Dear sir,
This is the request you to my land line number[protected] was disconnected in very long time. But my deposited payment till now i didn't get it.
Initially i were deposited rs. 10000.in around 15 years above. But those landline disconnection was since 2 years. I had enquerry so many time in anchal branch but there no responsibility to refund my money. So kindly get refund my deposit my cash as soon as possible.

Pl deactivate the hungama plan in my broadnband phone no.[protected] immediately which is in the name of Meena Periaswamy
BSNL has activated HUNGAMA, and i have been paying 500in May, 194in June, and 240inJuly. and extra bill charges without login and using this service, so please deactivate this plan

    I'm unable to send sms from my wb bsnl no. I'm at telengana currently, i called [protected], they said they cannot do anything as its a wb no and asked me to call wb cc no. [protected] instead. When i called this no. The ivrs is asking me to press 1/2/3 to select language, and even if i'm pressing its not accepting my entry. Its saying 'nothing pressed or invalid entry pressed'. Such a faulty ivrs system! As of now, i'm stuck and my problem to unable to send sms persists. Though i'm complaining here i have little hopes that bsnl will resolve my issue, still posting as its really urgent for me to be able to send the sms.

        I’m working in Dubai, my phone BSNL[protected] connection and internet in not working properly, I have called many times from office in Dubai, and talked to section Engineer, Mr. Chandra Mohan[protected]. and I haven’t received any reply from him since then. It’s been more than 3 weeks. To whom should I give the complaint, I can’t find anyone in Kerala to tell my problems. Please kindly take immediate action or else I would like to have a Permanent disconnect.
        I have sent my complaints many responsible Officers. I still get no reply. So Please take an Immidiate Action

          Complaint not getting attended or solved

          Even after approaching thousand times the bsnl team for solving the complain with above mentioned id, no one from bsnl has turned up yet on this, neither they have attended the issue for a single time.

          We have posted this online as well as and sent the same concern over emails too, but still there is not a single response and the complaint remains as it is.

          We want reimbursement...

          Dear sirs, my bsnl landline telephone no.[protected],
          Since, april 1016, my broadband connection made is very slow due to excess usage limits as informed by 1504. But bsnl technicians said it is due to fault in "cable line', which requires immediate repair. Change of plan will not solve the speedy connection.
          My recent complaints are :[protected], [protected] and [protected] in august 2016 itselfno action has been taken, so far. Regards

            I have surrendered my landline and broadband connection on 9 th june 2016 for my landline no.[protected]. I have paid all their dues and have applied for refund of deposits via writing along with application of cancellation on 9 th june 2016. It has already been more than 2.5 months and i have still not received refund of my deposit.
            Kindly grant me my refund.

              Please deactivate bsnl hungama plan as soon as possible. At the time of some marriage ceremony i accept bsnl hungama plan on 26/05/16. After successful completion of that marriage ceremony, we are not using that plan. So kindly deactivate bsnl hungama plan of id no-154876. I am a senior citizen, recently retired from my service. I can"t pay rs 339/- on demand for bsnl hungama plan per month with separate landline & internet charges. If you disagree to disconnect bsnl hungama plan very soon i have to think about total deactivation of my land line.

                With due respect i would like to state that there has been an unnatural deduction of balance of 53 rupees from my mobile no [protected].
                There was an off of 14 rs. Recharge for 90 mb data with 2 days validity
                I did the recharge and used it on 22-aug, 2016. The data usage was deducted from the recharge
                On 23-aug, 2016 when i used it, it got deducted from my mobile balance of and 53 rs. Was cut
                On calling customer care they claim the plan is for 1 day where online it shows 2 days.
                I did the recharge based on what information was available on the paytm site.
                Please look into this matter and reimburse my 53 rs.
                Its upto the authority to decide whether customer care people are unaware of offers or paytm site is giving false informations but i want my reimbursal to be done anyways

                    Hi,
                    Corresponding to phone[protected] we have submitted multiple complaints to help fix a dead landline and absent wireless internet connection. It has been 1 month and 22 days and no action has been taken yet.
                    After one week from our initial ticket, a technician visited our house and said that the line was active at the box downstairs but the wires leading up to my apartment are damaged. He also said it might be 1 week or 10 days before he gets the wires since the branch was out of stock.
                    Since I'm currently overseas on work, my mother, a senior living by herself, has since made multiple follow-up complaints. Each time she is promised immediate action but nothing has happened. Despite no connection at the house, we have received a bill for Rs. 1006. Our neighbors and the building security have been suggesting to my mother that the technician is possibly delaying action for want of bribe.
                    Since we have not been asked for any explicitly, I will continue to believe in the sanctity of service and trust that immediate action can be taken in this regard. Also, I request a reversal of the Rs. 1006 charged to the account since I should not be charged a fee for NO service.

                      Since a month.. internet is not working at my place. I have made a complaint hell lot of times to the customer care and the respective person responsible for the same.. but no action is taken yet. Its very disappointing and hard to say this but it has the worst customer service. I hereby clearly mention that I need my broadband to be working maximum by tomorrow. . Its hard wothout internet at home for us to do our jobs

I would like to bring to kind notice that i have not either subscribe to or utilised this service so far.                           I have not opted any value added service in my landline number
                          [protected] accout no.[protected] chennai circle but i was charged rs.489/- in every bill since april 2016 as one time charge.
                          I find no reason for the same since i was not in station for the last three months i could not take the matter.
                          In every bill they charged as one time charge what it means that also i could not understand

                            Sub: DEAD TELEPHONE AND BROADNABD SERVICES FOR LAST 4-WEEKS. Tel. 273629 at Roorkee

                            The above telephone (273629) is dead for past 4 -weeks. Neither telephone nor the Broadband is working. Registering the complaint on 198 has no effect. After few days SMS is received that the complaint is resolved. While the fact is that nothing is working.
                            I am paying @ 1100/- pm for very poor services. In addition I have to pay to other service providers.
                            The complaint may please be looked into. And the Broad band charges paid to BSNL for the interim period may be refunded immediately.

                                  Hello sir/ma'am,

                                  I have cug sim card of bsnl, the scheme for cug sim is 2 rs per day, and this company cut charges on every phone call per second. This is very disappointing, when i called on customer care, they tell me that, you need to give complaint to bsnl office. And when i went to bsnl office, they give very unusual reason, they said - you need to recharge your both sim cards with rs 100. Then it will be started. I does as said, but still i have same problem.
                                  So, please help me to solve this.

                                    I have applied for bsnl tta exam from my hdfc account. The provisional registration number of my application is : 1184909.

                                    When i have done the transaction twice (Rs 2000) it showed that the transaction was broken. But the amount got debited from my account. A failure message was not even send to my phone or mail stating that amount will be sent to my bank account. Just on the screen it was shown that the amount will be credited in 5 days. I have applied on august 07th but till today it is not refunded. Please do something.

                                      I have taken a new sim no: [protected], for which the authorities told me to recharge for rs. 49..
                                      I didn't know that exact 49 needs to be recharged.. So i recharged for rs. 100 on 5th august 2016..
                                      But i didn't get the new number activated..
                                      So the next day, 6th august, again recharged for rs. 49, that also haven't worked..
                                      Both these i did online from south indian bank's paytm application..
                                      Both amounts got deductied from my sb account at same moment..!!
                                      But still the amount haven't returned yet..
                                      Kindly do the needful..
