Unfortunately neither they communicated any thing nor remit the refund till day.
Please take-up the matter with them to sort-out

Dear sir,

My bsnl landline[protected] phone and broadband ( bbg-uld-795-monthly) are not running since last 05 months and infact line is dead. Several times compalints registered through call center; and local telephone exchange at sec-58; noida, but no result so far.

Getting fade-up with the system and unnecessary i am paying the bsnl bill every month.
Request for corrective action please..

Dear sirs,

I am an old lady (Aged 74 years) living alone. The only mode of communication that i have is a landline phone to talk to my daughters living abroad. The position is that my landline phone is usually out of order and the keys do not press on its number pad (Instrument is 20 years or older). Whenever the dead phone complaint was lodged the instrument was requested to be replaced but, despite so many years gone by, i am still using the same old instrument which is not of much use to me.
When ever my phone is out of order and i can't make a call my kids get frantic as to my well being and have to call up my neighbourhood.
Its an ernest request to completely change the instrument and not merely repair and replace with old telephone with the department.

My name is madhu sigatapu, bsnl mobile no. [protected] gujarat. On today 22.04.2016 at 13.58 hrs i got the push message that 70 rupees call charged from my account and called customer on 1503 immediately and asked customer care representative why my account is charged 70 rupees he told that you have mad isd call on. [protected]. But actually i have not done any call at all and informed to bsnl customer care representative. He lodged complaint no. 1d22335239 and told that his superior will call and u can discuss with him.

In internet i have seen the complaint messages from bsnl customers from same issue why amount is deducting from their accounts.

For this bsnl should take proper action on this otherwise customers stop recharging their mobile accounts.

Please i request bsnl to stop any facility of isd calling on my mobile and refund my 70 rupees.

Please do the needful.

Dear BSNL Sir's
I received the call from BSNL Sr. officer but no use.

Please see that ISD facility for prepaid moblie Nos of the customers are to be removed on their request.

See that should not happen to other individuals who are recharging for BSNL mobile. If that happening increases people will stop recharging and may stop BSNL.

Please do the needful.

BSNL-Unnecessarily subscribing Hungama music, games and movies
Sir,
I have availed broadband connection in BSNL, My land line number is [protected]. I have not subscribed for Hungama muisc, games and movies on demand.But a sum of Rs 425.90 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization without my consent through phone the subscription has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly deactivate the plan immediately. I expect that the next month bill should not include the amount
Hence i kindly request to waive (Refund) of Hungama music, games and movies on demand charges for the month of march 2016 immediately please
In any delay i take with legal action

C.S.C chinchwad and cleared all the bills till that date as well submitted the cross check for getting deposit the money to my saving account. However the amount of security deposit has not been received so far.Because already i have waited for one year after closing of mobile but yet security deposited money not refunded to me only by depositing the money directly to my bank account,
It is requested to kindly take immediate action for early refund.

BSNL Hungama — Deactivate all services of hungama

This is john...The hungama services is activated without my knowledge.. I am staying at cheruvettucad near sangumugham, Trivandrum since last 12 years. It is very regret to inform that not a single day I got a successful communication through my mobile which is with a Bsnl connection. Always signal bar shows like waves..no strength. Talk breaks repeatedly. Minimum 5 try for a communication due to break while talking. Browsing is not at all successful, very poor. I do pay monthly prepaid since last 10 years. Tell me bsnl do I want to keep ur sim for future use. All other operators having towers near to me. Why BSNL don't look this matter seriously.. I pray please do something to solve this freqent problem...

We have opted for a new broadband connection 2weeks ago in bsnl office in sector 56 gurgaon.
They provided us the eta of 2 days for complete installation, but now it has been 2 weeks still the connection is not up.
I am tired of calling them. They never show up.
Every time i call them the tell it will be fixed in a day but there is no progress till now.

I asked them to cancel the connection and refund my money back but they are not doing so.
They bluntly say we will not refund. This is not the way it should be i have given enough time to them and now i don't want their service.
I nee my money refunded.

The number of calls are came to my bsnl landline number. They told me that just activate the bsnl hungama service without subscribe any packs. If you want any service just activate by your wish. I gave my mobile number and details. Then they activate an account without any package subscription. I saw the content and felt its not useful... Full of rubbish. I logged out. At the end of month they charged me for all packages without my knowledge. I didn't subscribe any package. But they cheated me.

We have surrendered the telephone connection[protected] at ambattur csc, chennai on 13/03/2015. Received the acknowledgement for the same. Till today the account was not settled.

No refund was done towards the deposit amount adjustment as well as the deposit payment towards isd connection for rs 5000 (Original demand draft was submitted for this deposit as well as the copy of the receipt for rs 5000).

Several times visited ambattur csc / accounts department, met the manager, etc. Every time, they ask me to provide a fresh complaint request in paper... Noting happened so far.

My Land Line No is 2287002 & it has no dial tone sine the past one week, I am also having Unlimited Broad Band plan & it is connecting sometimes but often gets disconnected. The complaint has been lodged personally on 16.04-16 in Urban Estate Exchange, Patiala but till date it has not been attended.
The cable that connects the Land Line is lying open since the past 12 years & often gets disconnected & time & again the same has been brought in the knowledge of the Exchane Personels but nothing has been done so far to repair it permanently.
From your data base the Number of complaints lodged in this regard can be seen.
It needs only 5 feet pipe which is to be laid 6 inches under the earth to avoid such reccurance again.
