I am residing in Athukudi, Mayiladuthurai Taluk in Nagapattinam District, Tamilnadu.

This telephone has been used in this resident since 30 years. I have been using broadband internet since six years. For past six years though I use internet, I could not use my telephone for making calls because of Joice and howling sound. I complained to the department so many times. They said the OFC cable has been severely damaged due to so many cuts and u can use only internet but not for making calls. Besides this the telephone line will not work at least 10 days in a month. Due to all the people (nearly 55) who were using landline phone surrendered unofficially.

Now just three customers only using landline. The cable is damaged only from Kadhiramangalam to Athukudi. It's just only one kilometre. I complained to Kumbakonam SSA but of no use. Then I complained to Chennai Higher authority also went in vain. They never reply to the email. They just call and say we will rectify it soon. But no proof for their words. Now what the department feels is " shud we spent some money for just 3 connections ". They don't realise that if the department rectifies lot of people will again renew their surrendered connections and many people will apply for new connections.

The Indian Telecommunications department talks about DIGITAL INDIA, INTERNET TO THE VILLAGES. But in reality all these words looks humpback and just playing with the words just to cheat the citizens of the nation.

Hence I humbly request you to look into this issue and order the department to rectify it immediately.

Dear Officer
I cleared the bill amount of INR 3371 on 11feb2016
Next day onwards the FTTH connection shows OG barred - non payement
Reason is BSNL software has a bug and it took one rupee extra thru online payment
Now my account has one rupee more that makes account balance negative
it seems BSNL software is configured to bar outgoing if the amount is non zero even by one rupee plus or minus
complained multiple times
sorry for inconvenience complaint closed no favorable response
pls help

My Landline is dead from last 3 days. I had already booked a complaint and contact directly to the BSNL exchage but nobody took it seriously.
Secondly, data connectivity of mobile 3g is pathetic in my location.
Customer care of mobile did not respond.
The BSNL charge full monthly rental from the customer for the service. But most of the time the Broad band and land line service remain disturbed. Also the 3G pack on mobile gives speed less than 50 Kbps. (i had recharged my mobile with Rs 561 for 5GB 3G data but it is not possible to attain a speed more than 50 kbps on 3g mobile network.) When i tried to call on customer care mobile numbers [protected], the computerized message responded that "the no. has been ported please add 0 before the number".And on adding zero nothing happens.

Sep 2015, i had fill the refund form and deposit it in M I road jaipur branch.
The officer told to that i got my 600 rs refund by chaque with in 90 days.
But still 23rd feb 2016 i have not received any amount from BSNL company. Also i had went to there office but as usual BSNL is govt. Office so no body give proper response and not take any action against my complaint.
Please help me to get my refund.

I got a miscal on[protected] at15:48. Imdt I call back then I have been told that I have got a prize of 26 lac in lucky lottery. When I ask him where from he is talking he told me "Delhi BSNL office. Immediately I Chek no it was +92 [protected]. I told him u are talking from outside India, call has been cut. Please dodneed full.

Please provide my all incoming and outgoing call detail of my bsnl mobile no[protected] received and sent SMS detail of last 3 months till date on my email I'd ajayrana1768 @ gmail.com

I want the call details for the month of Jan'2016 against my BSNL postpaid mobile no as it is more than expected. i could not find any such options in BSNL's website. I think, we should have the right to know about our individual call amounts.

For my landline no[protected], I have got confirmation of disconnection on 28th Jan. But so far I have not received refund of my security of 1100/- paid to bsnl.

I have written multiple emails to sunder lal (Incharge officer BSNL grievance) and BSNL grievances at "[protected]@bsnl.co.in" [protected]@bsnl.co.in

It is highly shameful that GOVT ORGANISATION LIE BSNL IS NOT ONLY POOR IN SERVICES AND GIVES POOR SERVICE, BUT THEY ALSO ARE EXTREMELY POOR AT SETTLEMENT OF CLOSED ACCOUNTS AND RETURNING SECURITY..
I AM STILL GETTING BSNL BILL S EVEN AFTER CLOSURE OF MY CONNECTION WHICH SI PROOF OF CARELESS AND WRONG BILLING BY BSNL.

I'm trying to maintain, change plan for my landline, BUT just hangs after selecting options. The loading will keep on circling..

i am facing one major problem that is when someone call on this number ivr says the dial number does not exist.
i have been complain so many times in customer care but still problem is the same.

From past 10 days on wards in Jay Prakash Nagar, Laldarwaza, Near Menaka theatre, leakage going on. Kids while coming and going to school facing so much problem. I would like to request you to please resolve this issue at earliest.

I disconnected my BSNL Broad band on 05/January/2015. After that every month enquired about refund.
But four months back they said ceque issued but lapsed.
Again I requested for fresh cheque.
Till there is no responce about that.

I used netbanking to recharge my mobile phone(bsnl:[protected]) an amount of rd:891 the transaction was successfull from the bank but recharge wasn't. Custcare said they will return the money within 7 days but till now they haven't. It was on 10/02/2016

My complaint is regarding Bsnl broadband. I have been applying for broadband connection from past 3 years, whenever I go to bank officer they tell the reason of no opt cable in stock to give me connection.
