My ph no was [protected] permanently disconnected due to surrender by me after that so many reminders given for refund of security money whereas in last bill it shows credit balance but BSNL not refunded the said amount till date. I already submitted the complain earlier but there is no response from company so I request to please arrange refund immediatly.

    I surrendered my landline no.[protected] on dated 27/02/2017

    up to dated i am not received my security deposit from bsnl

    local bsnl officer says waiting period is 6 month for refund deposit

    what is this is process for refund

        Kindly help me to resolve the same. Even I am unable to call the customer care no.
        I am unable to call anyone. It's saying please check the no.
        Also, SMS are not being sent through my no. to any no.
        and I have received msg saying please recharge your account where as I have already recharged it yesterday only.
        It's very urgent to get the problem solved. Kindly resolve it fast.

          My BSNL phone No[protected]/ my customer ID No. [protected] / Account No, [protected].
          I request you to kindly cancel my above mentioned BSNL broad band connection. I have been charged for Hangama services for a few months. But I did not utilize them at all. I informed BSNL about the same. They reduced the bill amount to Rs. 618. in the bill which sent to me in Feb 2017. But once again they have charged a high amount Rs. 1617/- in the bill generated in March 2017. Since I am unable to meet the high expenses, I request you to kindly cancel the BSNL broad band connection and disconnect the same with immediate effect. Thank you.

            We started our company office 1 month back . Got bsnl landline and broadband connection. We choose 4mbps plan. Speed is 0.35KBPS. I have registered many complaints but nobody came there for checking. Bsnl staff is just putting solved mark on complaints and automatic message is coming that your complaint has been resolved while it never happened .

            What to do . all bsnl stuff is bloody hell . What step we can take ?

            is there any way ?

              Sir, i am from kozhikode dist, kerala and comes under the jurisdiction of vatakara exchange. My broad band connection no. [protected] is continuously disconnects while using, so that i can not do any work of payment translations etc. And facing very difficulties. I reported the matter to my exchange villiappally, but even after change of my cable wires the problem could not be resolved.
              Hence, may i request you, to please look into the matter.

                I have a serious problem which I am continuesly facing since I have taken the landline connection along with broadband service.

                My number is : 22876640
                Area: Ambica nagar, odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

                Landline is dead since 15 days this time, made number of complain, went to bsnl office personally to request to have a look, contacted the workers who look at the area, etc but no one is looking and resolving the problem. We are not able to access the service and paying money for it.

                This is the last place I am filing the complain, contact me: [protected] and resolve it in next 24 hours else next step would be to disconnect the connection and keep bill un-pay. Let's see what you can do then.

                  Sir, i was traveling from Assam to New delhi via rajdhani express when i recieved a sms at 1600 hrs on 26 feb 2017 that "As per your consent pack fullsongs is billed with Rs 49 successfully for 7 days. To unsubscribe send UNSUB to 155223. regards". Again on 3 mar 2017, bsnl deducted Rs 49 for same service before i could deactivate it.
                  sir, firstly i did not activate any service and once i spoke to customer care, they told me that i have done it through some internet service which i am sure i have not since as per them i was using internet at that time. The data is always on.
                  secondly, it said that service will be renewed after 7 days which they did after 5 days only before i could deactivate it which supports my complaint that BSNL just wants to deduct money from their customers account. i am serving in Hayuliang, Anjaw Dist of Arunachal Pradesh where only BSNL network is available which is also not available most of the time so i do not have any possibility not to take a BSNL connection.
                  sir it is a normal feature of BSNL deducting money from your main balance without your consent.
                  i was charged Rs 3 for some Games service on my mobile no [protected] on 21 oct 2016 and 8 nov 2016 without my consent earlier also. My mobile number is [protected] from which deduction of Rs 49 has been done twice.

                    I have taken a Rs. 650/= combo plan a few years back .At first everything went on well including the network speed but since a few months the broadband service has gone for a toss hardly do i get the network connection and if i get the speed varies from 6kbps to 23 kbps. complaints have brought no solution.I am regularly paying my bills though.My landline number is[protected]

                      As today there is no reply ????? There is no action taken on Shivana Gurulakshmi layout 2nd stage telephone exchange.


                      From ten days i very disappointed I trying to connect helpline it's not connecting when I try to call someone all lines are busy I have to try 20 30 times .
                      Somehow i was able to register complaint 10 days ago. Till not a one has contacted me. And i have not been able to connect with the customer care for more than 50 days now. I trying call BSNLservice person name:Shivana mobile number 91 [protected] he told not do work worst worst service given by act .Please take action on him i what report to be email. As am currently working remotely. I need to attend the client call today, which is a very important thing. If i missed this, am going to take very very serious action towards the entire act fiber net. The bloody account people are working or sleeping in the office? What the hell you people are...
                      Please let me know the way to sort out this issue. Last 10 days, due to migration. If the issue persists this month too, and then i will go ahead with other service providers.

                        My Landline Tel. No. :[protected] was disconnected, as I received the information through SMS on my Registered Mob. No., on 8 February, 2017.

                        But I received the Bill of Rs. 1052.00, through SMS on my Registered Mobile No. on 6 March, 2017.

                        I had requested for deduction of any dues against my Security Deposit of Rs.1275 for any outstanding dues in my application for disconnection.

                        I request you to kindly reverse the Bill and deduct any outstanding charges against my Security Deposit of Rs.1275.00.

                          I top up 220 in my mobile .when I top up, my balance is Rs.4 only, after top up I activate DATA57 [successfully ] then try to activate VOICE159, But I can't activate due to insufficient balance message, and I checked my balance, the balance amount is 39 .How it happen, then I enquired in customer care they inform me there is no recharge in my number.If there is no balance how DATA57 activate, and how I get RSS. 39 balance .I called 8 times in 3 days in customer care, no proper reply not yet received from there.

                            I closed my Landline telephone connection in Aundh Pune 411007 in July-2016. I was told by Aundh Telephone exchange that the deposit shall be returned within 2 months. Now it's more than 7 months but I have not received any deposit.

                            Such a delay is unacceptable and also not credible.I expect full applicable refund without any delays now. Please check your records and process pending deposit refunds on priority.

                                I am sumanta, My bsnl number is [protected]..now it's showing deactivated..Atleast the telecom operator should inform me abt the deactivation...but ...they didn't inform me anything before deactivation. They also didn't send a single message abt the date of deactivation..they jus did it without any information..

                                  I am unable to send text messages from my BSNL number-[protected], though I'm able to receive text messages.
                                  Though I am not completely sure of this, but I believe it is mostly the STD text messages that do not get sent. It is causing me a lot of trouble, since I am unable to verify my mobile for cash transactions. I am even unable to register myself with the Government of India's app BHIM. I hope this gets sorted out soon enough.
