While travelling in Mumbai Yesterday, I have lost my BSNL SIM No. [protected] on 17.04.2016. I could not trace it out the SIM despite of efforts. The SIM is showing Switch off Now.

I therefore request you to Block the SIM immediately.

    We have surrendered the telephone connection[protected] at ambattur csc, chennai on 13/03/2015. Received the acknowledgement for the same. Till today the account was not settled.

    No refund was done towards the deposit amount adjustment as well as the deposit payment towards isd connection for rs 5000 (Original demand draft was submitted for this deposit as well as the copy of the receipt for rs 5000).

    Several times visited ambattur csc / accounts department, met the manager, etc. Every time, they ask me to provide a fresh complaint request in paper... Noting happened so far.

      Respected sir.I paid rs 272/- on[protected] to my land line phone no [protected] through my debit card and the amount is debited from my account immediately . But the bsnl portrait
      Shows that, sorry, transaction failed. How i get my money back. Please let me know as early as possible to my email address.

My company sent my all document in chandigarh epf office in march 2016 . My all documents are complete . But i not receive my epf advance yet and no any type of information from epf office chandigarh . Pls give me epf advance as soon as possible or any information about my file is inprocess or not .           My bsnl landline phone is out of order since last 25 days. Please find below the complaint docket nos.With dates. Every time i got message after complaining that issue has been resolved. But it didn't.

          I have also visited jagda bsnl office personally, but only got assurance but problem not resolved.

          I am 75 years old person and not understanding now whom to approach.

          My yearly plan payment is due in this month but if my phone service is not restore then how could i pay bill for the same. Please suggest.

            My Land Line No is 2287002 & it has no dial tone sine the past one week, I am also having Unlimited Broad Band plan & it is connecting sometimes but often gets disconnected. The complaint has been lodged personally on 16.04-16 in Urban Estate Exchange, Patiala but till date it has not been attended.
            The cable that connects the Land Line is lying open since the past 12 years & often gets disconnected & time & again the same has been brought in the knowledge of the Exchane Personels but nothing has been done so far to repair it permanently.
            From your data base the Number of complaints lodged in this regard can be seen.
            It needs only 5 feet pipe which is to be laid 6 inches under the earth to avoid such reccurance again.

                I raised a Service Request for closure No. SR#[protected] for my telephone on 20/11/2015. Subsequently i surrendered the telephone instrument at Mylapore-RSU Exchange on[protected]. Since they said this is not enough i further gave a written application in the prescribed format to the Mylapore-RSU, BSNL grienvence cell on[protected] along with the blank cancelled cheque since they informed that the deposit will be returned only to the bank...

                Sir i can not out going call from my bsnl [protected] to any tataindicome landline number.I complain and telephonic talk with custome care but can't solve my above issue.So please do need full as soon as possible.
                Note- i used both network (Bsnl&tataindicom)in my house.

                      I am living in Howrah, West Bengal.
                      Suffering from no broadband connection and Landphone connection. It have been 6 (six) days of trouble.
                      On[protected], I have made my first complaint but closed without repairing. Repeated complaint on[protected], but same scenario.
                      Then seeing such negligence I was bound to inform to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but still 4 days have passed no result.
                      It seem that the local BSNL (Calcutta Telephone) authority is so much reluctant that, they don't care for any solution.
                      I am not the single victim, the local Bsnl office (Howrah), has been a pain for many ones mainly with their misbehavior.

                        Dear sirs, I made a payment of Rs.571 using my VISA credit card today[protected] at 12.36 pm today for Tele phone no. [protected]. My payment was made successfully and I got a message from my bank HSBC, Chandigarh that my Credit card has been used for Rs.571 at Bsnlpost. The message on BSNL site (Bill Desk Site) appeared that your payment is being processed and it may take 1 to 5 seconds and it may take more time in some cases. But for full 2 hours the same message appeared and then the error message appeared.
                        I have made the payment and my bank statement says so, but there is no response from BSNL that the payment has been recd. Please check the same at your end.

                            Humne 10: 33 me recharge kiya to 10:35 me check hone ke baad ka balance us time bhi 216 rupees and 1 gb data tha abhi mere account me 87 rupees hai
                            Jb hume customer care se baat hui to wo bole ki aap ke account me 10/04/2016 ko hi 87 rupees tha 1st time and 2nd time call kiya to bole ki mere pass koi details nahi h aap 24 hours ke baad call kare
                            Jb hume 3rd time call kiya to bola gaya ki aap ke account se data charge ke liye debite kiya gaya but unka bolna h ki aap ke account se10:27 me debite huaaa h aur aap ka data 10:33 me activate huaaa h aur hume bola ki 10: 35 me mera balance 216and 2 gb data tha
                            Please check my status.

                              On 15.04.2016 around 8 a.M rs. 50 had been unauthorisedly deducted from my account for activation of wallpaper subscription (Vas).

                              I had not activated the said service either by sms or ussd or even trough wap link.

                              I contacted bsnl customer contact service and they had replied that the service will be deactivated shortly. I argued that when i had not requested for any services of vas why i have to bear the cost. Instead i demanded for refund of deducted amount. But they said no option and closed the ticket no v6d15tn381371.

                              Since no response, i constraint to file the present grievance.

                              I have not opted for HUNGAMA BSNL, but i am billed Rs 410=00 as one time charges. last month also i received same. pl cancel this excess amount from my bill

                                  Hello Sir/Madam,
                                  Last night at around 7.30pm, I credited my account with Rs.68 recharge which gives me data benefit of 1GB for 2 days.Shortly after the recharge I got a message that the recharge of Rs.68 is successful.As soon as I started to surf the internet, a message flashed on the screen that I do not have enough credit to make that connection.I was perplexed and furious at the service, so I decided to call the customer care regarding the inconvenience.The first customer care told me to restart the device, I told him that I already tried that.He told me to do that again and abruptly disconnected the call.Then I called them again at this time he told me that the recharge of rs.68 was never done and he tried to close the call without further listening.Now after 4 hours I called them again.She told me that I exhausted all my balance and she can`t do anything now, I told her to check my usages after the recharge has been done.She said she can`t do that, also can't lodge a complaint and closed the call.All this experience left me helpless and furious at last.
                                  If there is any BSNL officer reading this query.Please, resolve this matter and for the record check my data usages after the recharge of rs.68.

                                      My name is kanan bose and customer id [protected] . I playing online game league of legends recently to be precise from 6 april 2016 i encounte lots of ping and request timeout and ttl expire also .At first i thought it's game server problem but then i found my friends using other isp have no problem at all and it's not only limited to game server other site also . Then i tried to complain local authorities but they did not listen to me then i tried to call customer care several time but they hung up or call was disconnected by them . It is a government owned firm, it is non cooperative and non functional in terms of resolving customer issues .
                                      I will be thankful to you if you will look into this matter and help me to get my problem resolved soon .
