Telemarketing calls were done to share info about hungama entertainment serviceson the 28th of Nov 2016.

However while my email id was taken for sharing info purposes, it was misused to activate the hungama service and higher bill was charged in the subsequent months that is january and february

Pls be warned about such promotion and telemarketing calls from BSNL hungama team.Never share ur email id or any details with the hungama team

    My landline is not working since almost a week now and instead of making repeated complaints and informing the authorities the people of bsnl are rarely working on it. This is the worst network in the entire world. The people are just wasting money and people are least bothered about people. Necessary actions should be taken against the people like these. Rectify the issue and have some faith in ur work. BSNL people have some respect for ur work and have some shame to work more and timepass later. Thanks!

    My House phone no is[protected] is shifted to my rental house before 4 Months in present condition we are in our own house and apply to shift the land line to our home.but they did not solve the issue and they do not cooperative with us. I am in out of India. i can speak to my mother on daily basis from out station.

Lots of Bsnl/Cellone customers are facing problem with internet and calls. This problem is becoming severe day by day. I am thinking for mobile number portability to other carrier.

              Concerned officer of the bsnl is requested to see my issue of service quality providing by bsnl to me. This complaint about land line phone service providing by patel nagar exchange, bsnl, ghaziabad. Bsnl is forcing its customers to disconnect their land line phone facilities without any fault. The other phone installed by bsnl at my location found working.

              I am very old customer of bsnl, and i paid many unwanted bills for the benefit of bsnl after my complaint through email @ [protected]@bsnl.co.in on 24th march, 2008. My phone complaint was attended after completion of 25 days in 2008. Further, another complaint raised in june, 2011, and attended after completion of one month. Also, my complaint dated july, 2013 attended after completion of four months. The same problem was solved after completion of around one month in april, 2015.

              More recently, my land line phone is dead from 14 july, 2016 vide complaint no.[protected]. None of the bsnl staff/ officer attended my complaint while i paid my bill on 7th august, 2016 for dead phone facility for avoiding any disconnection charges may be charged by bsnl. Not only this, without attaining my complaint raised during 14 july, 2016 for my land line phone, as my land line phone is dead from june, 2016, the bill for the dead phone generated from the patel nagar exchange, bsnl, ghaziabad for rs. 567 and due date was 26th september, 2016 vide invoice no. [protected] dated 4th september, 2016. I raised my complaint and informed time to time at –

              No rental rebate benefit was given to me for my phone while it was dead. Bsnl staff may be using bsnl service with good quality for making zero financial charges.

              This is one kind of harassment by bsnl of its customers, concerned bsnl staff/ officers needs to be punished for not attaining my phone complaint.
              Bsnl must give an rebate to such customers automatically. I raised my complaint as this consumer complaint forum on oct 17, 2016 [https://www.consumercomplaints.in/bharat-sanchar-nigam-bsnl-bsnl-charging-bills... but no result.

              During the month of december, 2016, i visited bsnl raj nagar exchange, and discussed with ao (Cash) about the issue, the officer of seat, suggested me, i need to personally contact with sdo patel nagar exchange. It is added here that i did not seen any impact at bsnl office about my said complaint raised on web.

              In place of solving my grievances, bsnl ghaziabad disconnect my connection vide sms received on 22/02/2017 08.24 hrs. That dear customer, your service, 0120-xxxx797 has been disconnected. Please contact 1500 for any queries. Thanks for choosing bsnl as your service provider. \

              Without providing services, how bsnl can charge the telephone rent continuously from its customers. It seems that bsnl land line billing facility is fake, and forcing its customer to quit from bsnl. The detailed bill including calls and charges needs to be uploaded on the bsnl web portal which may be seen by users for making transparency. The complaints details also need to be uploaded on the bsnl web portal.

                I have surrendered my broadband connection in 2012 and i got the no due slip also. Still i didnt get the refund of my security deposit.                   For the last one year I am not receiving my bill for landline I contacted Mr arun deo sharma also who was told by you in my complaint. He told that I cannot give your bill.                     मेरा फ़ोन नंबर 2320043 1 माह से भी ज्यादा समय से खराब चल रहा है ।कई बार शिकायत की पर कोई रिजल्ट नहीं निकला
                    साल में करीब 6 माह तो फ़ोन खराब रहता है और न तो DET और न S D O फ़ोन ठीक कराने में कोई रूचि ले रहे है।केबिल तक तो इन दोनों ने बदलबाई नही है।कई बार कहा जा चूका है।यह फ़ोन सरकारी फ़ोन है।अगर आपके पास फ़ोन ठीक कराने के लिए स्टाफ या संसाधन नही है तो बता दीजिए, अनावश्यक रूप से उम्मीद न बढाइये।मै किसी दूसरी कंपनी का कनेक्शन ले लूंगा।

                      I am a BSNL cuctomer. My outgoing call has been barred by the same from previous about two months.l reached AGM BSNL, billing section and customer care in person but in vain . I called customer care many times; they said to pay bill, attain a duplicate sim but nothing happened.I paid my bill two times 154 and 280 but I couldn't call even once in the previous 2 months. Now BSNL has sent a new bill invoice of 276.
                      I need justice in this regard.
                      Plz provide me my billed amount of two months and security deposit of rs 500 back..
                      They have wasted my money and time and didn't removed the problem even after several requests.

                        I registered bsnl landline consumer from panaji, goa. with telaphone no.[protected] complained regarding non working of bsnl-ll-bb combo pack of 449 void sms complain no.[protected] dated 11/02/2017. i received from bsnl regarding contact no.[protected] mr. mahesh nanu shirodkar. whenever i call the said number no one is responding. i even contacted 1500 but could not got any answer. since last 10 days my telephone is dead & nobody is ready to rectify my telephone. please take necessary action to rectify the same.

                        Now the Landline is working satisfactorily. What about the refund of money during the defunct of Landline void Telephone No.0832 2463379. BSNL should refund they charged for the defunct of landline or they should adjust the amount for the subsequent period with interest.

                          I surrendered the connection long back almost 8 months and provided my bank account number for refund.
                          They confirmed that refund will be credited to bank account.
                          But till date no refund of deposit money.
                          I have visited their office at least four to five times for the same.
                          They says some mistake happened and they will check it out.
                          They cross checked the bank account no also.
                          But no refund happening.

Please stop this Bsnl buzz message. Bsnl customer care don't support me and says they don't stop this messages. Such a big company doing this work.                                 Disconnected for 6 days now.

                                There has been no resolution at all. Here is the chronology of events:
                                1. Optical Fiber broadband Internet stops working on 2/14/2017 for phone number 29757167
                                2. Docket/Ticket number raised by calling 1500 from BSNL landline. Docket Number[protected]
                                3. Calling BSNL Local lineman does not yield resolution. He says the lineman does not take care of optical fiber broadband and that it is outsourced
                                4. Called the person in charge of the optical fibernet (Suresh mobile number [protected]) but he refused to even take up the call
                                5. Raised escalation ticket number[protected] owing to inexplicable 6 day delay
                                escalated to the following but no response:
                                a) GM Cable Unit: Toppo Maitan[protected], [protected]@gmail.com)b) DGM for our area: Vasantha Kumar[protected], [protected]@gmail.com)Technician Suresh ([protected]) continues to remain unresponsive
                                Looks like the FTTH is actually outsourced to some third party and not dealt by the BSNL linemen (Cheluvraj, Srikanth, ...others) directly. Given the number of days to resolve the issue, it is doubtful that BSNL have the competency/control over outsourced party to be able to manage connectivity over FTTH effectively. There seem to be frequent outage issues with FTTH across BLR with the outage in days.
                                We are applying to re-connect our old ADSL connection of BSNL that we disconnected (we moved 2 months back to FTTH unfortunately) as a backup connection tomorrow

                                      My tel phone no[protected]. Bsnl has added in the bill of jan 17 the amount refunded rs 900 ie 100 rs per month as the modam charges. I had plan rs 999 for five months the i changed the plan to rs675. Bsnl was refunded rs 100 per month for the modam inspire of change of plan but this time the bill comes rs1827 for jan 17. Please help me to rectify the bill. Renu gupta

                                        I m using bsnl broadband and landline service, last bill payment is paid on 27.06.2016 rs1505 for a month 1.4.16 and 1.5.16
                                        Then i m used 1.6.16 month and not paid bill and my connection disconnected on 18.7.16 after disconnection continiously bill received for 4 months total amount is 2915rs for 01.06.2016, 01.07.2016, 01.08.2016, 01.09.2016, this 4 months bills are paid on 15.02.2017
                                        after disconnection why bills are continiously come and amount is increased
                                        So please help to refund my amount
