I surrendered my land line no 2537050 under bidhan nagar, durgapur, wb on[protected]. My telephone has been disconnected and sms has come in my mobile [protected] on[protected].
My security deposit rs.2, 000/-less the latest bill of rs.449/-dt[protected] i. E rs 1, 551/-should be refunded to my bank a/c thru ecs within 60 days.
Three months have been passed, i have not received the said amount.

Respected sir, I request you to deactivate the hungama facilities installed without my acceptance and we have charged very high cost per month.So please deactivate hungama music and movies facility immediately in [protected]
Kindly de-activate Hungama movies, music and games from my account ...I have not subscribed for it ..Additionally, different amounts are added monthly with my land line account, on account of Hungama for the last four (4) months. Kindly de-activate and repay the amount. Please be noted that I will not be using it in future.

      My bsnl number is [protected]. I got sms on 18/11/2016 saying that "thanks for subscribing to super masti pack rs29 7days (51010) service. You have been charged rs.29.0 for 7 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree)." i have not subscribed anything, even i dont know what is masti pack. Please make refund my money and stop this unethical practice.

        Dear sir / madam,

        Government of india is planning & taking every step to improve the standard of living of people of india and offer for bsnl ul bb 249/- plan is one among them. It’s a great plan aimed to get broadband connection for all indian citizens.

        But some bsnl authorities misusing their powers, cheat customers and defeat the very purpose of our indian government. Here is solid proof how bsnl authorities cheating customers. You can see the plan & what & how they are charging.

        1) security deposit chargeable rs.250/-, (One month charges), but charged me rs.750/-

        2) installation charges completely waived off, but charged rs.850/-
        (As for ll - 600/- & bb modem - 250/-)

        I don’t know why this installation charges, which is completely unacceptable and totally irrelevant.in fact, they did not put any new wire connection also, my already installed airtel bb connection they disconnected, and connected the same wire to their bsnl junction box, outside my apartment.

        It’s also to be noted that bsnl has offered the landline connection to many of the customers without any installation charges, during the month of oct-2016 as anniversary offer. New connection applied date is 15th october 2016. Whenever the case is like so, especially for this ul bb 249/- combo plan, charging customers like this is totally unfair from bsnl.

        Instead of monthly expectation of bill coming (Approx.) to rs.300/-, it has come rs.1, 654/-. It’s totally unfair! It’s a malpractice. Bill attached for your reference. Whether bsnl authorities are sleeping, are they not aware of their own advertisements. I don't know to whom i have to make this complaint. That is why i came directly here.

        Why stick with corrupt BSNL when Jio broadband is being launched through out Bharat at very affordable prices and speeds BSNL losers can not even dream of?
        Dont go for ###### BSNL, these guys are #######. Corrupted and IT illiterate.
        Their staff even dont know what FUP is.

But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

Actually i was riding a bike and sat behind my husband, debadatta mahapatra. The mobile i kept in a the side pocket of a mobile bag and the flap over the pocket was lose as flap holder's contact was became very feeble now at home i could not find my mobile and also i found on calling from my husband's number [protected] that my mobile is in swich off position.

                I book a request on 5th nov 2016 for new broadband/landline connection. Against which i received call on 7th nov 2016 for my postal address. After that there is no feedback from bsnl.

                I checked status of my prelead id ([protected]), which is now showing canceled.

                I can't understand what happened with my request?

                I have again book a new request for the same.

                Expecting the proper feedback this time from bsnl.

                  I was having bsnl connection for the past few years and for the past two months I was charged as one time charge for the BSNL hungama plan and I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible.                     I did not ask for bsnl hungama plan to be activated. My father answered a customer rep call and clearly stated that he doesn't want. Yet, we've been charged for this. Deactivate this immediately. The connection is on this number[protected]. I see a lot of similar complaints on this. This is customer harassment and customers do not have to go through this ridiculous process of going behind bsnl and asking for refund.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have purchased prepaid sim from bsnl-bangalore more than 10 years back (Probably in 2012) and have been using the same since then. Now when i went for replacement of the same with micro-sim, i was surprised to hear from bsnl personnel that the same registered with somebody else's name & address and can't be exchanged.

                      As i have have been using this number since more than 10 years and registered the same in many banks, i am put under lot of trouble to discontinue the same. Please let me know the procedure to correct the name & address in bsnl's register.

                        I applied for BSNL landline connection in July, 2016 in Margao BSNL exchange, Goa. After a lot of running around and filing a complaint in public grievance cell, the connection was finally installed in October, 2016. The landline number is[protected]. After the installation of landline, I applied for broadband connection within a couple of days. But even after repeated calls it is still pending. My work is suffering because of this unprofessional attitude of BSNL. It should not take 4 months for me to get a decent broadband connection. On the top of it their staff is very rude and not helpful at all. Please look into the matter.

                          For the past 1 month, the service is available for only 10 days, latest since last 6 days no service. Why should we pay for no service? I have been lodging complaints and sending mails to minister Ravishankar Prasad to PGM, GM, AGM etc since last December. The service in close to 1 year is pathetic, why are you offering service if you have no capability? you had outsourced to unprofessional vendors and I had brought up several times about the vendor. Your BSNL officials also doesn't respond for the calls, if we call them 10 times and it is hard to get even 1 time and they will say contact vendor. When are you going to resolve once for all.

                            I am using the bsnl cellone prepaid number [protected] in Madhya Pradesh and the outgoing call and SMS facility are not working since the morning of November 14, 2016 as i get the message "check operator services", "msg not delivered", etc. whenever i make an outgoing call or try to send an SMS.

                            This happens despite the fact that sufficient balance amount and validity are existing with my phone. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                Hello sir, I am Pratik N from Vaze Galli, Vadgoan, Belagavi, Karnataka, India, . Now the problem I am facing is about the ping. As Far As My Knowledge is the ping for a server in radius of Belagavi, should be maximum 3ms ping, but for my connection its at a height of 308ms to the same server.
                                faq: [that you may ask] 1: End all the downloading/ internet resource hungry programs, already done don't bother.
                                2: the modem is just 40 cms away from my CPU, so its not the distance.
                                3: The wires that I use are all cat5 and new ones, so not the quality also.
                                4: I do have a adsl splitter with a telephone beside my modem;

                                SO that means you guys are providing a bad service to your customers, the above is just one example, I have various examples like this.
                                I need to know why this is happening and why is there so much of packetloss only for BSNL customers.

                                  I have got my bsnl hungamma deactivated now in november 2016, whereas the same was activated from march 2016 without my knowledge. As i have not used the said hungamma please refund the money paid for the same. This is something ridiculous that without the written subscription of a consumer people are activating things in the broadband. Why the hell are you cheating people. Make money in the proper manner and not by cheating.

                                    I am using bsnl prepaid mobile last 10 years. But now i applied port out to jio mobile. I got upc no on[protected]. Unfortunately i am frequently ask customer care after 7 days from the date of apply the port out. I am directly went customer care officer also. But they say we have to look. And customer care 1503 people say bsnl not allow to port out to jio. I ask the guy i have to complaint trai, they say we are not worry about this u can complaint anywhere.

                                      I never asked www.bsnlhangama.com to subscribe hangama programs to be attached to my land line[protected] Since last three months, I am being forced to pay additional amounts ranging from Rs.240/- towards hangama services which I am not using at all last to bill .
