      I got connection august 15 for the purpose of my daughters educational ( bds) we are staying in kanddappa chetty street there was very very crowed area, after conected the linewas every 6 days once disconnected so i am not able use brad band continuously i inform line man or book complained it will take more than 8 to 10 days for re connection and after one week same thing happens but i was pay as bill amount in full but as usual dis connect as several times i given oral and written complained to d.G.M, he refer to in chargers to reduce the bill amount but your people approved only rs 600/- some thing but past 6 months i am not used in full one month continuously, so my request is please if possible give two month s rental discount other wise not possible please cancel my connection[protected] this my final compliant, in our area wiring system not worth you find permanent fixing .Already i was given one compliant to dgm please do need full, you adjust my deposit to my bill amount

            When i activated the bsnl caller tune, they told me there is a song selecting charge 12 rs and monthly charge 30 rs. I paid 42 rs and got the tune and the next month it is automatically renewed and when i checked my balance 42 rs is cut again, when i inquired about this to the customer care, they are saying that every month there is a monthly charge of 30 rs and a song selecting charge of 12 rs. Is there any justice in this. what is the meaning of monthly charge. i asked them to deactivate this and refund the amount, they say no refund. i am fed up of BSNL who keep cheating people to make money. Please do something to cut these hidden charges from all the networks.

                I have complained number of times for my internet speed related issue. The person from the department comes and check the speed online and says its working correct. But the speed is never correct as shown by the result . I am fed up from their service and except Bsnl no other line is there. no. of exchange office-[protected] and my landline no. is -[protected] as my landline is also not working. They say use one thing at a time broadband or landline. My no. is [protected]. Please make them solve my problem as i am complaining them since 6 months and they are not resolving at all.

Within few minutes, i got a mail that transaction is unsuccessful however i got no intimation as what needs to be done next.                     I recharged with 98 Rs of the BSNL data pack. speed is so bad, when I change the network setting of 2G or 3G network, but not given speed by the BSNL provider. when I open page of the web, not open in one to two min. it takes like hang the page. No youtube video run in one minute.

                      Though I didn't subscribe to hungama pack yet bsnl has charged a hefty amount in the present bill..I want this pack to be deactivated forthwith and the amount charged for it to be condoned or be adjusted in the next bill. Sorry to state that the customer care services are defunct and hence not responding to calls.. My landline no.is [protected] in the name of MD ABUMONAWWAR ZAHIDI.

                            To, The SDO/JTO BSNL Kadma Area, Jamshedpur My broadband ([protected]) connection is not working for last 1 months. I Anoop R Pandey Telephone no: [protected], Problem is Link(DSL) LED of my modem is not stable that means blinking. Every time I did docket & bsnl representative give reset from exchange end & modem become stable for that time . Again the problem starts within next day or few hours of rectification. I personally talk about this problem to Mr.Ghosh sir kadma Exchange. They told that problem in cable. After two day back my complain was closed .but problem not resolved. I initially suspected Modem fault & hence replaced but problem not solved. From BSNL end I am receiving very very poor support to solve the problem & due to their casual attitude I am paying money every month without getting any service.                                 My number [protected] that I am using on micromax elanza w121 ( windows phone ) looses its data connectivity every now and then, dose not even go on 3G connectivity and always shows E symbol. I have a working 3G data plan. which intern dose not work. if problem continues I will be forced to change service provider.

                                        My BSNL no. for complaint is [protected] and my contact no. is [protected].
                                        I had registered a complaint around more than a year back, and i even posted it on a consumer complaint site, but nobody from the customer care team, even took notice of that. The link of that complaint is as follows-:

                                        Its a new complaint this time, and it will need urgent resolution, so i have to conversate with the authority, who can take the responsibility, unlike the previous experience.
                                        The case is that I am using this bsnl no. for around 10 years, and it deducts 40 Rs./ 6 months to extend the validity of outgoing. I have to cope-up with this, because many of my contacts have this no. saved, as my contact. Today, i recharged the no. With Rs. 198 for netpack of around 1GB data for a validity of 1 month, but its showing validity for only 1 week. I later was able to notice it, and concluded that this might be done because the no. is showing outgoing validity till 14th Jan, although the sim validity is still to be 29th Jan.
                                        But 1stly any tarriff, and specially data tarriff should not be linked to outgoing validity. And suppose, even if it is linked, than why the recharge is allowed to happen at the 1st place, with amount being deducted.!! Rs. 68 and Rs. 198 recharge give the same amount of data, the difference is that the former is valid for one week and the latter for four weeks. If I wanted a tarriff for one week, then why would i have not used the Rs. 68 tarriff instead!!... The thing that needs focus here is that, had i made a recharge of even around 2000 Rs. for validity of about 90 days, then also the recharge would have been successful, showing that it would be valid for 90 days, but given a validity of 1 day instead, once the payment was made.
                                        I have not started using the netpack, because I want to consult with you, what needs to be done in this situation. Also I want to draw your attention that service is so bad that it is not even showing the data balance given to me!!
                                        The complaint which i made an year back was this, if it cant be read in the link above-: “on 19th july 2014, the validity of my no. [protected] expired...i went to the retailer for recharge...Rs. 37 recharge was done successfully, which gave 6 months extension of validity...but the company also did the same recharge itself, and deducted the amount from my main balance also, and it was just waste, bcz not even 6 more months validity for that was given, it just lapsed...i had taken no step for an automatic recharge from my mobile...and also how can two recharges, which are same, made possible by the company on the same day...”.
                                        No attention from any official was made to this complaint also,

                                        What is wrong with this telecom company.!!why does nobody even reply to the complain!! there are technical issues with other telecom companies also, but atleast they listen to the grievances, and try to resolve them. i had mailed them the original complain on 7th, nowhere are they replying.
                                        Here nobody has even read the mail or complain from bsnl, and the undue advantage being taken by company for deducting balance is just increasing. There is another complain to be added.
                                        On 9th Jan, there was a missed call with a no. Starting from +91... it appears to be an indiain landline no. only. When i called it back for just 7 seconds, it deducted Rs.35. What is this? Why such kind of cheap mechanism to fool the customer is only in Bsnl, not in any other company. Doing promotion might be ok, but what is this way that you are calling from some no. which appears to be landline. And deducting 35 Rs. Even international calls, are 10 times cheaper.
                                        Enough of this. I have got 3 complains pending now, and there has not been any response. Heights of fraud, and zero sincerity towards customer is the law of bsnl. I will keep this complaint chain as a proof while escalating this matter.
                                        Its a gmailchain attached, wherein i sent mails to high bsnl officials, after the customer care was too lazy to even report my complaints. As it can be seen, that BSNL high rank officials do not even see or respond to the mails. Its a one sided mail chain.
                                        Never seen such reluctant attitude in any other telecom service provider company like airtel, reliance, voda etc.
