The said Landline No. is not working for many days. It is disheartening to point out that I have already submitted the complaint few days back but nobody has come to my house (to attend the complaint) so far. We are not able to understand as to why the complaint is not being attended by your official. You are requested to attend the complaint immediately.

      I was using BSNL ph no [protected] since a long time but due to severe fault I surrendered the phone and I have some outstanding with company on account of Security Deposit I want to Donate that amount if company paid me After my repeated reminders and repeated complain matter is pending
      Security is due against ph no [protected] surrendered by me, .If possible allow interest also because if a Subscriber not paid in time BSNL charge extra.

        I have registered with bsnl portal and downloaded their app through which i made a payment of rs.1405 - as shown pending towards my landline bill. Receipt no. Fcdr[protected] was sent by them and the amount was deducted from my bank. At present bsnl is claiming that payment is still pending and they had disconnected my out going. My several visits to their office turned futile. This shows the poor knowledge & negligence of the staff controlling portal. Bsnl should correct their fault and reactivate my landline immediately.           Dear BSNL, Lately my Broadband connection has been giving me a lot of trouble, there is hradly any time when i can use the internet. Connection hardly stays for seconds and then i see no internet connection. this is very irritating and it happens everyday. i really wish this doesnt happen. my bsnl number is 2661322. please solve this problem soon. as we pay the bill every month but dont get satisfactory results. thank you

          BSNL has not been improving signal quality in spite of repeated complaints. I have made various representations still they are not bothered to improve the same.
          Hope the Ministry of Telecommunications takes a serious note on BSNL and improves the services at the earliest.

          One time charges of rupees 131.78 added on my bsnl broadband bill from hungama games, movies, music. i would like to unscribe it immediately.

            On Feb 24th thru BSNL portal I recharged for 339 (337) debited in my account but its not debited again ... till now i waited for that amount . Can u please resolve my problem My number is "[protected]" .

            I mailed thru help desk also the problem was not solved at least they didn't reply to my mail itself .

            How long I must wait for my amount to be credit (337/-)

              My bsnl no. was holding around 450 rs. balance. As I was eager to activate latest 339 unlimited plan on my [protected] bsnl no. So I used *123# ussd menu to activate it. I do all properly but I was opt out with an error message 'nok' without sending me confirmation of 294 deduction for plan 339 activated. I tried again after topuped my balance to 470 plus. It was shocking for me that I was again deducted 294 rs. without confirming deduction and plan already activated message. Very shameful recharge system of BSNL.
              I REALLY SHOCKED WITH THIS.
              I WANT MY MONEY DEDUCTED TWICE 294X2=588 Rs.

                The request for disconnection was made and accepted on[protected]. The disconnection should have been made in January as conveyed by BSNL. They have not disconnected the landline service till now in March and the service charge of Rs 272 is still deducted from our account as ECS monthly. After calling the helpdesk number [protected], they said that the disconnection cannot be made from their side on customer care phone number neither they have registered the complaint and asked to contact the exchange directly or visit the exchange. As the local exchange service providers dont pick up the phone and our residence has shifted to another city, we are not able to again ask for the disconnection.                         On 22.06.2016 I have submitted request for closure of the above landline to CSC Subhanpura, Baroda and the telephone instrument was surrendered on 30.06.2016. The last balance dues was also paid by me vide bsnl receipt [protected] dt.24.08.2016.

                        It is now more than 6 months that I have not received refund of security deposit (Rs.1650) lying in my credit. I have also lodged a grievance at bsnl online portal vide docket number GUJ/CO/2016/7002, but with no success.

                              Subject: regarding to refund of deposited rs.2000/- (security amount).

                              Dear sir / madam
                              As you are aware that i have deposited of rs. 2000/- through demand note on dated-10.09.2003 for the purpose of getting connection of land line telephone but it not have been connected till now till now then i requested you to refund the deposited amount application (div. engg., bsnl patna dt.08.01.2016) along with original deposit receipt (demand note) for rs. 2000/-was submitted you on 25.02.2016 (copy of the acknowledgement is enclosed) and not getting positive response and told me that “go anywhere you will not get payment because no record have available to our department” that is not a official language and where i am wrong.
                              I have been contacted many times your office in person as well as over your irresponsible mobile, office phone, what’s app massage on several occasions for the refund of deposit. but i am yet to receive the refund of deposited amount. you will agree to the fact that bsnl should return back the deposit amount of rs.2000/- adding more than 13 years interest without fail within 60 days if application.
                              I want to acknowledge that i will not receive our deposited amount with interest within 60 days i will be bound to go under the court jurisdiction.
                              Please let me know the status on the above.

                                I have been using bsnl broadband for last three years. My monhly bill amount is around rs 1500. But this month you have charged rs 410 extra for hungmam channel. For me it is not possible to pay around[protected] rupees for internet connection. Now other service provider provide internet at very cheap rate. But bsnl increased their rates. So please deactivate the hungama. Otherwise i have to leave bsnl broadband.

Accordingly I Had submitted an application on the same day by post with a copy to 1. Shri U.B.Sutana SDE PG BSNL Akola 2. Shri Sunil Kumar Garg, SR.GM (NW CFA).
                                  But I have not heard regarding an action taken by your office so far.
                                  The telephone bill is due for payment upto 25th March 2017. I therefore request to please take immediate action to reduce the bill and let me know accordingly.

                                    I have been a customer of BSNL for more than 10 years from 2004 onwards and in March 2016 without my knowledge my account was closed
                                    In March 2015 when I asked my phone to be shifted to another location I was told that it was not feasible to shift it as there are no provision to provide additional phones in that location. As my application was in pending status and I was told that once there would be at least 1 phone feasibility, I would be given the connection but after closing my account in March 2016, in my same apt. complex there were 19 new connections given.
                                    When I approached the AGM Mr. Jayaram from Secunderabad division he not only harassed me by even threatening me stating that I can even take any extreme step and go and report this with the Chairman of BSNL or to PM's office but no action would be initiated for not providing the reason why my application was closed and others were given new connection who applied only in March 2016.
                                    Even though I raised this complaint at the Chairman's office there is no proper response so far even after 1 year and I feel and think that Mr. Jayaram is being INTENTIONALLY SUPPORTED BY BSNL SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
                                    That said, I wish to state that I WOULD TAKE THE EXTREME STEP AND WRITE A NOTE AND PUBLISH IT ON FACEBOOK, TWEETER, send it to PM's office etc. stating that BSNL senior management and Mr. Jayaram are responsible for MY DEATH.

                                      My landline phone[protected] is not working for the two weeks. I have booked the complaint through webportal. My problem is not yet solved. I am directly complaint the fault to JE, area line man and his assistant. No response from their end. I am frustrated with BSNL service.
