I am a resident of Kolkata . I have been facing some problems with my BSNL landline instrument( phone number [protected] and in the connection is in the name of Mr. Shantanu Paul), since a long time. I had made numerous complaints to the BSNL local office in my area but they had refused to change the instrument giving the reason that they don't have supply of any new instruments at the moment and asked me to purchase a new one with my own money.

After I purchased a new instrument i found out that the main cord box of my landline is broken and its has stopped working as it has not been changed since 15 years. I again made a complaint regarding the same on 29/06/16 (Docket no.[protected]) and a technician Mr.SANAT visited my house on that very day after numerous request to the rude staff whose contact number was texted to my phone by the BSNL office at the time of complaint .

So the technician upon observation told that the cord box needed an urgent replacement and he would replace it the next day as the office hours has closed for that day. Mr.Sanat gave me his mobile number which was [protected] and asked me to call him on a suitable time when I am available at home and he will come and replace the cord box. So I called him on that very evening and he promised to come by 12pm on the 30th of June, 2016.

But was completely shocked when I called him to confirm at what time he was coming as he started to throw tantrums and behaving extremely rude. He even told me that he is not bound to give me any service and he will come at any time he want . His behavior was a complete shock for me . When I told him that I have to go for a meeting after 12:30pm he shouted that he has other works to do rather than listening to my non-sense.

I would be highly obliged if someone kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps against such rude employees at the earliest.

Its been 3 days bsnl handygo service is deducting money from my prepaid balance.. On 28/6/16 i lost rs. 25 and on 30/06/16 i lost 75 rs... They are sending the following sms.. Which i hadnt subscribed..

Dear sir,
I want to lodge a complaint about the unsatisfactory working of my telephone lines. Since from last month several time i gave complain regarding my telephone lines, which has a noise problem. We are using total eight numbers. The numbers are[protected]Voice call),[protected],[protected]Voice call),[protected]Fax).
I registered my complain against three numbers[protected], 22428441, 22428442. Customer service gave us lots of complain no during this period ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). Unfortunately they are unable to resolve the problem. They didn’t take any action against this problem.
Its my earnestly request to you please check this matter soon & resolve the problem. We want technician visit in our office.

My broadband and land line no.[protected] not properly working from last two month but bsnl company is charging full bill amount for the total month.

I have been a cellone post paid customer for over 12 years now with mobile no [protected]. I am paying hefty charges every month for roaming throughout india. Whenever i leave my home town chennai my 3g and internet is not working. Any amount of oral complaint has not helped. Cellone is telling me that the problem is with my phone. How is that it is working when i am in chennai? Moreover in delhi cellone has a tie up with another service provider called in dolphin. I was in delhi two days back and it was not working - internet. Although, my data roaming and wifi is on. Please help

There is a town called mudgeri and lot of people use BSNL sims for calling voice data transfer but since tower is far the signal strength is very very weak. So we request to put up a new tower in Mudgeri so that we can get access to more signal strength and enjoy the facilities rather than loosing customers.

I recharged twice a full talktime plan according to your tariffs on bsnl .co.in and also according to paytm.
Once online through paytm and next time by shop top up.
But both the times no money was transacted in my account. And when I called on your consumer support both your call centre girl amd the senior lady GEETA, they handled the call in the WORST way possible leaving no other option than to file a complaint.
I hope strict actions would be taken.

For april 2016 rs.170, rs.170 & rs.70 & may 2016 rs.170, rs.170 & rs.70 have been deducted under adjustments for music, movie & games on demand by m/s hunganma. I have never subscribed these services and request you to please unsubscribe the same & refund the amount deducted.

The landline phone set doesn't work properly. When a call is received the caller's voice is heard but when responded the person cannot hear what I say.
My grandfather stays alone at home and I visit the place occasionally. Its my kind request to replace the phone set as soon as possible due to health conditions of grandDad.

BSNL has charged an additional amount of Rs 340 in my June 2016 landline bill under the name of Hungama Music and Video services. I have NOT subscribed for any such services and have NOT activated any of them. Hence I need a refund and revised bill and ensure that such charges are levied in future. I had taken a bsnl broadband connection during the month of jun-2011. Broadband was worked properly upto aug-2012. Thereafter since last 4 years the broadband was not working properly. Most probably it was the fast complain which was lodged in the month of sept-12 having docket no. Har/co/2012/7098 dated 20.09.2012. Then i had lodged another complain dated 26.09.2012 and similarly lodged complain no. Har/co/2012/7619 dated 11.10.2012. Against complain bsnl broadband service engineers are attending the problems and also rectifying the problems. However, after sometimes again broadband was not working. Since last four years i have lodged around 60 complains. However, bsnl could not rectified the problems till date. Similar problem of broadband still exists today and bsnl is unable to rectify the problem.

I have also e-mailed several times along with snapshot of ping report but bsnl is not responding the e-mails. Further, i had e-mailed the problem in their grievances e-mail id given in their website, however, e-mails are bounced back. Such ids are [protected]@bsnl.Co.In, [protected]@bsnl.Co.In, [protected]@bsnl.Co.In. If these e-mail ids are not working or bsnl people have no time to check the mails then better it should be deleted from the bsnl website. Being a public sector company, at least they should not make fool to the public.

Most of complain numbers and dates lodged since sept-2012 are in my record. Several ping reports are also in my record. As and when required the same shall be provided to bsnl.

Although i have paid all the bsnl dues in due time, broadband is not working at the time of need. Hence, it is my request that bsnl has to refund all the payments made by me since sept-2012.

I lost my mobile sim card at kadma market, jamshedpur, jharkhand. My mobile no. Is [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one misuse it. But the bsnl officials ([protected]) saying they require a copy of fir first and i need to go there local office with all. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be asked. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

I surrendered my bsnl landline[protected] to hasthinapuram branch of bsnl on 2, 11, 2016 and sent the original surrender certificate for closure account no.[protected] to the accounts officer, bsnl chennai telephones, guindy, enclosing original surrender certificate along with a cancelled sb a/c cheque leaf for necessary credit to my indian bank a/c no.[protected].It is nearly 15 months since i surrendered the telephone and no response as yet from bsnl about refund of my deposit amount. I shall be grateful if my grievance is redressed immediately and refund of deposit amount made to my sb a/c without further delay. Thanks. T. Venkatesan

I have applied for the bsnlbroad band and telephone line connection on 03/06/2016 in dibrugarh, assam. The connection has been pending till date and the office staffs are not concerned about the matter. Being a coustomer i have to take the burden to call them now and then for the status of my connection. Kindly look into this matter and it is hoped that you will take prompt action to redress my grievance.

I am facing issue with my BSNL landline from last few months and I have been complaining about the same to the local BSNL office from last few months. But I did not get resolution to my problem till now in spite of regular complaints.
My business is getting impacted as my customers are not able to contact me.
Local BSNL authorities are being casual to my complaints and I m being charged in spite of not using the phone.
