Sir,
I have done the payment of Rs 1019.54 twice on the BSNL external exam page but each time as the page was redirecting back to bsnl site from bank site, some error ocurred. I received the message from bank that Rs 1019.54 has been deducted from the account each time but I didn't receive any message on my phone or any e-mail intimation from bsnl about payment confirmation.

I tried calling on BSNL toll free no. but it is coming busy. And now when I am logging into the main page with my registration details, it is coming last date of application is over. If my candidature has not been considered then please atleast refund my money of Rs 2039.08.

I have given my details below and attached transaction details as well.

Ince 2013 i am wimax user at starting inter speed was ok after one year its speed decreased. now it has become 5 to 70 kpbs instead of promised speed 512kpbs to 2mbps.
After several it could not be improved local authorities says we can't do any thing.
In the month of july and august 2016 i am facing another problem instead of nearer base station my modem is catching signal from other tower now its speed become very less. i booked somany complaints. through 1506 toll free number but invain no one will come to rectify it. i made rings to sdo, jto and line men also.
Till date i made all payments before due date.

Landline incoming call was working until 7th Aug 2016. Since 8th Aug 2016, both incoming and outgoing calls not working.

I received my first bill of broadband and phone.. am still in shock. phone bill is of 402. and broadband is of 2375. total 2777. i have taken the plan of 675 after looking at the bill am shocked. am a student i do not know how to pay this huge amount. one of the worst broadband service. a plan of 675 has been taken and the bill is more than 4 times the amount of plan. highly disappointed by the service

Even after several call it is not activated, and the toll free number [protected] is really a waste, which keeps us hold for half an hour & later disconnect.

I got my account debited with rs 1008 for the bsnl je exams form whose last date was on 10 august 2015 but the form was still was not submitted .
The messagebeing diaplayed was, " transaction broken. if you have your money deducted ., you will get the refund within 5 days ..." but the refund has still not been received .

Now I have completed the form submission in my 2nd attempt paying the fee using some different bank account .
I want you to please help me get the refund of my first attempt .

It is informed to your good office that the bill of telephone no[protected], which is installed at the enquiry office of je/ cfsl at the said address is not delivered till date by the bsnl from the date of taking new connection and we had to collect duplicate bill from the sector-34 office of bsnl. Since this is a central govt. Office and we need a hard copy of the bill for making payment and this office is facing great inconvenience in making payment. So, you are requested to take urgent and necessary action in this regard to send the bill on regularly and timely to this office to avoid penalty and disconnection of the said telephone no.
This is a central govt office and this office can not pay penalty. So it is once again requested to kindly take suitable measure for timely delivery of bill at the said premises.

I am using the above phone in my home. Now they are charging rs.170 for hungama, 500 for 20 gb & rs.249 for music. Total rs.919/- without my knowledge

Kindly deactivate the above services from my telephone immediately & give the credit. Otherwise i have forced to surrender the line / disconnect

I completed 6 steps while filling the application in the 6th step ask me to paid the exam fee.
I paid the exam fee of rs.500 +19 (Tax) througth net banking (Indian bank).
Amount is transfered to your atom cheque no dr 519.54 merchant 19328779/bharat sanchar nigam limite transfer to[protected] on 10.08.2016. But after paid the amount again its telling me to make the payment again. So kindly request you to take the necessary step to refund the money or accept the application.

Additional services like Games on Demand, Music on Demand and Movie on Demand by Hungama are activated on my BSNL broadband without my consent. and i want to unsubscribe that. my phone number is [protected]

In India there are many people who do not understand all these things. For them they do not know that hungama is charging some amount every month and some even after knowing, do not know how to deactivate. I would also like to bring in that hungama toll free number is a call of infinite waiting as it does not get connected even after you dial it 100 times.

I don't know how can i deactivate this scheme. so i am writing this complaint . please deactivate this plan.

I had submitted online application for BSNL broadband and land phone connection on 28th July and also I had submitted the direct application in Kothamangalam(Pin:686691) exchange on 06th August. On the same day I got a call from Chathamattom exchage(Pin:686671) regarding connection. They told me the connection will ready on or before Monday(08Aug). But till now I didn't get the connection. I am expecting the new connection as soon as possible. If it is not possible please cancel my application and refund the amount Rs:750 that is charged by the Chathamattom exchange office executive and compensation for one day effort of me on the same day .

And i am having the state issue in my form, i am from up and instead o[censored]p, due to your server issues the state was filled as mp. Later on i got the notification if i want to edit the details into my form. But it was of no use, it is showing the same result now also. And it is taking my state up as "other" into final preview tab.
