Amount deducted from my bank account but no recharge

On 08th Aug 2011, I tried to recharge my phone with Rs.110 from my BSNL Service Provider using my Freerecharge account with id:[protected]@gmail.com. I tried using my KVB Bank account the amount deducted my KVB account but no recharge, Ref.recharge order no.4663534.
Kindly look into this and send the feed back my email id:[protected]@gmail.com.

I am a customer of BSNL unlimited broadband service and I pay Rs. 750 every month for this but I did not get proper service from their sight. My ADSL unstable from 20/4/2011 and for this matter I docate time to time and they did not solve the problem permanently. Last I docate on 27/8/2011 and the docate no. is B7486 but they did not take any steps against this docate till now. Now I feel helpless but I pay their bill every month...

wrong info from CSC

BSNL is giving full talk time + validity in 300 or above , But i was confuse this offer is for top up or recharge, so i asked Customer Service Center about the same matter dated 21.09.11 before 5 pm ( between 1pm to 5 pm). Phone is dead twice in a week

Very Poor Performance

The BSNL approved ADSL Modem AN1020-21 is the only one available and I am forced to buy that for aabout Rs. 2200/- from a private distributor. The Modem itself is apparently manufactured by a company called Vuppalamrudha Magnetics in Hyderabad. The performance of the modem is the worst I have ever seen. My previous ADSL modem worked 5 times better on the same set of lines and peripherals.

New Connection Request

I had given a request in BSNL website for a new broadband connection. On the next day I received a call from a person who claimed as BSNL agent. He visited my place and collected documents along with Rs.600 money. (500 for BSNL and 100 for his agency). He didnt give any receipt for the money paid. I agree that it was my mistake to give out money without a receipt, but my question to BSNL is how can someone who is not part of BSNL could know...

SIGNAL NOT FOUND IN MY HOME

I Sri Dhruba Charan Panda using my mobile in BSNL more than 4 years. Every time net work cutoff after few second.when i am using the cell both in incoming and outgoing. Every time i am losing call rates for that time period. Always network problem. In emergency other network like aircel, airtel etc are found but BSNL network is not found. please do some thing for me.
