I was trying to pay registration fee for bsnl jee tta and during online payment
The amount of 1, 019.54 was deducted from my account but payment status was unsuccessful. So for the same i had to again repeat the process.
So i want my amount deducted amount refunded. The reference for the transaction is as below.

I have paid bsnl landlines bill for[protected] using online bill pay facility from bsnl portal, on 09.08.2016
Money has been deducted from my bank account but receipt not generated, and now portal shows, it is still unpaid. Money has not been refunded in my account yet

Incoming calls barred from December 2015. Requested above hundred times to Senior Officers CC and BSNL office Bihar Sharif Nalanda to start incoming calls but result ZERO. They are throwing each other. I am a Pensioner of State Government and suffering from Cirvical Disease Paralysis since long. Due to barred incoming calls I am facing a lot of problems.
Kindly start incoming calls urgently.

My telephone is not working for more than one month. I'm a doctor and it is causing great difficulty. I had made a complaint on 10/07/2016. My complaint no. Is [protected]. After one week i went to the exchange and the operator asked me to meet the sdo regarding the problem. Meeting the sdo at bagbera railway colony was another ordeal as he was not available for the next 10 days. After 10 days when i finally met him he blatantly said that he has more important jobs than taking care of landlines and he would not look into the matter and i can complain to anyone i like. Being a doctor it is very difficult for me to go and meet different people everyday. I don't know whom to contact now and am at a loss. Kindly look into the matter.

Sir/madam: i have already done online payment through bsnl he tta at that time transition was completed but this time bsnl site is closed. When i checked same time it showing that online payment page at bsnl external exam page reameaning so i made payment about 1000again than it was showing the application has submitted succcefully. But in i made online payment two times and both time transition was succefull. So please refund me my 1000rs. My details are given below please assist me or email to refund frees. I'm a dataone user, registered under my landline number[protected] under username - svineeth88. Since last several years. Under kalamassery exchange, ernakulam, kerala. The stability in the connectivity has always been an issue in this connection. Earlier when we used to register complaints bsnl used to respond that it is usual line fault due to monsoon changes. It has been ages like this and the management should take appropriate action to address these kind of technical issues.

My phone was stolen in banglore while boarding a bus on 10/08/2016. so i want to request to block my number [protected].To stop misusing it thank you . now i am using my son number [protected]. if there is any thing please contact me by this number

Hungama service charges on my land line bill[protected] is not due to me. Please refud charges. And deactivate all the services. All such services must be confirm twice before activation. Toll free number never connected although tried many times... It is worst services if bsnl.. People will shift to anither services from bsnl to airtel ir vodafone. Sunil kumar jain.[protected]

Bsnl exam fees paid but shows unpaid

I filled up my application form for je_tta on 09th aug'2016 conducted by bsnl from official site. for exam fees, on compulsory on-line payment, i paid fees 1014.37 via hdfc credit card. however after debiting money, it failed to redirect on response page and it shows unpaid. however atom - third party gateway mailed me a confirmation for received payment. but is it not reflected in bsnl applicaton form. i contacted both parties for this. but till today, got no solution. bsnl please look into your technical errors and reflect paid money. my application is incomplete because of this issue. there must be other candidates like me for sure. my details are given below please assist me to get refund or to get registration slip.. please i already sent so many mails and remainders to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@sifyitest.com but i didn't get any kind of response and the worst thing is bsnl toll free number 24/7 getting busy [protected] and no one is bothered about candidates issues even after so many remainder mails. toady is the last date for application submission and i don't have any hopes on bsnl can resolve my issue immediately and i request you to please refund my money.

Sir, i bear internet loose contact in cable from last six month, finally i write a letter to je to disconnect my bb conection immediately, this action only took place atonce, is this correct? My bb connection no[protected].

It is seen that i am charged for hungama services (Vas) even though i have not subscribed to it. Twice i sent emails, but i am unable to unsubscribe.

I request you to unsubscribe all hungama services from my no[protected] and refund the subscription amount charged so far, as the service is unsolicited.

Without my consent hungama movies on demand, hungama music on demand and hungama games on demand etc. Are added to my bsnl broadband services. For the same one times charges of rs.485.00 was charged in addition to the regular broadband bill. Who gave the bsnl the permission to cheat the cus...

I taken BSNL Prepaid connection [protected] from Nanjangud bsnl office. Initially it activated after moving to the other state. it got deactivated. please let me why it got deactivated and when it will be activated. Kindly please look into issue ASAP.

This is regarding payment issue that i am facing for the application of bsnl post of junior engineer (Je), (Esrtwhile tta).

My register number is 1358050.
The application fee for this post is rs.500 (1008 including the service charge.
While registration i paid the fee 2 times using my brother debit card account and his account was debited with rs.1000+service charge. But still in the site it is showing (Attached image) that i have not paid the fee. Neither i got the mail from the payment gateway for the fee payment.

I lost my rs 1008 rs.

So i request to take necessary action to accept my fee in the applicant site or suggest me about the refund and should i pay again.

I have already done online payment through bharat sanchar nigam limited tta and atom transaction reference no. Is 19269782. At that time transaction was completed but bsnl external exam site was closed. When i checked early in the morning then it showing that online payment page at bsnl external exam page. So i made payment about 1000 inr again with transaction refrence no. 19292853. Then it was showing the application has submitted successfully. But in end i made online payment two times and both times transaction was successful.
So please refund me my 1000 inr which you have take extra fees.

I lost my mobile phone with sim card number [protected] while going to velachery by two wheeler on 03.08.2016 near adambakkam. At about 7pm.

In this regard i have already registered a complaint with the indian consumer complaints forum on 03.08.2016.

Bsnl have not resolved my issue so far.

I request you to take suitable action in this regard immediately.
