Dear Sir,

The service name Hungama gaming and song with i don't want to subscribe it was always subscribe without my knowledge every time and minimum 250 amount is deducted every month so kindly refund my money back

We did not activate Hungama related activities or requested from our side. However, an amount of Rs. 410/- is charged from us through the monthly bill for the month of January 2016 . We, therefore, want to you to deactivate/cancel all the Hungama related activities related to my Phone No.[protected] at once.

and we demand an explanation for this activation without our permission. if this is not resolved soon then we'll be forced to take legal actions against bsnl.

Please note that, my landline([protected]) is not working for the past 5
months.I have made several complaints over phone as well as registered in
online. I had subscribed broadband internet pack with my landline, due to
this issue i have been cancelled my internet connection. Even i had been
complainted to JTO and Palakkad BSNL GM also. As per JTO and technician,
they havent enough cable to change. Because of this irresponse sevice
morethan 150 landline connection has been disconnected. If bsnl not ready
to attend our complaint we are also going to disconnect. kindly help me to
solve this issue.

I availed WiFi facility some 8 months ago under combo plan 675 with phone number[protected]. WiFi works on and off so frequently that I don't get uninterrupted signals.
I am in city limits, still this problem.
When I complained to local officers I am advised to switch over to other better service if any.
Such was the callousness of government sector employees.
It is easy to switch over to other service at the cost of money and precious tome.
I insisted the officers to provide me their advice in writing, but invain.
Can this problem be solved?

On 17/01/2016., I recharged my bsnl no. with Rs.110 Full TT two times by using my mobikwik wallet. I received confirmation message from bsnl. But when checked *123#. The amount was not credited in main balance. I called the customer care. They asked me to wait for 7 days citing that their server is down. After 10 days i called their customer care. Now they told me to contact mobikwik as they do not have any information regarding the transactions. So far nothing happened. This clear case of looting the customer.

I am very sad to complaint you about BSNl landline, The phone[protected] is dead since 18/05/ 2014 . We gave written complaint in BSNL kanhangad, BSNL periya, and informed them as well.
They said us to make some advance payment . We made some payment of RS.2400 in Telecom Exchange Udma (an officer Mrs. Omana said to make payment).
Please look into matter and do necessary help

I own a bsnl mobile no. and i wanna switch it to another company while keeping the number. but bsnl is not processing anything forward on my application. i have applied for portability so many times but it is just a waste of time and money. Now i cant port the number unless bsnl does its job. damn bsnl.

As per my plan 999 the speed of broadband is to b 25 mbps but acually it is about 128 to 540 kbps which is very low .

My Broad band as well as Telephone service is not available since last eight days(01.02.2016).Even after my repeated requests and followup no turn up the matter. Sh. Mahto SDO not responding by any way. Even he is not picking the phone/ Cell. No one authority taking any initiative to solve the problem. Matter so critical as all the services are NET BASED.

I have surrendered my BSNL Connection of Land line (No[protected] and Broad band at your office Jalahalli, Bangalore in 10 Nov 15. Still Security deposit for the same is not refunded to me.

You are requested to take needful action to get back my security deposit.

I'm a user of BSNL WiMAX service, my WiMAX wasn't working from the last 3 days, for which I've complained to BSNL customer care, and then I call the respective BSNL office Gurgaon and the JTM officer of my area Mr. Manoj (farukhnagar). I even visited this site thrice but he wasn't there. I called him almost 12 -15 times but he gave me lame excuses, like he is going for a meeting, he has stone problem and he is in hospital for his operation, and on the next day he said he was on leave, and instead of talking himself he gave his mobile to some lady. His number is [protected]. From the last 3 days, all the BSNL Gurgaon employees, either they are in hospital or on leave, which I find absurd.
I'm paying for BSNL services, they are not offering me anything for free while in return the officers gives me excuses. The height was, was when some lady from BSNL gurgaon gave me the SDO Mr. Raj Karan's number and I called him, He gave me a very un-digest-able and un-befitting response which I quote in his words "main kya karu?.. mere pass tumhari problem ka solution nahi hai." when I ask him to mail me this particular, he just disconnected my phone and didn't answer after that. I mention his number here which is [protected].They even ask me indirectly for the bribe.
BSNL Gurgaon is harassing me for the last 3 days. You might be wondering why I don't go with another operator, the reason is the geographical location of my village, the other operators either they don't have the required speed or there charges are too high.
I here request you to take action against such officers.

I am from Barasat, District-North 24 pgs, State-West Bengal, Pin-(kolkata)700127. My Bsnl mobile number is (+91)[protected] and it has no connection. I am facing this problem from 5.02.2016. My Bsnl mobile number has no network. Please solve this problem urgently

From 2 month internet is very bad condition and from 2 days ago at least 5-6 hrs no signal and today from morning my internet is dead, I'm seriously done for this is my last request solve this problem if it not solve I will remove bsnl connection by tomorrow.

I try to contact[protected] after 1 hrs try I reach to them but they said call at this number 1503 I asked them only 1503 they didn't reply and cut my phone then I try to call 1503 I get reply from computer we can't reach right now after few tries I dial[protected] and I get reply kripya aap 0 hata kar call kare I mean what is this.
I can send you prove the trouble I get in contacting costumer care and also I will attached a snap shot of my WiMAX where it so no signal while my signal box show 5 signal and first 1 blink so it's not signal issue so it's service problem

My is nearly 1.5 km away from the bsnl office Dalli-rajhara. Still they says they cant give connection to me.They says that it is impossible to give broadband connection to my house, which is in the main road of old market dalli rajhara.
Not only i am facing this problem all people who want there connection in old market is facing this problem.

I am user of cellone Maharastra since last several years, my averge bill never exceed 700/- but the current bill this month i.e. Feb2016 they claimed it as 1690/- which is next to impossible.
I have serious issue against them as I have one add on number on this which have limit of 500MB usage for which I pay 75/- and normally when the limits ends they stop net but here they claims that usage is too much.. I need TRAI to look into this as Cellone callcenter never attend any calls nor answer such queries. I will be lodging complaint with TRAI for the same as well.
But I am confident about you guys as I always have supportive role in my life till date Please look into the matter
