Dear Sir,

My BSNL landline connection[protected] was lying dead for last 20 days. The complaint lodged through 198 was removed by your office on regular basis without any rectification to show disposal of the complain within three days. Today, the connection has been restored, but it is wrongly connected to some other line.

It is requested to kindly investigate the matter to find out the reason for this type of harassment by your officials. How billing will be done during this period of wrong connection? If this fault will not be rectified within one/two days, then no other option will be left other than lodging the grievance on CPGRAMS.

    Sir or mam mai pichle 20 25 dino se bsnl ke customer care [protected] pe call karke thal chuka hu ..woh mera plan change nahi kar rahe..mai private job karta hu timing subah 8 baje jata hu or raat ko 8 waje aata hu..mere jane se baad exchange office khulta hai or aaane se pehle band ho jata hai sunday ko shutti hoti hai .mujhe bhi or exchange office ko bhi to isliye mai customer care mei call karke apna plan change karna chahta hu magar mujhe pichele 20 dino se kabhi koi or kabhi koi reason bata kar 24 ghante baad call karne ko kehte hai..agar custmer care wale customer ki care nahi kar sakte to inka fayeda kya hai...agr mujhe sollution nahi diya gaya to mai bsnl par case karduga

      I'm Bsnl BB user Plan 545UL residing in Goa
      recently ive been facing issue of high ping while in game cs 1.6 to the host 202.179.65.11 which is located in Mumbai.
      i was getting avg ping of 65 during non peak hours by restarting the modem several time till i was assigned to 59.xx.xx.xx series IP
      but since last week the Pings have reached to mid 3 digits number with constant assigned 117.xxx.xxx.xx series even after restarting modem over 10 times
      please change my route so that i get assigned back on 59.xx.xx.xx series and get lower ping responses

        I have 2 big issues:
        1.my broadband of landline no.[protected] is not working properly since 2-3 weeks . I have registered many complains but no response comes from them and in case it comes that time the broadband works but after that it does not works. It often happens that whenever we dial 1500 (the complaint no. of bsnl) the net starts working for some 4-5 minues and then again goes off.
        Also, finally when i told them we will cut the connection they told us that techincian would arrive at ur spot shortly in some 24-48 hrs but that has never happened .
        2. they called once to activate or not on hungama, i completely refused but now since 2 mnths they give the bill with some extra charges of 468/- and finally i came to knw that i have to unsubscribe from it they gave me a toll free no. but tht isnt wrking, and also the money should b refunded.
        I am highly pissed with this service of bsnl

            Complaint location: shrinathpuram, kota, when i call on 1957, whatever he suggested me change. I applied in system. I told him that signal strength is repeatedly change. Sometime yellow flag also come. Finally he suggest me to visit bsnl office to get the modem check. When i ask arrange visit and share complain number he said you have to visit and no complaint number for this issue. I visited bsnl office. Mr. Ravi check my modem and said it is ok. I explain him all above story. He said meet with our senior. When i meet him. He said he will resolve it asap. When i ask how long time you will take. He said there is no fix time. So, finnaly as a clint i do not have proper service from bsnl. If you see other end private company arrange proper support. I sugest u to improve bsnl service. No proper communication, no complaints number, sorry to say pathetic service by bsnl team.

              I am a resident of Kolkata . I have been facing some problems with my BSNL landline instrument( phone number [protected] and in the connection is in the name of Mr. Shantanu Paul), since a long time. I had made numerous complaints to the BSNL local office in my area but they had refused to change the instrument giving the reason that they don't have supply of any new instruments at the moment and asked me to purchase a new one with my own money.

              After I purchased a new instrument i found out that the main cord box of my landline is broken and its has stopped working as it has not been changed since 15 years. I again made a complaint regarding the same on 29/06/16 (Docket no.[protected]) and a technician Mr.SANAT visited my house on that very day after numerous request to the rude staff whose contact number was texted to my phone by the BSNL office at the time of complaint .

              So the technician upon observation told that the cord box needed an urgent replacement and he would replace it the next day as the office hours has closed for that day. Mr.Sanat gave me his mobile number which was [protected] and asked me to call him on a suitable time when I am available at home and he will come and replace the cord box. So I called him on that very evening and he promised to come by 12pm on the 30th of June, 2016.

              But was completely shocked when I called him to confirm at what time he was coming as he started to throw tantrums and behaving extremely rude. He even told me that he is not bound to give me any service and he will come at any time he want . His behavior was a complete shock for me . When I told him that I have to go for a meeting after 12:30pm he shouted that he has other works to do rather than listening to my non-sense.

              I would be highly obliged if someone kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps against such rude employees at the earliest.

                Its been 3 days bsnl handygo service is deducting money from my prepaid balance.. On 28/6/16 i lost rs. 25 and on 30/06/16 i lost 75 rs... They are sending the following sms.. Which i hadnt subscribed..

                    Dear sir,
                    I want to lodge a complaint about the unsatisfactory working of my telephone lines. Since from last month several time i gave complain regarding my telephone lines, which has a noise problem. We are using total eight numbers. The numbers are[protected]Voice call),[protected],[protected]Voice call),[protected]Fax).
                    I registered my complain against three numbers[protected], 22428441, 22428442. Customer service gave us lots of complain no during this period ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). Unfortunately they are unable to resolve the problem. They didn’t take any action against this problem.
                    Its my earnestly request to you please check this matter soon & resolve the problem. We want technician visit in our office.

                            I have been a cellone post paid customer for over 12 years now with mobile no [protected]. I am paying hefty charges every month for roaming throughout india. Whenever i leave my home town chennai my 3g and internet is not working. Any amount of oral complaint has not helped. Cellone is telling me that the problem is with my phone. How is that it is working when i am in chennai? Moreover in delhi cellone has a tie up with another service provider called in dolphin. I was in delhi two days back and it was not working - internet. Although, my data roaming and wifi is on. Please help

                              There is a town called mudgeri and lot of people use BSNL sims for calling voice data transfer but since tower is far the signal strength is very very weak. So we request to put up a new tower in Mudgeri so that we can get access to more signal strength and enjoy the facilities rather than loosing customers.

                                  I recharged twice a full talktime plan according to your tariffs on bsnl .co.in and also according to paytm.
                                  Once online through paytm and next time by shop top up.
                                  But both the times no money was transacted in my account. And when I called on your consumer support both your call centre girl amd the senior lady GEETA, they handled the call in the WORST way possible leaving no other option than to file a complaint.
                                  I hope strict actions would be taken.

                                    I have bsnl land line phone no[protected], account no.[protected].In the last two bills i. E. For april 2016 rs.170, rs.170 & rs.70 & may 2016 rs.170, rs.170 & rs.70 have been deducted under adjustments for music, movie & games on demand by m/s hunganma. I have never subscribed these services and request you to please unsubscribe the same & refund the amount deducted.

                                      The landline phone set doesn't work properly. When a call is received the caller's voice is heard but when responded the person cannot hear what I say.
                                      My grandfather stays alone at home and I visit the place occasionally. Its my kind request to replace the phone set as soon as possible due to health conditions of grandDad.

                                        BSNL has charged an additional amount of Rs 340 in my June 2016 landline bill under the name of Hungama Music and Video services. I have NOT subscribed for any such services and have NOT activated any of them. Hence I need a refund and revised bill and ensure that such charges are levied in future.
