Subject: regarding to refund of deposited rs.2000/- (security amount).
Dear sir / madam
As you are aware that i have deposited of rs. 2000/- through demand note on dated-10.09.2003 for the purpose of getting connection of land line telephone but it not have been connected till now till now then i requested you to refund the deposited amount application (div. engg., bsnl patna dt.08.01.2016) along with original deposit receipt (demand note) for rs. 2000/-was submitted you on 25.02.2016 (copy of the acknowledgement is enclosed) and not getting positive response and told me that “go anywhere you will not get payment because no record have available to our department” that is not a official language and where i am wrong.
I have been contacted many times your office in person as well as over your irresponsible mobile, office phone, what’s app massage on several occasions for the refund of deposit. but i am yet to receive the refund of deposited amount. you will agree to the fact that bsnl should return back the deposit amount of rs.2000/- adding more than 13 years interest without fail within 60 days if application.
I want to acknowledge that i will not receive our deposited amount with interest within 60 days i will be bound to go under the court jurisdiction.
Please let me know the status on the above.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have lost my mobile along with sim card, number [protected]. I tried with reaching out to to customer care no: [protected] but the customer care guy asked me to call after 5 or 6 hrs or call next day since their server is down.
