I didn't get any information about the activation of sim card

So send me any information regarding sim card activation..

I'm unable to contact any person with this sim card

Hi,

This is regarding payment issue that i am facing for the application of bsnl post of junior engineer (je), (esrtwhile tta).

My register number is 1073493.
The application fee for this post is rs.[protected] including the service charge).
While registration i paid the fee using my netbanking site and my account was debited with rs.1000+service charge. but still in the site it is showing (attached image) that i have not paid the fee. neither i got the mail from the payment gateway for the fee payment.

I lost my rs 1019 rs.

So i request to take necessary action to accept my fee in the applicant site or suggest me about the refund and should i pay again.

Complaint submitted at bsnl office sasthamcotta, but no action taken on it.
You are requested to look into the complaint. contacted with customer care before submitting the complaint, according to them the amount was withdrawn after isd call from this number, but they could not trace and handover the number.
No isd call was made in this phone as their argument. steps may kindly be taken to refund the wrongly withdrawn amount rs 160/-.

as my phone got theft as its one of my important no. where am having all important contacts and all bank transaction comes to that sim. I dont one anyone to misuse my phone. So please its my sincere request to block my number as soon as possible for which I shall ever be obiliged.

I have deposited rs.2000/- in year 2003 for a landline connection but up to till time it is not given to me. On 08.01.2016 i have given a letter with original demand note for returning amount of security then my file is going from kankarbagh to rajendra nagar bsnl office after taken our bank account details for refunding.
At present our file is pending at mr. Shambhu kr. Singh (Sdo) bsnl kankarbagh patna from a long time.

Sir, I have sent a mail to e.mail id. support.[protected]@hungama.com on 23/07/2016
to deactivate/cancel my hungama service plan. But there is no response till now. My phone no./service id is "do22741727". Since I did not use the plan, kindly refund the amount already paid by me inadvertently and deactivate my hungama plan immediately.

सीनियर सेक्शन इंजीनियर (रेलपथ) पश्चिम रेलवे गोधरा कार्यालय में आपके विभाग की और से ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन दिया गया है जिस का टेलीफ़ोन नंबर. ०२६७२ - २४०२४७ है जिस कनेक्शन का पेमेंट रेलवे की और से भुगतान किया जाता है।
उक्त नंबर का ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन बार बार बंद हो जाता है जिस की वजह से रेल नेट सेवा प्रभावित होती है। अतः इस को तुरंत आपका कर्मचारी भेज के सही करवाया जाये।

The above stated land phone in my possession is not in service since last one month.
2. i reported this matter in sdot office thrice. i would not meet the sdot since he was not present in office. his asst. available has noted the phone number and talked to some body in my presence but to no use. even last time he told the line man that “i am sitting on his head”.
3. next, as i am a senior citizen of india, i complained to 1500 thrice vide compliant no [protected] dated 27th june 2016. no-[protected] dated 30th june 2016 and no-[protected] dated 4th july 2016 but not to any use too.
4. this is clearly understood that staff of bsnl are how much active to attend the faults reported by the consumer. further it may be noted that i am a consumer of this bsnl since the kerang exchange established and regularly paying the bill.
5. in view of above your good office is requested to guide the staff concerned to tight their belt so that govt.’s spending on this establishment reaches to the grass root. alternatively the telephone may be disconnected.

This is absolutely the worst broadband provider in the world. The speed forget it, you won't even get continuous connectivity. This is actually the worst costumer service and connection. My no. Is 2459204 and bsnl is not providing any service that can be commendable. This is the most useless services and broadband company ever. Even on repeated complaints, no response from bsnl

We are have lots of internet problem it's like 0kbps running capacity, just 1 km distance our place to tower, kindly chick it sir, we have 7 number, same problem is reflecting we will port out to airtel, just 1 km distence tower to our place, kindly check it sir

I surrendered my bsnl bb connection and obtained receipt for recovery of instruments from sde/selaiyur (No:1549/23.04.2016)-recd. A message from bsnl that surrender is provisioned on[protected]. Their ref. No:[protected].
Till date not recd. The refund amount in my bank a/c details of which i have sent already.

Please sir deactivate hungama music on demand and games on my landline number [protected].These are activated without my knowledge and i don't have any need of it.I had not used these for even a single day and we are paying Rs250 per month.please sir deactivate these services as soon as possible.We will be very thankful to you if you help us in deactivating these services.

Dear sir/madam,
It is a shame that bsnl is so much negligent towards it's customer support.
We are facing no internet from last 2 months practically & this is completely & completely the fault of your ground staff starting from the lineman to all the concerned people are so negligent towards the complaints that no one even bothers to rectify any of our problems.
We have lodged complaints on 1500 & 198 numerous times & the next day within 24 hrs we get a message that our complaint has been resolved whereas no one even bothers to give a visit or a call regarding the same.
Whenever the lineman comes he needs a tip of rs. 100 to 200 to perform his duty.
We are paying the monthly bill of rs. 1790.00 every month without utilising any of the facilities we are having a static ip address that is also useless for us.
We request you take an immediate & stringent action against our complaint & also refund us the last 2 months rental amount as we were not able to use any kind of services for the same.

Hoping for a prompt action doing justice to the complaint raised.

I am Rahul Barman, I have recently lost my Bsnl Sim, the number is [protected] . so please block my number I have provided.

I'm using bsnl broadband internet facility, but morning 8 to 4' o clock works internet good, then above evening and night internet don't coming properly, snr ranges are very poor (below 2.1 or 1.5), my bsnl extension officers don't care that problem. this problem coming daily (ago 20 days). please solve my problem...

(snr margins are very low, please be make a good solution)

There is a place called - pamgarh - under akaltara exchange in chhattishgarh, here landline rarely works, bill use to come on time, local bsnl guy rajkumar sahu has make this place a hell for peoples here, bsnl rarely works, there are joints in wires, whenever some carbon partles came in wire phone stops working sometimes he himself disconnect the wire and always says there is a problem in exchange, when we call the exchange they says there is no problem in exchange and when we call him to reticfity he use to come next day and says ok i will check with exchange and keep on making things round and round, finally it starts working after 5-6 days, which works only for 2-3 days then again the entire story starts.

I got repeated frequent calls from n=bsnl about hungama services. i said that i am not interested and i dont want even a single penny extra in my bill amount. but they said me that nothing will be charged until i login. and they insisted me for my emailid. now am being charged extra amount in my bills. am seriously frustated on seeing this. i must need an explanation from them and refund

I paid all the fees as per required but problem is that when i logged in again. It was not done that is payment is not done. But i received message from my bank and transaction alert on atom gateway for transaction done on bharat sanchar nigam limited tta. My money already deducted from my account.
