My name Yashwanth Amin, usuing BSNL broadband[protected] using past from more than 1 year but wanted to cancel my account & brodaband three times i given letter but BSNL Mulki branch not doing nothing still i get bill from BSNL ltd. kindly close my broadband connction Or else i put this mail to general head in future i believe i get good result from you.

I have lost of mobile set with two sim cards no. [protected] and [protected].While trying to the complaint number and toll free number of BSNL, i have not received any valid response from these numbers. Toll free number was responding to check the number and dial again. Since morning I am repeating but all my efforts in vain.
However I would like to request you to kindly block my two sim bearing numbers [protected] and [protected] of West Bengal BSNL Circle.

Did online recharge 28/12/2016 for an amount 97₹.but its not active yet .i lost 97₹ from my account.after that I agin recharged by 10₹ also debited but not credited to my sim.the transaction details uploaded as photos.i saw in site that the transactions as pending .please help me .recharge is done today (28/12/2016).its very sad that I lost total 107₹

Sir,
I have paid my bsnl landline bill[protected] RS.920 through techprocess using my debit card. The amount of RS. 920 is debited in my account. But when i check to bsnl portal my bill payment status shows "pending". Please do the needful as soon as possible and make payment successfull.

My land line phone number[protected] is lying dead for the past two months.
In spite of several complains, no action has been taken on it yet.

Every time I lodge a complain, the next day I get a message that the problem has been resolved. Where as the reality is that no action has been taken so far.

I have a BSNL Mobile connection of [protected] at BSNL Office, Hojai. I paid its 1st month bill of June Rs. 996/-, 2nd month of July Rs. 2092/- and in 3rd month it suddenly fluctuated to Rs. 14, 101/- . I was very much surprised to see the high amount of bill. Then, I discontinued to use the connection.
I contacted the officials & asked for details that I used in that particular month. They refused to give the info., until & unless I pay the whole amount of bill & continue the connection. That sir, it is totally a wrong bill, why do I need to pay it blindly? but the bill is gradually increasing month by month. Why should I be victimized for their fault?

Therefore, I request you kindly to look into the matter as the earliest.

Hi,
i am Arvind Satyarthy from purnea Bihar, my landline number is[protected], but on the bill I receive the name of mine is written as Arvind Saltyarthy, but actual name is Arvind Satyarthy.
So, I want it to corrected as soon as possible.

Another correction is for my adddress on the bill, my actual address is - GROMOR FOOD NURSERY, SIPAHITOLA, PURNEA, BIHAR-854301.
But on the bill it is as - GROW MERE FOOD NURSERY SIPAHI TOLLA PURNEA BH 854301.
So, for this even I need correction as soon as possible . I hope it will be done very soon...

I surrendered my Tele No[protected] in 4/8/15. On surrendering I filled up a form regarding the place where to post the refund and i gave my home address in kerala. I have not yet received the refund cheque. When I enquired about my refund to the Junior accounts officer on[protected], he checked and accepted that they have sent it to wrong address. Now anytime I call him he says the issue is being checked in Hyderabad from where checks are issued.Its been a month but there is no update. The customer care guy says that they jus technical complaints and can't take any closure related complaints. Now I don't even have a complaint number also, only thing I can do is keep calling the JAO and ask if there is any update.

I went to watch a movie in the theater, there I misplaced my mobile phone which was having a BSNL prepaid sim.
I want to deactivate my sim to avoid any misuse of my mobile number.

Its an emergency situation so i cannot go to the office and have it so kindly please do the need full and resolve my issue the main issue is i have been charged extra cash for calls so i want to see the all call detials and the time i talked so please help me

I am a subscriber of bsnl boradband services at Rajkot(Gujarat). I often get disconnected from network at an interval of say constinously for half an hour or some times for indefinite period. So, the services of BSNL Broadband are always uncertain and not dependable. May i request you to take suitable action under advice to me. My office no.[protected]

Need to reactivate [protected]- as I lost the connectivity, I have submitted all my kyc documents while I got the number, I have now set up the many account recovery details linked to this number and need this on high priority.
Please contact me for more details on [protected]. also let me know the process of getting the same sim back activated mode.

As we have already been complaint about deactivating the bsnl hungama plan but that has not been done till now. We have informed you that the bsnl hungama plan (Movies on demand, music on demand, games on demand) that has been activated on my phone no.[protected]. So deactivate it as soon as possible and after deactivation inform me on my e-mail id : [protected]@yahoo.com.

Sub : to repair landline connection of phone number :[protected]

This is with reference to the subject as stated above. I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have been running from one office to another for this from last 2 years. 2 years back they have disconnected the service saying they are repairing the underground line connection.

I have visited the office - 'bsnl muzaffarpur' many times and every time i have asked to register a complaint for this but they usually say it will be done in some days, no need of complaint but last time when i visited, the officer given me a clear and harsh statement saying 'it won’t be done. Do whatever you want'.

The landline number[protected] is of my shop address and i am facing lots of difficulties in running business as the landline connection is not working. I am quite frustrated with their behavior and the way bsnl muzaffarpur office works.
Please let me know till when i need to wait for the connection to get repaired or enabled.

I trust this is not the way that bsnl sanchar nigam wishes to conduct business with valued customers.

Today around 10:45 a lady called asking for a loan, I asked her which number she called but she kept on asking about money ignoring my questions. and she was silent for about a minute on the phone during this minute I could hear a baby background making noise. she spoke after a minute asking me why I did not answer her questions which she asked me during the silent 1 minute. Then when she begin answering my questions she claims she got my phone number on a receipt from kosamattam finance. and when I said I want to see the receipt she wants to know my address that she is ready to come to my house. The call lasted for 5 min she hang up the call at the end.[protected] is her phone number she sounds like a professional disturbance, she disturbed my peace at home. I want to stop such incoming calls, I expect you to take an immediate action, Thank you.
