    I had taken a bsnl broadband connection during the month of jun-2011. Broadband was worked properly upto aug-2012. Thereafter since last 4 years the broadband was not working properly. Most probably it was the fast complain which was lodged in the month of sept-12 having docket no. Har/co/2012/7098 dated 20.09.2012. Then i had lodged another complain dated 26.09.2012 and similarly lodged complain no. Har/co/2012/7619 dated 11.10.2012. Against complain bsnl broadband service engineers are attending the problems and also rectifying the problems. However, after sometimes again broadband was not working. Since last four years i have lodged around 60 complains. However, bsnl could not rectified the problems till date. Similar problem of broadband still exists today and bsnl is unable to rectify the problem.

    I have also e-mailed several times along with snapshot of ping report but bsnl is not responding the e-mails. Further, i had e-mailed the problem in their grievances e-mail id given in their website, however, e-mails are bounced back. Such ids are [protected]@bsnl.Co.In, [protected]@bsnl.Co.In, [protected]@bsnl.Co.In. If these e-mail ids are not working or bsnl people have no time to check the mails then better it should be deleted from the bsnl website. Being a public sector company, at least they should not make fool to the public.

    Most of complain numbers and dates lodged since sept-2012 are in my record. Several ping reports are also in my record. As and when required the same shall be provided to bsnl.

    Although i have paid all the bsnl dues in due time, broadband is not working at the time of need. Hence, it is my request that bsnl has to refund all the payments made by me since sept-2012.

      I lost my mobile sim card at kadma market, jamshedpur, jharkhand. My mobile no. Is [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one misuse it. But the bsnl officials ([protected]) saying they require a copy of fir first and i need to go there local office with all. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be asked. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

        I surrendered my bsnl landline[protected] to hasthinapuram branch of bsnl on 2, 11, 2016 and sent the original surrender certificate for closure account no.[protected] to the accounts officer, bsnl chennai telephones, guindy, enclosing original surrender certificate along with a cancelled sb a/c cheque leaf for necessary credit to my indian bank a/c no.[protected].It is nearly 15 months since i surrendered the telephone and no response as yet from bsnl about refund of my deposit amount. I shall be grateful if my grievance is redressed immediately and refund of deposit amount made to my sb a/c without further delay. Thanks. T. Venkatesan

          I have applied for the bsnlbroad band and telephone line connection on 03/06/2016 in dibrugarh, assam. The connection has been pending till date and the office staffs are not concerned about the matter. Being a coustomer i have to take the burden to call them now and then for the status of my connection. Kindly look into this matter and it is hoped that you will take prompt action to redress my grievance.

              I had Cell One connection and land line also and being a American and Citizen of India I had to pay BSNL bills by a Internet also and so far a land line that my land line was disconnected for a delay in phone bill only !

              Hence, a American sue also against BSNL and a Cell One in it.

                What is the use of 3G services?, poor connectivity, internet services are disconnecting, I am using the internet in my laptop by dongle, everytime I have to remove the dongle and insert in the laptop, why the bsnl is not taking any step to find a resolution for the network disconnecting?, calls are dropped, signal is fluctuating, webpage is not available, the problem on the mobile number is [protected].

                  I got rs 84 as balance suddenly my balance got reduced to rs 38, so I called 1503 and complained about it. They said I activated SMS pack. I did not activated.

                  I opted one day internet I got a message it has been activated and reduced rs 8. Then I used about 12 MB a reminder came 8 MB left so I switch off data. BSNL charged as if I have not opted for one day internet and reduced about rs 41. They did not activated one day pack.

                    This problem is very common. When we opt for an online recharge, the amount from our bank account gets deducted but we do not receive the balance. This causes a lot confusion and we have to call the customer care to ask for a refund. The process is lengthy and time consuming. I have learned a lesson that if you want to recharge your phone online ensure you do it via a reliable website. I am using the Bill Bachao website currently to recharge my phone. This site is good, quick, and reliable. I would suggest the next time you recharge your phone do it via Bill Bachao. There is an app too for the Android users. If you have an Android app get the app in your phone. It will be more convenient to recharge your phone using the app. The added benefit o[censored]sing this app is that you get cashback offers. The cashback amount gets saved in your wallet, so you can use it during the next transaction. While purchasing telephone connection they charge me 600 rupees purchasing charge. But when i cancelled phone i have given instrument to bsnl so also refund me 600 rupees instrument purchasing charges and 500 rupees deposite charge..

                        I went Bsnl office several times for a new land-line and broad band connection..but all the time the officers there are saying its under linemans's control..So I understood that Bsnl is now controlling by their linemans..after that I applied through online and I got a call from Bsnl and they told me to submit id proof and photo to another Bsnl office.. I went to Bsnl main office and they said that somebody will call me after 2 or 3 days.. but nobody contacted me that days..then I went again to their office and they gave me their line man's contact no. I call him everyday and he said he will come today evening or tomorrow morning.. I wait him for more than one week..Atlas he said there are some material shortage in their office..so it's not sure to get a new connection... if we go to any Bsnl office, even the staffs sitting there don't want to ask for what purpose we go there..suddenly they will say contact lineman...actually then why some officers are sitting there?..

                          We are sorry to state that we are not getting net connections regular and uninterrupted since last more then one year in spite of all payment is made. Most of the time the connections are failed, and after frequent complains there is no response from your department. The government is spending such a hugh amount on higher education and all most all work is being done online in the 21st century, we are completely helpless. This is totally unfair and continuous harassment by your office. We met personally to all officers at all levels at ahmadabad again and again for the same.

                                  I am a doctor by profession and religiously paying bills for[protected]. But for last 15 days neither my phone is working nor internet. On my complaint mr. Choudhari talked to mr and asked me to wait for a day. Some wire is cut. But till date nothing done. If it can't br fixed, inform me, else u will force me to my change service provider. Let me know how many working days u need to resole the issue.

                                    I got the BSNL broadband connection on 14th March, 2016 and used the service till 6th May, 2016. I did not pay bill for this duration of time because of some monetary issues and eventually my landline and broadband line got disconnected by BSNL people on 6th May, 2016.
                                    During that period BSNL always showed my usage as over usage i.e. they showed usage of 30gb in just 6 days and then 20gb in rest of the month in the month of march and the same way they told us that we have used 27 GB in just 6 days of April and my data has been exhausted from 1-7 april, 2016 which was like shocking. I never used internet so rigorously so that my dat got exhausted and showed beyond my limit. I complaint these bsnl people for how come my usage can me that much. I doubted that some one else is using my data.
                                    eventually I did not pay money for that month because it was cheating. thus they disconnected my landline reason non-payment, on 7th May 2016.
                                    Now, today I received a bill of 6700/- including bill of May- 14th June 2016. That was acceptable but the another shock was that some one still was using my data even after disconnection of my line. It is showing the usage of 28 GB since the date my line disconnected.

                                    Now I am asking these people as to what happened to this and how come my data has been used even after disconnection of my line since last one and half month. On that these people are saying we have updated data usage..aap logon ne hi data use kiya hai aur humare paas disconnection date 15th June, 2016 hai.

                                    Holy Crap!! What should I do, I need help.!! I am extremely frustrated.

                                        I have calling to the the bsnl customer care service number from the morning. I dont know what the hell are they doing there. i just spoke with the customer care executives.They are not giving a proper reply and they are disconnecting the phone.They are not behaving in a right way. Are we stupids ?? what do they think of customers? I need a proper explanation from the higher authority for there never mind attitude and there irresponsibility.I had called 5 times they just told me to hold the line but they cut off the call and ent off.when i called next time another executive took the phone but he said they don't have the time to hear the complaint and just cut the phone. Another one told he will call back tomorrow morning because he don't have time to hear the time. All these behavior was from the number 1504 & 1500 their customer executives. please give a proper explanation for the queries and also the indecency behaviour toward the customers.
