I have got my bsnl hungamma deactivated now in november 2016, whereas the same was activated from march 2016 without my knowledge. As i have not used the said hungamma please refund the money paid for the same. This is something ridiculous that without the written subscription of a consumer people are activating things in the broadband. Why the hell are you cheating people. Make money in the proper manner and not by cheating.

I am using bsnl prepaid mobile last 10 years. But now i applied port out to jio mobile. I got upc no on[protected]. Unfortunately i am frequently ask customer care after 7 days from the date of apply the port out. I am directly went customer care officer also. But they say we have to look. And customer care 1503 people say bsnl not allow to port out to jio. I ask the guy i have to complaint trai, they say we are not worry about this u can complaint anywhere.

I never asked www.bsnlhangama.com to subscribe hangama programs to be attached to my land line[protected] Since last three months, I am being forced to pay additional amounts ranging from Rs.240/- towards hangama services which I am not using at all last to bill . Last month after a marathon attempts I could succeed to connect toll free no.[protected] for deactivate the programs from my land line but no body peak up my phone.I therefore request you to deactivate the hangama programs from my land line to avoid additional burden on me and oblige.

I have not opted for Hangama service but last few months I have been charged Rs400+ for Hangama service.I have been complaining but no action has been taken so far.I once again request you to deactivate tha Hangama Service immediately and adjust the amount paid in my subsequent bills, otherwise I would be left out with no option but to surrender my broadband connection.I solicit immediate action on your part in this regard.

Total Rs. 489.00

This amuont has been charged for September, 2016 bill No.[protected] dated[protected].and October 2016 bill dated[protected]vide Bill No.[protected] This service I am utilising. I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. please do it immediately. My land line number is[protected]. I do not want music on demand and also do not want games on demand please.
Kindly deactivate my music on demand and games on demand earliest as possible, so that I can deposit my bill amount.
I never used this service so far.

I didn't subscribed for any service like this. But today 7/11/2016 at 2a.m i got a message from BT-BSNLBG. It says i have subscribed for BSNL super masti pack and deducted 29 rupees for that. How the hell they can do like that without my permission. I need the refund for that deduction. Please register my complaint and take necessary action for my refund and my number [protected].

My telephone no is [protected]/[protected](mobile), I have this landline connection for more than 14 yes now, on 21st October 2016 the line man came and given a connection to other house from our house, and he has taken the wire over my house, despite there been underground connection in our Area, I want the wire connection over my house given to other houses to be removed from over my house immediately

Dear Sir,

This is again with reference to the above subject, that now and then we facing issues with Internet connection, request yourself to look into the same.I mean to say that this is a repetitive occurrence, and there is no let up in this time again and again. Frankly speaking we are fed up with this internet connection of BSNL.
Our sincere prayer is that this organization should be privatized at the earliest, seeing to this lethargic service attitude of the workers and authorities.
No one is bother to look into the same. Very regretfully writing this.
Also would request consumer complaint authorities to look into the same.

I have talked to customer care bsnl at its no [protected], the attendent has asked for recharge the balance then I have topped up with Rs.220/- but sim is still not working. please issue new sim for my same number and shift balance amount to the new sim. Kindly block the sim to avoid the misuse of sim.
I, sri v.venkateswara rao c/o b. lingam, resident of h.no.11-3-29, , road no.15, sri venkateswara colony, opposite to maternity hospital, saroornagar, hyderabad. i am working as section officer, law department, a.p secretariat hyderabad, while i am going to my office by setwin bus on[protected] at 10.10 hours towards dilshuknagar to nampally, hyderabad due to the reason of bharath bandhu. during the journey hours, some unknown person had theft my mobile hand set (lenovo a6000 plus black colour) [imei-1: [protected] & imei-2: [protected]] with dual sim bearing mobile numbers: [protected] (bsnl network) and [protected] (office/official number) from my pocket in setwin bus, the bus is having more rush with passengers. i have reached my destination and descending from the bus at nampally, when i was checked my mobile and found that the said mobile hand set was theft by some unknown person. it is having more important contact numbers, emails, messages etc., immediately i have contacted/ dialled to [protected] (bsnl network) and [protected] (office/official number) with the help of other mobile phone and it is coming the response as switch off or out of covering area.

therefore, i request you my phone mobile hand set (lenovo a6000 plus black colour) [imei-1: [protected] & imei-2: [protected]] may be traced out and punitive action may be taken against offender at the earliest in the hence justice.

I am a subscriber of BB Home Combo 675 plan, which includes landline rental and internet subscription. I should not be charged any rental as the BB Home 675 plan is a combo plan.

But, BSNL is billing me Rs 180 plus service tax each month towards landline rental, apart from the BB Home combo subscription of 675 for last more than three years.
This way I have been excess billed and made to pay Rs. 180 plus service tax every month for more than three years.

Please discontinue the excess billing to my account and arrange refund of the already excess billed amount to date.

I approached to BSNL Krisgnanagar and Chapra office from last 3 years for a new Landline and broadband connection. I applied also online and offline. They asked me if I had a Landline connection, I said I want to get Landline and Broadband connection. But they are denying to give a new connection for alst 3-4 years. Then what is the solution????

Please unsubscribe us from the Hungama On demand monthly pack. We do not use the service and paying unnecessarily.

I am paying for the service that was never initiated by us. We are simply paying for the past three months with out the knowledge o[censored]sing it. Please stop the service with immediate effect. Please confirm.

We are living in ck achukattu area, very closed to bsnl customer center.
Burt unfortunately, in our area, bsnl mobiles signals are very weak or not proper
This affecting our mobiles are not connecting properly and we are facing serious communication problems, many times customer are saying that, your cell is out of reach, so we are totally unhappy, can concern officers can take this and rectify, or we are forced to switch on to other service provider.

From last two months my broadband services is not working properly, I made complaint several times, staff of BSNL come and make it working condition every time in day. But the real issue is, from evening to early morning its not working otherwise from early morning to evening its working fine.

every-time the assured me from today its working properly but still there is a strange issues.

Messsage is "thanks for subscribing to super masti pack rs:29 7days (51010) service. you have been charged rs.29.0 for 7days. to unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (tollfree)." money deducted without my consent.
I tried to contact customer care nos. but they are always busy.

Please help me for the same i want to unsubscribe from this masti service.

I'm complaining against BSNL Broadband from Upper Shilllong as the landline services and Broadband Services is extremely very very bad. Everytime we request a complain it works only for few hours and following the next day we as consumer face the same problem over and over again. And still I am a regular payee without any dues. But in return BSNL has been quite upsetting
