Hi,

I'm using the following plan from bsnl broadband: bbg speed combo uld 2295 from 20th may 2016. It promises "upto 8mbps" speed for downloads upto 80gb. But i'm only getting speeds around 3mbps.

Upon contacting the bsnl service person, they claim that "8mbps speed is never achievable". Upon enquiring if speeds of atleast 6-7mbps (Which is just 75% of promised speed), they said i'll be lucky to get speeds around...

I have a broadband connection in my land line telephone[protected]. I am continuing it since the year 2000.Initially it was dial-up connection. Because of faulty, improper and non experienced, unskilled and cruel cable laying people of bsnl, the placing o[censored]nderground cable to my phone at my residence, i can not access the broadband service more than 7 days in a month. Need your intervention in[protected] complain for tel no:[protected], BB not working more then 25 day's, when we ask exchange team to check they saying its cable problem we can't help it and it will take long time.,

in that case there should not be monthly bill should generated, kindly transfer to higher BSNL management on this ..

and how come change team can say this if they can't...

Recently BSNL Hungama package was activated.Kind request to deactivate it.Landline number is [protected].There is no use of it by activating and charging for it additionally is rediculous. This is why the BSNL has lost the reputation in the recent years.

If not we are going to end the connection soon.

This is regarding the bill settlement for the month of march & april. The telephone and internet connection was not available from the month march to till half past of april. We registered the case after two days in which the problem occurred through telephone with the customer care and also complained to the office directly to the officer. Yesterday i made a call to the customer care 1503 (Bsnl) they given the below
Puk code 69324482, even though the puk code not yet unlocked. Also the pin number 0000 have been entered still the puk code not unlocked.

Now it was asking puk code so pls provide my puk code my number is [protected] my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com pls provide my puk code for my mail id......

I got a call from bsnl executive from [protected] at 4.30 in the morning and he starts abusing me about the the compliant i have logged for refund.

This is kind of threating calls i will get i never thought of it.

Why every govt office executives have the rude and careless behavior...

Sir, my name is addie sharma. i have taken a new bsnl number before 3 monthes.this is [protected]. but from 15th of may 2016 there is no tower shown in my phone.when i call or message someone it shows no network coverage..my phone calls unreachable when someone contact me. this makes a huge loss in my business i.e. dependent on mobile. so please solve my problem or give me a solution as soon as possible.

Dear sir/mam,

This is with regards to the bill sent by bsnl. We have complained to bsnl office for not functioning of our landline. After several complaints the office from bsnl has come and disconnected our landline connection.

Later we requested to disconnect our landline customer id [protected]. We were chasing bsnl office for more than a year to official disconnect our line but the official didn't respond...

I am having a landline connection with braodband facility.
