For my landline no[protected], I have got confirmation of disconnection on 28th Jan. But so far I have not received refund of my security of 1100/- paid to bsnl.

I have written multiple emails to sunder lal (Incharge officer BSNL grievance) and BSNL grievances at "[protected]@bsnl.co.in" [protected]@bsnl.co.in

It is highly shameful that GOVT ORGANISATION LIE BSNL IS NOT ONLY POOR IN SERVICES AND GIVES POOR SERVICE, BUT THEY ALSO ARE EXTREMELY POOR AT SETTLEMENT OF CLOSED ACCOUNTS AND RETURNING SECURITY..
I AM STILL GETTING BSNL BILL S EVEN AFTER CLOSURE OF MY CONNECTION WHICH SI PROOF OF CARELESS AND WRONG BILLING BY BSNL.

I'm trying to maintain, change plan for my landline, BUT just hangs after selecting options. The loading will keep on circling..

i have been ported one number that is [protected] which is airtel telecom up circle and now after ported Bsnl telecom Bihar circle,
i am facing one major problem that is when someone call on this number ivr says the dial number does not exist.
i have been complain so many times in customer care but still problem is the same.

Please provide mobile phone bill for my postpaid connection no. [protected] starting from September 2015 up to January 2016

From past 10 days on wards in Jay Prakash Nagar, Laldarwaza, Near Menaka theatre, leakage going on. Kids while coming and going to school facing so much problem. I would like to request you to please resolve this issue at earliest.

I disconnected my BSNL Broad band on 05/January/2015. After that every month enquired about refund.
But four months back they said ceque issued but lapsed.
Again I requested for fresh cheque.
Till there is no responce about that.

I have not received refund of security.

I used netbanking to recharge my mobile phone(bsnl:[protected]) an amount of rd:891 the transaction was successfull from the bank but recharge wasn't. Custcare said they will return the money within 7 days but till now they haven't. It was on 10/02/2016

My complaint is regarding Bsnl broadband. I have been applying for broadband connection from past 3 years, whenever I go to bank officer they tell the reason of no opt cable in stock to give me connection. They are not even interested in taking new connection!. We have been using bsnl landline from 10 years. Please do something and help us to get bb connection.

Maine new sim liya hai.main ise activate nhin kr paa rha hun.Several time 1507/1503pr call krne pr 30 minutes intejar krwane ka bad good bye kh kr call diconnect kr diya ja rha.How can i activate my sim mo no [protected].

on dated 11/01/2016. I contact customer care, they said one mobilephone
14:48 Hrs, 35 minutes talk.But I dial no[protected] .so no match, & say check your dial no.I amn't any other mobile no .dial this day.so give return balance Rs 71=00.my complaint no-- 1A22329605.

मैं ने भारत संचार निगम लि. कि ब्राडबैण्ड सेवा लि हुयी है जिसका टेलीफोन नं. 233105 है जो विगत चार दिनों से निसक्रिय है निगम के अधिकारियों से बार बार शिकायत करने पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रहि है मेहरबानी करके समस्या का समाधान करवाने कि मेहरबानी करें ।

Landline surrendered on 6-oct-2015. Around INR 3049/- is due for refund. no response from kodambakkam customer service even after reminders to them. No response for docket no. CHN/P60/2016/909. No body picks up the call.

We are using our landline no. From more than 10 years. It was not working from last 3 years. We are continuously following it up with bsnl. No response for 1.5 years. One fine after repeated follow up they gave connection. But the corporation has cut the cable while doing road work. So bsnl responded that you intimate once all road works are over we will reconnect. We intimated them in august 2015 as the road works closed by that time only. No response from bsnl till today. 2 days back we came to know that our land line no. In the name of mr.m. muthusamy ( using the landline from more than 10 yrs) was given to some other person even after repeated follow up from our end. Till today there is no response. We have given 100s of letter to ae in pallikaranai, chennai. Yesterday, the DE mr.rajagopalan from tharamani spoke to us in the way that he will rectify any time. There is no time limit for their rectification works and it is not possible get our number back. They are commenting us personally and asking our personal details and tryin to divert the issue.We have not surrendered our landline. We are continuosly complaining about the issue. Then how this can be allocated to other person. Till today there is no connection. Proof for mails sent attached.

I dont know how this service was activated and the toll free number provided is of no use. Its mere waste of time calling and if at all we get connected we cannot speak or complete the call. What ever they are doing is nothing but day light robbery. If they cant provide proper service they should be barred.

Please deactivate the hungama services immediately.

I pay to INDIAIDEAS .COM LIMITED rs 141 via my icici bank mobile app for recharge to my mobile number [protected] and transaction is successful from bank side the payment id is[protected].

I, Raja Sarkar, serving with Army since 11 years. I have BSNL mobile number in J & K when I was served in J & K. Please intimate may I transfer the same number from J & K to west Bengal? My alternative mobile number is [protected] & e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

I own a bsnl mobile no. and i wanna switch it to another company while keeping the number using mobile number portability service. But the bsnl is not processing anything forward on my application for portability. And now i am helpless because of ignorant kind of service by bsnl.

I am from kankavli city, dist. sindhudurg, Maharashtra where bsnl always bugs the customers by their poor service. it happens so many times that incoming and outgoing calls gets barred for couple of minutes and it automatically resumes. It happens to every bsnl mobile user.
