    I wish to draw your attention towards the matter that i am a bsnl broadband user .My internet is not properly working since January .I had paid the bill of February also i have submitted the complaint regarding this matter to sdo office DEHLON exchange and also to LUDHIANA office but still there is no responce I am a resident of BABARPUR, tehsil payal, exchange malaudh, distt. Ludhiana.My complaint number was [protected] .Now m not getting whether my February bill will be refunded or some officer will pay my march bill because i hadnt used the internet data till today so due to my complaint issue as it is not getting resolved I am a student and they are harrasing me a lot .Kindly look into the matter sir .I shall be thankful to you.

      Sir, I have lost my phone and am trying to block my sim in BSNL but totally unable to. For Chennai the only no. given is [protected] which is not reachable and if I dial [protected] nobody is responding properly. And I am talking about India's largest telecom service provider who has no contact numbers for Chennai. And this is a security and fraudulent threat if the SIM is not blocked in the least. Every person gives the same no ([protected]) for Chennai and it is not reachable at all for more than 3 hours now. How can BSNL allowed to work like this. Please take necessary actions against the company for being this careless about consumer security and service.

        Good Evening,
        I want to deactivate or unsubscribe to the hungama.com package that has been added onto my bill without my permission for the past three months.
        On enquring with the BSNL office they denied this subscription as it was not a part of their billing process, this is purely from hungama.com n that has been charged us a minimum of 500/- for the last three months.
        We haven't subscribed or asked for this additional billing neither did we use this app for any purpose.
        Until recently that we realised that we were being charged unnecessarily for this unsubscribed payment.
        It would be really great if this action would be taken immediately, and if possible refund me the charges as I haven't used hungama.com at all.
        Hoping that you will revert back to my complain n do the necessary action asap to avoid further inconvenience for me.

          Recently i have ported my sim card from airtel to bsnl..After activation i have recharged the amount of 135 rs. Which is the special offer having 215 minutes free to any network. But after recharging i did not get any free minutes.
          I tried to call bsnl customer care number 1503., but they are not picking the call.. So please kindly respond it.i don't know what to do. Even I tried to bsnl website also.

            I have bsnl postpaid connection no [protected]. I paid advance monthly rental in every month. But bill for the duration from 16 dec 2016 to 15 jan 2017 for an amount of rs 259/- was paid by me on 15 feb 2017 instead of 06 feb 2017. However i also paid advance monthly rental amount for the period from 16 jan 2017 to 15 feb 2017. But bsnl disconnect my postpaid connection. After paid on 15 feb 2017 it was reconnected. Now i received bill for the duration 16 jan 17 to 15 feb 2017 for an amount of rs 314/- instead of rs 259/-. The amount rs 39/- was added as re-connection charge. This wrong charge. Please clarify and refund at the earliest.

              I have an active subscription of BSNL BB unlimited plan. I am facing problem of connectivity since the beginning of this month.I have registered a complain regarding my problem on 12 th of february 2017 whose docket number is [protected] but my service provider failed to solve my problem till now.

                      On 23rd feb 2017 my wife received a call from tele_marketing agent on my land line. (Land line number [protected]). The caller asked her for my email id and press some numbers, without knowing the sequences she did that and i got 3 different messages for activating their different plans.
                      My requests are,
                      1) i want to de-activate the plans whatever they activated, without any financial loss to me.
                      2) stop all kinds of advertisement calls to my number
                      3) warn the operators or tele callers for such a fraudulent act as most of the land line calls will be answered by illiterate house wifes or house maids in the villages of kerala

                        Telemarketing calls were done to share info about hungama entertainment serviceson the 28th of Nov 2016.

                        However while my email id was taken for sharing info purposes, it was misused to activate the hungama service and higher bill was charged in the subsequent months that is january and february

                        Pls be warned about such promotion and telemarketing calls from BSNL hungama team.Never share ur email id or any details with the hungama team

                          My landline is not working since almost a week now and instead of making repeated complaints and informing the authorities the people of bsnl are rarely working on it. This is the worst network in the entire world. The people are just wasting money and people are least bothered about people. Necessary actions should be taken against the people like these. Rectify the issue and have some faith in ur work. BSNL people have some respect for ur work and have some shame to work more and timepass later. Thanks!

                                  This is to kindly inform BSNL that there is no 2G/3G singal in Blue Ridge, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune. Please do the needful. Lots of Bsnl/Cellone customers are facing problem with internet and calls. This problem is becoming severe day by day. I am thinking for mobile number portability to other carrier.

                                    Concerned officer of the bsnl is requested to see my issue of service quality providing by bsnl to me. This complaint about land line phone service providing by patel nagar exchange, bsnl, ghaziabad. Bsnl is forcing its customers to disconnect their land line phone facilities without any fault. The other phone installed by bsnl at my location found working.

                                    I am very old customer of bsnl, and i paid many unwanted bills for the benefit of bsnl after my complaint through email @ [protected]@bsnl.co.in on 24th march, 2008. My phone complaint was attended after completion of 25 days in 2008. Further, another complaint raised in june, 2011, and attended after completion of one month. Also, my complaint dated july, 2013 attended after completion of four months. The same problem was solved after completion of around one month in april, 2015.

                                    More recently, my land line phone is dead from 14 july, 2016 vide complaint no.[protected]. None of the bsnl staff/ officer attended my complaint while i paid my bill on 7th august, 2016 for dead phone facility for avoiding any disconnection charges may be charged by bsnl. Not only this, without attaining my complaint raised during 14 july, 2016 for my land line phone, as my land line phone is dead from june, 2016, the bill for the dead phone generated from the patel nagar exchange, bsnl, ghaziabad for rs. 567 and due date was 26th september, 2016 vide invoice no. [protected] dated 4th september, 2016. I raised my complaint and informed time to time at –

                                    No rental rebate benefit was given to me for my phone while it was dead. Bsnl staff may be using bsnl service with good quality for making zero financial charges.

                                    This is one kind of harassment by bsnl of its customers, concerned bsnl staff/ officers needs to be punished for not attaining my phone complaint.
                                    Bsnl must give an rebate to such customers automatically. I raised my complaint as this consumer complaint forum on oct 17, 2016 [https://www.consumercomplaints.in/bharat-sanchar-nigam-bsnl-bsnl-charging-bills... but no result.

                                    During the month of december, 2016, i visited bsnl raj nagar exchange, and discussed with ao (Cash) about the issue, the officer of seat, suggested me, i need to personally contact with sdo patel nagar exchange. It is added here that i did not seen any impact at bsnl office about my said complaint raised on web.

                                    In place of solving my grievances, bsnl ghaziabad disconnect my connection vide sms received on 22/02/2017 08.24 hrs. That dear customer, your service, 0120-xxxx797 has been disconnected. Please contact 1500 for any queries. Thanks for choosing bsnl as your service provider. \

                                    Without providing services, how bsnl can charge the telephone rent continuously from its customers. It seems that bsnl land line billing facility is fake, and forcing its customer to quit from bsnl. The detailed bill including calls and charges needs to be uploaded on the bsnl web portal which may be seen by users for making transparency. The complaints details also need to be uploaded on the bsnl web portal.

                                        For the last one year I am not receiving my bill for landline I contacted Mr arun deo sharma also who was told by you in my complaint. He told that I cannot give your bill. Please arrange to send my bill regularly. thanks. Please arrange that my bill for landline is received regularly.I have contacted in office in account section. But no one answers as to ho my bills are not being sent.
                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I contacted in Bsnl office. But they coulld not tell as to why my bill is not receiving.
