    During our educational trip (jodhpur- jaisalmer) from 26-3-16 to 31-3-16, I lost my Mobile handset alongwith my sim card. my mobile no is [protected]. this no is rajasthan ajmer circle no. I want to block the sim card so that no one miss use it. i request the BSNL to block my sim immediately.

        Sir,

        I have 2 LAN lines, the no are 25433167 and 25438105.
        both the LAN lines was working 3 years ago, not working since 2 years.
        feed up complaining, the line man comes and tells us that there is no wire, Please call the Assistant engineer.
        Could you please help, I have gone to RT nagar BSNL office and put my complaint in written still there is no progress.

          I have done stv top up of rs. 198/- and validity extension of rs. 96.00 for bsnl mobile no. [protected] (Himachal pradesh) on 16 march 2016 using netbanking. The reference number appearing in my bank statement for the above transactions are[protected]ig0bqvjoc7 (Rs. 198.00) and[protected]ig0bquxjm1 (Rs. 96.00) . Till date no recharge done.

          I have contracted payu they have informed on 28.3.16 as under

            I am using a landline no [protected] which is not working properly from 15 days.. Line is full of disturbance. Have complained more than 10 times, only once a person attended that to did not. Rectify properly and now same issue within two days.. Have called many times again but no one is responding.. Have called 198 done computerised booking, called [protected] done booking but not a single person is attending.. This is the last try or else have to surrender it..

              After multiple complaints about the broadband not working they showed up to check the problem but the person from bsnl sindhudurga office (sawantwadi) Mr amey ghatkar was down right arrogant and rude, that rather then rectifying the problem he gave irrelevant replies and walked out of the house literally ignoring the issue. Bsnl employee are government paid and self absorbed narcissist who are not just unable and less qualified to help but also utterly useless and selfish pricks who just want their salary and holidays on time but does not gives any rat about the customers problem.

                Me and my family members have never requested for or interested with or used Hungama music or hungama games or Hungama Movies.
                But I have been charged regularly for the Hungama services.Latest charges are:
                1. BSNL Bhubaneswar Telecom District-Bill No[protected]Rs.410.
                2.BSNL Bhubaneswar Telecom District-Bill No.[protected]Rs.410
                The charges (for Hungama services) are coming in a regular basis.It put me to mental and financial stress.
                Please be kind enough to (1) deactivate and cancel Hungama services immediately and(2)refund the whole amount collected from me for Hungama Services.

                  We had taken BSNL landlines connection[protected], 92, 93, 94, since 2006 for our hospital Divine Heart Hospital located at Gomti Nagar, Viraj Khand, Lucknow - 226010.
                  We are facing lot of problems as these numbers do not work properly, if somebody calls on these numbers, it is ringing but actually hospital do not receive any call we have already checked our handset and we are receiving the call only on one number [protected], we get numerous complaints from our Patients that hospital number is not working which is very embarrassing for us .
                  Kindly understand the seriousness of these landline numbers as it can be very risky for the patients if they are contactable with us therefore request you to take appropriate action as soon as possible.

                    Sir, i am bsnl customer using broadband with a plan of 750 rupees monthly where round figure of money deduction is 900 around in Reckong Peo Distt kinnaur himachal pradesh.from three month there is no regular network. Even in a month on average no more the. 10 days broadband netwok is provide by bsnl. When they are not able to provide internet network less then 10 days in a month then why bsnl dept. Charges 900 rupees roundly for monthly charges. I m totally harashed from bsnl side for internet facilities provided by them. From last three months they never provide more then ten days in a month internet facility. I am doing job and i m not able to use net in a day and when i reches i room in evng i never saw internet facility. Its really a shamfull for such a reputed dept like bsnl. So my complaint is this that either bsnl will provide full internet facility otherwise monthly bill will be according to days hoe they provide ineternet facility.so its my humble request and also complaint to the higher authorities of bsnl kindly see the mater

                      With great regret i wish to mention below the poor landline/broad band service of bsnl:

                      1. From 12th march, 2016 onwards continuously i am lodging complaint in bsnl customer care number. The customer complaint/registration number is as under :-

                      2. Whenever we are complaining the same message is coming again & again from bsnl side to contact mr.Prabhati lal mali, mobile no.[protected].

                      3. When we contacted mr.Prabhati lal mali, mobile no.[protected], he was not picking up the call. Then we came to know that he has retired from the services of bsnl one year ago.

                      4. Thereafter one staff of bsnl mr.Chothmal sharma, mobile no.[protected] was assigned the job on 18th march, 2016 against our complaint. He told us that the work will be done only when he will be given rs.500/-. As desired by him, we fulfilled his condition by paying rs.200/- & assured him that remaining rs.300/- will be given only after completion of the work. After getting rs.200/- mr.Sharma went away and never came back again. We have contacted him so many times on his mobile number [protected], but with great regret, all the time no proper response was received. He is only asking for the balance amount of rs.300/-.

                      Looking at bsnl and its apathy i am too shocked and felt ashamed of the people and the same system. Do bsnl need so many days to help a customer?

                      Therefore i request you to kindly look into the matter strictly and resolve my problem immediately without any further delay failing which i will have no other alternate but to move to consumer court and also higher authorities for the pain and agony i underwent with the bsnl poor service.

                        I had taken a BSNL broadband connection on 1 Mar for my residence located at Ramky one north, Avalahalli, Doddaballapur Road, bangalore - 560064.
                        BSNL took more than 10 days to start my connection. After starting connection, the connection went down twice in a span of 10 days.
                        First time when the connection was broken, it took more than 3 days for resuming it, that too with several reminders & follow ups.
                        Second time, the connection stopped working and it's not working for last 3 days.
                        BSNL contact person, Mr. manohar, doesn't respond to either calls/messages despite several follow ups.

                          I had given an application for local shift of telephone along with broadband (No.[protected] on 13th October-2014 at BSNL, Indiranagar Exchange, Blr-08( Ref No. 05/c.o.2nd East-BSNL) as directed by Brookefield Exchange.
                          So far, there has been no action regarding my application. The transfer has been pending until today.
                          Without internet, I have been facing too many issues. Request you to please look into this issue on priority .

                            The bsnl land phone connection in the name of smt parukutty amma with telephone number [protected] at pandalam in pathanamthitta is frequently out of service indeed making so much hassle for the person. I already booked a complaint with bsnl automatic complaint booking system. I am a senior citizen and the frequent fault with the telephone is creating so much issues for me. Every once in a while the phone will be out of service. I pay my phone bills with out a due. Kindly do the needful

                              I'm college student.. I'm in need of Internet connection.. I have bsnl landline in my home.. But they are not providing me a Internet connection.. They are telling that "from bsnl office to your home it was 7 kilo meter, , only Internet connection will be given between 3 km"...
                              The wires are in and condition from office to our village.. So that there is losses...
                              Any way my ultimate aim is I need bsnl Internet connection for my home 🏡.. Thank you..

                                As it is govt office and broadband is connected so we are facing problems

                                  Invoice No.:- [protected] dt.[protected] for Rs. 966/= ( including Rs.436=46 for " movies on demand & games on demand - Hungama"
                                  MY COMPLAINT:-
                                  I have never asked for or given oral/written consent for any Hungama Packages. This package has been forcibly added to my current bill for Jan-Feb.2016. I have returned the original bill to Accunts Officer (CDR), BSNL, Telephone Bhavan, Bajirao Road, Pune-411002 for correction/ issuing a fresh bill for tel. charges RS. 529=06 only. I do not require any Hungama packages on my Landline Tel No.[protected]. Please deactivate all Hungama Packages from my landline No. with immediate effect repeat with immediate effect. If no action is taken, I shall file a suit against BSNL in the Consumer Court at Pune.

                                    My bsnl landline no.is [protected] and the broadband of bsnl isnt working since 25 days .I complained at least twice daily at least 50 calls this month but till date no action has been taken.My registration complaint no.is [protected] .Whenever I make a call they keep the phone on hold and. Go away .Moreover they cancel the complain my their own.I had personally been to bsnl office atleat 5 times.And I received a no.[protected] of Bsp Singh and SDO named B Singh phone no.[protected] and complained to them too but still no action has been taken by them.Moreover they never receive call neither give attention to the complains.

                                    Me being a renowned doctor a radiologist in Ranchi has lots of official work to do which is getting hampered due to non functioning of broadband . I would request you to take strong action in order to never repeat the same issue.As being a doctor it's isn't possible for me to take out lot of time daily for these types of issues where personally my role is none .

                                        My wimax user id is [protected]@bsnl.in and my account no.is[protected], I have purchased this connection approx. 4 years back since than i am not satisfied with the download speed given to me now a days it is around 6kbs/persec to 25kbs.per second I have made several complains to the bsnl department but they did not solve the issue, I hardly do any work on the internet due to the poor speed.Pl help me.
