    We are using our landline no. From more than 10 years. It was not working from last 3 years. We are continuously following it up with bsnl. No response for 1.5 years. One fine after repeated follow up they gave connection. But the corporation has cut the cable while doing road work. So bsnl responded that you intimate once all road works are over we will reconnect. We intimated them in august 2015 as the road works closed by that time only. No response from bsnl till today. 2 days back we came to know that our land line no. In the name of mr.m. muthusamy ( using the landline from more than 10 yrs) was given to some other person even after repeated follow up from our end. Till today there is no response. We have given 100s of letter to ae in pallikaranai, chennai. Yesterday, the DE mr.rajagopalan from tharamani spoke to us in the way that he will rectify any time. There is no time limit for their rectification works and it is not possible get our number back. They are commenting us personally and asking our personal details and tryin to divert the issue.We have not surrendered our landline. We are continuosly complaining about the issue. Then how this can be allocated to other person. Till today there is no connection. Proof for mails sent attached.

      I dont know how this service was activated and the toll free number provided is of no use. Its mere waste of time calling and if at all we get connected we cannot speak or complete the call. What ever they are doing is nothing but day light robbery. If they cant provide proper service they should be barred.

      Please deactivate the hungama services immediately.

            I own a bsnl mobile no. and i wanna switch it to another company while keeping the number using mobile number portability service. But the bsnl is not processing anything forward on my application for portability. And now i am helpless because of ignorant kind of service by bsnl.

              I am from kankavli city, dist. sindhudurg, Maharashtra where bsnl always bugs the customers by their poor service. it happens so many times that incoming and outgoing calls gets barred for couple of minutes and it automatically resumes. It happens to every bsnl mobile user.

                Ref :- Deactivate of hungama movies, music and games on demand.

                BSNL has provided us (Telephone No[protected] with the movies & music for period one month at free of cost, but thereafter BSNL has charged for the movies & music which we have not utilized.So I kindly request you DEACTIVATE the movies, music and games on demand facility from our broadband package and do the needful.

                  Last saturday I lost my mobile along with sim. I lodged a complaint and Immediately, I got my sim blocked. On monday I went to bsnl office that issued me the lost sim along with the required documents for issuance of duplicate sim. They issued me a duplicate sim and said it would be activated the same day .
                  But it did not work. Today again I visited the office and now they gave me another sim card saying that the one that was issued to me was faulty. This time they assured that it will be activated within one hour. To my surprise till now it has not been activated.
                  My new sim number is[protected]. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue.

                    Hi,
                    Am using bsnl broadband network since 5 years, as a valued customer they not even solving our complaints . They are so lethargic. My network is death slow. Downloading @ 20kbps like a 2g mobile net. I complained 4 times through phone.But they telling often within 24 hrs ur problem will be solved till now none of the bsnl guys have reached my home and cleared it. Very worst behaviour. So i need penalty for it or they have to clear the problem within 2 working days.

                      Dear sir,
                      I am V.D GEORGE, (Bsnl land number:91-[protected]) from kerala. Since last three months my BSNL Broadband was not working, I was registered complain many times within this period. Lineman and officials came and repair the line again after some time same situation. I was complain to higher authorities but they are not able to resolve my problem. I am totally frustrated with the service of BSNL, but I can't disconnect the line because I am using bsnl for more than 10 years, and i have mobile number with my land phone number. Since I was paid last bill aslo without using internet.
                      Presently I don't have any solution for above problem please help me if anybody have solutiy of this problem.

                        I am Ajai kumar from Kerala. I am called BSNL customer care on 1503 with a complaint of Data service. The data is not available sometime. I said this complaint. He was speaking to me and not clearly says what I do. This types of executives are not in to other network's customer service center. This is a bad habit and i am not satisfy this. Shame on u BSNL...

I called Bsnl customer care on 1503 but they told me that sorry I can't solve ur Problem. What should i do now. what about my Rs 159. How can i get Free minutes. What type of services u r providing. Plz solve it ASAP.

                            On 13 Feb 2016 at 13:45, I have paid the BSNL Landline Phone Bill for the period of 01/01/16 to 31/01/16 amount Rs. 2079/ through bill desk . Before receipt generation, a message shown with error " Your Payment of Rs. 2079.00 is failed on BSNL Portal. Ref ID:FCDR[protected]" and the amount was debited from my SBI account vide Transaction Ref No. FSB[protected]G0BMFUDA6 so, plz kindly do the needful.

                                    This is regarding a complaint which was registered in the online portal regarding the BSNL Broadband Data Speed issue. The details are given below:- SR : [protected] First Name: A.SHAJI Customer Id: [protected] Billing Account: A.SHAJI SSA: KOTTAYAM Circle: KL
                                    I have already raised this complaint several times, but without my intimation, the complaint is closed without fixing the problem. I inquired about this in the local telephone exchange, they are saying that because of the cable fault, the line is not clear and full of disturbances. The telephone line for our connection is through post, the technician told that making the cable through underground will solve the problem. Also they told that they can't take any action without getting order from higher authorities.The broadband is not stady and too low in speed. As I am paying for unlimited Broadband plan (which offers 2mbps speed), it is a serious issue for me. Please take necessary action to solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                      So I stopped using the facility with pending payments.

                                        Today I got a call and the Pune office forwarded mail with reference to my complaint
                                        email reference BSNL/HQ/2016/EM-3752. in which they mention that the usage of the number cross 1.32GB where as the limit was 500 MB so they charge me @ commercial use.. They question is when there is standing instruction that whenever the usage get ends they send message saying the usage is over how can they have allowed for access usage when there is NO SUCH REQUEST to them.
                                        More importantly they never accept there mistake. nor give any Discount to customer.
                                        when my average billing is not exceed 75/- per month how they can fool in this month.
                                        BSNL's cellone is a typical THUG company that is what I understood from there said mail.
                                        I have asked them to discontinue service with immediate effect.. still I haven't received any acknowledgment on the same. mail sent to them on 15Feb 16
                                        This is one of the best reason why people prefer Private operator than going for mess of BSNL
                                        I am not at all satisfied with the answer by so called authorize person.
                                        I know my limitations and also aware that I am helpless person. See if you can check my previous billing and do something in the said case
