Sir,

Recently BSNL Hungama started doing advertisement calls for almost all BSNL customers. They ask for your email address and mobile number saying that its for record purpose and auto activate BSNL hungama without any consent or notice. Everyone gets to see that hungama was activated in their account only after the bill comes (Around Rs.410).

In India there are many people who do not understand all these things. For them they do not know that hungama is charging some amount every month and some even after knowing, do not know how to deactivate. I would also like to bring in that hungama toll free number is a call of infinite waiting as it does not get connected even after you dial it 100 times.

Looking at the number of BSNL broadband connections Indians got and the secret amount Hungama is charging, it can almost be called as a 'SCAM' of few crores by Hungama.

And it is because of Hungama, people will start to lose trust in a well organised BSNL. I request you to take this issue seriously as many innocent people are being suffered by the fraud business tactics by a company.

I have Switched my phone number through Vodafone to Bsnl Using MNP
My number is [protected], Due to outstanding bills are pending in vodafone, then I have paid on 10.10.2016, That's the reason my BSNL number calls barred, I cant able to call or receive any other calls

    I am taking a plan of 249ULD for bb+LL but the company is charged 249rs as one time charges that's why my total bill is 540rs so please deactivate one time charges of bb connection I request the bsnl authorities through the bsnl cdr portal and through the phone so please give suggestions how to resolve my problem thank u

      My landline phone no.[protected] is out of order since dec.02, 2016. I filed complaint in the telephone exchange.
      Later i reported the matter to the tto, siddhesar a number of times. Though he assured that he will send some one to fix the problem, nothing was done and the phone remains dead since.
      I contacted the s. D. O. (Phones) who advised me to send sms giving details.
      I send sms on 13th dec and another on 16th. But no action has been taken yet. Apart from remaining disconnected for over a fortnight causing extreme inconvenience, i will have to pay rent for all the days so long as remains out of service

        I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My landline number is[protected]. please this is not fair. i want immediately stop this service.i will not this bill and disconnected bsnl land line connection. please i requst my no.[protected] stop this service.
        I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 2 years. If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

            Hello,
            My landline bill is having additional 370 rs. Charges of hungama services of bsnl.. Which is not activated by my consent i dont even know about it.. The bsnl is doing a fraud with me.. And when i want to deactivate it the customer care.. They are denying to activate from customer care..
            I want to un subscribe all my hungama packages immediately.. And do check about this scam...

              Dear Bsnl. I am a very old customer of your ladnline services. And also i avail your broadband services. Butrecently service has been pretty bad. There is no internet for most time of the day. And the landline doesnt work too.
              But now since the last few days. It doesnt work at all. I have complained too but no necessary step has been taken. I am fairly disappointed coz we are paying the bills and there is no phone or internet for days. Please send someone to fix this problem. Or we might have to abandon your services.

My land line number is [protected], imposed without my consent in Nov 2016 broad band Bill .The HUMGAMA pack has never been asked for activation, but it has been forcibally imposed. this is not the manner to get the BSNL enriched. You are always imposing unwanted package to earn .

                  I have made numerous requests to register complaints against SMS spam from BZ-MYNTRA, DM-MYNTRA, BW-MYNTRA. I always receive an acknowledgement SMS saying "complaint registration number will be sent shortly", but no complaint registration number is ever sent. Without a registration number I cannot check the status of the complaint with TRAI. I suspect BSNL is not recording the complaint at all and not planning to take any action against the spammer.

                    4 months have passed my security deposit has not been refunded still now.
                    actually the refund should be made within 60 days from the date of surrender.

                      1. not getting stipulated speed of 16mbps, instead only 1.5mbps to 2 mbps maximum upto 5.5 mbps speed. always varying speeds.
                      2. frequently connecting and disconnecting.

                      In the month of june, 16 i took this 995 combo (earlier it was a lower plan of 4 mbps speed). till now i never got the stipulated speed of 16mbps and never above 5.5 or 6 mbps.

                      Please look into the discrepancy immediately. i may please be informed at the above detailed phone numbers/ email.

                      Now the speed is tested at 7.30 AM on 17-12-16. Download speed 9.2, upload speed .55, ping 336ms.
                      whereas, for 995 combo plan I am supposed to get 16 mbps. Please do the needful. The matter is pending right from June, 16.

                          My Broadband connection is not working for last 9 days. The internet light on my modam is not blinking. No one is there to resolve this issue. They don't pick [protected] this complaint number most of the times. If they pick they just note my address and give a false assurance that it will be okay today. Do something or i'll have to disconnect your services forever. I don't think you want to lose a 6-7 year old customer who pays bill on time.

                                I didn't get the refund amount of 1175rs for the broadband connection cancelled due to installation failure. The kakkanad office people (Especially the engineer[protected] didn't take any further step to solve this issue.

                                    I have received the message for my bsnl bb bill (With out details)
                                    Of rs. 3428 against bsnl account number [protected] generated on 06-dec-16 and to pay before 27-dec-16.

                                    In this connection i have to inform the following details of my bsnl phone & internet connection:
                                    1) in the month of february i have shifted from ashoknager to suchitra center. (Phone at my old home no:[protected].
                                    2) on my request to shift the phone, the bsnl have allotted phone number as 27235154 for my new address after disconnecting phone at my old home (No:[protected].
                                    Balance deposit amount of old phone is due to me from department.

                                    But connection was not given @ my new address:flat 508, tnr north city residences near suchitra center on nh 44 service road
                                    Jeedimetla village

                                    3) after several times pursuance, they have informed that they have canceled the number allotted to me & asked me to apply fresh application for phone & internet connection to allot through fiber cable.

                                    4) after paying prescribed fee along with application, i was informed on 22/3/2016 that number :29801392 has been allotted.
                                    Receipt no hyd[protected]. Paid rs 1145. On 21/03/2016.
                                    Even though the bsnl have allotted my phone number as 29801392 in the month of march they have not activated the service (Phone & internet) even after contacting the concern ato & dto.
                                    The contractor karnakerreddy has contacted me and asked to apply again only through him to give connection in our complex: flat 508, tnr north city residences, suchitra center, hyderabad 500067. As such i have paid again rs. 3318/- per 3 months for 80gb @16 mbps
                                    I. E bsnl combo uld 995 vdsl cs55.
                                    Under special offer i. E
                                    "new bsnl customers'

                                    5) my bsnl service was activated on 24/8/2016, but the bsnl agent/ contractor karnaker reddy has given connection on 28/8/2016 night that to after several requests.
                                    2) my plan is uld 995 and i have paid rs 3318/- as 3 months advance to get waival offer duly enclosing documents showing as i am retired government officer along with application.
                                    3) my first bsnl erroneous bill received on 11/9/2016 through email.
                                    In the bill for august it is mentioned current month bill amount as rs 2885/- (Connection was given on 28/8/2016).
                                    I have given complaint to rectify the bill as per my plan from period 28/8/2016 and improve the speeds & service without disconnection.
                                    Subsequently i have paid as per bsnl messages i) rs. 275/- in october &
                                    Ii) rs. 222/- on 22/11/2016. Now i have received message to pay rs.3428/- with out detailed bill.

                                    Further the amounts due from bsnl: 1) old phone 27637154 balance deposit amount & advance deposit towards std/ isd.
                                    2) 2nd phone 29801392 application amount rs 1145/-
                                    3) ont waiver amount
                                    4) discount as i have retired as government officer (Superintending engineer. Details enclosed along with my application).
                                    I request you to look into the matter to refund the above amounts or adjust in the present bill and send the revised bill at an early date.

                                    3) After several times pursuance, They have informed that they have canceled the number allotted to me & asked me to apply fresh application for phone & Internet connection to allot through Fiber cable.

                                    4) After paying prescribed fee along with application, I was informed on 22/3/2016 that number :29801392 has been allotted.
                                    RECEIPT NO HYD[protected]. PAID RS 1145. ON 21/03/2016.
                                    Even though the Bsnl have allotted my phone number as 29801392 in the month of March they have not activated the service (phone & internet) even after contacting the concern ATO & DTO.
                                    The Contractor KarnakerReddy has contacted me and asked to apply again only through him to give connection in our complex: Flat 508, TNR NORTH CITY RESIDENCES, SUCHITRA CENTER, HYDERABAD 500067.As such I have paid again Rs. 3318/- per 3 months for 80GB @16 Mbps
                                    i.e BSNL Combo ULD 995 VDSL CS55.
                                    under special offer i.e
                                    "New BSNL Customers''

                                    5) My BSNL service was activated on 24/8/2016, but the BSNL agent/ Contractor Karnaker Reddy has given connection on 28/8/2016 night that to after several requests.
                                    2)My plan is ULD 995 and I have paid Rs 3318/- as 3 months advance to get waival offer duly enclosing documents showing as I am retired Government officer along with application.
                                    3) My first BSNL erroneous bill received on 11/9/2016 through email.
                                    In the bill for August it is mentioned current month bill amount as Rs 2885/- (connection was given on 28/8/2016).
                                    I have given complaint to rectify the bill as per my plan from period 28/8/2016 and improve the speeds & service without disconnection.
                                    Subsequently I have paid as per bsnl messages i)Rs. 275/- in October &
                                    ii)Rs. 222/- on 22/11/2016. Now I have received message to pay Rs.3428/- with out detailed bill.

                                    Further the amounts due from BSNL: 1)Old phone 27637154 balance deposit amount & advance deposit towards STD/ ISD.
                                    2) 2nd phone 29801392 application amount RS 1145/-
                                    3) ONT waiver amount
                                    4) Discount as I have retired as Government officer (SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER. details enclosed along with my application).
                                    I request you to look into the matter to refund the above amounts or adjust in the present bill and send the revised bill at an early date.

                                      Kerala.My land number[protected] is not working last few months.It is located in Karthikappally Exchange, Alappuzha Dist. I have send few complaints to the our local exchange but no action yet. Please do the needful.So I beg your sir, please take neccessary action and do the needful for using my telephone without any problem.

                                      I want to deactivate the hungama site which is been unnecessarily been activate on my no. kindly deactivate it [protected]. We do not want this service any more on our number. since its a unnecessary service.
                                      Also i want refund of what its been billed on my number.
