I have faced immense pain and frustration to get a simple 2 secs fix of a cable fault. These people are not bothered to resolve my issue eventhough i have complained since 2 weeks. My docket no is:[protected]. My landline number is:[protected]. There is one line man by name Sampangi his phone number is :[protected] if i call him after talking to jto his reaction was: "I am not going to work to resolve your issue you do whatever you want" . I am so fed up of calling these people everyday and following up i have spent 1000 rs making calls to numerous people yet the issue has not been resolved. Last time i had to complain to GM only then it got resolved this time its been more than 2 weeks things are not moving forward. From next month i am planning to disconnect bsnl service and opt for ACT. I am fed up of talking to shameless people.

I had registered for the BSNL Recruitment of Management Trainee (Telecom Operations) External Examination – 2015.
The examination was scheduled to be held on the 1st week of September, 2015.
I had also paid Rs. 1500 for Application fees towards the above on 8-Jun-15.
However, the exam has been postponed for the last 5 months and no update has been shared till now.
I had written few mails to their official mail address but my concern has not been addressed, except automated reply saying "We will get back to you within 48 hours".

Tel:[protected]. I have made several complaints through 1500/1504-to CGM and personally to Chetpet office. Very poor response and irresponsible answers. Till today nobody attended to the problem. I have three bsnl connections. I have to surrender all the connections if I don't get any solution to the problem.

My name is Sanjay Sharma from Faridabad, Haryana and I am using a BSNL prepaid connection mob no-[protected] and yesterday I recharged of Rs 68/- 1GB 3G net only for three days but till now I didn’t able to use it because the speed of the connection is too slow that I can’t open any application regarding this many times I contacted BSNL customer care but also didn’t able to solve my problem. around 15-20 times i contacted BSNL customer care but thy disconnected my call by saying that they will not able to solve my problem. I want to correct APN setting in my handset but no one of your executive is able to corrected my handset APN setting’s. I also complained regarding this issue complaint no-2A23410816 and they told me that your complaint will solve in 24 hrs but till now i didn't got any update on my complaint my pack validity is also over .there is no steps taken regarding my problem. i also mailed on BSNl customer care email but as-usual i didn't got any response from BSNl. whenever I contacted customer care every customer care executive told me different APN settings for my handset then, what is the actual setting? I am not free I have all other important works rather than calling again and again waisting my time and by disturbing my mind. please renewed my pack again otherwise gave my money back and also want strict action on my complaint otherwise i have no option i had to take strict steps towards my complaint.

My no. is [protected] I have changed to airtel to BSNL network. But till now i am not able to get Internet activation. And even i am not able send any sms also from this no. I have talked to customer care people for so many time but there is no proper response from there side. They tell me to call BSNL AP network for further process of internet & sms. one more question : In roaming in India anywhere incoming calls free or not please confirm and outgoing calls in customer care are chargeable?

Hungama pack was activated on my above landline without authorization from me. Somebody called and told me about it without mentioning charges etc. and thereafter I got a mail that Hungama has been activated on my phone. Again charges etc. were not detailed in the mail. I was out of station and my phone was in safe custody of BSNL. I took no notice of the mail and continued paying the bill on net. After my return to Pune I checked and found that money is being deducted for something which I never ordered. It should be deactivated and money refunded to me as I have never used it.

I had raised request for changing the broadband plan from rural 99 plan to BBG RURAL COMBO ULD 650 on october 29. But it was not yet changed till November last week.Finally it came to a huge bill of 1247(Even if they changed the plan eventually). This was an issue in completing my request in bsnl portal. So kindly reduce my bill to Rs 650.

Already registered a complaint in bsnl portal. It is not yet addressed.

Please refer BSNL Land Line Bill No.[protected] dated 09.01.16 where in it is seen that a sum of Rs.489 has been claimed towards BSNL HUNGAMA Package for which I have not given my consent for providing the same. Even after my utmost try for several days, I could not contact BSNL HUNGAMA person over phone and subsequently I made a complain on net vide Docket No.1A16328990 on 16.01.2016. ON 23.01.2016 it was intimated by BSNL that “ You please contact Local BSNL office.”
I hereby state that I want to unsubscribe/Deactivate all the BSNL Hungamapackagewith immediate effect
Please do the needful immediately.
In the mean time I have paid the bill on line on 19.01.2016. It is requested that the extra amount which I have paid may please be adjusted in my future bill, since I have not used any BSNL HUNGAMA Package during the billed period.
It is regretted that a Government Organisation like BSNL can make such spurious claim without any consent from their customer. Please look in to the matter and ensure to stop such unauthorized claim in future. Your most immediate action is requested please.

I am staying in KR Puram, Bangalore.
Even though my land line and broadband connection has been approved, I am yet to get the connection. I have called BSNL office million time, no one is willing to help.

BSNL hungama executive Mr. Ashraf called on my landline number[protected] and talked about its offers. When I refused, he asked for my email address saying that he would message me the details. I not knowing the trap, gave him my email address. The very same day I got an email mentioning ID and password. Next day I called the helpline and told them straight to deactivate the account. the executive said that it has not been registered. So I remained calm until I got my bill. the bill read charges for games on demand, music on demand and movies on demand amounting a total of additional Rs. 445/- (for a service which I never activated).

Internet is too slow to b called as broadband. Too much pricy for its services. Worst experience using bsnl broadband. Pathetic speed

kindly send the details of call history list of all incoming & outgoing calls including sms of my bsnl prepaid sim no.[protected] from 01.12, 15to till date, where as iam working in malaysia i want to know secretly about the call details without informing any of them because this sim card belongs to me just i want to check, kindly help me to guide my relatives in better way status.

I have availed broadband HUNGAMA PACK connection in bsnl. my landline number is [protected]. I have NOT subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.400 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly decativate the plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA MOVIES-HUMOV, HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND.from

This is to bring to your notice.

I have registered and completed order for my BSNL broadband service on 8th Jan 2016, but yet the service is not provided.

When i enquired the BSNL office, they replied in a lethargic manner that all line-men working in Ennore/Thiruvottiyur area left for the vacation leave and still it would require another 2 weeks of time.

A big disappointment is a reply from the AE working there - " It is a government organisation and how can you expect such a soon action from us"

I have completed all the process and have attached my order copy.

I ported my number to Uttarakhand BSNL last week.Now when my friends call, it says THE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST and i am unable to do FRC. when i check my balance it says contact customer care.So i did contact them.They are saying everything is fine and working.But still i am not getting any calls
