My Land Line No is 2287002 & it has no dial tone sine the past one week, I am also having Unlimited Broad Band plan & it is connecting sometimes but often gets disconnected. The complaint has been lodged personally on 16.04-16 in Urban Estate Exchange, Patiala but till date it has not been attended.

I raised a Service Request for closure No. SR#[protected] for my telephone on 20/11/2015. Subsequently i surrendered the telephone instrument at Mylapore-RSU Exchange on[protected]. Since they said this is not enough i further gave a written application in the prescribed format to the Mylapore-RSU, BSNL grienvence cell on[protected] along with the blank cancelled cheque since they informed that the deposit will be returned only to the bank...

Sir i can not out going call from my bsnl [protected] to any tataindicome landline number.I complain and telephonic talk with custome care but can't solve my above issue.So please do need full as soon as possible.

I made a mistake transaction of incorrect recharge of 500 to [protected] instead of [protected]. The correct number is [protected]. Recharge denomination 500.paid through hdfc net banking. Net banking ref number[protected] . Kerala circle.pls help....

My cellone bill dt01/03/2016 for rs284/ for post paid mobile no
[protected] was paid on 23/03/2016 by auto pay systemvide oracal[protected]hnbariib29438671 through sbi internet banking.
But the bill no[protected] dt 01/04/2016 shows a late fee of rs10/. P
Please verify and correct the bill urgently...

I am living in Howrah, West Bengal.
Suffering from no broadband connection and Landphone connection. It have been 6 (six) days of trouble.

On 15.04.2016 around 8 a.M rs. 50 had been unauthorisedly deducted from my account for activation of wallpaper subscription (Vas).

I had not activated the said service either by sms or ussd or even trough wap link.

I contacted bsnl customer contact service and they had replied that the service will be deactivated shortly. I argued that when i had not requested for any services of vas why i have to bear the cost....

Last night at around 7.30pm, I credited my account with Rs.68 recharge which gives me data benefit of 1GB for 2 days.Shortly after the recharge I got a message that the recharge of Rs.68 is successful.As soon as I started to surf the internet, a message flashed on the screen that I do not have enough credit to make that connection.I was perplexed and furious at the service, so I decided to call the customer care...

Please disconnect my BSNL Landline it is not working since 4 months given so many complaints to the office of BSNL there is no response plz cancel the connection of my landline my Landline number is ([protected])....

I playing online game league of legends recently to be precise from 6 april 2016 i encounte lots of ping and request timeout and ttl expire also .At first i thought it's game server problem but then i found my friends using other isp have no problem at all and it's not only limited to game server...

I want to unsubscribe bsnl hungama all packages on my landline number[protected].
The service has been subscribed automatically on my bsnl connection . Please take it serious and do response immediately.
The Bsnl Hungama is a big spam which do fraudulent activities with many people.

My phone number is[protected]. In the month of march 2016 bsnl has volunteerly activated the BSNL Hungama, and they have charged Rs.498 more in this month bill which I have not requested to activate.
Kindly advice them to deactivate the feature and revoke the amount Rs.498 to my account.

I am facing a problem that on my mobile always shows flash sms at regular intervals of 1-3 min.
And if by mistake i pressed ok balanced will deducted.
I called customer care 3-4 times but they don't give any satisfying answer and most of they disconnect call without hearing my problem.

I also started DND by sending sms but still facing problem....

i have been using bsnl broadband connection since so many years with user id : na[protected] in the name of narinder singh .
i want to complaint regarding the inactivity of connection since 30th march 2016 .
the connection im using uneventfully stopped working on the above said date and there was no response from bsnl authority and i haven't seen...

One day a cal from bsnl service and explained all plan details, but activated some subscriptions plans without my permssion. After that i got a bill of 600 -
Date of incident: 15 febuary 2016.

They activated 3 plans.
Now please consider and take an immediate action.
I request you to refund my money.
