    MY OLD BSNL no. 274490 at Chandrapur (STD Code =07172). The line was disconnected as per my request on May, 2016 and accordingly the instrument was deposited at Chandrapur city BSNL OFFICE ON 30.05.16. RE [protected].
    Since that time I have been requesting for the refund of my security deposit .
    Mean while I has received a SMS in my registered mobile No.- [protected] on 29.07.16 that a bill has been prepared on 12.07.16 for an amount of Rs. 724 to be refunded to me on 13.08.16 .Subsequently I has visited Chandrapur BSNL office requesting the officials ( Name hided ) to refund my deposit. But till date I have not received any amount . Pl. do needful at once so that I can get back the amount immediately .

    I were done recharge amount of Rs. 786 on my no.-[protected] at 3rd Jan 2017 but not get the talk value of Rs. 900 & 300 MB data, while before doing recharge I confirm that from the customer care, get Rs.900 talk value and 300 MB data on the recharge of the amount 786.

        Unsubscribe all the hungama plans.
        My Landline no:[protected].
        BSNL Hungama is more like a scam. Some customer service calls us like advertisement, takes our email ID and automatically activates it for us without your consent. This has been the problem with lakhs of connections in India.
        I request the BSNL authorities to look into the matter .Solve this issue as early as possible.Many of them have made their complaints against it.

          BSNL-CONNECTION — DEACTIVATE MUSIC AND MOVIE ON DEMAND

          Respected Sir/Madam

          I have been using BSNL broadband . My BSNL landline number is [protected]. I want to complain regarding that no as we have not used the Movie & Music on Demand service and also unaware of activation of that service. As we have received the bill since arch 2016 we came to know that the music on demand service is being activated and the charges has been levied on us.

          So please i request you to De-Activate the Hungama Movie & Music on Demand service as soon as possible and try revert back the charges if possible

          Waiting for your prompt reply at earliest and hope that it would be de-activated as soon as possible

            I want to bring your kind notice that my village Kurumabankatara, PS- Odagaon, Dist.Nayagarh. we face a lot of issues in network connectivity in BSNL network. Village people (approximate - 7000 people) are using mobile in my village but all facing network problem since last 10 years also want to inform that near by villagers are also facing same problem from long time. And even there are no broadband connection intalled in our village. If they installed the broadband connection more of people get the connection and we will not facing problem in education.

            I request to look into the problem.

            Hope i will get the positive response from your end.

            Still they dont have take any steps.
            Sir, please deactivate my account from all hungama subscriptions. My landline no is[protected] . so I request you to deactivate my ac.
            I am being charged for Hungama plan for last two months for which I have never conscented. I don't require this services. Please disconnect this service at my phone no.[protected] and refund the unauthorized amount charged from me.

              Dear sir,
              I m using bsnl mobile post paid card.. On date 29.12.2016 i have paid its monthly bill by net banking. Of icici bank. I have details of the same. But today bsnl has stopped the service without any intimation. This has happened third time in this year. I think this is the worst service. Hope. Before switched over to another privet agency (Port) this issue will be resolved.

                  Hello sir i Pravin Pradhan having the bsnl prepaid Sim card with no. [protected] facing the problem. My all calls and sms are Barred so kindly provide info and help me for that. also the customer care are very lazy not even answering and not responding to the call. It tooked an hour but still my call is not connected to them. while call i got message that your calls are barred and you need to recharge i done that already but still facing problem.

                  My mobile number [protected] was subscribed with mobishiksha pack and deducted Rs 30 .Do refund that and I have deactivated the pack but I need a refund of my money.I haven't activated it and unknowingly you all activate it so do refund .
                  And see to it no further activation unnecessary packs happen leading to deduction of money

After that frequent disconnection of internet during Day and no internet during Nights. Here is my complaint no with BSNL[protected] opened on 21-nov[protected] Its opened on[protected] still today the fault not rectified with my broadband.

                    The broadband service is not functioning properly on my landline No [protected], needs immediate attention and redress. As my buissiness got badly suffered due to poor function of broadband service. If it is not redressed immediately then there is only alternative to disconnect the service.

                      I am one customer of bsnl. My bsnl mobil no-[protected]. My mobile outgoing service stop .When I call to cutomer care then they cannot solve my problem.But they get my complaint to customer care but not solove my problem

                      My call to customer care center from 5 days but they cannot solove my problem. I recharge on this card[protected] Rs.1 41 /- .

                      This card is scheme of KRISHEDHAN . Firstly this card pospaid later than done prepaid.

                        1. Scheme upgrade to 995 combo in june, 16. Since then the problem developed. I never get the stipulated speed of 16 mbps. (Getting only 4 mbps)

                        2. Broadband gets connected and dis-connected continuously.

                        This is the fourth time lodging complaint on the site. Number of complaints made on 1500 and 1504.

                        Some engineer says this is software problem at bsnl bangalore. That is to be rectified.

The connection not completely worked out and I have received a message " Net work not available" to-day i.e.[protected]. 123 and 1503 of BSNL also not responded. Other consumers related to me has no trouble, I couldn't under stand why my only number discontinued and harrased without information either through phone number 123 or 1503 which were alloted for information and complaints. I am facing much difficulty for this kind of action to the customer. Take action and arrange compensation for the trouble given to me.                               My name : pramod kumar sahoo . My bsnl prepaid no:[protected] . My incoming and outgoing facility stopped suddenly without any prior intimation by customer care . Please resolve urgently. i have been using for last 3 months . All activation and document procedure correct . i had called to customer care, but didn't receive any specific explanation why my facility has been stopped without any valid reasons .

                              Suddenly today onwards all outgoing and incoming services to my number has been stopped without any intimation or msg.

                              When called any no. System saying all outgoing calls stopped call to customer care.

                              I tried customer care with another BSNL no. Some executive say visit service centre we do not have any system information .

                              After some time Another executive listen all of my problem simply says call me after 2 hours present our systems are not working server down.

                              What's wrong with you. Atleast respond.

                                It is sorry to inform you that inspite of topping up my card [protected] with rs.149 on 29th dec 2016, the calls are not going through. Again from 30th december 2016.
                                Kindly take action to provide the calling facility else arrange to return back the money as it has become a regular affair of bsnl to cheat me. According to me # only cheat others and so you can decide where bsnl is.

                                By a copy of this letter the regulatory authority to take a note of this and take suitable action. I have so far used only 23 mins. And 33 seconds only out of 19200 seconds and i am having the evidence for the same.
                                I will take it up with minister for telecommunications and prime minister about your # cheating acts.
                                Validity of my card is up to 15/05/2017.
                                All are requested to monitor using call duration, call history applications in android.

                                      My no. is [protected]. I m the user of BSNL and my balance deducted without any information. I made recharge of validity extension and its also successful. But I need my deducted balance to be refund. But BSNL Executives refused my requests and having disconnect my calls. If bsnl deduct my balance then any other recharge for the same should not be successful. No one is connecting my call for the senior. I need my balance please help me to refund my balance.

                                        I have been provided with landline facility no.[protected] with broad band combo plan 675 monthly. Since aug 2016 unauthorized charges for hungama games & hungama movies rs 319.00 are being forwarded for which i have never demanded. Kindly deactivate this above unauthorized facility as i never demanded the same and my extra charges given in the bills from aug to nov 2016, rs 1276.00 be adjusted in next coming bills.
