Since 3/4 months I am finding that around Rs.250 to 300 have been deducted towards bsnl hungama games and movies plans which I will not be able to afford.I therefore request you to deactivate all plans related to games and movies on bsnl hungama immediately on my landline number[protected] as I do not want to use these plans . satyanarayan mishra

I have applied for bsnl tta exam, money is deducted from my account but it is showing to pay the amount again. My money is not refunded till now also i was not eligible for writing bsnl tta exam as i didnt pay the amount.
I called to the corresponding number given, but it is disconnecting. I even mailed to them but there is no reply.

Value added services like games on demand, music on demand, movies on demand by humgama are activated on my bsnl broadband without my consent and i want to deactivate the above from my broad band.. My phone number[protected].
Please deactivaate immediately and arrange bill wich i used i got bill 1399 but actual i. E's without humgama plan i will be ready to pay so please correct my bill send it to me, deactivate hungama plan immediately.

We applied for internet connection through our application no. A[protected] in gm, bsnl sonipat haryana we deposited rs. 713507/- as per their demand note on11/03/2016 according our sbi bank statement. They promised us to start our services in one month. We today they did not started our services. We approaching everyday. But no body hearing us. Please return our money with interest we are loosing our business. Please help us to slove matter

This in regarding to disconnection of bsnl telephone number[protected]As we have been transferred from ghaziabad to delhi). We have submitted the application for the same and which is duly acknowledged from bsnl staff on 25th feb'16. Telephone bill of above said number paid till feb'16. However after lapse of more than five months we have not received any communication for the same. I further submit that despite regular contact over telephone and personally to your vasundhara office, there is no proper response from respective office.

This shows very poor service from bsnl office and makes us to avoid taking this connection in future.

I have been subscribed to bsnl hangama packages by bsnl without my concurrence and gone ahead to charge rs. 194/- and rs. 240/- respectively in the last two months (Refer bsnl invoices no [protected] dated 05/07/2016 and [protected] dated 06/08/2016 respectively). I state here that i have never ever used or logged-in to use this package. When customer care was contacted by me today (20/08/2016), i have been told that i have been subscribed for the package after speaking to my wife on my phone[protected] on 07/07/2016. This statement is totally incorrect. Whereas on 07/07/2016, it was told by them to use the trial package as promotional offer and thereafter within few days they will be giving me a call for confirmation of subscription. However, i never received any call thereafter, but started charging me as mentioned above without my concurrence against the ethics of customer services. It is reiterated that i have never ever logged in or used hangama packages.

Bsnlneed to be directed to refund the undue charges levied on me (Rs 194/- and rs 240/- ie, total rs 434/-), by adjusting it in my subsequent bsnl bill.

Incoming calls of my bsnl number [protected] barred from december 2015 uncalled for. Requested above hundred times to many officers of bsnl cc and bsnl office bihar sharif to start incoming calls but result zero zero zero zero. They are throwing each other.

Common sense ki baat hai ki jab reliance airtel vodafone idea aircel etc ka network aachha hai to bsnl ka network kyon nahi aachha ho sakta hai jabki bsnl ke pass dusre network ki tulna me jayada sansadhan officers/employees hain. Aagar bsnl authority practical me result dekhna chhahta hai to bsnl ko one year ke liye private company ke haath me dekar dekh le. Officers/employees ko public ke paise se salary milta hai to kya chhinta.
Bihar ke log bsnl ko bhayi shahb nahi lagega ke naam se jante hain. Fir vi bihar bsnl ke kuchh officers ko laaj sharam nahi hai.

Central government digital india banane me lagi huyi hai lekin bihar bsnl ke kuchh officers bsnl ko digital corruption banane me lage huye háin.
Lall fitasahi ke chhalte 3 g network bud se badattar hai 2 g vi thik dhang se nahi chhal pata hai. Nalanda district ke bihar sharif me aur bihar sharif ke nazdik lagvab 30 muhalla/village me network bud se badattar hai.
Bsnl ke officers ki activities and sampati ki jaanch gopniye dhang se cbi ib se karbayi jaye. New towers lagaya jata hai usme kitna ghotala hota hai ki vi jaanch confidential dhang se karbayi jaye. Kitna towers function kar raha hai and kitna dead and irregular function karta hai ki ekaek raid kar jaanch kiya jaye.
I again request you to please mere number ka incoming calls shighra chhalu kiya jaye. Saath hi network sudhara jaye.

Kindly send the details of call history list of all incoming & outgoing calls including sms of my bsnl prepaid mob no:[protected] 15.08.2016from 20.08.2016 to till date, where as i am studing in warangal i want to know secretly about the call details without informing any of them because this sim card belongs to me just i want to check, kindly help me to know my call history.

In this month my landline is been out of work for 3 times
& from last past 9 days its been not working
On 11/8/2016 i hd complint to bsnl & i hd got an complain no - [protected]
& still today is 19/8/16 no responce i hd got means from past 9 days its been not working
They are just telling 48 working hours it would be resolve but what does it means
I am not at all getting any service from them
Today also i hd complint them so more 48 hours they needed for it

My land line[protected]thuravoor exchange/ernakulam ssa) is dead for the last 7 months. this land line is having problems for the last few years. many times complained about it but still not working and receiving bills regularly for more than rs.400/-. we did not make even a single call for 7 months.

Kindly check this matter and solve my problem.

Dear sir my mobile number is [protected], Which belongs from nagaland .
Actually on 14th august i want to set a hello tune on my mobile number which is ..."shiv sanker ko jisne pujja uska hi uddar hua...". Then after that Rs42 is deducted from my account.The amount of money was deducted, but do not provide any hello tune. So, i request you to refund my amount in my account as soon as possible.

I have availed BSNL broadband plan BB HOME COMBO UL 675 Monthly.

My BSNL Hungama plan has been activated without my knowledge or consent. I have been charged Rs 357/ for the month of July (Invoice no [protected] dt 4/8/16.
I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately.

My landline connection and broadband is not working from past 18 days
Many times i have did complains but still the phone and broadband is dead.

It’s a real harassment by bsnl, it will be great if you take this matter seriously and do the needful.

I compliened about my broad band internet connection one month ago but it is still not working. I am paying 750/- per month for nothing. I am hari prakash, i have got changed 70rs, when i called to customer care they gave a fake answer that i have used mobile data, i did not need to use mobile data from bsnl i have wifi. I got a fake answer and rude answer from charan supervisor. Please take appropriate action on him and please return back my balance.

I had applied for shifting of my landline phone no[protected] more than 15 days back.New no[protected] was allotted. with BB[protected] and Shift No-[protected].
2. Unfortunately, nothing is done by BSNL till date.
