It sis requested to you that phone number: [protected] is giving missed call & when called back talks vulgar. As i am a working women so i can't change or switch my number. So please lodge a complaint against this number and kindly block any phone calls and message from this number to my number.

I have surrendered my land line connection on 18 th jan and had paid by bills upto date even though the line was dead for almost more than a month... till now i have not received from security deposit and also i have again got a bill for this month.

On friday some random girl call on my landline and told about bsnl hungama and i listen to her and after sometime she want me email and phone no but she can't hear right and put wrong email and phone no after that i said I don't want service from bsnl hungama and she said sir its activated now what's this i don't ay her to activate this but she activate that creepy or useless service in my landline account without my permission.

I received a call from BSNL Hungamaa on 13.02.2016 that you will get our free services with your running internet plan, if you provide your mobile number and email address to us. then I provided to him the same. then she told me that ...plan is activated on your land line phone and told me charges in very fast speed language. i request him for deactivate the same but she cut the phone.
BSNL never gives any kind of services to its clients without the written consent of the customers. But here is no written consent given by me.
Telling for FREE services and debiting in my bill is bluffing and cheating to the public. in future if any charges for the same will debit in my bill, i shall not pay and do the court case against you.
I request you to deactivate the bsnl hungama plans from my land line phone and credit the charges in my bill, if any, as soon as possible, do it immediately. my land line no is[protected].

A month ago, I subscribed for bsnl broadband and landline. First one week, neither broadband nor landline worked a single second. I visited bsnl office at least 10-15 times from day 1. Nothing worked out for me. After 1st week, broadband started but speed was 2-4kbps, even worst than a 2G.
And after every 3 hrs, it stops for another 3 hrs. I am totally pissed off. Even during typing this complaint, internet stopped once. My ping is usually in thousands, not even in hundreds. One of the official of bsnl after my continued requests told me that "sarkari or private me fark hota h, sarkari aise hi kaam krta h". I don't understand what to do now. Kindly guide me.

This is to complaint about BSNL broadband service in himachal pradesh, they are taking full amount of broadband but giving speed as slow as 2g network, i.e maximum 10-15kb/s download speed, on plan of 512kbps and on even higher plans too. I have complaint to all officials but no one helps, all says " piche se problem hai hum kuch nahi kr sakte " but when it comes to bill payment they take full amount, whats the use of this kind of service, even 2g netwrk works better than it, hope you can help out, will wait for your support.

Sim not activated after 24 hours and the customer care number just keeps repeating the same menu. Even when the customer care executives answered hours ago they just gave some stupid excuse and hung up.

My name is Kedar prasad. My Land Line no:[protected]. One day an executive from BSNL hangama called me and explained about BSNL Hangama valued added services and said to dail #1 if I want to know the details. Before pressing I asked them that is my account will be activated if I press. they said me that nothing will activated unless I personally activate it by logging in Hangama website. But strangely they were added one time charges around Rs.600/- on my Monthly broadband bill.

Please deactivate me from that VAS and please refund my amount.

Hello sir this is Richa and my phone number is[protected]. Hungama plan has been activated on my bsnl broadband services without my consent. And since 3 months I am recieving unnecessary bill. Plzzzz deactivate it immediately I'll b highly bliged to you for this.

I am using BSNL broadband connection for last 2 years but recently i found heavy bill amount charge by bsnl company for unwanted services like hungama services. for the purpose of deactivate the service i consult customer care. they told me they are not able to deactivate the services i consult PRO also for resolution but till date service is continue. my land line number is[protected]. kindly suggest me what sould i do.

deactivate the programme of Hungama Music, Hungama Games, Hungama Movies as the same was done by taking my email Id .Please DEACTIVATE all the SERVICES/programmes which was included on Phone Number.
The amount of the said programmes was billed in January 2016 telephone bill
