My place situated at survey number 10 at Dongaste Village Post-Kudus Tal-Wada Dist-Palghar State Maharastra. BSNL authority completed wire deployment work recently near my above situated place and during this they have distructed my 150 meter length and 6 feet highted and width as 3 feet cement concrete new wallcompound without any intimation. Upon enquiring with site manager they assured us orally to reconstruct to same position before they leave the place after completing there work. But in actual they left the compound distructed and now no one is responding.Please give me fair compensation for same loss

    He deactivated my name caller tune 2weeks before under ref no 2A0975405 and by SMS also on 17.01.17 for my Mob [protected] for which I received the feed back as "you are not activated any service. H/ever I have been charged Rs: 30/- on 18th for same. Wud need the clarification on same & the amount has to be reimbursed. Also since for the last 10days getting a different caller tune which is not requested by me.

      I submitted an application for disconnection of my landline phone no. mentioned in the above cited subject. This application was given in the sector 17 office at chandigarh. I was asked to deposit the bill of october 2016 and the same was deposited. After that i got another bill for november 2016 and again i was asked to deposit the same now i have got bill for dec.2016 but telephone landline is still not disconnected. I request to disconnect it immediatwly and return the amout of my previous bills deposited for oct. & Nov 2016.

        I have surrendered the BSNL landline phone number:[protected] on July 1st 2016, but I have not received the refund amount. I approached local BSNL office in Hyderabad at Bhagya Nagar Colony Pin 500072, but still the issue is still not resolved kindly do the needful in getting back my refund amount. Please refund security deposit for surrendering the BSNL landline.

        No one should opt for FTTH Broadband services of BSNL, in a month it is shut down for 20 days and the people to whom BSNL have ooloaded this work are not able to solve the problem and always misguide the customer. I am paying a hefty amount of 1500 per month for service of 10 days.
        I have purchased BSNL topup voucher for RS 60 today. While scratching the secret code, the no got damaged. Voucher Serial no: [protected]. The quality of the voucher is also very poor.
        Kindly help me to solve this problem at the earliest.

          It was never crossed 600 rupees for last four years.unfortunately this time the billed amount crossed Rs1200 which is definitely excessive to my usage.pl set right the things immediately.In spite of this complaint II have paid the amount.

            I have ported out my mob. no. [protected] from BSNL to Idea in 2013 but security deposit against this connection was not refunded by BSNL. This no. has been ported in BSNL again in November 2016 and again a security deposit of Rs. 500 has been asked to deposited. Thus double security deposit has been collected by BSNL on the same connection. While inquiring about refund of this excess security amount, no satisfactory response has been given by BSNL. Kindly arrange to get refund of this excess security amount.

                  I am writing this complaint against the services provided by BSNL Landline and Broadband in my area (Premnagar, Dehradun), since I had no other option left. I registered an online complaint against my non-functional LL and BB connection, Phone number[protected], on 09 Jan 2017 ( Docket number UTR/CO/2017/42). Since then starting from 10 Jan 2017, I have been constantly calling the concerned persons, (SDE premnagar, US pander and the DM) everyday. The SDE kept on ignoring my calls on regular basis. After numerous calls and requests they repaired the Landline connection on 16 Jan 2017, and the broadband connection is still not functional as on date. Everyday the concerned authorities give one or other excuses saying the problem it will be fixed soon.

                  With reference to the above I would like to request the concerned authorities sitting at the channel above to find a solution for my grievance and kindly take strict actions against the people involved/working in the area.
                  At the same time, I would request to kindly allow a rebate of appropriate amount on my bill for the period on which the services were not provided.

                      Respected Sir,

                      Recently BSNL Hungama started doing advertisement calls for almost all BSNL customers. They ask for your email address and mobile number saying that its for record purpose and auto activate BSNL hungama without any consent or notice. Everyone gets to see that hungama was activated in their account only after the bill comes (Around Rs.300).

                      In India there are many people who do not understand all these things. For them they do not know that hungama is charging some amount every month and some even after knowing, do not know how to deactivate. I would also like to bring in that hungama toll free number is a call of infinite waiting as it does not get connected even after you dial it 100 times.

                      Looking at the number of BSNL broadband connections Indians got and the secret amount Hungama is charging, it can almost be called as a 'SCAM' of few crores by Hungama.

                      And it is because of Hungama, people will start to lose trust in a well organised BSNL. I request you to take this issue seriously as many innocent people are being suffered by the fraud business tactics by a company.

                        I am having bsnl brad band connection phone no [protected]. ln june 2016 bill (may usage) some unwanted persons used my telephone number from bsnl, kattathurai office to some persons and l have paid additionaly 300 rs, such l have paid before some months, for that l compliant at thuckaly bsnl office atonce, but still no action, so take action on kattathurai exchange and return my additional amount l paid by their uses nearly 3 months of rs 1500 atonce
                        Also on my december bill u have charged 100 rs as higher speed charge, but l did not ask any request still to u, without my permission u have cheated me .so for this i may go to consumer court by seeing ur rply so adjust my aditional rs 100 to january 2017 bill and reply to me

                          We are from coimbatore near IOB colony. I need broadband connection but they gave the lineman's number (no: [protected] and his name is Mr Ravichandran). But he said the cable is not comes there. And in our compound there is more than 10 houses are there . Everyone need landline connection. A local cable person gave broadband connection here. But the BSNL refused to give connection to us. Every month you can get 10 thousand from our compound it's good BSNL. Please consider about this and let me know as soon as possible.

                                Sir, we have disconnected our land line on dated 30/11/16 and applied for reconnection on 1/12/16 after that I have been billed on same telephone no.2434486 and A/c no in this bill BSNL charged RS 600 for the installation charge rather they do not performed any activity for connection or disconnection and i have contact to BSNL but they are not properly responding and each person whom i have contacted is giving me next person no.

                                  I have never activated any hungama plan but three types of hungama plan charges are being charged in my bsnl landline/ broadband monthly bills since october, 2016. I have already submitted written complaint/apllication for its deactivation to det, bsnl, nainital, in the last month but above charges have been again levied in my landline/bro0adband bill for december, 2016.
                                  Kindly dactivate hungama plan immediately.

                                      I have submitted my application for disconnecting the telephone land line number[protected] years back in byndoor, udupi telephone office as per the instruction. After few months when i enquired about my refund, the telephone officer gave hope of getting refund very soon. As i continued visiting the office in 2-3 months interval, everytime they said me to wait. But recently they gave me the news that my refund amount was released (Check number: 904751 amount: rs1607) and it was dispatched on 24/05/2014 to my current address. Further i contacted the accounts department and grievance cell, and they could only suggest that, the customer need to take up the case of a loss of refund cheque then only he can get refund.

                                      Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

                                        I have complained for each connection and the response from customer care is that the issue will be fixed in 24 working hours i.e. 3 days.
                                        I do not understand why my bill is not also generated for 31/30 days * 8 hours rather than 24 hours for 30/31 days, when you do not commit to keep the internet services up and running or at least start working immediately when the complain is registered.

                                        I submitted a request about 2-3 months back to disconnect the connection via selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in and asked to tell me the procedure to return the phone and modem instruments. There has been no response till date and surprisingly the website is changed and there is no record of my account in the new website and even the request is missing.
                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
