I had recharge from 164rs in which bsnl provjdes free call bsnl bsnl for 5 days.. Its very urgent for me so i had recharge it for 2 times my money wasted recharge was not active.....

I have already paid the bill amt of my phones (2828343, 2820182, [protected],[protected] & [protected]) on 16/12/2015 through online banking with SIB. I rechared bsnl num [protected] with rs 1011/- for 10 gb data pack on dec 5th 2015 valid for 90 days. But i got message on 3rd jan 2016 that that the data pack is expiring on 5th jan 2016 i.e for 30 days, i called to customer care they said that plan has withdrawn. If the plan is withdrawn theny why it has accepted for recharge. Bsnl is very fraud looting customers with out giving service. I want refund that money or i want that data pack...

I got new bsnl mobile connection on December 7th of 2015 from tiruvannamalai with the charge of 120 rupees.
