Guys i am maintaing bsnl land line phone for the past 15 years or so.
The bill whichi have received bearing bill no[protected]/may/2016 for rs1968/- an amount of rs1089/- were charged extra. Later i came to know that it is bsnl hungama charges for whic i have never subscribed or asked for.
The site i have neither ever used this site nor i have any interest to go for it.
Hence i request the concerned to deactive the bsnl hungama and bill me the rest. Hope you bsnl people respond.

I have balance Rs 1200 in that prepaid sim. that is lapsed. and bsnl exchange we are unable to refund your money.please refund or refund procedure me.thanks

      There are reports about bsnl personnels modifying the broadband
      plans themselves of the customers without their written consent and
      request duly signed.Their act is a gross violation of rules and proce-
      -dures, that qualifies for a criminal offence.A couple of times, I too, had
      a message from bsnl saying that my request for modification in the
      BB plan was under consideration and to the truth, I have had never
      made a written request to them duly signed by me, for any modification
      in the existing plan.Some unscrupulous elements within the organi-
      -sation, indulge in such unbecoming acts and I wonder how the higher
      officials give a nod to them.The BGP cadres give a clamorous call to
      help them in eradicating corruption in all levels in the country.But,
      ironically, the central minister for telecommunication, heads the most
      corrupted bsnl.There is no decline in the level of corruption, after he
      assumed office.In contradiction, the level is increasing day by day.The
      lawyers and judges in the country should come forward, warning the
      Illegal assumption of authority by bsnl officials, non-gazetted.For any
      change in the plan if a customer desires, he ought to submit to bsnl
      a written requisition duly signed by him.In turn, the concerned official
      of bsnl should verify the authenticity of the customer and then only
      the plan can be modified.The customers should hang together to fight
      the corruption.Otherwise, bsnl should be read a lesson, what the customers of Pollachi(Coimbatore, TN) did some 15 years ago.They
      incurred a heavy loss in revenue, to bsnl.Such a situation will arise soon!

        Sir, the mobile no is wrongly entered as [protected] instead of [protected] by mistake and the message received is Rs 220/- Recharge failed for [protected] we added 220 points to ezwallet balance. the recharge was done on 28-4-206. hence i request u sir to transfer the same 220 points to my bsnl mobilne no [protected] or [protected]

          Sir,

          The hungama games and movies activated on my bsnl number[protected].
          From the hungama customer care called to my landline number and offered free of service like movies, songs, videos. My younger sister attended and she thinks free service, but when the broadband bill came additional charges of Rs 410 added. I tried to contact bdnl, but no responses i got.
          Kindly take action to stop the hungama service, if possible kindly refund the amount which i lost every month.

            One day i received a phone call from bsnl-hungama regarding the free services of hungama, they said if i provide my e-mail id and phone number i will get a login id and password which will give access to hungama website free of cost and they said if i like their service i can subscribe to them if i dont subscribe no charges will be charged.. I didnt subscribed to any of their services but i got charges inr 489.00 in april 2016 bill please take neccessary actions to cancel the bill and do unsubscribe hungama which i havent subscribe my bsnl number[protected]

              I am a resident of ashok nagar, chennai-83 and i have had enough
              Bitter experiences with the officials of the exchange at k. K. Nagar,
              Chennai. One has to run from pillar to post to address one's grievances
              And there is no proper guidance or help for the poor customers. All the
              Taff members seem to tend to parry their responsibilities. If one
              Goes to a particular counter, the official there simply directs one to
              Another counter. The staff at the counter direct one to another counter.
              In this way, one has to run here and there to get frustrated. The special
              Counter for complaints/grievances is for name-sake. The official there
              Refuses to receive any written complaints. The whole staff enjoy their
              Lives at the customers' money. The accounts section and the commercial section are housed in the 4th floor. (Like in a dungeon).
              It will be a horrible experience for the senior citizens. No officials there
              Will attend to you. They will pretend to be very busy. There one can see
              The a. O, sitting comfortably and turning the pages of a book, her eyes
              Fixed downwards. She will not bother your presence standing in front of
              Her and will never hear you or attend to you. If you give a letter, she will
              Imply throw it on your face and murmur to herself something, as though to drive away a stray dog. She is such an unmannered woman.
              There are gms who are the authorities for the redressal of customers'
              Grievances;but they never tend to listen to the grieving customers or
              Entertain their complaints. The govt; should do away with the unnecessary posts. The gms are of no use. Bsnl is highly corruptive
              And k. K. Nagar exchange is the most corrupted one. Will the govt; at the
              Centre revamp bsnl to serve the customers fairly with total dedication?

                I have a bsnl broadband connection. Of late, whenever i switch on my modem and type in an url, i am redirected to mail. Bsnl.In website which is advertising bsnl email services and several other private commercial products. This is causing lot of nuisance. Further, i am experiencing frequent breakdown of broadband service and at every restoration of service the same mail. Bsnl.In is forced upon me.

                The matter was reported by email to [protected]@bsnl.Co.In & [protected]@bsnl.Co.In on 7th may 2016 - no response yet. The email complaint is copied below for your reference:

                Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                My bsnl speed became extremely slow in the beginning & end of the month. I hardly had 1 week of internet in full force in the middle of the month. Each time I was asked to upgrade. I upgraded to 8mbps speed with 60 GB downloads. No improvement. Again it was asking to upgrade. Meanwhile I was cheated in Hungama.com. I received a bill of above 2000 in 5 months for Hungama which I never registered. After cancelling my Hungama registration officially, I still get the same bill. Soon after cancelling Hungama, my internet has stopped. Once in a while I get it but drops within seconds. I get noise in my phone whenever someone talks to me. In this era of Reliance Jio I don't know why people are sticking to bsnl. I am waiting for my Aadhar card to switch over to Jio. I am fed up of the mail.bsnl ad whenever I log on to any website as if my existing problems with bsnl is not enough.

                  I am using BSNL landline broadband from 5-6 months. It was working fine but not fully. But from past 1 month its not working a little bit and its due to some electricity issue. I registered complaint in BSNL office but they don't know any solution about it. They're saying that this problem is in line somewhere underground and we can't solve it. I registered many complaints online in Ncdr portal but nothing happened. Is this really a problem that never can be solved? Do i have to give my Money for free? Do i have no rights???

                    On paytm website bsnl have mentioned in full talktime and special offers that they are offering 200 full talk time on 200 rechrge but when I actually recharged it, I got a balance of 189 only, when I called bsnl they said that they dont have any such offer that means they are not updating their data on websites and providing misleading information to customers.

I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.410 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done.                           I am using bsnl landline & broad bank service. I am not receiving the monthly bill issued by bsnl. Every month i have to request bsnl at their local office for bill and they issue me duplicate bill without any details. This duplicate bill is not valid in my company for getting reimbursement as it is a state govt. Company. I have been requested to customer care to drop me email of bill but they only can give me amount to pay but not the bill. Also on website of view the bill, it is mentioned that' no bill pending' but when enter my landline bill it is shown as amount outstanding but no way to get the printing of the bill. Please help me to get me the bill online or through email at least. The local office clearly told that courier who despatch the bill is not proper and their services are very poor.In this case, only being a customer we suffer. Please email me the bill of april 2016 to enable me to pay the same.

                              Hi,

                              I'm using the following plan from bsnl broadband: bbg speed combo uld 2295 from 20th may 2016. It promises "upto 8mbps" speed for downloads upto 80gb. But i'm only getting speeds around 3mbps.

                              Upon contacting the bsnl service person, they claim that "8mbps speed is never achievable". Upon enquiring if speeds of atleast 6-7mbps (Which is just 75% of promised speed), they said i'll be lucky to get speeds around 4mbps.

                              Such a solution is not acceptable. I'm paying rs2295 per month to get quality internet connection. When i look at internet options, the only number i'm given through bsnl website is "8mbps". They never mention anywhere that "you'll never get 8mbps with that plan. You'll be lucky to get 4mbps."


                              Either bsnl should refrain from advertising such fraudulent speeds in their websites when they can't even achieve 50% of promised speed,

                              Or,

                              They should get my speed upto 7-8mbps. I simply cannot pay 2295rs for a plan that provides half the services it promised.

                                bsnl केयर हमारा टेलिफोन पिछले साल 9 मार्च 2015 से नही चल रहा है न ही फोन जाता है और न ही आता है हमने कयी बार कोमप्लैंट भी दर्ज करवाया id भी मिली लेकिन कोई हल नही निकाला गया मैने 1साल तक बिल भी भरा की सही हो जायेगा लेकिन ऐसा कुछ भी नही हुआ अत: हमने 3 महीने से बिल नाही जमा किया फ़िर भी बिल आ रही है अब ये सब हमारे सहन शक्ति से बाहर जा रहा है सर आप कुछ हल निकालेंगे इस उम्मीद के साथ ये मेसेज हम भेज रहे है |

                                  I have a broadband connection in my land line telephone[protected]. I am continuing it since the year 2000.Initially it was dial-up connection. Because of faulty, improper and non experienced, unskilled and cruel cable laying people of bsnl, the placing o[censored]nderground cable to my phone at my residence, i can not access the broadband service more than 7 days in a month. But i regularly paying its dues. I am lucky to access broadband in april'2016 for not more than two days.In may'2016, till to day no service. Despite repeated complaint lodged to local bsnl office, no people came to rescue my service. Unfortunately, even if bsnl people repair the cable, the phone will ok for hardly for one hour and then phone goes dead.
                                  My earlier complaint nos. Dotel/e/2013/30329,
                                  Dotel/e/2014/38070, and
                                  Dotel/e/2014/32792.
                                  I requested in these complains to replace the underground cables to my residence. I never thought that, the company like bsnl is running without the fund (Budget) required to replace the cable. It is lack of some unwillingness and uneducated money hunter people working for bsnl. Can i request bsnl to replace the cable of my phone and enjoy the continuous broadband service for which i am paying regularly helping the people in bsnl to run their families?

                                      Need your intervention in[protected] complain for tel no:[protected], BB not working more then 25 day's, when we ask exchange team to check they saying its cable problem we can't help it and it will take long time.,

                                      in that case there should not be monthly bill should generated, kindly transfer to higher BSNL management on this ..

                                      and how come change team can say this if they can't solve the problem why there is exchange for providing exchange ..

                                      and we see last month we have not done top-up for higher speed, but that also reflecting on bill, when most of the time BB not working there is need to top-up also and no use...

                                      we have BB link issue from almost a year[protected], every time we raising the complaint and it getting close by exchange team without fixing the problem, even they know there is cable fault which is running form pillar to our house.
                                      for this I have given the letter asking for rebate on bill to them, but I not see any action this as well

                                      Last complain I see close mention that cable issue has been fixed, in that case net should work how they closing the complaint without checking with customer on this.

                                      Does exchange team are know what is there job in exchange ? Simply closing complain without addressing does not solve the problem still
                                      Request to kindly review all complain take the necessary rebate for all to till date….

                                      it's going to be one month still BB not working, and every time exchange team say with looking on this, but how long and why they closing the complain

                                        HI,

                                        Recently BSNL Hungama package was activated.Kind request to deactivate it.Landline number is [protected].There is no use of it by activating and charging for it additionally is rediculous. This is why the BSNL has lost the reputation in the recent years.

                                        If not we are going to end the connection soon.
