Dear sir
I have submitted my application for disconnecting the telephone land line number[protected] years back in byndoor, udupi telephone office as per the instruction. After few months when i enquired about my refund, the telephone officer gave hope of getting refund very soon. As i continued visiting the office in 2-3 months interval, everytime they said me to wait. But recently they gave me the news that my refund amount was released (Check number: 904751 amount: rs1607) and it was dispatched on 24/05/2014 to my current address. Further i contacted the accounts department and grievance cell, and they could only suggest that, the customer need to take up the case of a loss of refund cheque then only he can get refund.

Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

Rs 1138/- has been debited from my account (Ref TO TRANSFER ~ ~
INB:HALB[protected]-BSNL).
but in BSNL portal my bill is still showing due.

    I have complained for each connection and the response from customer care is that the issue will be fixed in 24 working hours i.e. 3 days.
    I do not understand why my bill is not also generated for 31/30 days * 8 hours rather than 24 hours for 30/31 days, when you do not commit to keep the internet services up and running or at least start working immediately when the complain is registered.

    I submitted a request about 2-3 months back to disconnect the connection via selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in and asked to tell me the procedure to return the phone and modem instruments. There has been no response till date and surprisingly the website is changed and there is no record of my account in the new website and even the request is missing.

      I have forwarded a written complain to the Accounts Department of BSNl Panaji Goa stating they have overcharged my landline bill /Invoice [protected] by Rs.539/- dated 04-DEC-2016 by activating some “ HUNGAMA” service without my knowledge and approval.

      At the time of submitting the written complaint, I was informed that the excess amount will be subtracted in my next bill, but to my surprise I have again charged an excess amount of Rs. 274.97 where as the previous amount is also not been deducted ( invoice no [protected]).

      Please look into this matter as I will not pay any extra amount for any services which are been activated without my permission.

            I have lodge a complain on 10.01.17 regarding refund of security money of Sanjib Kumar Gupta, Ph. No : 2544 1725. after 10 minutes, I have got a phone call from [protected], she told me that ready to pay the security money i.e. Rs. 1, 745/- and asked for the Debit / Credit Card No. I told her only my Bank A/c no. We notice that you have send the acknowledge mail and a reply mail on the same day.
            Please tell me is the above mentioned mobile no. of your representative and was the message from her true or false.
            Please inform me or find out how she got my mobile no. and why she asked me for Debit/ credit card no.

              One day a mobile call came from bank hungama and they asked me to subscribe. I said I am not interested and disconnected. To my surprise I was charged Rs. 499/- by bank for hungama download. Next month in December 2016 bill also charged. All all downloads were effected on first of every month. Whenever I call their toll free No[protected] they ask to wait for their executive to attend. But no body is attending even after 5 minutes. I can't understand what bsnl I'd doing in collaboration with hungama . Please do needful to deactivate this hungama plan immediately from my bsnl land line No[protected]

                Hi,

                I took BSNL broadband connection around 1 month back and I paid Rs 500 security deposit alongwith Rs 250 as seperate charge to the engineer. Thereafter, I paid Rs 2100 as installation charge to the executive and Rs 730 for the first month which includes Rs 600 security deposit. Now I am using the broadband connection for the first month under 1199 unlimited plan and the billing amount that I have to pay is Rs 2700. When I inquired about the excess billing amount, I got to know that I have to pay the plan deposit Rs 1200 and Rs 500 for the 995 plan which was activated beyond my knowledge. I wasn't informed that I need to pay these activation amount by your engineer and hence this is unnecessary trouble which I have to face from your end. Moreover, most of the time landline is not working making it unable to make any phone calls or even use the broadband. Hence, this is my request to kindly resolve the issue or I will give up the connection completely based on your fault.

                  We the residents of Brindavan Hillview are constrained to bring to your notice the enormous suffering pushed down our throats, by the sudden stoppage of telephone connection WIFI and computer internet for the past 10 days.
                  While a day’s disconnection is understandable and tolerable denying us this basic facility for more than 10 days continuously is totally an unacceptable harassment. This is not an infrequent occurrence but repeatedly inflicted on us. Kindly understand we are of advanced age and inconveniences like this generate unwanted tension and anxiety in our aging and fragile minds leading to avoidable health problems. The damage caused both direct and indirect is incalculable.
                  While we are not resorting to any other form of protests and complaints, But we appeal to your good conscience to investigate and help us to permanently solve this complaint. This is causing considerable mental pain and anguish.

                      Hi All, We requested new BSNL broadband connection on 28 December 2016. But till now they didn't provided connection. We calling everyday to get connection. But they telling some stories whenever we call them like people are on leave, they have lot of work, other department have some pending work and So on. I am sure weather they really have work or not. I don't know why a new connection setup required 2 weeks time. For every request there should be timeline to complete. Do they have any such timelines.

                      They just proved that government people won't do any work on time. We are really frustrated due to there worst service.

                      They will get their salary weather they provide good or bad. And they no need to worry about increasing new connections. This why Public going to private Internet service providers, since they providing good service.

                      Ultimately government will get loss due their irresponsible behavior.

                          I have paid my monthly broadband bill Rs 403.00 on dated 28.12.2016 Vide bill no[protected] dated 6.12.2016 on my account no - [protected] through online . Bank debited the same amount from my account (ref no- IGAANAPFU9) yet Bsnl bill show outstanding till.

                                  There is a Mobile Tower installed here by BSNL. Not only the rays are deadly and harmful to humans body and mind but also there is so much of noise pollution cause by the stabilizers/ generators that its a constant irritation.

                                  There is a school to right in front of tower - Harming mentally and physically a whole lot of new generation.

                                    Respected Sir/Madam,

                                    This is inform you that, there is around +1.5 months i'm following with BSNL for my landline disconnection. I have submitted written application along with the require documentation and instrument but yet no one takes care about my request. The reason behind to write this, the person who I have submitted the application (virar East) is unaware about the next procedure. He is telling me everytime to visit Virar West office, meet their Mr. Mishra and ask them. We can't do anything from here further. When I visited Virar west and meet Mr. Mishra he given me funny answer - "wait and watch". I'm really disappointed to see this type of response from the BSNL officers. Thing is, this month bill also generated and it may chances to pay by my account which is done by ECS through. I have asked Mr. Mishra regarding this, he told me that you will get bill copy through courier. I have stated that, I never got the paper bill copy from last 3 years since I have choose Go Green policy through BSNL. He is not aware about the email generated copy. I have spend my 5mins. to explain the reason why I choose email copy. There is no answer when I ask for the bill adjustment of this month/months. Don't know still how many days I have to followup with BSNL officers and when it gets closed? Hoping the appropriate action on this and close the landline and get the deposited amount refund back. (I have submitted blank - cancelled cheque with the application). The application form details as below :

                                    Can i have any update on my complaint? Now I'm struggling with my current month bill which was already paid without any use (after disconnection application) in January 2017 month. Who will be responsible for this? Please...please...please check this on priority.
                                    I have to say, BSNL providing such a pathetic service for their customers.

                                    Till date, no further update and nothing. Too much fade up while following with the BSNL Virar. They prove that they are giving pathetic BSNL service. I will say the additional amount which you have collected from me, keep with you. I will assume that I have donate this amount to BSNL for their funds. Thanks a lot !!!
                                    I m not able to send sms from my sim. My no. is [protected]. I have tried the sim on different devices but with same result. It receives sms but cannot send.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My BSNL prepaid number [protected] got deactivated dated 08th December 2016. It's not in use now.
                                      I tried calling the BSNL customer care prepaid cell @[protected] several times in last 3 weeks to get in touch with them to know the process for reactivation, but unfortunately the contact no. provided for help(or the helpdesk number) is wrong & was not able to reach anyone because the call in not going to anyone.
                                      Request your help to guide me through the process to reactivate the same. Your early response will be appreciated. I am reachable at amit.[protected]@rediffmail.com.

                                        It’s about portal (http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in/selfcare/start.swe?SWECmd=Start&SWEHo=selfcare.s... for landline and broadband user to manage or know her/his information himself. There has an option to change broadband password

                                        But never working, resulting to unauthorized use of my broadband id with help of telecom (Bsnl) staff, many time i raised ticket about it, but no action. Please advise me what need to do next.
