Normally the bsnl telephone bill for land line[protected] will be around rs500 to 600 for july 2016 i got an sms in my mobile dt 13-8-16 that a bill for rs 1849 has been generated, this is very high as i am not using land line much kindly revise the bill

I am from gwalior (Madhya pradesh) and my bsnl landline connection is not working since more than 1 month and for this i have complaint so many times, but still issue is not fixed.

Recently i have raised 2 ticket but still no one come for fixing issue. Could you please help me for this issue and take strict action against bsnl.

Really as per plan i am unable to use service but i had to pay bill, really this is ridiculous.

I am rajendiran m. And i have using two post paid connections since 2006, [protected], [protected] not getting signals @ 3/149, nakkeerar salai, mugappair east, chennai - 600 037. Data service is also not working in my area. You people only collecting payments every month not giving proper service to customers. If enter to my home @ 8.00 pm cannot receive any single incoming or outgoing.
I think it is th very bad service in the world., other networks working properly, but, one of the government's big network (Bsnl) is not giving proper service, if it go like this within two years, you will close the concern, all the employees may job less.

Kindly surrender my bsnl landline as soon as possible and adjust the due from my security and provide/ask for balance if any. As per your records you are not showing security deposits which can not be possible. So look into it as soon as possible. Hope you will have a serious attention on it and will not charge the fixed rental from now and adjust the security. Hope you serve me as soon as possible

Bsnl number [protected] ka incoming calls december 2015 se bund hai jise chhalu karne ke liye bsnl bihar ke kuchh senior officers, cc, and bsnl office bihar sharif nalanda bihar se hundred times se jyada request kar chhuka hun. Kuchh officers se phone par vi baat huyi but they are throwing each other.
Incoming calls kaise chhalu hoga ke sambandh me mujhe aavi tak koyi information nahi diya gaya hai.
Incoming calls chhalu karne ke liye 8 months se bsnl authorities se request kar raha hun lekin aavi tak chhalu nahi kiya gaya hai isse proof hota hai ki bsnl authorities aapne users ka problem solve karne ke parti kitna careless, irresponsible, insensitive etc etc hain.
Bihar bsnl ke kuchh officers ke chhalte bsnl ka halat bud se badattar ho gaya hai. Be dusre network se milkar bsnl ko barbad and badnam karne me lage huye háin taki bsnl users taang hokar dusre network me chhale jayen.
Bsnl ke pass dusre network se jyada sansadhan hai lekin kuchh officers ke lalfitashahi hitlarshahi dictator ke chhalte dusre network ki tulna me bsnl ka network bud se badattar hai.
Central government digital india banane me lagi hai lekin bihar bsnl ke kuchh officers digital corruption in bsnl bihar banane me lage huye háin jiski jaanch cbi ib se karbayi jaye. Bsnl ke officers ki sampati ki jaanch confidential dhang se karbayi jaye.
Again and again request karta hun ki incoming calls chhalu kiya jaye saath hi bsnl ka network me improvement laya jaye.

I am having bsnl landline connection in dimapur, nagaland.
My phone line is dead since last 20 days. Despite numerous complaints there is no response from the staff. Problem is that there is no other service provider in my area. These faults in bsnl are very often. They are very punctual in sending the bills however there is no punctuality when it comes to providing services.

In july 2016 bill bsnl tricy telcom district charged unauthorisedly rs 489 is on hungma to which i never opted & not interested. i request bsnl to revise it as rs[protected] for this july 2016. before 27.08.2016 dead line date for making payment of this bill. i would like to mention, my request is genuine & logical, reasonable. otherwise i leave bsnl

Sir, myself abinlal d, i registered the junior engineer exam successfully, but the payment was successful at the second time i tried. At the first time an amount of rs. 1008.63 was debited from my account (Canara bank:[protected] and an error message says that some error occurred, if your money is debited it'll be refunded to your account within 5 days, but i made the payment in 08/08/16 at 12:40 pm unfortunately the amount is not credited until now. So please help me to refund my money.

There is no signal in my bsnl prepaid mobile for two days. Sometimes it shows "no service" or"emergency calls only". No call can be completed easily. Also call drop is occurring. Data service is good. Incoming calls are hard to come. The local exchange of BSNL says that a network cable is cut near the exchange. But a whole working day has gone by, still the problem persists. talking with them in the next day, I know that they cannot assure better service today as well.

I c v narayanan lan line no [protected] had instructed to deactivate bsnl hungama during july 2016 as the concerned catagory is not worth watching & i for one don't have enough time to watch the same & have also been informed that it is not worth a look hope the same has been done i normally get monthly bill of around 1070 but today am getting a bill of over 1200 which never happened till day kindly deactivate if you have not done so till date

With due respect i like to inform you that my landline (frequently receiving no dial tone) along with my broadband services (getting interrupted services) is not working properly. my complaint docket no is [protected] dt 13/08/2016. though i met s. d. o landline in his office with my telephone sets (my set is checked and found no fault) and i have changed the connector (as advised by s. d. o) i got no solution. my telephone is not working properly. this is not the first time that i am getting interrupted services, in previous days also i got the same problem you can check it from the docket no generated in your system.
I don’t know why my landline along with broadband services not working properly. as an old subscriber of bsnl i like to stay with bsnl but too much disturbances can make me think to change my service provider.

I am an existing subsriber to the broadband services provided to my phone no [protected] by bsnl, chennai for the last more than 4 years. All of a sudden they included a value added service in the name of hungama services with out getting my option and i started getting bills with exaggerated amounts for monthly payments. My protests with request for the immediate disabling this service evoke no response at all and i continue recieve inflated bills till now. It is quite unbecoming of a psu like bsnl to fleece its customers in this manner. There seems to be no accountability or checks and balances in this organization.

I have done the payment of Rs 1019.54 twice on the BSNL external exam page but each time as the page was redirecting back to bsnl site from bank site, some error ocurred. I received the message from bank that Rs 1019.54 has been deducted from the account each time but I didn't receive any message on my phone or any e-mail intimation from bsnl about payment confirmation.

I tried calling on BSNL toll free no. but it is coming busy. And now when I am logging into the main page with my registration details, it is coming last date of application is over. If my candidature has not been considered then please atleast refund my money of Rs 2039.08.

Ince 2013 i am wimax user at starting inter speed was ok after one year its speed decreased. now it has become 5 to 70 kpbs instead of promised speed 512kpbs to 2mbps.
After several it could not be improved local authorities says we can't do any thing.
In the month of july and august 2016 i am facing another problem instead of nearer base station my modem is catching signal from other tower now its speed become very less. i booked somany complaints. through 1506 toll free number but invain no one will come to rectify it. i made rings to sdo, jto and line men also.
Till date i made all payments before due date.

I received my first bill of broadband and phone.. am still in shock. phone bill is of 402. and broadband is of 2375. total 2777. i have taken the plan of 675 after looking at the bill am shocked. am a student i do not know how to pay this huge amount. one of the worst broadband service. a plan of 675 has been taken and the bill is more than 4 times the amount of plan. highly disappointed by the service
