I am using a bsnl sim o[censored]p west telecomm circle since last one year.

No sms is sent from my number, whenever i send a message (Sms). Notification is displayed as "message sending failed."

I tried to send sms from different mobile handsets to rule out any problem with my set.

But i am unable to send any sms from my bsnl sim since last one year.

Please resolve this, as this is causing lot of trouble.

Our phone is not working.I alredy complained few months bacl but they are not responding.Suppose if it works, class are not going and calls are not coming, or voice is not audible.Some disturbances will be held while talking on the phone.please consider our request.our number is[protected].
I made payment for recharge of bsnl data card for Rs 441/- on 11.03.17 through iob internet banking. The amount has been debited from my a/c no. [protected] maintained at S C garden, bengaluru, but it has not reached the bsnl, chennai circle and so my data STV account has not been activated. Pl do the needful.

    The company, digipact' hosur has disconnected the land line no:[protected] in 24th march 2016, alomost one year have elapsed but still we have not received depostit refund to our account. We have submitted cancellation letter alongwith bank details and cancelled cheque to the bsnl, hosur office
    And we got the acknowledgement by the officer.

    So please let us when this will happen or where should we contact?

      Hi,
      I have done recharge on 25 th March of rupees 135 on a number [protected], by using freecharge app.
      I received confirmation message from operator with reference id Recharge successful! Operator ref:[protected] at 5.59 PM.
      But didn't receive benefits of that recharge. I am not able to call, even after doing that recharge. Please fix this problem ASAP.

          I have never opted for hangama how this plan is connected in my plan. Please immediately deactivate the hangama from my broadband plan, and also previous charges which was included in my bsnl monthly bill, that amount compensate in my next coming bsnl bill or return back. My bsnl mobile nos.               I lost my phone in the local train from Arrah at around 8:00 PM today when i was returning from my office SBI arrah branch. Someone probably stole it
              The phone was golden cover samsung galaxy j5 with golden coloured flipcover in it with a BSNL Sim inside numbered : [protected]

              i will submit the required documents in the nearest BSNL office next working day

                  is completely dead over past more than 15 days, have registered complaints online, have called customer service team several times. No help. Either i get an invalid number to call at or an invalid email id's to email to ?????? WHat is happening. Our Prime Minister talks about DIGITAL INDIA, as such I have registered my complaint online on the self care portal. Still to no avail I cannot run around with this. I hope with all legitimacy they would not charge me late fees as I AM NOT GOING TO PAY TILL MY ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

                          I have registered with bsnl portal and downloaded their app through which i made a payment of rs.1405 - as shown pending towards my landline bill. Receipt no. Fcdr[protected] was sent by them and the amount was deducted from my bank. At present bsnl is claiming that payment is still pending and they had disconnected my out going. My several visits to their office turned futile. This shows the poor knowledge & negligence of the staff controlling portal. Bsnl should correct their fault and reactivate my landline immediately.                             Dear BSNL, Lately my Broadband connection has been giving me a lot of trouble, there is hradly any time when i can use the internet. Connection hardly stays for seconds and then i see no internet connection. this is very irritating and it happens everyday. i really wish this doesnt happen. my bsnl number is 2661322. please solve this problem soon. as we pay the bill every month but dont get satisfactory results. thank you

                                My bsnl no. was holding around 450 rs. balance. As I was eager to activate latest 339 unlimited plan on my [protected] bsnl no. So I used *123# ussd menu to activate it. I do all properly but I was opt out with an error message 'nok' without sending me confirmation of 294 deduction for plan 339 activated. I tried again after topuped my balance to 470 plus. It was shocking for me that I was again deducted 294 rs. without confirming deduction and plan already activated message. Very shameful recharge system of BSNL.
                                I REALLY SHOCKED WITH THIS.
                                I WANT MY MONEY DEDUCTED TWICE 294X2=588 Rs.

                                  The request for disconnection was made and accepted on[protected]. The disconnection should have been made in January as conveyed by BSNL. They have not disconnected the landline service till now in March and the service charge of Rs 272 is still deducted from our account as ECS monthly. After calling the helpdesk number [protected], they said that the disconnection cannot be made from their side on customer care phone number neither they have registered the complaint and asked to contact the exchange directly or visit the exchange. As the local exchange service providers dont pick up the phone and our residence has shifted to another city, we are not able to again ask for the disconnection.                                     Recharge through paytm on 11.3.17 of rs 159 was successful but bsnl didn't credited the benefit .however message from bsnl received for the amount recirved

                                      I lost my mobile handset along with my sim card at Nagpur railway station. My mobile no. Was [protected] I want to block the sim card so that no one misuse it. Only for blocking a sim card, I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.
