I, Kolagunta Vaidyanathan Ramamurthi, had two connections as per details below;
1) Tel No.[protected] Tel No.[protected] with Broad Band at the following address;
TB36, Dish Sanskruti, Gut 64/1, Itkheda, Paithan Road, Aurangabad- 431010, Maharashtra.
(Apart from the above I had a BB connection on 2376633, which I surrendered long back.)
I surrendered all the above between[protected] and[protected]. Thereafter I shifted to Bangalore at;
B4-1111, Gokulam Apartments, Vasantapura Village, Doddakalasandra, Kanakapura Main Rd, Bangalore-560062.
I have paid the Sep bills through the net.
But I find to my surprise I am being sent messages to my Mob. [protected] claiming bills from Oct onward. I talked to the Exchange at Beed By-Pass Rd and they said the demand is wrong and in fact I have to get back the deposits for the 2 BB connections.
I am at a loss as to how to get this sorted out. Hence I am writing to you.
Kindly clear the matter and ensure my deposits are returned after any minor deductions.

I have availed broadband HUNGAMA PACK connection in bsnl. my landline number is [protected]. I have NOT subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.400 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly decativate the plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA MOVIES-HUMOV, HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND.
