I am resident of tatapudi village, kapileswarapuram mandal. Our village has very low signal connection. We are facing issue this issue from a long time, our village doesn't have any proper signals to make a phone call or receive one.

Signal connection is too low, which makes voice over talk and other voice can't be hear though the connection is estlabished.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have taken a new BSNL sim 2 weeks back from kerala. Still now it is not activated.Do let me know what is the process to get it activated.

    I paid the fee twice via citibank debit card for the exam. I have mailed them repeatedly and they aint picking calls either. The failure transaction details are as follows:

      My name hating hingorani on 8 august i make payment 1008.63 rs to bsnl. Money deducted from bank but payment not done on. I make second time payment and it's success. It's 22 days gone i still not receive my refund money 1008.63 rs
      I call customer care & bsnl delhi office but all calls are busy...

      I also mail to bsnl email address.. But always failed to communicate old help to refund my money. I am also attaching bank statement of my money deduction.... Am in stress not able to concentrate on my exams study's

        While making online payment through sbi sb ac, against exam fee for bsnl je, due to the error in site in updating the status of receipt of payment, i was made to make payment thrice @ 10019/- on 09.08.2016 (twice) and 10.08.2016 (once). my registration number is 1083728. i have not received the excess amount charged. kindly refund me the excess amount charged. (rs 2038/-) at the earliest.

          Hi

          We have been using bsnl broadband service for a year, and it have always been unsatisfactory. We have always called the service providers in our district for getting the speed or the broadband connection better, but it's like as if they are uninterested in providing us with better service, we have even called the SDO of BSNL office in our district but the service have not changed instead its getting worst, we feel so helpless that how and where to complaint to get a better service from your ridiculously useless department of BSNL broadband service.
          If the service doesn't chane we would want a refund for all the months we have paid for the plan without even using it.

            My prepaid cell number is [protected], i have sms32 plan. Not able to send any messages but every time i try to send message, message count is decreased and wasted. Past 5 days i have been contacting your customer support and every time they say they will rectify this problem in 2 hours but not rectified so far, most of the time when i call your call centre they put me on hold and never respond.

            I find very difficultly to reach you people as well as get solution from you. Please rectify this problem immediately.

              Nalanda District ke Bihar Sharif ke aagal Bagal Devi Sarai Biyabani Sathopur Sarvoday Nagar Maghra etc lagvab 50 jagah me network bud se badattar hai. 3 G net to kavi nahi milta hai. BSNL ka tower nazdik rahne par vi network nahi milta hai.
              Jabki Airtel Aircel Vodafone Idea etc ka network bahoot aachha hai.
              Isse spast hota hai ki Bihar BSNL ke kuchh officers dusre network se paisa lekar BSNL ka network jhanbhujhkar khrab kiye rahte hain taki consumers dusre network me chhale jayen.
              BSNL ka sansadhan dusre company ke comparison me jayada hai Fir vi BSNL ka network bud se badattar rahne ka MATLAB hai ki BSNL ke kuchh officers beyiman corrupt chhor hain Jo dusre company se paisa lekar BSNL ka network jhanbhujhkar khrab kiye rahte hain.
              BSNL ke officers ki sampati and anti users activities ki jaanch CBI IB se karbayi jaye .

              Mai baar baar kah chhuka hun ki I am a Pensioner of State Government and suffering from Cirvical Disease Paralysis since long. Due to barred incoming calls I am facing a lot of problems. BSNL ke kuchh log mujhe jhanbhujhkar mentally and physically pareshan kar rahe hain.
              Aab request karne me mujhe SHARAM yati hái hai lekin Bihar BSNL ke kuchh officers ko SHARAM nahi yati hái kyonki be BESHARAM hain

                my telephone no.[protected] is dead since last 15 days. I have duly logged the complaint thrice and even called the executives personally at triveni as well as durgapura telephone exchange but no one turned up nor the phone was erected. its very irritating and tedious job . why shall i pay for the entire month then if the phone is dead for half a month . Appreciate the help at the soonest.

                    Telecaller informed if you want to download movies and songs you can enable HUNGAMA. But without our consent BSNL has enabled HUNGAMA and charged Rs. 17 per day without our knowledge and we never used it. After seeing bill only we came to know this. Is it another way of looting public money?

                      I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card. My mobile no. Was [protected] i want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                      My spouse ha. visited sarojany nagar newdelhi with bsnl mobile no.[protected] which we are using since 12 years. there was no network available and customer care centre has responded due to which we losses occured finencial as well as personal.
                      Please deactivate Hungama TV. iam allready logged complaints on 27 06 2016 & 04 08 2016but no response. So i kindly request you to take necessary action please & also refund the amount.

                        Hi i have bsnl internet at my residence house no. 571, sector - 45 faridabad. Since the time we have started using it, it doesn't work and has mutliple issues with connectivity. We have complained many times to the complaints department but nothing happens.                           Sir i got my wimax connection last month. I had paid 4500/- for the connection. But till today i didnt got my payment recipt or other documents. Connection was made by Sunil Saini. I had contacted the person starting he said he will give the recipt but now he is not picking my call. My user id is [protected]@bsnl.in.                             This is regarding bill related issue for the month of July 2016 for my landline number [protected].
                            I had taken unlimited data plans for bsnl landline.
                            1)from 01/07/2016 to 27/07/2016 - BBG Rural USOF 150(unlimited data with monthly rental 150- so prorata rental is 130.65)
                            then i changed my plan to 650 plan
                            2) from 28/07/2016 to 31/07/2016 - BBG Rural Combo UL 650 (unlimited data with monthly rental 650- so prorata rental is 83.87)

                            above plan details are mentioned in the website provided in the website field in this form.

                            above charges have been applied correctly. However they also charged me for using data even though both the plans are unlimited.So they charged me extra 2128.09
                            When i asked customer care, they are not ready to respond and they disconnect their call. I have just one question. If my plans are unlimited how they can charge me extra for using the data?

                            Could you please hep me with the same?
                            I would like them to make correction to the bill.

                            There is no service of leased line since 19.08..complaint lodged but no response from Bsnl Rewa officials. We are in severe problem. Will the higher officials will pay attention as the officials of Rewa pay no attention to our request

                                  BSNL keep injecting its ads pop which has no use! and there DNS is so poor even that keep us out from website we are actually visiting results in "This site can’t be reached". Since we know, this is against of net neutrality and we are paying for internet services, not for their ads service. This should be stopped!

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My phone has been stolen on the street, then immediately i called BSNL customer care and they refused to block my SIM card even out going call aso. my BSNL SIM number [protected]. now if some body use my sim card for any wrong purpose then what will be happen?
                                    BSNL has asked me to go to there office with FIR and after that they will lock my SIM card.

                                      Please be informed that my telephone # 248787 is not working since 22nd August 2016. I have already logged a complaint on the same day and today one lineman came and he couldn't find the fault. Moreover my neighbour's telephone # 248121 also not working after the lineman visited the premises.

                                      Please arrange to send somebody to rectify the faulty telephones.

                                        I would like to bring your kind attention and to state that Today, I was travelling in the bus which has been overcrowded and found that I have lost my Mobile phone which has the BSNL Prepaid connection.
                                        I therefore request you to kindly deactivate the SIM Card at once to avoid misuse of my mobile number.

                                        I still received from my lost mobile stating that my lost mobile has been switched off.
                                        Please unsubscribe hung ma for my land[protected] as soon as possible i am trying for coustmer care but they are not responding and there crediting huge amounts in land bills please as soon as.
                                        I want to deactivate hangama plans every plan to deactivate as soon as possible i complaint to you three to five times. this plan is not will be close i will action for your company .

                                        Many times I made call at Hungama toll free number and also mail at support.[protected]@hungama.com but still i didn't get any response from Hungama services. I wish to deactivate Hungama services of my land line number i.e.[protected]. Please do needful and help me. Otherwise due to hungama services I have to deactivate my internet services of BSNL.
