Sir i got my wimax connection last month. I had paid 4500/- for the connection. But till today i didnt got my payment recipt or other documents. Connection was made by Sunil Saini. I had contacted the person starting he said he will give the recipt but now he is not picking my call. My user id is [protected]@bsnl.in. Please solve the issue at the earliest.

    This is regarding bill related issue for the month of July 2016 for my landline number [protected].
    I had taken unlimited data plans for bsnl landline.
    1)from 01/07/2016 to 27/07/2016 - BBG Rural USOF 150(unlimited data with monthly rental 150- so prorata rental is 130.65)
    then i changed my plan to 650 plan
    2) from 28/07/2016 to 31/07/2016 - BBG Rural Combo UL 650 (unlimited data with monthly rental 650- so prorata rental is 83.87)

    above plan details are mentioned in the website provided in the website field in this form.

    above charges have been applied correctly. However they also charged me for using data even though both the plans are unlimited.So they charged me extra 2128.09
    When i asked customer care, they are not ready to respond and they disconnect their call. I have just one question. If my plans are unlimited how they can charge me extra for using the data?

    Could you please hep me with the same?
    I would like them to make correction to the bill.

    There is no service of leased line since 19.08..complaint lodged but no response from Bsnl Rewa officials. We are in severe problem. Will the higher officials will pay attention as the officials of Rewa pay no attention to our request
    I have requested so many times for a new bsnl landline connection but there is no progress. I contact so and gm but they said we don't have accessories for a new pair for your landline connection I am highly disappointed with number 1 Telecom company bsnl up west.

      I have land line connection from 10+ years. 2 years before cable damaged and many times i requested to the authorities to replace my cable for proper working of my phone. but every time they said, they don't have cables for replacement.and ask me to buy from private sector. My family struggling many days with dead phone or distractions in communication. My land number is [protected]

          BSNL keep injecting its ads pop which has no use! and there DNS is so poor even that keep us out from website we are actually visiting results in "This site can’t be reached". Since we know, this is against of net neutrality and we are paying for internet services, not for their ads service. This should be stopped!

            My phone has been stolen on the street, then immediately i called BSNL customer care and they refused to block my SIM card even out going call aso. my BSNL SIM number [protected]. now if some body use my sim card for any wrong purpose then what will be happen?
            BSNL has asked me to go to there office with FIR and after that they will lock my SIM card.

              Please be informed that my telephone # 248787 is not working since 22nd August 2016. I have already logged a complaint on the same day and today one lineman came and he couldn't find the fault. Moreover my neighbour's telephone # 248121 also not working after the lineman visited the premises.

              Please arrange to send somebody to rectify the faulty telephones.

                I still received from my lost mobile stating that my lost mobile has been switched off.
                Please unsubscribe hung ma for my land[protected] as soon as possible i am trying for coustmer care but they are not responding and there crediting huge amounts in land bills please as soon as.
                I want to deactivate hangama plans every plan to deactivate as soon as possible i complaint to you three to five times. this plan is not will be close i will action for your company .

                Many times I made call at Hungama toll free number and also mail at support.[protected]@hungama.com but still i didn't get any response from Hungama services. I wish to deactivate Hungama services of my land line number i.e.[protected]. Please do needful and help me. Otherwise due to hungama services I have to deactivate my internet services of BSNL.

                  Ref :- deactivate of hungama movies, music and games on demand.

                  Bsnl has provided us (Telephone no[protected] with the movies, music and games for period one month at free of cost, but thereafter bsnl has charged for the movies, music and games, which we have not utilized.                       Initially i were deposited rs. 10000.in around 15 years above. But those landline disconnection was since 2 years. I had enquerry so many time in anchal branch but there no responsibility to refund my money. So kindly get refund my deposit my cash as soon as possible.

                      BSNL has activated HUNGAMA, and i have been paying 500in May, 194in June, and 240inJuly. and extra bill charges without login and using this service, so please deactivate this plan

                        I'm unable to send sms from my wb bsnl no. I'm at telengana currently, i called [protected], they said they cannot do anything as its a wb no and asked me to call wb cc no. [protected] instead. When i called this no. The ivrs is asking me to press 1/2/3 to select language, and even if i'm pressing its not accepting my entry. Its saying 'nothing pressed or invalid entry pressed'. Such a faulty ivrs system! As of now, i'm stuck and my problem to unable to send sms persists. Though i'm complaining here i have little hopes that bsnl will resolve my issue, still posting as its really urgent for me to be able to send the sms.

                            I’m working in Dubai, my phone BSNL[protected] connection and internet in not working properly, I have called many times from office in Dubai, and talked to section Engineer, Mr. Chandra Mohan[protected]. and I haven’t received any reply from him since then. It’s been more than 3 weeks. To whom should I give the complaint, I can’t find anyone in Kerala to tell my problems. Please kindly take immediate action or else I would like to have a Permanent disconnect.

                              Even after approaching thousand times the bsnl team for solving the complain with above mentioned id, no one from bsnl has turned up yet on this, neither they have attended the issue for a single time.

                              We have posted this online as well as and sent the same concern over emails too, but still there is not a single response and the complaint remains as it is.

                              We want reimbursement...

                              Dear sirs, my bsnl landline telephone no.[protected],
                              Since, april 1016, my broadband connection made is very slow due to excess usage limits as informed by 1504. But bsnl technicians said it is due to fault in "cable line', which requires immediate repair. Change of plan will not solve the speedy connection.
                              My recent complaints are :[protected], [protected] and [protected] in august 2016 itselfno action has been taken, so far. Regards

I have paid all their dues and have applied for refund of deposits via writing along with application of cancellation on 9 th june 2016. It has already been more than 2.5 months and i have still not received refund of my deposit.

                                  Please deactivate bsnl hungama plan as soon as possible. At the time of some marriage ceremony i accept bsnl hungama plan on 26/05/16. After successful completion of that marriage ceremony, we are not using that plan. So kindly deactivate bsnl hungama plan of id no-154876. I am a senior citizen, recently retired from my service. I can"t pay rs 339/- on demand for bsnl hungama plan per month with separate landline & internet charges. If you disagree to disconnect bsnl hungama plan very soon i have to think about total deactivation of my land line.

                                    With due respect i would like to state that there has been an unnatural deduction of balance of 53 rupees from my mobile no [protected].
                                    There was an off of 14 rs. Recharge for 90 mb data with 2 days validity
                                    I did the recharge and used it on 22-aug, 2016. The data usage was deducted from the recharge
                                    On 23-aug, 2016 when i used it, it got deducted from my mobile balance of and 53 rs. Was cut
                                    On calling customer care they claim the plan is for 1 day where online it shows 2 days.
                                    I did the recharge based on what information was available on the paytm site.
                                    Please look into this matter and reimburse my 53 rs.
                                    Its upto the authority to decide whether customer care people are unaware of offers or paytm site is giving false informations but i want my reimbursal to be done anyways
