I am having a bsnl prepaid mobile having a number as [protected]. I got this connection 7 years before. Now i want to get micro sim for the same number. when I contacted the customer care at crompet, chennai for getting micro sim they informed me that first getting change of address in bsnl connection and then apply for it. How can i change my address in bsnl connection

        Dear sir, i am v.alexandar, tele.no.[protected]. the tl.bill was charged for Rs.1700/- and above, for the month of March/16 i have been paid bsnl customer care at chromepeat, chennai. . on 20.3.2016. i have complaint to about the tele.. bill was charged more amount. at time they were explain, the hungama activation included. i was reply to them i am not agree with hungama activation in any time. also they ware given hungama deactivate .com and bsnl. a.o. accounts number. i have try to conduct many more time both of them also toll free number. the result is nil. now again again try and conduct to bsnl. officer.still. for deactivation . hene, i request to you kindly to deactivate the hungama facilities. in my b, band. and also kindly refund the all debit the amount in the same purpose. thanking you .

          Dear Sir,
          I am not intrested in the channles of hungama.com and also i have no time to spend for the same, also i have never used the channles of hungama.com hance I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My land line number is[protected].yuo are requested to kindly deactivate the same so that charges will not include in the next bill.

            This is for your kind attention and information that i have made a docket bearing no [protected] on 26/03/2016 as my broadband is out of order and broadband connection not working. I cannot pay bill within due date for this problem i have to pay on 01/04/2016 after two day of due date. I cannot use internet as my use and phone line is very noisy, cannot listen of none can hear from me. Fault should be repaired within 03 days of docket days as on 30/03/2016 but it was not done. I called local exchange several times on 30/03/2016, 31/03/2016, 31/03/2016 and 01/04/2016, 02/04/2016 but fault was not repaired. Local exchange said it is a underground fault may not be repaired soon it will take long time. So now on i am applying for rebate on monthly rental for non-functioning days of broadband till problem get solved.

            I am submitting required proof against my claim.

                My Sim card no. [protected] not receiving any call since today morning. Only emergency call mode is blinking but no outgoing or incoming is possible. As a businessman all my work is disrupted. I am the customer for more than 10 years and I expect my complaint be solved immediately. For the second day the connection error is there. I am unable to contact anyone as well as I am not receiving any call.

                  I am BSNL Landline broadband user. BSNL Hungama services have been activated without my confirmation on my Landline number[protected]. They added charge Rs185/- to my landline bill. I try to deactivate this and tell him any documentary proof for activation but the did not gives me any record. Sir please help me.

                    I have a bsnl broadband plan 675/- per month. From 28th March 2016, my connection is not working properly. I have complaint through 198 but no action has been taken yet. Someone from bsnl calls me and asks me whether it is working or not. Bt still now its not been working. I have complain through 1504 and spoke with their customer care workers they assured me it will be taken care of within 24hrs. I have called a minimum 30 times on their number regarding my broadbank link which is not stable.Today is 10th April 2016 still my connection is not working properly. I want the line to be fixed immediately and want a recession of the bill also.

                      Adjustment for rs 500 in bill has been coming

                      I have been getting a fixed bill of rs 1139 every month until last month, on which i have to pay extra rs 500 amount (Called as adjustment). There is no information what this extra amount is accounted for. Showing adjustment doesn't clear any thing. It had happened 2 months before as well in which i gave around 450rs as adjustment.                       I am complaining about the broadband internet connection and services provided by BSNL. When i took the connection i was not given every details about the connection and many aspects of the connection was either not told to me or was not known to the person who was sent by BSNL. My connection was done by one of the officials of BSNL NOIDA SECTOR 39 branch. I was told that the Bill for the first time will be more(not telling me the specific details) and after one month it will be just 675(the amount of my broadband plan). But in the series of Bills i saw that a lot of amount(1296 approx) in the name of landline connection and broadband security was taken and next month again(1700). when i asked the customer care to explain this they could not and when i went to the BSNL office they were also unable to explain me and asked me to go to a different office. Now my internet connection is not working but every month i am getting bills and i want to cut my connection but they are saying to pay it. I need to disconnect it now. This connection cost me 2000(This anount was taken as 1500(modem)+500 (security) and i was NOT EVEN GIVEN A BILL) + 1296 rps with such bad connection and services. IF i had known initially that they will be charging so much i would have not taken the connection on the first place. Now my every month they are adding 675 rupees as my broadband connection(that too is not working and i am ion the defaulters section).BSNL is a govt interprise but they dont know how to talk to the customer they do not tell us details. Please help me to clar this connection. I will not give a single penny to this company after the pathetic services they have given.

                        I submitted request letter to disconnect my landline and broadband congo connection on 23-february-2016 and till date they have not done and me bill for march-2016 month in april-2016.                           My bsnl landline telephone no.[protected] at c-92, yamuna vihar colony, near pcda pension office, alahabad(Up)is not working properly since last 02years. We are managing somehowe whenever we get connected that too with poor voice. We are quite old customer but treated very irresponsibly by bsnl. We have made several complaints met several times with concerned staff and requested to rectify the long pending problems and replace the instruments but no action have been taken. We are regularly making payment for this poor services. We have a trust with bsnl since long but how long a customer can continue with this type of services. Bsnl is a govt. Body and i have personally respect toward bsnl and once again hoping a quick action to solve my problems immediately.With this note i would like to inform concerned officer to look into the matter seriously.

                            I am ported from tata docomo to bsnl 3 days ago . When i am switch off and switch on the mobile automatically 3 rs deducted from balance this happens 3 times in 3 days . In my mobile there is no mobile tracker and no service message settings but ur dseducting my balance . I am using bsnl in 2nd slot . When i am using tata docomo and telenor in my mobile no balance is deducted when i am ported to bsnl my balance deducting . Give my money back.                               My name is sumit parbhakar. my landline no. is [protected] and mob. no. is [protected]. i am from jind (haryana). i have bsnl broadband connection. i got a call from bsnl hungama before 1 and half month about subscribe their services. but i refused. then they ask me to provide my email id. i gave them and then they subscribe 3 services on my broadband. i am charged more than 400 rupees on march 2016. so please do something

                                We have already user of bsnl cellone postpaid mobile since year 2000 in up east circle and haveing an account in PRBT service. we have lost the password. we have doing all effort but not result till date. We have also call on 1503 regarding this problem but they are helpless in this regard. So please send the PRBT password recopver how to change the bsnl caller tune in my number.

                                      Dear sir, i live in Gurez area of jammu and kashmir. (pin :193503). since its launch in 2006, the said company has not improved its services in the area. there are frequent call drops and after trying for more than hour call gets connected and onle after few minutes it gets disconnected. the problem is very grave and we face a lot of inconvenience.
