I surrendered my BSNL Tele No[protected] on 14th November, 2014. On surrendering I filled up a form for the address where the ECS cheque is to be delivered on the same day regarding the place where to post the refund and i gave my current address in New Delhi.

Till date today I didn't recieved any ECS cheque at my current address and the BSNL Customer care is not addressing to my grievance. Its almost one and half year passed on. My mobile number is +91 [protected]

The BSNL Customer care didn't respond to my call and I am still in the same condition dealing with one of the government company.. Of course, further it doesn't made any result.. as it again trapped in the same RED TAPE net.

Please advise the way it can be retrieved.

    My name is surya prakash chaudhary and i live in mughalsarai chaundali in uttar pradesh and my problem is thatmy landline is dead from six months but bill comes every month after phone is dead . before a month i register a compalint of my problem in the official website of BSNL but there is no response . for this what should i do for this.

              Invoice date 20/08/2015. Due date 07/09/2015
              Invoice amount = -900.76

              This amount is my deposit amount . I got bsnl minus value invoice but do not get money till date .

                  My BSNL landline no.[protected] is lying dead for more than one year now. On 14.02.2015 I booked a docket, number [protected], with BSNL which has not been resolved. The problem, it seems, is "severe underground cable fault". The bloody BSNL has not been able to fix my problem in one year!! I keep getting telephone bills for the rental. When will my phone be operative again?? Will the BSNL buggers reply ????
                  If it has become such an useless entity now, why does it try to fool us with all those advertisements about new facilities ? Shouldn't they keep the existing ones operative ??? I hope to hear from BSNL WITHIN ONE WEEK.

                    Had multiple complaints(fault call) raised since 16thFeb for my landline and broadband not working since 12thFeb 2016 till now(been 1 month). But its still not resolved.
                    Get notification on the fault call raised been closed after 1-2 days of raising, but without any resolution acted upon.Thus multiple times complaints are being raised.Leading to 24hrs wait for every fault call, though issue is since 12thFeb.
                    The bill is raised as well this month.
                    And the customer care number provided isn't working now.Hence can't raise fault call again.
                    Hope to get the issue resolved asap as its been 1 month now.

                      I have complained many times on 198 of BSNL and also to their officials repeatedly for restoring the landline which has been dead since last 20 days. But the BSNL officers are not taking it seriously. They just is not the fault of BSNL.Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                            I am having broad band combo plan on my bsnl land line connection. Later without proper explanation and detail Hungama music and video download service has been activated on my landline billing at extra charges.
                            I want to unsubscribe Hungama service with immediate effect.but bsnl customer care is not doing any thing
                            .They give the customer care no of bsnl Hungama service . At this no no one is lifting phone.
                            Pl help. And get the Hungama service in subscribed.Such cheating and poor response should end.

                                I have BSNL Chennai mobile NO.[protected].My STD out going has been stopped on 22Feb 16 without any reason.I made complaint on 1503, My complaint NO. 6B22TN306254.But my problem is still there.I get one call from customer care they told me resolved problem within 48 hours.whenever try to call 1503 it take 10 to 15 minutes to connect or call may end.Please solved problem.

                                    Please deactivate Hungama charges of Rs 410 /- per month from my bsnl landline bill for no[protected] immediately, which has been charged to my account since more than a year unnecessarily without me opting for it, nor without me using a bit of its services. This is ridiculous that Hungama forcefully charges such amounts to BSNL customers and BSNL lays a deaf ear to its customers !
