Respected sir.
I rajiv ranjan living in mhagunpuram nh - 24 (ghaziabad), few observation form my site. i am very disappointed from the giving services of bsnl,
Firstly i requested online for a new connection of landline + broadband (9th july)
I receive call back from bsnl (rajnagar ghaziabad) on 14.07.2016 from this number[protected], they told me i give your no to our sales person for providing detail, but i could not getting any call.
I got a number from our society they are using bsnl, the number is - [protected] (mr. kasana), i call this number on 14.07.2016, they provide some detail but not beneficial. finally i got a call from mr. kawaljeet ([protected]) the collected all document on 17.07.2016, and also they don't know the detail of the plans, they confused and told me i will confirm the plan tomorrow once i check from net. at that time they collected from me - inr 1545.00 (500 installation charge + 500 security of landline + 545 security of rental plan of broadband - plan name uld-545) - broad band unlimited and night calling free and also told me the connection will be done within 3-4 days.
After that i called next day he told me i am checking, and also told me it is not easy to provide the detail at a time. (18.07.2016) again i called next day they not picked the phone and after that switched off his mobile. and i also called this no - [protected] (mr. rajesh) they told me that plan is not a unlimited broadband and not available free night calling.
I called tuesday (19.07.2016) what is the status, he told me your amount has been deposited and connection will done tomorrow or day after tomorrow
I called today he not picked the phone both numbers no one pick the phone. ([protected] & [protected]). i called again after 1 hour he told me today they are going for installation. after 2 hours a called again for confirming the installation so that at that time i will be available.
Then he told me the installation charges will be 750.00rs not a 500.00 rs, i told this is not my mistake, suddenly he told me if you say yes then i deposited the amount for a connection, or no i will return your amount, when i will be available in mahgunpuram.
Then i called for escalation on this no - [protected], he told me i am driving you can call mr. rajesh ([protected]), mr. rajesh is not picking my phone, i am very disappointed receive this type of services.
And also no one pick the phone after 5.30pm or before 10.00 am.
Finally connection will done on 2rd august with the plan of 220 one india plan with free night calling (as confirmed with mr. kamal - [protected] & mr. rajesh-[protected].
Suddenly today i asked regarding the plan for free calling he told me the plan has been discontinued from 1st august. but at the time of installation no one tell regarding that plan.
I also confirm the same from customer care they confirmed the free night calling plan has been discontinued from 1st may.
Sir, all are telling lie, now i want surrender my landline connection immediately.
