I have been applied for BSNL FTTH connection 3 months ago, and it was working fine for only 2 months. It was disconnected on 12-Feb-2016, without any notice. And it is due to non-payment. When I asked the billing information the number allotted to me[protected] is in somebody name and I can't pay the bill for the same. After a follow up of 15 days, still no resolution. I have even lodged the complaints in grievance of BSNL, but still no response. Please do let me know how I can take any legal actions against BSNL

I want to complain against bsnl because they are not repairing the broadband line amd due to this internet is not working since 15 days. I m very disapointed by their customer service. For using internet i have to recharge on my pre-paid sim. If i pay for recharge then why should i pay the bill. plz solve this problem as soon as possible

I would like to inform you that there was no connection since Dec, 2015 in above mentioned telephone due to construction of drain in Army Supply road. I have paid the bill up to Dec, 2015. I am facing lot of financial hardship to pay the bill for the month of Jan, 2016.

I therefore, request you to exempt for payment of bill for the month of Jan, 2016.

I have a BSNL telephone connection, which is not working properly. In July, 2015, area line man came to my house and told me that wire is so old and it need to be replaced. After replacement he took Rs. 300/- as wire cost without giving any receipt. Even then my telephone is not working properly. The wiring is very poor and frequently it brokes due to which phone stop working. At present my telephone is not working and I had made a complaint on 27.02.2016 but it has not been solved.

For last few days my bsnl cellone postpaid mobile no.[protected] sim is disabled. I really don't know why this thing has happened. Till date all my bills are cleared.I don't find any reason for my sim to be disabled/blocked. I tried whichever ways to enable it but in vain. Finally, yesterday the 26th I sent an email to ccmobile.[protected]@bsnl.co.in with the hope that something will done from their end but so far no response. I am facing so much of problems without my sim being activated. I have been using this sim for many years and haven't experienced such problem. It is a matter of great concern for people like me banking on prestigious company like BSNL for keeping in touch with family members, friends and business partners across the country. BSNl should not let down the people of this country by giving them high hopes for better facilities with better products when they cannot afford to look into simple matter that I am facing. My phone with the sim [protected](bsnl) has lost on 27/2/2016 at bardhaman town, wb .please deactivate the sim as soon as possible taking immediate action

I want to discontinue the service of Broadband in my telephoe no.[protected] . I have no complaint against you, I simply want to discontinue the service attached to my telephone..I have tried it through online mode, but funnily you have link for applying for broadband connection but nothing for disconnection, Please do the needful at earliest

My complaint no.[protected] dt.23.2.16 I can not bookonline gasbooking, phone fault complaints, rly pnr status etc services from my land line phone several times customer care executives have been contected but fault has not been resolved

In my home landline connection is not working last 14 days. in a calendar year most of the days our instrument is not working. we are paying the bills of these days. please trace the problem where it starts from and change. please consider this mail as a request and take necessary action as earliest as possible

I want to unsubscribe to all my hungama packages on my LL [protected] which was installed on my Land Line without my consent and also I was chargd for the same. Written appln was submitted on 12/02/2016 at Karve Rd Exchange to Mrs Mrunal Kulkarni, official at Karve Rd Exchange. But till date to communication fr them.Pl deactivate all hungama packages fr my LL[protected] immediately.
I called up on [protected]but no executive is available to solve my problem and aftersuch 10 repeated intimations the call gets disconnected.

I did not recv the bill for Jan16 till today.While I have paid the bill I would like to recv a duplicate for my record.I visited customer care Web site and tried to download the bill.Ican view the bill amount but not able to download it.I registered my complaint at [protected]@bsnl.co.in.I have not recvd any reply till now.

My telephone dead from may 2015, but telephone bill coming every month I complained several time and 4 months bill paid at a time but again 4 months bill due telephone no [protected],

I am using BSNL's plan of Rs 675/- in which they claim to give 512kbps speed but I am only receiving speed of average 50-60kbps and 100kbps twice in a month. I want them to give us the speed as per the plan we have choose which is 512kbps, at least they should provide us the average speed of 300kbps.

I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at bhopal bhel market. My mobile no. Was[protected] . I want to block the sim card so that no one miss use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

I am residing in Athukudi, Mayiladuthurai Taluk in Nagapattinam District, Tamilnadu.

This telephone has been used in this resident since 30 years. I have been using broadband internet since six years. For past six years though I use internet, I could not use my telephone for making calls because of Joice and howling sound. I complained to the department so many times. They said the OFC cable has been severely damaged due to so many cuts and u can use only internet but not for making calls. Besides this the telephone line will not work at least 10 days in a month. Due to all the people (nearly 55) who were using landline phone surrendered unofficially.

Now just three customers only using landline. The cable is damaged only from Kadhiramangalam to Athukudi. It's just only one kilometre. I complained to Kumbakonam SSA but of no use. Then I complained to Chennai Higher authority also went in vain. They never reply to the email. They just call and say we will rectify it soon. But no proof for their words. Now what the department feels is " shud we spent some money for just 3 connections ". They don't realise that if the department rectifies lot of people will again renew their surrendered connections and many people will apply for new connections.

The Indian Telecommunications department talks about DIGITAL INDIA, INTERNET TO THE VILLAGES. But in reality all these words looks humpback and just playing with the words just to cheat the citizens of the nation.

Hence I humbly request you to look into this issue and order the department to rectify it immediately.
