we have BB link issue from almost a year[protected], every time we raising the complaint and it getting close by exchange team without fixing the problem, even they know there is cable fault which is running form pillar to our house.
for this I have given the letter asking for rebate on bill to them, but I not see any action this as well

Last complain I see close mention that cable issue has been fixed, in that case net should work how they closing the complaint without checking with customer on this.
Does exchange team are know what is there job in exchange ? Simply closing complain without addressing does not solve the problem still
Request to kindly review all complain take the necessary rebate for all to till date….
it's going to be one month still BB not working, and every time exchange team say with looking on this, but how long and why they closing the complain
