Bsnl exam fees paid but shows unpaid

I filled up my application form for je_tta on 09th aug'2016 conducted by bsnl from official site. for exam fees, on compulsory on-line payment, i paid fees 1014.37 via hdfc credit card. however after debiting money, it failed to redirect on response page and it shows unpaid. however atom - third party gateway mailed me a confirmation for received payment. but is it not reflected in bsnl applicaton form. i contacted both parties for this. but till today, got no solution. bsnl please look into your technical errors and reflect paid money. my application is incomplete because of this issue. there must be other candidates like me for sure. my details are given below please assist me to get refund or to get registration slip.. please i already sent so many mails and remainders to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@sifyitest.com but i didn't get any kind of response and the worst thing is bsnl toll free number 24/7 getting busy [protected] and no one is bothered about candidates issues even after so many remainder mails. toady is the last date for application submission and i don't have any hopes on bsnl can resolve my issue immediately and i request you to please refund my money.

      It is seen that i am charged for hungama services (Vas) even though i have not subscribed to it. Twice i sent emails, but i am unable to unsubscribe.

        Bsnl exam fees paid but shows unpaid

However after debiting money, it failed to redirect on response page and it shows unpaid. However atom - third party gateway mailed me a confirmation for received payment.           My landline phone no.[protected] is activated any how three month ago whenever i requested many time to deactivated this plan but till today my request is dump in your file none body try to deactivated like show unnecessary i have to pay a regular months in this subject it is request please De-active BSNL Hungama plan from my landline phone no.[protected] as earliest.

            I taken BSNL Prepaid connection [protected] from Nanjangud bsnl office. Initially it activated after moving to the other state. it got deactivated. please let me why it got deactivated and when it will be activated. Kindly please look into issue ASAP.

              Hi,

              This is regarding payment issue that i am facing for the application of bsnl post of junior engineer (Je), (Esrtwhile tta).

              My register number is 1358050.
              The application fee for this post is rs.500 (1008 including the service charge.
              While registration i paid the fee 2 times using my brother debit card account and his account was debited with rs.1000+service charge. But still in the site it is showing (Attached image) that i have not paid the fee. Neither i got the mail from the payment gateway for the fee payment.

              I lost my rs 1008 rs.

              So i request to take necessary action to accept my fee in the applicant site or suggest me about the refund and should i pay again.

                I have already done online payment through bharat sanchar nigam limited tta and atom transaction reference no. Is 19269782. At that time transaction was completed but bsnl external exam site was closed. When i checked early in the morning then it showing that online payment page at bsnl external exam page. So i made payment about 1000 inr again with transaction refrence no. 19292853. Then it was showing the application has submitted successfully. But in end i made online payment two times and both times transaction was successful.
                So please refund me my 1000 inr which you have take extra fees.

                Respected Sir/Madam I have already done online payment through BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED TTA and ATOM Transaction Reference No. is 19269782.At that time transaction was completed but BSNL External Exam site was closed. When I checked early in the morning then it showing that online payment page at BSNL EXTERNAL Exam page. So I made payment about 1000 INR again with Transaction Refrence No. 19292853. Then it was showing the application has submitted successfully. But in end I made online payment two times and both times transaction was successful. So please refund me my 1000 INR Which you have take extra fees.
                I have purchased bsnl sim 2 weeks back, but till now i hadn't received any message about the activation, i am only getting incoming calls but not able to call anyone. even when i dial 1507 they are saying that sim is acitivated and call 1503 and when i called 1503 it is saying that this facility is not available at the current moment.

                  I lost my mobile phone with sim card number [protected] while going to velachery by two wheeler on 03.08.2016 near adambakkam. At about 7pm.

                  In this regard i have already registered a complaint with the indian consumer complaints forum on 03.08.2016.

                  Bsnl have not resolved my issue so far.

                  I request you to take suitable action in this regard immediately.

                      This is regarding payment issue that i faced during online registration for the post of junior engineer (je), (esrtwhile tta).
                      My registration number : 1120840

                      During registration, at first attempt of online payment process i used icici debit card. here application fee amount is deducted with out generating the registration slip.
                      In the second attempt, i repeated the same payment process. here application fee amount is deducted again but with successful registration.
                      So i ended up paying twice.
                      Hence i request to refund the extra payment.

                        Before i was having issue with receiving message. The issue was dnd was activated. I disabled the service. Now i am receiving sms, but having issue with sending. Kindly help.

                        I called bsnl customer care, but they are helpless.

                        I am using moto x. I am not able to recognize the message centre number in the phone.

                        Note: kindly don't close the issue by just providing me with the message centre number

                        last two weeks booking complaints about the internet connection (not working), three days after complaint the service technician will come and repair it, after he go back it will not work. I complaint many times and no use.

                              I have applied for bsnl tta examination on 8/8/2016. I have make my online application payment transection amount rs 1, 008.63 with icici debit card. After deduction i was redirected to a link broken error payment page and the amount has been deducted from my icici account. I tried several time to call their help line number which is[protected] and query mail id [protected]@sifyitest.Com but i am not getting any response from that side. Now i don't want to take risk for 2nd time to apply for the same but i want my deducted amount back. Please help me to get back my hard earning.

                                  I had applied for shifting of my land line number 23340559 from malleswaram to r t nagar bangalore during september 2015 (Last year). At that time, i had gone to the customer service center at r t nagar and met the je, sde etc, who had directed me to contact the line man. I spoke to the lineman but did not meet him. Thought let he connection come when it comes.
                                  To day i had gone to the office get bills of my mobile for which i was not getting for the past couple of months, either by mail or by post. Each one works in compartments and does not help the customer, pointing to one another, though literally they do not have any work.
                                  I just inquired about my land line transfer. Surprised to know that i have been allotted a new number at rt nagar exchange 23530559. Polite and gentle madam was kind enough to inform me that ug cable is not there and hence not feasible. Quite surprising that in bangalore city, bsnl does not have cables to give land connections. But i do not know why she gave the lineman's number and to go to there office tomorrow and meet the line man?

                                      Respected sir.
                                      I rajiv ranjan living in mhagunpuram nh - 24 (ghaziabad), few observation form my site. i am very disappointed from the giving services of bsnl,
                                      Firstly i requested online for a new connection of landline + broadband (9th july)
                                      I receive call back from bsnl (rajnagar ghaziabad) on 14.07.2016 from this number[protected], they told me i give your no to our sales person for providing detail, but i could not getting any call.
                                      I got a number from our society they are using bsnl, the number is - [protected] (mr. kasana), i call this number on 14.07.2016, they provide some detail but not beneficial. finally i got a call from mr. kawaljeet ([protected]) the collected all document on 17.07.2016, and also they don't know the detail of the plans, they confused and told me i will confirm the plan tomorrow once i check from net. at that time they collected from me - inr 1545.00 (500 installation charge + 500 security of landline + 545 security of rental plan of broadband - plan name uld-545) - broad band unlimited and night calling free and also told me the connection will be done within 3-4 days.
                                      After that i called next day he told me i am checking, and also told me it is not easy to provide the detail at a time. (18.07.2016) again i called next day they not picked the phone and after that switched off his mobile. and i also called this no - [protected] (mr. rajesh) they told me that plan is not a unlimited broadband and not available free night calling.
                                      I called tuesday (19.07.2016) what is the status, he told me your amount has been deposited and connection will done tomorrow or day after tomorrow
                                      I called today he not picked the phone both numbers no one pick the phone. ([protected] & [protected]). i called again after 1 hour he told me today they are going for installation. after 2 hours a called again for confirming the installation so that at that time i will be available.
                                      Then he told me the installation charges will be 750.00rs not a 500.00 rs, i told this is not my mistake, suddenly he told me if you say yes then i deposited the amount for a connection, or no i will return your amount, when i will be available in mahgunpuram.
                                      Then i called for escalation on this no - [protected], he told me i am driving you can call mr. rajesh ([protected]), mr. rajesh is not picking my phone, i am very disappointed receive this type of services.
                                      And also no one pick the phone after 5.30pm or before 10.00 am.
                                      Finally connection will done on 2rd august with the plan of 220 one india plan with free night calling (as confirmed with mr. kamal - [protected] & mr. rajesh-[protected].
                                      Suddenly today i asked regarding the plan for free calling he told me the plan has been discontinued from 1st august. but at the time of installation no one tell regarding that plan.
                                      I also confirm the same from customer care they confirmed the free night calling plan has been discontinued from 1st may.
                                      Sir, all are telling lie, now i want surrender my landline connection immediately.
