Without my consent they have activated bsnl hungama movies, games, songs for which i had to pay more than Rs 330/- per month for the month of JUNE AND JULY . 2016 I HAVE DECIDED TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.
MY BSNL LANDLINE NO. IS - "[protected] " and i did contact bsnl office orai dist. jalaun uttar pradesh .. they said to me they can not do nothing for me .. and officecial behavior is very bad .. i m very upset for this ..

I am staying in new peungalathur in chennai tamil nadu india. I am using bsnl 3g data pack. Evert time i am getting problem in using internet (Either very slow or not at all working). Though they are charging rs.198/- for 3g data pack the service is so bad... Not bad, it is worst... Probably worstest (I know that there is no such word, but still worst is not enough to describe that's why..)

Surrendered landline no 25001452 in 2015. against customer ID [protected]. Refund has been approved on 01.06.2015. Refund request no is 1-9QBI-1152.
After the said landline has been surrendered and then refund otder has been released,
13 months have passed. We have contacted the designated officer several times but the payment has not been received as yet. No reason is furnished for this incredible ampunt of delay, and the authorities are noncooperative with further enquiries.please look into the matter and take necessary actions at the earliest.

I have lost my Mobile phone which has the BSNL Prepaid connection. Request you to kindly deactivate the SIM Card to avoid misuse of my mobile number.

Hi,
My land line number is[protected] and it's not working since last one month. I have conatcted bsnl office lots of time but they are not responding.

I need help on this and can some one let me know what i need to do from my end to resolve this issue.

My mother last her mobile handset alongwith sim card at thanjavur railway station. Her mobile no.[protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

This is worst service. my form is rejected.and transaction is successful give your high authority number.

I lost my bsnl sim card (mobile. no: [protected]). so please block this number as soon as possible. alternate number is [protected] (bsnl). i urge the bsnl officers to block my sim number as soon as possible to avoid any kind of misuse.

For any queries call to my alternate number. kindly block it as soon as possible and let me know that how will i get to know the status/confirmation of the sim block.

I got repeated frequent calls from n=bsnl about hungama services. I said that i am not interested and i dont want even a single penny extra in my bill amount. But they said me that nothing will be charged until i login. And they insisted me for my emailid. Now am being charged extra amount in my bills. Am seriously frutated on seeing this. I must need an explanation from them and refund

I was using bsnl during the period of[protected]. But after that i changed it to vodafone number because of the signal issue. Now all of my family members are using vodafone i. E. 7 connections. I want to change all of the connections to bsnl. Can you please guide me the best way to do. I am from orissa but working at visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh. If you guide me i will change all of the numbers to bsnl. Even some o[censored]s use dual numbers. Those numbers too can be ported to bsnl.

Please help me to do so.

In prepaid number [protected] incoming calls barred from december 2015. Requested above hundred times to senior officers of bihar state, cc, bsnl office bihar sharif to start incoming calls but result zero. They are throwing each other. I am a pensioner of government. I am suffering from cirvical disease paralysis since four years. Due to barred incoming calls facing a lot of problems. Kindly start incoming calls urgently.

My name is ambuj oraon. My son lost my mobile along with bsnl sim cord on 17/07/2016 @19.00hrs. My bsnl mobile sim no. Was [protected].
So, i want to request the bsnl team to please block this sim card immediately. So that any one cannot make use it illegally.

हम आप के रेगुलर कस्टमर है आप की कंपनी के पिछले ५ इयर्स से आपकी कंपनी का टेलीफोन एवं इंटरनेट यूज़ कर रहे हैं। हमारे पास आपकी कंपनी के ५ टेलीफोन नंबर थे लेकिन आपकी कंपनी की सेवाओं को देखते हुए अब मात्र १ टेलीफोन ही शेष रह गया है क्योंकि आपकी सेवाएं इतनी सुस्त हैं की पुरे माह मे केवल २ से ३ दिन ही आपका टेलीफोन चलता है यहाँ के स्थानीय एक्सचेंज में शिकायत लिखवा लिखवा कर परेशान हो गए है अब हमारे पास केवल एक ही रास्ता है की आपको कंप्लेंट करे टेलीफोन नहीं चलने की वजह से हमारा इंटरनेट भी नहीं चलता है इससे हमें बहुत ही परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है क्योंकि जिस स्थान पर आपका टेलीफोन व इंटरनेट है वह स्थान एक कॉलेज है और वह हमारी सिटी से लगभग १० किलो मीटर दुरी पर है यदि हमें कोई मेल भी करना हो तो हमें १० किलो मीटर चलकर आना पड़ता है जिससे की हमारा सारा कार्य प्रभावित हो रहा है साथ ही हम हमारे छात्र छात्रों को यह सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं करवा पा रहे है जिससे की हमारे कॉलेज का नाम ख़राब हो रहा है जिसका श्रेय आपकी कंपनी को जाता है आजकल छात्रों के प्रवेश से लेकर रिजल्ट तक सभी कार्य ऑनलाइन होते है लेकिन हमारे कॉलेज मे आपकी इंटरनेट सेवा कभी भी सुचारु नहीं रही शुरू से ही १ दिन चलती है उसके बाद कई दिनों तक बंद रहती है हम शुरू से ही इस सेवा से वंचित रहे हैं व शुरू से ही नियमित बिल का भुगतान करते आ रहे हैं
हमें आपसे उम्मीद है की हमारे कॉलेज के सामने से फाइबर ऑप्टिकल लाइन जा रही है लेकिन कई बार निवेदन करने के बाद भी उसका लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है हमारी साडी परेशानी का निदान आप तुरंत करवा देंगे हमें आपसे यही उम्मीद है अन्यथा हम किसी दूसरी कंपनी का टेलीफोन एवं इंटरनेट लेने के लिए मजबूर होंगे अभी भी पिछले कई दिनों से हमारा टेलीफोन व इंटरनेट बंद है इसी आशा के साथ

I have lost my mobile so i want my number should be blocked. I have contacted two times to bsnl customer care office, they said they have written complain but i think they have not. Because my sim is not yet blocked. Please block my number. I am providing data below.

I applied my above number for mnp. i have submitted all documents at noida sec 24 branch office of bsnl 15 days before. that number is not mnp yet. i have been done verification. when i called to noida office people they used to say wait for some time. mnp code is valid for 15 days. today 15 days has completed but number is not mnp into bsnl. if bsnl can not provide good service to customer why taken charged and take money from customer. why you are doing fraud with customer. refund my money which i have deposited into your office or resolve my issue. i am highly disappointed with bsnl services.

Landline/Broadband no:- [protected] is not working from last 15 days we raised complaint at local office but not getting response they are say they will send person to rectify but they are not sending so we rasied complaint at BSNL Customer care no:- [protected] (Ticket No: -[protected]) but they are also not responding.

I applied for the bsnl broadband and landline services in the month of may 2015. For first one month, i got the paper bill of my broadband & landline properly for the first 2 months. Then, i didn't received a single bill copy even a single month till now. Many times they have charged me penalty for paying the bill late. Also, i have asked them the reason for not sending me the bill but they are answer less.

Good morning sir my name is mohd vaseem from mawana meerut sit i have a wimax connection last 3 month. First and second month is getting good speed of internet but there is a problem that my internet is disturb many times in a day for 2 or 3 hours daily ways. Sir i contact to wimax internet provider unit many time for repairing my wimax connection. But i have not complete solution from wimax unit. So please help me to resolve my problem.

BSNL has activated Movies On Demand Hungama without my permission & i have been paying Rs. 474.53 extra bill charges. so please deactivate this plan! now it self i am not open the hungama but amount will be credited please refund the amount . My land line number is[protected].

I have even tried the toll free number for my queries but no response was there.
So please deactivate my hungama plan and also i have never subscribed this plan with the alloted username and password.
Hope for the immediate deactivation from your service, i would be highly obliged.
