Land line connection bearing no.[protected]koratty exchange, trissur (dist), kerala surrendered by me during jan2016 at koratty telephone exchange, trissur (dist). but my caution deposit/advance amount has not yet been received. kindly intimate disposal of the amount in my mobile no.[protected] or email id: [protected]@gmail.com

My bsnl phone number is[protected]...i want to top up only 200..but top up is incresed..i wnat only top up 200..

It is regretted to inform you that new connection i. e.[protected] has been installed at my home address i. e. 16/343, subhash basti, near jai bharat school, mal godam road, sirsa on dated[protected] but inspite of repeated requests made to bsnl officers/officials broad band connection and telephone is not in working condition. please remove my complaint immediately.

I received a call from BSNL Hungama during April 2016 that I am to get free services if I provide to them my mobile number and email address and I provided to them but I am sorry to inform you that I got MODCHG in my lanline bill during May to June 2016 bill totalling Rs 674.
BSNL never gives any kind of services to its clients without the written consent of its customers and not only that BSNL asks for deposit to its clients.
But here no written consent nor any kind of deposit is taken.
Telling for FREE services and debiting in my bill is looting to the public and cheating to the public.Who has given permission to BSNL HUNGAMA to debit in my bill ?

நான் மிகவும் மனம் உடைந்து போனேன் .
ஆகையால் இம்முறை அவர்கள் தொலைபேசியை அலைத்து புகார் கூறினேன் .
மூன்று மாதமாக நான் தொடர்ந்து புகார் செய்தும் எந்த நடவடிக்கையும்
எடுக்கவில்லை .
மேலும் BSNL broadband இணைப்பை துண்டித்துவிட்டு மற்ற network
இணைப்பை பெறுங்கள். BSNL இப்படிதான் இருக்கும் என பொறுப்பின்றி
பதிலளிக்கிறார்கள் .
நானே எனது தொலைபேசியை எடுத்து சென்று திசையன்விளை BSNL
அலுவலகத்தில் கொடுக்க சென்ற போது line சரியாக உள்ளது தொலைபெசியைதான் மற்ற
வேண்டும் இரண்டு நாள் பொறுத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள் என்று கூறினார்கள் .
ஆனால் இதுவரை எந்த முனேற்ற நடவடிக்கையும் இல்லை.
எனக்கு மிகவும் கஷ்டமாக உள்ளது .
எனது தொலைபேசியை நான் எவ்வாறு சரி செய்வது ????

My name is ravindra reddy b from andhra pradesh circle guntur dist narasaraopet.

Now i am using bsnl network ([protected]) i am decided to change bsnl to vodafone. so i sent a port message to bsnl15 days back after that i received number i can submitted to vodafone office at narasaraopet branch, but still now i am not changing my mobile network.

I am submitted the required documents on[protected] & second time (jul 02, 2016) and i taken vodafone sim but still now it not changed from bsnl to vodafone???

What is the problem

We have bsnl land line it was not worked last two months. We are complaint and also registered in the bsnl office also till not connected but bill coming regularly. We are regularly intimate complaint till no action for that

I recharged my bsnl number [protected] two times which is a paramilitary sim. i recharged always of 99 rs/-. but this time i recharged two times my bsnl number.

1. first recharge at 08:49 with refrence id :-[protected] by retailer no.:- [protected] on 05/07/20166

2. second recharge at 17:21 with refrence id :-[protected] by retailerr no.:- [protected] on 05/07/2016
But i get the validity only for one month. for get detail about this problem i call on 1503. but their is no response. bsnl customer care does not attend the call. customer care ignore this number.

Since last year my landphone nomber [protected] in kozhikode panniyankara section is not working and no any complaints accepted against the issue i also applied for broadband connection since one year and no any reply is recieved from bsnl authority bsnl authority physically checked my line and they are not changed/ maintain the multicables laid by them . So please direct to the authority to recover my landline phone serviceable condition

I am using a EVDO service from BSNL for the past servaral years. The telephone ref. no. is [protected] and Account no. is[protected]. I don't have any outstanding bills. But I am not able to connect to Internet from 1st July, 2016.
Previously this sort of discontinuity of service used to occur for a day or two. But this time it is nearing 6 days.

Please provide me all call record of my mobile no.[protected] which was incoming and outgoing from dated 01/06/16 to 05/07/16 because of my cell phone is dead

My name is aashiq khan n i live in vill. katkut tehsil barwaha dist. khargone madhya pradesh now here 1.5 year above bsnl braodband, landline, mobile network tottaly dead here to bsnl office above 26 km i many time going bsln office n i tell my problem but his nothing doing here i m very worried i m using broadband n since 1.5 year it wil i m not using broadband

Am a cell one prepaid customer with number [protected]. on June 20 i send port request. on June morning i get a call from[protected] and told me that you have movie Bhavishyavni pack free .i[censored] want to subscribe for free press 9. then i press. at that day i have no balance. today i top up with 150. and they credited 20 rupees. They thoroughly told me that its a free service . now i lost 20 rupees. i talked to customer care agent for refund they told me to go to bsnl office. there are 20 kilometre to bsnl office. if i go to bsnl office i lost 30 as bus fare. please refund it or i will port the bsnl prepaid connection.

Dear Sir,

My BSNL landline connection[protected] was lying dead for last 20 days. The complaint lodged through 198 was removed by your office on regular basis without any rectification to show disposal of the complain within three days. Today, the connection has been restored, but it is wrongly connected to some other line.

It is requested to kindly investigate the matter to find out the reason for this type of harassment by your officials. How billing will be done during this period of wrong connection? If this fault will not be rectified within one/two days, then no other option will be left other than lodging the grievance on CPGRAMS.

Sir or mam mai pichle 20 25 dino se bsnl ke customer care [protected] pe call karke thal chuka hu ..woh mera plan change nahi kar rahe..mai private job karta hu timing subah 8 baje jata hu or raat ko 8 waje aata hu..mere jane se baad exchange office khulta hai or aaane se pehle band ho jata hai sunday ko shutti hoti hai .mujhe bhi or exchange office ko bhi to isliye mai customer care mei call karke apna plan change karna chahta hu magar mujhe pichele 20 dino se kabhi koi or kabhi koi reason bata kar 24 ghante baad call karne ko kehte hai..agar custmer care wale customer ki care nahi kar sakte to inka fayeda kya hai...agr mujhe sollution nahi diya gaya to mai bsnl par case karduga

I'm Bsnl BB user Plan 545UL residing in Goa
recently ive been facing issue of high ping while in game cs 1.6 to the host 202.179.65.11 which is located in Mumbai.
i was getting avg ping of 65 during non peak hours by restarting the modem several time till i was assigned to 59.xx.xx.xx series IP
but since last week the Pings have reached to mid 3 digits number with constant assigned 117.xxx.xxx.xx series even after restarting modem over 10 times
please change my route so that i get assigned back on 59.xx.xx.xx series and get lower ping responses

I have 2 big issues:
1.my broadband of landline no.[protected] is not working properly since 2-3 weeks . I have registered many complains but no response comes from them and in case it comes that time the broadband works but after that it does not works. It often happens that whenever we dial 1500 (the complaint no. of bsnl) the net starts working for some 4-5 minues and then again goes off.
Also, finally when i told them we will cut the connection they told us that techincian would arrive at ur spot shortly in some 24-48 hrs but that has never happened .
2. they called once to activate or not on hungama, i completely refused but now since 2 mnths they give the bill with some extra charges of 468/- and finally i came to knw that i have to unsubscribe from it they gave me a toll free no. but tht isnt wrking, and also the money should b refunded.
I am highly pissed with this service of bsnl

Complaint location: shrinathpuram, kota, when i call on 1957, whatever he suggested me change. I applied in system. I told him that signal strength is repeatedly change. Sometime yellow flag also come. Finally he suggest me to visit bsnl office to get the modem check. When i ask arrange visit and share complain number he said you have to visit and no complaint number for this issue. I visited bsnl office. Mr. Ravi check my modem and said it is ok. I explain him all above story. He said meet with our senior. When i meet him. He said he will resolve it asap. When i ask how long time you will take. He said there is no fix time. So, finnaly as a clint i do not have proper service from bsnl. If you see other end private company arrange proper support. I sugest u to improve bsnl service. No proper communication, no complaints number, sorry to say pathetic service by bsnl team.
