Sir it is very long time since nibkarori bsnl mobile tower which was installed near to hanuman mandir is not in operation. We hardly get any signal on bsnl mobiles/sim cards. Earlier when we contacted the operator he was complaining of shortage of diesel. The connection for power supply was through the temple. Now it is removed for un certain reasons.

Pl re start the mobile service which is hampered/stopped for want of effective transmission system.

I am sujit kumar gupta serving in border security force at hoshiarpur punjab .I am not using bsnl broad band service since 29th january 2019.Before this date i was using bsnl broad band service and on 29th january 2016 i was disconnect bsnl broad band service but after disconnection bsnl generate bill every month. I contect bsnl department but they says that you are not disconnect bsnl land line .You are disconnect only broadband service not land line service but when i take new connection that time i fillup only for broadband connection not for land line service and presently land line service not activated nither use this service.Please solve my complaint

My name is gopal kishan and i have a bsnl broadband connection. Last few days my broadband is not working properly. I was registered my complaint to the customer care on 27 may. Till now no action taken by the bsnl. I complaint daily to the customer care. They are always give me 24hrs time to repair it. But no further information provided my complaint information by bsnl. Please repair my broadband connection.

I am having bsnl broadband service on number [protected]... But, having a problem as i had lost my user id and password of (Self care.In to check internet usage).. Also tried to reset the passord but nothing happened. And had complaint bsnl regarding this.. But they r not responding to my complaint.. Kindly do the needful.. My father sh. Janak raj sharma had submitted request for disconnecfion of bsnl landline no.[protected] more than two and half years ago in bsbl office at batala city. The landline no. Was than disconnected, but the bsnl security deposited had still not been refunded. Security was 2000. Kindly help in refund of bsnlsecurity with intrest till the security was deposited on our address of batala city which was already in record of bsnl company.

After doing complain one after one it is getting closed without getting resolved.

We have done 2 complain below are the details vide ref no

But still the problem persists.

Just let me know how long we need to wait to get the problem resolved.

Due to carelessness of assistant manager of bsnl office from Bharatpur region several problems suffered by the locals and officials of BARODA RAJASTHAN SHETRIYA GRAMIN BANK DEEG RAJASTHAN. There are some issues with bsnl connection in DEEG NAGAR BHARATPUR in RAJASTHAN region. Due to lack of facilities there were some issues in carry out the scehemes offered by government and prime minister such as bank transaction, atm, Jan dhan yojna, lpg subsidy, nrega payment, insurance etc. Several complaints been sent to officials of Bsnl office regarding there connection issues but they didn't respond. THIS is assistant manager OF BRSG BANK deeg [protected] who told the officials of bsnl to take care of connection but no response received by them.

The phone line is not working for the past 4 days.Inspite of several complaints to customer care no progress. We are unable to use the landline or broad band services. Every time you call the customer care, they say the call is still open and will be resolved soon. Complaining to se also has no progress so far.

Very very bad and pathetic service from bsnl.

Never go in for bsnl landline or broad band — it is equally costly and they do not care for you when the line is not working or is poor. The response from them also is

M/s bsnl has erected tower in our premisses in majhaulia village, bisai patti, anchal - haya ghat, darbhanga bihar without our permission.
After eight years and nos of complains made by us, they have declared that they have occupied 1250 sqft for which they will pay the rent @ rs 1/- per sqft.
It is to bring in your kind notice that m/s bsnl is paying rent @ rs6/- per sqft in manigachi area in darbhanga itself which is more rural area than mine.
Also without our consent m/s bsnl has continued to do the further construction activities (Transmissin line & tranformer erection) for which i have sent messages to mr. Ved prakash (Bsnl employee posted at darbhanga) well in advance to stop the job.
It is requested to take necessary action as per law.

3g services are not provided in my area, bsnl network services are poor, calls are disconnectng, calls are dropping, the mobile number is [protected], i have raised a complaint to the bsnl toll-free number customer care number for my issue, no use of it, personally i have visited the nearest bsnl office stating my problem, who is there to hear my issue?, the only excuse i am getting from bsnl people that the 3g services will be available soon.

Guys i am maintaing bsnl land line phone for the past 15 years or so.
The bill whichi have received bearing bill no[protected]/may/2016 for rs1968/- an amount of rs1089/- were charged extra. Later i came to know that it is bsnl hungama charges for whic i have never subscribed or asked for.
The site i have neither ever used this site nor i have any interest to go for it.
Hence i request the concerned to deactive the bsnl hungama and bill me the rest. Hope you bsnl people respond.

I am purchased a bsnl evdo prepaid connection.No.[protected] from bsnl roorkee exchange, that is stopped without inform to customers. they are says" we are stopped EVDO service in roorkee". I have balance Rs 1200 in that prepaid sim. that is lapsed. and bsnl exchange we are unable to refund your money.please refund or refund procedure me.thanks

There are reports about bsnl personnels modifying the broadband
plans themselves of the customers without their written consent and
request duly signed.Their act is a gross violation of rules and proce-
-dures, that qualifies for a criminal offence.A couple of times, I too, had
a message from bsnl saying that my request for modification in the
BB plan was under consideration and to the truth, I have had never
made a written request to them duly signed by me, for any modification
in the existing plan.Some unscrupulous elements within the organi-
-sation, indulge in such unbecoming acts and I wonder how the higher
officials give a nod to them.The BGP cadres give a clamorous call to
help them in eradicating corruption in all levels in the country.But,
ironically, the central minister for telecommunication, heads the most
corrupted bsnl.There is no decline in the level of corruption, after he
assumed office.In contradiction, the level is increasing day by day.The
lawyers and judges in the country should come forward, warning the
Illegal assumption of authority by bsnl officials, non-gazetted.For any
change in the plan if a customer desires, he ought to submit to bsnl
a written requisition duly signed by him.In turn, the concerned official
of bsnl should verify the authenticity of the customer and then only
the plan can be modified.The customers should hang together to fight
the corruption.Otherwise, bsnl should be read a lesson, what the customers of Pollachi(Coimbatore, TN) did some 15 years ago.They
incurred a heavy loss in revenue, to bsnl.Such a situation will arise soon!

Sir, the mobile no is wrongly entered as [protected] instead of [protected] by mistake and the message received is Rs 220/- Recharge failed for [protected] we added 220 points to ezwallet balance. the recharge was done on 28-4-206. hence i request u sir to transfer the same 220 points to my bsnl mobilne no [protected] or [protected]

Sir,

The hungama games and movies activated on my bsnl number[protected].
From the hungama customer care called to my landline number and offered free of service like movies, songs, videos. My younger sister attended and she thinks free service, but when the broadband bill came additional charges of Rs 410 added. I tried to contact bdnl, but no responses i got.
Kindly take action to stop the hungama service, if possible kindly refund the amount which i lost every month.

One day i received a phone call from bsnl-hungama regarding the free services of hungama, they said if i provide my e-mail id and phone number i will get a login id and password which will give access to hungama website free of cost and they said if i like their service i can subscribe to them if i dont subscribe no charges will be charged.. I didnt subscribed to any of their services but i got charges inr 489.00 in april 2016 bill please take neccessary actions to cancel the bill and do unsubscribe hungama which i havent subscribe my bsnl number[protected]

Bitter experiences with the officials of the exchange at k. K. Nagar,
Chennai. One has to run from pillar to post to address one's grievances
And there is no proper guidance or help for the poor customers. All the
Taff members seem to tend to parry their responsibilities. If one
Goes to a particular counter, the official there simply directs one to
Another counter. The staff at the counter direct one to another counter.
In this way, one has to run here and there to get frustrated. The special
Counter for complaints/grievances is for name-sake. The official there
Refuses to receive any written complaints. The whole staff enjoy their
Lives at the customers' money. The accounts section and the commercial section are housed in the 4th floor. (Like in a dungeon).
It will be a horrible experience for the senior citizens. No officials there
Will attend to you. They will pretend to be very busy. There one can see
The a. O, sitting comfortably and turning the pages of a book, her eyes
Fixed downwards. She will not bother your presence standing in front of
Her and will never hear you or attend to you. If you give a letter, she will
Imply throw it on your face and murmur to herself something, as though to drive away a stray dog. She is such an unmannered woman.
There are gms who are the authorities for the redressal of customers'
Grievances;but they never tend to listen to the grieving customers or
Entertain their complaints. The govt; should do away with the unnecessary posts. The gms are of no use. Bsnl is highly corruptive
And k. K. Nagar exchange is the most corrupted one. Will the govt; at the
Centre revamp bsnl to serve the customers fairly with total dedication?

I have a bsnl broadband connection. Of late, whenever i switch on my modem and type in an url, i am redirected to mail. Bsnl.In website which is advertising bsnl email services and several other private commercial products. This is causing lot of nuisance. Further, i am experiencing frequent breakdown of broadband service and at every restoration of service the same mail. Bsnl.In is forced upon me.

The matter was reported by email to [protected]@bsnl.Co.In & [protected]@bsnl.Co.In on 7th may 2016 - no response yet. The email complaint is copied below for your reference:

I am using BSNL landline broadband from 5-6 months. It was working fine but not fully. But from past 1 month its not working a little bit and its due to some electricity issue. I registered complaint in BSNL office but they don't know any solution about it. They're saying that this problem is in line somewhere underground and we can't solve it. I registered many complaints online in Ncdr portal but nothing happened. Is this really a problem that never can be solved? Do i have to give my Money for free? Do i have no rights???

On paytm website bsnl have mentioned in full talktime and special offers that they are offering 200 full talk time on 200 rechrge but when I actually recharged it, I got a balance of 189 only, when I called bsnl they said that they dont have any such offer that means they are not updating their data on websites and providing misleading information to customers.
