Due to several complain of service and excess billing of my phone no [protected] I was bound to surrender the same and the said phone had been surrendered but I have not received any rebate during the period of Dead Phone.
Since more than 2 months past still I have not received refund of my Security Deposit

    My phone No.[protected]. Name P.H.Vishnu. Upgraded from 4mbps to 16 mbps in the month of June, 16(995 combo). The problems of
    (a) frequent dis-connection and
    (b) low speed - never got 16 mbps.Got as low as 20 kbps sometimes. Most of the time less than 6 mbps speed, constantly varying from 4 mbps to 6 mbps.

    Lodged number of complaints right from the day the scheme was upgraded.

        I have been getting slow upload speed since a rain in last week.But I have normal download speed.Frequent disconnection of bsnl broadband.Sometimes DSL link light modem was OFF.Sometimes it was ON but internet light OFF.There was also a lot of noise on the telephone line.Whenever it worked, upload speed was slow and maximum upload speed was 192kbps.Earliar it was 512kbps and it never gone more than 192 since last 2 weeks.

        Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps) is between 160-192.
        Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps) is 2048 and it has no problem.

        SNR Margin : 22(Downstream) and 5(Upstream)
        Attenuation : 47(Downstream) and 27(Upstream)

        I complained to the Selfcare Portal first, then technician came and worked on line and closed the complaint saying "CABLE FAULT RECTIFIED OK" in the Selfcare Portal.Then I complained on BSNL PG Portal.Again the technicians came and done some digging and cleared the line.When the technician was at home i was not getting DSL link properly.After calling the exchange the DSL came and the Upsteam had gone upto 320kbps, but no Internet connection.The technician has gone back after saying that he will change the port in 1 day.After a few hours he has gone, I got the Internet connection back but the Upstream stayed at 192.

        Its been 2 days now and the only problem I have now is the Upload Speed.The SNR margin and Attenuation stays same as before.Now the noise on the is gone and DSL link is stable.Also the internet no longer disconnects frequently and i can easily connect to the Internet.

        The technician says that only download speed is promised and Upload speed is not promised.If I want more upload speed as promised, I need to have another plan.But i was getting 512 kbps for the last 2 and half years.Now for the last 2 weeks, it hasn't gone up more than 192kbps.I already complained on BSNL Customer Care Portal twice, twice on the number 2228000, once on the number 2225000 and even once on the BSNL Public Grievance Portal.

        The complaint reaches the exchange, but they don't do rectify the problem completely.They only check whether I have Internet connection and the download speed.They don't care about what I have to say about the upload speed.They say just 160kbps or 192kbps is enough.I need decent upload speed on the application like online gaming else it will lag and the ping goes high since the data is not uploaded in time.If I get atleast 256kbps the problem may solve, but the technician don't listen about the problem properly.

        The guidelines given out by BSNL Punjab says if the Attenuation must be below 45dB and SNR Margin must be above 13dB for a decent connection.It also say the Broadband may work on a value lower than 13 dB SNR Value but there would be likely a slow speed, frequent disconnections and time outs.Similarly Broadband may work on a Attenuation value higher than 45 dB but there would be likely a slow speed, frequent Disconnections and Time outs.This is happening in my case.IT also says, If the Attenuation value is greater than 43 dB then insist for Change of Phone Line (Drop Wire), Jumper, Vertical, DP or Line Pair and if SNR value is lower than 13 dB then insist for a Change of Line (Drop Wire) or Jumper or Vertical or DP or Line Pair.

        The technicians are not even looking at these values and says the the Internet connection is fine.They are closing the complaints after checking line and putting CABLE FAULT RECTIFIED OK as the reason for closing the complaint.

        I complained on various portals like BSNL PG Potal, DPG Portal in addition to my complaint here.I also complained on twitter accounts of BSNL Corporate and BSNL Kerala.Finally BSNL contacted me about the complaint on twitter.Within that day itself, telephone technician came and fixed the line properly and UPstream Value got back 512 kbps.

        I had contacted BSNL and they said the upload speeds won't go above 512 kbps as they are can only to give 512 kbps o[censored]pload speeds whereas download speed can vary.
        If you are some Youtuber or any other online streamer than this isn't the network you wanna be in as you won't be able to stream at good quality. But,
        With the upcoming JioFiber, they might as well upgrade their upload speeds.

                I have made recharge of Rs. 444/- twice by mistake on 01.12.2016. for which the amount is debited from my bank but it is neither credited for mobile recharge in respect of mobile No. [protected] nor reverted to bank account till date.the transactions pending from your end are as below:

                out of these three two transactions are debited from my bank account but not credited for mobile recharge.

                  I have payed bsnl broadband bill through bsnl online bill payment portal via net banking services, but after paying them he holds my payment receipt for 3 days and after it they canceled my payment and not refund into my account back, when I complaint it to bsnl they refused, I want please take action immediately on it, my amount is 804 was pay on 25 Nov for broadband [protected], area pin code is 326033,
                  I saw them my net banking transactions I'd and their portal transaction I'd but they still refused and say that payment is not made to bsnl.

                  Please sir take action immediately on it because it's a trustworthy brand in India.

                  My number is BSNL [protected] and I'm not able to send out any SMSs. Tried reinserting the sim after shutting down the equipment but no resolution. It keeps on throwing an error message.
                  How abut the solution please...
                  I made online payment thrice for recharging on 01.12.2016 by mistake for mobile no. [protected], which is pending in your transaction.The amount is debited from my bank account twice.but the recharge was not successful for a single transaction.
                  therefore requested to consider a single recharge of Rs. 444/- and reverse the rest to my bank account.

                      The BSNL advertises its BSNL packages by forcefully capturing the home page of its subscriber as being the system administrator it can do so. This suddenly disconnects the broadband during the course of any important conversion on Skype or important execution of any banking online transaction. This is an unfair practice. Advertisements from Bsnl are welcomed by sms /email and not by forcefully capturing the home page without the subscriber's consent. STOP THIS IMMEDIATELY

                      Despite my complain the forced BSNL advertisement was sent today at about 9.35 am capturing my home page and disconnecting the broadband for about 15 minutes. This is not a prudent business practice and against business ethics. The advertisement was sent from ip address 172.30.83.184. Please stop this immediately and ensure in writing that it will not be repeated.Looking forward to your immediate reply.

                      After a gap of 2 months the forced advertisement has started again. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. You do not have any Right to intrude into the privacy of the subscriber by forcefully capturing his home page for your advertisement. This is against business ethics. PLEASE STOP THIS IMMEDIATELY, ELSE I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SURRENDER MY BROADBAND SERVICES .

                            Respected sir/madam,

                            I am unable to browse or work at home using internet as i get the below message with subject, [protected]@sdc.bsnl.co.in; subject: choose appropriate top up option on your broadband connection. if you see below or check the attachment, we have just paid excess mentioning one tme charges for restoration to higher speed. i can’t be paying excess like this with no real speed happening or to which i don’t access to work at home, when required.

                            In my opinion, private service providers are better than bsnl. there is no point in giving a decline or not needed message to carry on browsing and continuing with work. nothing gets accepted and the screen does not change or allow to work. finally, i have to shut down the system with a sorry note.

                            I need an explanation surely. i don’t wish the message to re-appear as the speed i work with is sufficient and if i need to increase to higher speed, i would bring to notice when required. if i continuously get the screen again and if i am prevented from working with ease, i am sorry to say, i will have to withdraw from using this service very soon and will switch over to a private service provider suiting my requirement and need.

I receive one phone asking for OTP number or details of transactions( although it is already mentioned in complaint).

                                  Hello sir,

                                  I'm too worried for the below reason.
                                  Actually
                                  I have lost my bsnl sim having number [protected] please block it to prevent any misuse as I haven't charged any FIR against it.
                                  Please help me out in this problem.
                                  I don't want to opt for police complaint.
                                  Don't know what to do further as I'm tense now as somebody may misuse it on my name and my personal identity proof which I submitted at the time of registration of this sim.

                                  I have paid rs 220/- for recharge to mobile no [protected]., on 25th of this month. but it was wrongly went to [protected] which is not my number. I made more than five complaints till now. but there is no responce from you till now. I hope you will take instant action in this regard ..

                                      I had requested for MNP from BSNL to JIO for my mobile number [protected]. My UPC code is BT123963 generated dated on[protected] but still I did not receive any communication from BSNL or JIO. It is taking too much time and should fulfill the transfer within 15 days as the UPC code is valid for 15 days.
                                      Therefore, I am requesting you to take necessary step as early as possible.

                                        Bought BANK sim with Number [protected] on 25.11.2016. I had mentioned my alternate number as well so as to be enable BANK to send me a message. The sim when inserted in mobile is showing tilted 'p'. Any attempt by me to call 1507 is showing "no network"

                                        Will they be able to solve it within 24 hrs, else matter will go to higher forum.
