Bsnl cheating (Phone no[protected]
1) bsnl continued to bill me till 2nd february 2016 despite disconnection of my phone on 28th january 2016.
Bsnl is not only lazy and inefficient organization, though my phone line and internet were disconnected on 28th january buy bsnl gave me bill till 2nd february 2016.
When i asked bsnl office i was told that lazy and slow working bsnl officers entered disconnection date late in system which caused this extra bill though my phone was disconnection on 28th january.

I collected signed acknowledgement from bsnl officer at palam vihar gurgaon branch date 28th january 2016.

2) cheating no 2
I have not received bsnl bills since last 2 years and i check it painfully by going to bsnl office. After disconnection my bill was not sent for month of january 2016 for which bsnl has sent me wrong charges as late fee.

3) cheating no 3:
Bsnl has not sent my bill s as full and final settlement and have not refunded my security despite my disconnection, i was hoping that my bill will get adjusted against my security and i will get over and above security and bill as adjustment.
I have spoken to sunder lal from pg at ambala who is face of corruption in bsnl and has not helped me.
I have emailed this issue many times to bsnl(Public grievance) department but i have not received any help on this issue, ..And bsnl has refused to correct the wrong bill and refund my security.

Bsnl complaint no har/co/2016/868 dated 28/1/2016 & 25/1/2016

On date 18th march 2016, 05:26pm i was recharged a top up in bsnl site (110.00)in my number(Reference no-ig0brdxdy8) .I did not got 110.00 top up on my number till now and also amount was not credited in my a/c.

My land line no. [protected] not working since from last one year still bsnl sending regular bills. Same complaint register with local office. (Letter is attached). There is no any response from bsnl. And in feb 16 bsnl send defaulter notice mentioning 307 rs pending bill after deducted from deposit.
What is the actual cause - as discussion had with local officer mr. R p patil (Bsnl nandgon, tal murud, dist raigad, maharashtra.) all telephone lines are damaged during they laid fo cables for grampanchayat. Now it is not possible to reoperate landlines.
I want start my landline as soon as possible.

Dear sir, i am using bsnl mobile no.[protected] from last five years but from last three months i have problem on nonsence calls which create my family problem so kinly provide me the incoming and out going call list from 01.03.2016 to 20.03.2016. that will help me to solve my problem. i will very much thankfull if you will help me.

I loose heay amount money .due to failure of sim card [protected] . for example dueto registeratio failure today fom 6 hrs till 10 hrs.

I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My land line number is[protected]

Sir, i have sent a mail to hungama for deactivating the hungama plan.but there is no response for the mail .my amount is crediting every month so deactivate it soon and refund the amount.my landline number is[protected] do it immediately.deactivation of movie, music, games on hungama plan..

Sir i have surrender my landline telephone connection[protected], because i have taken new bsnl landline ftth fibre connection[protected]. I have submitted application in jodhpur office on[protected]. On inquiring jodhpur office on[protected], i came to know that refund cheque will be issued by end of april, 2016.

My address is written as o/ i technical cord r/o sh. S. K. Jain. You are requested to issue the cheque of rupees 1451/- in the name of s. K. Jain and not in the name of o/i technical cord because technical cord is my post and i have account in my name s. K. Jain.

I have taken bb combo plan from bsnl of 699 as per plan company provides 10 gb at 2mbps but at present we check only 200 kbps speed. I am 2 time complain but till not solved.It is batter to purchase private company like gtpl, reliance. Really bsnl govt service chetting public.One day in future bsnl close down. My bsnl a/c no.[protected]. So ask bsnl provide proper speed otherwise i am going to declare in news paper.

मेरे यहाँ बीएसएनएल के टावर में खराबी है लगभग 6 महीने से शिकायत करने के बाद भी किसी प्रकार की कोई सुनबाई नही हो रही है नाकि में और यहाँ के अभी उपभोक्ता बीएसएनएल की किसी भी सर्बिस का फायदा नही उठा पा रहे है। मेरे यहाँ से टावर की दुरी 100 मी है फिर भी में किसी प्रकार का लाभ नही उठा पता हूँ

I had recharged for rs. 50/- through bsnl portal website and the transaction was failed. Kindly check and refund.

Landline not workinking for the last 6 months under vanimal exchange[protected], we had complained many times times, but not result.

- Phone was disconnected on 28th January
- Payment cleared till 31st December 2016.
- No bill sent for January month by BSNL
- Please note BSNL is not sending me paper bills from last 2 years.
- Combined bill for Jan and February sent in march with wrong late charges (as there was no intimation to pay January month bill by BSNL)
- Wrong billing for January month (till 31st January) despite my disconnection
disconnection was confirmed with BSNL palam Vihar where i collected Signed letter from palam vihar branch.
- i have spoken to Ramesh JTO AMBALA 3 weeks back and Diksha from Pg gurgaon 2 weeks back, but they both are too slow to resolve my case and my issue is not resolved till now.

My mobile number is [protected]. I am unable to send sms from my sim for past 3 days . So many times i called to customer care they don't help me. They will cut the call/put hold the call

Please rectify this problem at the earliest.Msg center no also correct only how can i solve this problem? Anybody help me out? Any way bsnl customer care is govt employees they don't bothered about the customers

I would like to bring to your notice that my Chennai BSNL connection with number +91-[protected] which I have been using since past 8 months, presently i am staying in Chennai.

From two days on words I am contacting BSNL executives it is very irritating me why because connect to BSNL customer care executives is it very hard..After 4 minutes connect to executives after that they are shown how much negligence show me really very irritating me.

They are not solve my problem and they cut the call/put hold on call upto 17 min... what is going on... what they are doing in their respective seats they are not helping/not solving customer issues.

They are all Govt. employees that y they behave like that...I believe on the same i have real experience form days on words

What can I do ? Shall I change the network . WHere can give complaint on for the same

I am using BSNL broadband for last two months. Most of the time, lot of times the connection gets interrupted and broken. Hence I request u to disconnect my landphone from today itself. Very worst service i had ever met. totally upset by their service.
