I had recently recharged my BSNL mobile account with Rs 98 for one month internet pack (3GB). After this recharge, at the same time I recharged my account with Rs50 top up. I received conformational messages that of both recharges. I started using net pack un-aware of the thing that internet usage charges were being charged from my main balance and net pack was not being used. Later when I checked my account balance it was Rs0.00 . When I called the customer care number they tried to mislead me by saying that I had downloaded priced content from bsnllive and they said the access point in my mobile was "bsnllive" which should have "bsnlnet". But I was using "bsnlnet". I had not used bsnllive site and did not download any priced content too. Later on another customer care told me different explanation. He assured me of getting my balance back but instead, I received a sms saying - "Dear customer, your complaint number johp2136011 has been closed and resolution status is usage charges." They also closed my phone number from having customer support complaint temporarily. This is height of their irresponsibility. They don't even want to talk about it.


I have also sent DND message many times but I'm still getting unwanted Advertisement messages.

I also asked for mobile number portability norms of BSNL for shifting my number but they refused saying that was not their (customer care) job.

Any help is welcome.

    Hello Sir,

    I am Jignesh Pabari, using BSNL connection since last 6Yrs - 7Yrs, with the same mobile number[protected].

    From last 31st March 2011, Company have activated CRBT with my mobile connection, for which I didn't apply.

    I have tried to cancel it every month they deduct the 30Rs from my account but it was never beed canceled.

    I have compline for many times for the same, but the customer care (Worst I have ever face), they even didn't register my complain, that I know in the month of Aug-2011.

    Then on 16th Aug 2011, I have asked customer care to deactivate my CRBT, they guide me to send SMS. I have tried to send the message but the message was not accepted by the server.
    So I request to cancel the CRBT from the customer care side. They took my request with request Id: H[protected], on 16 Aug 2011.

    But they neither process with my request nor inform me that this can't be done or anything else.

    So Next month also other 30Rs were deducted form my account.

    I have registered request for cancel the CRBT and refund of my last 30Rs, with complain no: I30200016 and I[protected] on 30th Sep 2011, so they have canceled the subscription.

    But today I have talk with Shardul Panchal (Supervisor) with Docket no: IJ[protected], but he told me that BSNL will not refund my payment as it was for renewal, but actually that was not my fault all the things happen due to carelessness of BSNL, they didn't proces my request for 1 and a half month so I need to face this.

    So I request you to process my request and help me to get my 30Rs from BSNL

      Dear Sir,

      I put a request on 2nd of September 2011 to shift my land line and broadband from Koramangala, Bangalore to Sarjapur road,
      Bangalore. After struggle for a month and numerous visit to BSNL office of Sarjapur road,last week only I got my land line shifted.
      Though they promised to shift my broadband within 2 days, but it's been more then a week I am still waiting for my broadband to be
      activated. I have already visited BSNL office but non of the staff is entertaining my complain rather they have given me a number 080-
      25741300 to log my complain. I have called at least 100 times to the number without success. It's a hight of corruption in Sarjapura
      office. If anyone turn up to office with complain they don't entertain rather give a number and when try calling that number no one picks
      up the call. It's a pathetic situation in BSNL office.
      Considering it as a last option I am mailing you for help and to take some corrective action.
      Hope I won't be disappointed.

      BSNL — long delay in service

      I am using BSNL land phone my phone line have got more than three complaint during the past six months, and each complaint toook more than 15 days for repair this create finacial loss as well as mental agony. i am using broadband connection in this line that was also not available during the complaint period.
      it is there regular work.. i hate BSNL

        The landlines phone of ours have been disconnected due to cable problems since a long period ( about 4-5 year). No action has yet been taken in spite of our personal approach and request. once again we request you to take steps for reconnection of phone line at an early date, lest we will take shelter under court of law.

          I have bought the BSNL EVDO ZTE DATA CARD it was working good giving 150-250 KBPS Speed.
          after this good service, i bought another BSNL PRITHVI EVDO DATA CARD but it is giving very bad Speed 10-35 KBPS.. at very same location..... i had gone to the BSNL Office where i had purchased the both card to exchange with ZTE, every time they says this PRITHVI DATA card is newly launched and only this card is available they cannot exchange ...
          BSNL Please go with the Chinese ZTE not Indian Technologies Like PRITHVI.....

          Please help me and exchange my Card with ZTE EVDO Card.

          ye bahot hi faltu useless data card hai... speed aur quality dono hi bekar hai... speed only 10-40kbps in main city area and always disconnected between downloading...
          ye data card 200 rupaye k value ka bhi nahi hai... plz isse lene ki galti koi mat karna... ZTE data card perfect hai... go with zte...
          I agree, Prithvi EVDO data card speed very bad. I am mistake i purchase this card, Advised don't purchase this datacard from bsnl.

          Prithvi EVDO is very good i am tamilnadu . download speed 280-310 kpbs very fast . but i am using my office 120-180 kpbs so depend area single . b4 i am using capital modem he is fast only 150-200 kpbs. so best ecdo data card Prithvi

            Dear Sir,

            UNIQUE ID NO. UPWGZB[protected], PLAN: BB Home Combo UL 625

            I had applied for a ADSL Broadband connection on 4th June,2011 at Kaushambi Exchange, Ghaziabad.

            The landline was installed on 29.06.2011, and broadband connection was installed on 25.07.2011. As i had applied for a BB connection, the billing should be started from 25.07.2011 only.

            I have not received the bill at my home address till date. Yesterday i went to the Kaushambi exchg. and enquired about the billing. The billing amount shown to me is as follows, which is wrong :

            From 29/06/2011 to 31/07/2011 : Rs.1,812,
            From 01/08/2011 to 31/08/2011 : Rs.1,049,
            From 01/09/2011 to 30/09/2011 : Rs.990.

            The first question is how you have raised the bill from 29/06/2011 to 24/07/2011 as the Broadband connection was installed on 25/07/2011 only. I am not responsible for the delay in installing the broadband connection.

            The correct amount of bill should be :
            From 25/07/2011 to 31/07/2011 : Rs.113 (Monthly charge) + Rs.11 (Modem rental) + Rs.13 (Service Tax) = Rs.137.

            From 01/08/2011 to 31/08/2011 : Rs.500 (Monthly charge) + Rs.50 (Modem rental) + Rs.57 (Service Tax) = Rs.607.

            From 01/09/2011 to 30/09/2011 : Rs.500 (Monthly charge) + Rs.50 (Modem rental) + Rs.57 (Service Tax) = Rs.607.

            TOTAL : Rs.1,351 (Rupees one thousand three hundred and fifty-one only).

            Please provide me with the correct bill as shown by me, and please disconnect the connection with immediate effect. As, i do not need this kind of service anymore.

                I m using BSNL 3G Sim for Internet in data card since 6 month after convert in 2G. last 15 day I can't able to connect. When I tried to connect it show "Connect Failed" *123# , *123*6# and *123*8# showing balance ok. Data card, access setting & other is ok. Then I use my friend sim..its working on same location ,PC, Data Card and setting. so I wonder, call custmer care so many time but can't find solution.

                  Poor connectivity of broadband
                  I take a connection on [protected] in June-11 till dated 05 October 2011 i donot entertain a 5 Min regular connectivity of broadband. So seems that i pay a bill to company as gift. I Complain many time to a company but they taking about phone connection but donot entertain on broadband services. i take the broad band connection only to use intenet connction if i donot get the good connectivity then why i am pay a amount to the company as a bill.

                    I am regular customer of BSNl. I have two bsnl landline phone out of which one no.[protected] is not working since last 25 days
                    I have all the bills regularly. I loged compled on toll free no.198 on 16.09.2011. complain No. is [protected]. this complain was attended
                    on 01.10.2011 after repeated follow up with local office on tel no.[protected],[protected], and [protected].On visit BSNL technitian told me that there is some problem with incomming wire he wil;l sort it out and he went. still today he didnot turn up.
                    I hvae tried to contact somany times on above local off. nos but no body pickup all three nos.

                    pl do the needfull at earlist if possible or otherwise i will shift to other service provider.

                      My BSNL landline phone[protected] has not been working since 5th june 2009. No dial tone is heard when I pick up the receiver to make a call. I live in vijaynagar magadin road and many of my neighbours are experiencing the same problem frequently. I registered a complaint through the IVRS system This happens almost twice or thrice a month. It is really pathetic to see such pooor service from BSNL. It is merely a waste to pay the rental for such pathetic service. Will the authorities look in the issue?

                          Hi

                          I have tried to recharge my 3G data back from BSNL portal on 13th September of 1102 rs. I had used Oxicash E-Wallet for payment. I had tried several times to recharge and money also got deducted from Oxicash E-wallet.

                          I contacted Oxicash ewallet and they said the transaction was successful contact BSNL. After several day of trying on Portal Manager on

                          Manager (PORTAL):[protected]From 10am to 5pm)
                          System Analyst (PORTAL):[protected]From 6pm to 9pm)

                          But till date no response. Either it comes busy or nobody picks up the phone. I have attached the screenshot where online bsnl portal says that refund has been initiated. It’s like 20 days and I have not got the refund.

                          What can be done so that money comes back into E-Wallet?

                          I don’t understand why BSL is using Oxicash payment gateway where consumers have to pay extra 2.5% as service fee to Oxicash. Why can they enable all major banks net banking or credit card? Banks that they have enables hardly anyone would be using those banks for ebanking? Seems to be some kind of corruption between Oxicash and BSNL.

                            I have taken broad band connection on my land phone connection on 01st Feb 2008, But it is not working properly, some times it displays 'user busy', veryfying username and password, while browsing it is disconnecting every 15 minutes.

                            i am using 299+ plan. my connection was commenced from 26 december 2009. since then my net connectivity is not in order. i have complained to my local foundry nagar exchange to rectify this problem but no action has been taken.
                            there is no correct response from the staff of bsnl and no higher officer is taking care about that
                            my internet speed not reaching 256kb/s as they claimed.Its max is 100kb/s
                            my BSNL broad band stops frequently while i am on working and even also stops for long tme often.
                            My landline and broad band is not workinh properly, i had made complaint 15 days ago but still it is not rectified. The line man is telling there was a line problem, he has reported it to higher officials , so waiting for the materials to come. How many days to rectify a problem. I have to pay 830 rupees has monthly rent for the service which was not provided.

                              BSNL - Internet Service — Not getting Internet Service

                              Since last three months I'm unable to use internet service through my BSNL landline. I I had Complained to the Katemanivali Exchange - the officer incharge. He is not showing any interest to resolve the problem. I am paying the monthly bills without getting the service from BSNL. I hope some action will take place as possible to resolve the problem.
                              i am sarath... my no is 2358788... under the Kodiyeri exchange... i am using HOME 750 UL in Kerala with rentel wi- fi modem... my modem complained and return to exchange before one month... iam studying CCNP in kannur... i hav a lap top, my brother also have a lap top... today i went to exchange and request Wi Fi modem, i cannot get it... he says that, here modem not stokked purchase a new modem in shop then i wiil configure settings... what can i do...?

                                Written application for disconnection of Landline connection got received from BSNL Deptt on 14/07/11 after paying the latest Bill but the refund of security deposit of telephone connection,Broad band connection of 900 monthly pan have not yet been remitted by BSNL.
                                Though there is a provision for transfer of telephone connectivity from one place to other in the same state, BSNL official at Jhansi escaped from the resonsibility of solving the issue and they told there is no such provision .As a result, I had to deposit the security afresh without getting the refund of deposit paid for previous connection.And then BSNL does not remit security deposit refund on its own.Rather they send the Bill even after the surrender of telephone connection.
                                It is requested to take up the case suitably with BSNL for refund of security deposit against my connection no.[protected] at BHEL,Jhansi.

                                  I am using BSNL date ( 3G) which can be used as sim for mobile as well as data card bearing number [protected].

                                  I have recharged it with Rs 1102 last month i.e on Sep 5th 2011 which accounts to provide 10GB of Internet to me.

                                  I dont have a track how much GB is utilised and now its showing me that i have to pay an extra amount of Rs 4000. When I am consulting the call centre for the help non of them are responding expect giving wrong toll free numbers and wasting the time.

                                  Neither I got a call saying my limit has exceeded or any other intimation through SMS,
                                  I request kind explanation for this and also an appropriate track of how much GB have been utilised so that the same would not be repeated again and again

It comes Under Anjananagar Telephone Exchange Permit. I have been complaining regarding the installation problem of BSNL Broad band connection which i have taken to my home. Even we have directly contacted Mr. Ramesh 23285618 who is in a responsible position. He told us on 02.04.2009 that he will definately send the concern person on the same day without fail but he has not send anybody. We were waiting at our residence without going to duty, but none has come till date. We are really fedup of BSNL Services. The Central government is providing all facility to the employees and they are not at all giving even a 50% of service to the customer. When they are not giving proper service to the customer how a BSNL will grow and how come that BSNL will get the customers and how the people will trust BSNL when they have not at all get the good service.Thats the reason why the Private Sectors growing than the Government Sector because of the proper and satisfactory service in time.

                                    I am jenit job working for NATO Forces in Afghanistan. I am currently employed with US ARMY in their OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. my only means of communication to my home in india is through internet. for the same purpose i had a BSNL Broadband Connection set up in my home from April 2009. i already paid the charges for the internet wireless modem. from february 2010 the modem started showing some troubles and my family had taken the modem to the nearest BSNL Exchange [Peravoor, Kannur] for replacement. but they did some repairs and gave it back to us. they did the same thing for the last 5 times in two months. [march, April] they just keep offering to replace the modem since it had not completed the one year guarantee period. they made my family members walk to and froth telling they had no stock currently but the last time when my mother went to the BSNL Office they asked for 2000 Rupees for replace the modem. she replied that they had already offered to replace the modem without any charges. one guy named PRAMOD who is a BSNL Employee in Peravoor exchange behaved so badly hurting her feelings. so kindly look through this issue at your earliest to resolve this issue before we would go through further proceedings.Expecting a reply

                                        Sir/Madam,
                                        I have a complaint against the policy of BSNL. To activate a plan of 2gb free download (Rs 98/- recharge), one has to have a minimum balance on sim ( Rs 25/- i guess). Now if one's free usage limit gets over, the company starts charging on the balance with the sim on per kb basis and many times the user knows about it only when the balance is all used-up. I find this policy very unfair. In my view the company should let one know when the free usage limit is over and it should ask whether one wants to continue using internet with the balance or not. This would be a fair practice.
                                        I have talked to many friends who use internet on mobile or USB-modem and most of them have been victim of this policy in the same manner.
                                        I would appreciate if you could take the matter with authorities to help the consumers.
