Hi,
Corresponding to phone[protected] we have submitted multiple complaints to help fix a dead landline and absent wireless internet connection. It has been 1 month and 22 days and no action has been taken yet.
After one week from our initial ticket, a technician visited our house and said that the line was active at the box downstairs but the wires leading up to my apartment are damaged. He also said it might be 1 week or 10 days before he gets the wires since the branch was out of stock.
Since I'm currently overseas on work, my mother, a senior living by herself, has since made multiple follow-up complaints. Each time she is promised immediate action but nothing has happened. Despite no connection at the house, we have received a bill for Rs. 1006. Our neighbors and the building security have been suggesting to my mother that the technician is possibly delaying action for want of bribe.
Since we have not been asked for any explicitly, I will continue to believe in the sanctity of service and trust that immediate action can be taken in this regard. Also, I request a reversal of the Rs. 1006 charged to the account since I should not be charged a fee for NO service.
