Sub: Application for blocking IMEI of lost mobile.

Sir,
Referring to the above subject I would like to inform you that I lost my mobile handset on[protected] in New Delhi. The FIR has been lodged with Delhi police. I hereby request you to block the IMEIs of my lost mobile and put it on Equipment Identity Register (EIR) and transfer the same to Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) so that the equipment is black listed and cannot be used / misused further.
Following are the details of the handset and its connection.
1. Make : ZEN mobile, Model : M39, Colour : Black
2. Dual SIM, IMEIs: [protected] and [protected].
3. Connection: BSNL GSM Prepaid No. [protected].

Papers enclosed.
1. The copy of FIR
2. Handset Purchase Invoice.
3. BSNL Connection receipt copy.

Please block both the IMEIs.

    I have recharge on my Bsnl haryana number-- [protected] .i asked from bsnl customer care for call rate cutter plan when i would be chandigarh in roaming. bsnl customer care suggested me Rc -77, i did recharge of rupees - 77, on 09/02/2017 morning . according to this plan -- Roaming Outgoing Local @ Rs. 0.70/min - Roaming Outgoing STD @ Rs. 0.70/min, but my call rate did not less or not gave me balance .my call rate is 1rs/min in roaming too.so please give me my balance or active my call cutter plan on my number.

    i recharge rs 333 with special recharge on my number [protected] for internet plan. but i have received 286 rs talk time balance . this is wastage of customer money . kindly solve my issue and give me proper(internet plan in rc 333 ) plan as you did show in offer, .it is happening second time with me with your service .

      I found my telephone[protected] dead on 08 feb afternoon and immediately lodged online complaint. More importantly because of the problem my internet is not working. Reminded bsnl office today morning. They said they are supposed to solve the problem within 24 hrs so it would certainly be attended today. But nothing happened. I got the JTO's no. From bsnl office and rang him, he did not pick up.

        JIO has obviously told that BSNL numbers are very tuff to port since they are not getting proper clearance from BSNL side, we can try however it is hard luck to get it ported.
        Please let me know if there are any such protocols or limitations exist from BSNL side.
        I am requesting you to write me back with any status whether you have received regarding my portal request via JIO or not

        I suspect "https://www.consumercomplaints.in". I have received a fake call as soon as I posted this complaint, pretending they are calling from BSNL and asking for my Debit card details to verify my bank account linked to my mobile number. Strange!??
        Dear consumercomplaints.in, I think I may need to give complaint on you to use my details like this. I know you will show some terms and conditions and deviate me :)

          It is a slogan of bsnl No 1 Network provider in India. but nobody bothers to resolve customers problem this is not the first time every month there is a issue. interesting fact is they never forget to add late fee if customer pays 1 days delay in payment my telephone [protected] is dead since last 10 days also I recd one message that problem is resolved but till date problem is not yet resolved I am not even surprise that they will send this month's bill without knowing that whether phone is in working condition or not this very shame for BSNL.

            I have paid 2450 Rs as advance on 23rd Jan for 1199 plan of BSNL ftth connection. The phone no. Got activated on 29th Jan but they did not gave me connection at home till now.8th Feb. I have even received a bill of 1313 Rs dated feb 1 without actually using the facility. No one is listening for this. And continuously delaying the process of connecting ftth.

            My phone number is[protected] and it is not working from last 10 days. I already complained about in the local telephone exchange but my problem still not solved. I spoke with lineman, SDO Bsnl everytime they said "we are working on it" but there is no solution. Please look into this.

              I have taken a BSNL Broadband connection of 4mbps line & its already 10 days the connection is dead.I called the SDO and Lineman both and they are saying the cable is cut under the railway line and all and saying it will be resolved as soon as possible but they are not taking any actions at all.

              This is completely not acceptable. BSNL please consider this as are also paying the money even if the connections is dead.

              With due respect we have to say that we disconnect the Bsnl connection in 2014, the connection was on name of baldev raj[protected] but do not recieve its security till now. please refund the sequirity. we will be very thankful to your .

                I am not able to send any SMS from my prepaid BSNL number. Last time I had the problem, I was asked to put the the code in the specified area. it worked for few months. Aain I face the same problem. why it should happen only for BSNL? I have another phone with Airtel number and I dont have any such issues. If BSNL cnt not even attend to this minor software issue, no wonder why bsnl is doing bad.

                My Telephone no[protected] is not working. There are some problems on calling time. Please check my phone no, where is problem. Our complaint is also attending properly. Please take my complaint.
                I'm not able to access to Easy Vault. Every month 20 rupees are getting out from my balance for renewal.

                    I recharged from your website http://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/quickrecharge.do of DATA 3 GB for 28 days by paying 197 rupees and i got only 300MB data instead of 1+2 (3GB) data. I complained to customer care by calling on 1503 they are hell, instead of helping me they starting blaming me that i selected a plan of Rs. 198/- so i made a wrong recharge. Indeed i collected all information and did recharge from your site only for that i have attached a photo of your site. Please find attached.

                    As a laymen its not at all my mistake as i did by seeing from your site. Please check the attachment of payment done as well as plans shown on your site and either get back my money or give me the benefit.

                      Also I was not able to receive the user id and password for the hungama account . Since I have not used hungama, I dont want any money reducted from me .

                        Please sanction me a new bsnl land line. I've submitted request letter for new connection in october 2016 at dharwad bsnl office only. But even today i'm not provided with connection.

                          BSNL is not providing details properly in online portal.
                          In their online portal, there is 439 ALL FREE plan under Plan Migration/Validity Extension. When recharged, it recharged. But not working. Customer care people are telling that its only for new customers. And disconnected the call. Not responding properly. I want to raise complaint against BSNL for providing wrong information to customers.

                            I stay in global village, Bangalore. There are many IT companies near by. Here there is always a problem with network.
                            The signal goes when I'm talking on the phone. I use pyari Jodi plan and I feel difficult to talk to my parents. As here there are many companies it will be profitable to bsnl as here there is problem with range in case of other network providers.
                            I kindly request to fix this as early as possible. It will be helpful to many.

                              I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at new delhi railway station. My mobile no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                                In my house there is a land phone[protected].The problem is that the communication through this land phone is very low volume.I complained it for more than 10 times. They solve it temporarily.I face the same problem again and again.They don't replace the land phone nor the faulty cable.The junction box is a far distance from home.These are the main problem of low quality communication.

                                    Landline is dead since 4 days and so is broadband and noone has bothered from BSNL to attend to it. I am having to check on the status everyday and today after so many days of registration of complaint the compalint id has disappeared and a new complaint id has been given. All I get on the service number of bsnl is an automated response that just repeats itself day after day. Moreover, I am forced to use mobile data and have already my pocket is lighter by rs300.

                                      I have filled a form for management trainee in BSNL as external candidate for telecom operations in 2015 with application number 310466 and registration ID BSNL15E070757 and i have paid a fees of Rs.1500 to BSNL for the same, but they cancelled the recruitment. Now I want job in BSNL for the same position and salary otherwise the salary up to 60 years of age from BSNL, they did fraud to me. Kindly help me.

                                        On 30th jan 2017 i used bsnl portal for payment of my bill of rs989 for my bsnl broadband shortly after i ws redirected and the amount was deducted from my bank account. later when i checked my payment status on your site it still shows amount is due. Either please get my money refunded or undue my bill .
                                        kindly pay attention to it!
