Not getting any solution even after sending mail,
Want bb line working as per plan we have taken same time, there should not be bill when we not getting the actual plan service and most of time bb line is dead.
We not getting proper response form local exchange team also, they are lest least bothered.
Very openly they asking to disconnect the bb connection and go for other service.

Hi sir,
Can you please look in to this issue, which is repeating each month and we not getting permanent solution till now,
And we have asked for rebate, even that also not got still..
When there is no bb service then we should not been charge for bb monthly rent... request you to look on rebate part also

Can you let us know when rebate going to be given, there is no proper service and still bb is dead but we getting bill on time.
Till cable fault not rectified, exchange team saying go for other service and disconnect bsnl, does really bsnl care about there customer and improve the server to customer.
If copper contract no more then bsnl should get those replace with fc, you can't ask customer to disconnect the bsnl service simply and charging month bill still when line having issue..
We had almost a month bb line dead, but still we getting bill how come this getting generated when service is dead..
Kindly look on this issue and need your support to get better service
