE TO STOP THIS SMS HENCEFORTH TO SUCH UNDESIRED ATTACKS.

            My BSNL Ladlin is number[protected]. For 2 days my internet is not running. My internet connection is commercial and my work is stopped without internet. My router I'm not wearing the light light That's why internet is not running. Please give me an internet connection.

              I have surrendered my landline no.[protected]. The application was duly appropriated in the bsnl module at the dist. Telecom, bellary where it was endorsed as o/s bill - nil, bb dep. Rs.625/, s/d rs.500/- and the hand set was also deposited under acknowledgement as - received telephone instrument in good condition on 29/11/2016 by the jto, rsu, cantt., bellary. It was told that i will receive the deposit amount directly to my bank account, the details of which i had enclosed with the enclosed. Till date i have not received the refund. Where has the deposit amount gone? where shall i approach for refund, as i was told that it is not in the hands of bellary dist. Telecom, but it is with the bangalore telecom.
              So can anybody look into the matter?

                Sir my name is mythili i am living in tamilnadu my number is [protected] 2week before i recharge with the amount 50 rupees the bsnl had taken the amount 49 rupees for full song pack i didn't gave yes to the plan afterwards i call bsnl customer care to cancel the Plan but they didn't accept the complian now i recharge for 160 full talk time pack. Now also they activate the fullsong plan pack 49 rupees my main balance has gone without talking to anyone. Iam belong to poor family . so Please i request you to take action on bsnl and give Justice for me

                in Bangalore city Broad band [protected] is dead from past 8/12/2020 no body is caring even the complaint is raised they them selves close the complaint stating complaint is resolved vinuthana enterprises is blaiming BSNL But BSNL is blaiming vinuthana sevice provider but i customer sincerely paying the Bill of Rs 1600 approximately even though we are not getting the service but vinuthana people are saying simply surrender the broad band service of BSNL we are sincerely supporting BSNL but i dont know why this type of service we are getting?

                  I have submitted an application for new bsnl broadband connection(i have already a landline connection which is working fine).After few weeks, they contact me saying that we cannot give you net connection as your cable(line) is damaged.Now they told me if you want net connection you should buy around 200 m cable which cause around 35 per metre.

                      Completely unsatisfied by bsnl suppose service. I've west bengal connection prepeaid connection & have been using rs.1099 unlimited 3g pack since last 3 months, currently living in raipur (Beside nit raipur, 492001), chhattisgarh.
                      I'm hacing disaster connection drop issue, means even in mobile data enabled condition, 3g signal (H+/3g) disappears & it gets disconnected (By showing mobile data usage pop-up), then it gets up again automatically after 3 - 4 minutes 😑..

                      What is this, i had complained it in bsnl customercare portal, here's details: ""new request has been generated. Docket number - 1b14392800 please use same docket number for the refrence."". But after 3 weeks (Too late in name of cc service) they contacted with me & all they said is"sorry, you're in roaming, we can't help you, please contact raipur c. Care 😑 by dialling 1503, i tried multiple times to conact on 1503, [protected], [protected], but everytime it's saying "wrong number dialled"....

                      Is it what bsnl customer care service /stands for? If possible please solve my issue as soon as possible. Else i'll port my bsnl to any other network soon 😑.

                        Sir, i am a regular customer of bsnl from last 14 years. From last 7 months I am not able to make call and receive call while showing full network coverage, for making a call I have to dial a number for 7-8 times and if any person tries to call me then it speaks that: Number is not reachable, and if he redial again and again for 7-8 times then call connect, and voice quality is too bad.
                        I am using bsnl number [protected], i am not only the person affected by this problem but also whole area bsnl user had same problem from last 7 months.
                        Many a time I complained customer care and they replied: Problem is resolved, but still same situation exist.
                        Once on my first complain (it was made five months ago) on this issue they really resolve the situation for 3 days, after that it is still same.
                        Recently I made complaint regarding this issue on 24 march 2017 then authority replies with: Dear customer, we have booked your complaint. The docket number for your complaint is - 2C24874103.
                        And after some days on 27 march 2017 I get another reply: Dear Customer, Your complaint No. 2C24874103 has been closed & resolution status is " PROBLEM SOLVED". If you are not satisfied with the redressal of your complaint then you may mail to Appellate Authority [protected]@bsnl.co.in or FAX on [protected]. Thank You.
                        But Sir, problem is still same. Then after I put an emailed to appellate authority on 27 march 2017 but not any response by the authority in these last 7 days.
                        Area where problem occurs is osian in jodhpur district, rajasthan, 342303.
                        My prayer to honorable authority is to resolve the above mentioned problem immediately.

                            The broadband usage is being miscalculated by Bsnl for many months now as 700 mb is the actual usage but popup shows 1gb already used and after intimating Bsnl about it via email and complaint CHN/PGO/2017/991 also no response from them till now please fix this wrong calculation for a long time done by Bsnl immediately.

                              my telephone no. Is[protected]. I have a landline connection and from last 5 to 6 bills of this telephone i have never received my telephone bill at my residence. Without sending a person at telephone exchange for collecting and depositing duplicate bill at dahod telephone exchange bharat sanchar nigam limited (godhra gujarat circle) is unable to ensure the timely delivery of telephone bills to the consumer, only they give the explanation that we are paying rs.5/= per bill for delivery to the postal department and if they are not delivering the bill to you then what to do?now i would say that this is your internal fault we are consumers and we know the telephone department and they are responsible. I

                                  After giving the request form for immediate closure of my landline [protected]. no body in Faridabad sector 6 staff hearing me and misbehaving me. Even the have not given me the acknowledge . I will not pay the bill after the date of request. If BSNL deduct the amount from security, it will be harrassing the cutomer.

                                  I was force to close this landline due to slow internet, whic BSNL staff could not ractified. Huge cost of connection

                                    We have a bsnl telephone connection which is also connected with bsnl modem for WiFi connection and it has already been a month since we are facing no internet network problem . when we switch on the router internet light blinks continuously and we are unable to even use a 2G net when we have a unlimited 3G net plan .we have cheched all the wires and settings from our side and when we complained about it on customers care no. It always says problem resolved but nothing changes . please resolve this problem as soon as possible . waiting for a early reply

                                      Sir/ Madam,

                                      Recently we have relocated from Bangalore to Hubli (Vidyanagar). It is very painful to inform you that we are not able to utilise the Service provided by BSNL in Hubli. Earlier We had opted for New Landline connection in Sidheshwar Park, Vidyanagar, Hubli, with broadband and WIFI in the month of December 2016. That took 20 days, for people in hubli to set the connection. Rs. 500/- was taken as receipt to be returned back to us, but unfortunately the person who had visited our home has not responded till date. And In February, as we had shifted our home to Banashankari Badavane, we registered online for shifting of our phone on 10th feb 2017 reference no[protected]. But Till date only at multiple requests from us to BSNL Hubli, 2 people had come home, used wrong words, saying that "You people keep shifting houses frequently. How can you expect us to do this? We cant give connection, it is your headache". I, being Asst Manager in State Bank of India, Was shocked at such a pathetic behaviour of BSNL People.
                                      We are very much in dilemma and pain. Kindly let us know about how many days will it take usually to get a new connection and also for shifting of telephone how many days it takes?
                                      And I would like to lodge a complaint against BSNL Hubli people to the higher authority and PM Modi for such erratic behaviour.

But i didnt get the connection till date. Nobody of BSNL person informing me that, when I would get connection. So please treat my request as most urgent.
