    Sir,
    I the undersigned is a customer of your department for broadband service since last 04 to 05 years. From the very beginning I am not getting the continuous service of broadband along with my basic phone service. The yellow light is always blinking. If stagnant for some second, starts blinking with in a while. After every 15 to 20 days I have to complain for the same to your department, and as a result I have to spend my valued time and getting mental disorder. In the month of April I have bound to complain for the same to the grievances cell. Then I have got the service for 15 to 20 days. From last 5/6 days I am facing the same problem. In this condition as a businessman I am going to a huge financial loss.
    In this condition, you are heartily requested to take the urgent necessary initiative that, I get the disturbance free broadband connection, otherwise please inform me your view in written. Even then, if it will not be possible to give the right service, you are requested to back these charges as follows –
    1. As I will surrender my broad band connection along with my basic land connection, so I have to get back my security amount with interest.
    2. The amount which I have deposited in advance for my land connection, have to get back with interest.
    3. I have to get the compensation for your disturbed broadband connection. Because I have to use the internet from the other paid service provider.
    4. Demerge charges of my new computer ( Core i3 Processor) for your disturbed broadband connection. (Dextop & Laptop)
    5. As a distributorship businessman, I have to get the compensation for my business loss along with my prestige loss, for which your department is only the liable.

    Thanks and hope that you will take the necessary steps to settle this issue because I am facing my business loss in everyday, with which I am not in a position to compromise by any means.

      Sir,
      1. I am using 3G data card with GPRS sim for the last 6 months.I bought it after seeing the details of it in the BSNL brochure ( 3G data card gives upto 3.5MB/sec down load speed). But it never gives down load upto 3.5MB/sec. Even it did not give 5% of what the BSNL claims. It gave the down load at an average of 20kbps only except 2 or 3 weeks it gave 100 kbps.
      2. But for the last 3 weeks the down load is very very slow at an average of 10kbps. Web page also opens very slowly.
      3. I have no any problem in my computer. When I contacted the BSNL staff they say that the BSNL has change the system and now you recharge with 3G sim to get the high speed. That is 6 fold higher cost than 2G.
      4. Some of my friends say that all the companies who has the 3G also claims more down load speed ( e.g upto 16 MB or 21 MB/sec) of the net service but actually not at all.
      5. So I request you to take the matter and do the needful for all the customers and take the necessary actions to curb such a malpractices of the telecom companies in future.

          Recently I purchased bsnl 3g modem ,a Teracom product and got a 3g sim with it. I installed the software properly but whenever I tried to connect to the internet "A PPP link control protocol was terminated" error message will appear. I reinstalled the software several times and even my operating system (Windows XP and 7) but nothing solve my problem. Is anyone has a solution please write to me at [protected]@gmail.com

            I had recharged my Four Mobile Nos from No [protected]. Today on 06 Jun 2011 when I updated by passbook I am surprised to note that recharge of Rs. 100/- each for four mobiles and Rs.50/- for one mobile has been deducted from my account. The last transaction No POS 837558 from Paytm which I had not done is shown in my bank accounts. I request for early settlement or my above mobile recharged for Rs. 100/-

I was told that the services will be free for the first month and if required I can use it further on payment.I have never used the services but I have been billed for Rs.89.55 in Jan '14 bill and for Rs. 347.00 in Feb '14 bill.
              I request you to deactivate the Hungama Service to me immediately. I also request you to adjust the amount billed in future bills.

                I am having BSNL CellOne Postpaid mobile connection since last 3-4years and last year I have changed to other residence and to change my mobile communication address, I went to Guindy BSNL office (someone suggested in my office to go to this branch) and submitted a written application last year (2010 and dont remember the exact date) and they didnt given me any token of receipt rather they said within one week your request would be updated in our system. With that assurance, I waited until 2 weeks and no communication I have received from BSNL office and funny part is the bills are going to my old address only since an year time. Inspite of going multiple times to BSNL office and submitted application, nothing happened.

                Finally, today (06-Jun-2011) I went to BSNL website and found a toll free number to call (http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/helpdesk.htm) '[protected]'. The option given in them are
                dial 1 for tamil and dial 2 for English (I pressed 2)
                dial 1 for prepaid and dial 2 for postpaid mobile (I pressed 2)
                ...dial 2 for requests (I pressed) and ended up in hearing two options - 1 for 2G and 2 for 3G request. AGAIN I repeated the process and this time I dialled 4 in the last step which is for complaints.

                One Mr. Ali (I asked his name in the last minute) took my call and talking in tamil and asked me do you know tamil. I said no, but i said i can understand little bit. He then asked me to wait where he told he will forward the call to his senior who know english. After 5mins (I waited in the call) same person came and started talking in tamil saying what do you want, I have told him in english saying this is pertinent to address change. He didnt understood and finally after explaining him both in english as well in tamil (little bit), he understood as address change request and simply suggested to go and submit an application at nearest BSNL office (I literally laughed at this moment as I was doing this traditionally since an year) and told him that I already did this multiple times and he then asked me new address to tell. While I was saying my address (I just started telling new address...) he said "ok thank you, any other services you are looking for"...I told him I havent completed telling new address... he said "tell me new address"...while I just started again...he said "you call me tomorrow, we have your information online and we will look into it and your address will get reflected soon in our systems (in Tamil language), thank you...", then I told him I havent given my address how can you change my address to new address... then conversation went on for couple of minutes in same way and then I finally had to cut the call as he was always insisting me to call next day. I then asked for his name ... he said Ali and then I was asking for his complete name and again said Ali.

                This could be one of the good case studies for those who are been hiring into BSNL call center support ....

                Equally sucks the experience and services from BSNL - the one and only nation's Govt. driven Mobile vendor.

                Now, I am in a situation where I cant even change my number as that no. is been registered with many other contacts and other things.

                  My name is Mr.Eapen Mathai and my BSNL landline phone number is[protected]. The phone works for two or three days and then after heavy rains it gets cut. I have complaint using the BSNL number 198 but the complaint is still opened which I have registered three weeks back. I can't register a new complaint because of the old complaint still kept opened.
                  Today 7/05/2013 at 4:00 PM the phone is dead after thunder showers. Then the phone works for two or three days and then again the same dead phone. The lineman cannot find out the fault and also 198 booking is also at fault and I can't register a new complaint.
                  Sir, please do the needful by fixing the disorder of the phone BSNL[protected].

                    Yes the BSNL datacrd service is very very poor, its internet connection just don't works forget about being slow, Consumers money is wasted because of them!
                    BSNL service is really very bad specially about its datacard, you can rarely connect and use the internet even if you pat heavily on the datacard. its just disheartening for any user.

                        BSNL USB MODEM has a very poor service in Allahapur Allahabad. Sir when i am connecting through usb modem the network comes but i cannot open any search engine , the network falls down immediately.They cheat people and don't offer any service. I wasn't even provided with the USB MODEM set at the time of installation and after contacting them no. of times too they didn't do anything concrete. I contacted their Nodal centre and Appelate Authority too but nothing happened.

                        Sir please sort out my network failure problem in Allahapur Allahabad.infront of Bsnl Office.

As per the instructions of the promotional message, which i received for the activation of ACT 1S scheme, i have sent message and i have recieved confirmation message also but the s on my mobile number.

                              In Feb 2011, I forwarded an application for the change of my BSNL Broadband plan (from HOME 500 to HOME UL 1350). For the conformation of the same, I called up 1504 (BSNL Broadband Tollfree Helpline) twice and the operator told me that my plan was changed on 25th Feb 2011 and I can enjoy my new Unlimited Plan from 1st March.

                              Now BSNL has issued me a bill for the month of March for Rs. 10,000. When I inquired at the Telephone Exchange, they tried convincing me by showing their records that my plan was changed on 09th March 2011 and I have been charged for the first 8 days of my usage. I revolted by saying that I have already confirmed from the Helpline that my plan was changed on 25th Feb, so they passed the buck by saying, "Sir, who told you to call up the Helpline? You should have come to the exchange for conformation."

                              If every customer is supposed to inquire at their respective Telephone Exchange for every query, WHY HAS BSNL SET UP TOLLFREE HELPLINES?? Is it just to convince its customers that in India nothing comes for free??

                              Basically BSNL is maintaining multiple accounts/records and in the end the person who gets into trouble and gets harassed is the CUSTOMER!

                                My landline no. Is[protected] , we lodged a complaint 8 days ago but no heed has been paid , my parents do not have a mobile connection hence they have to go to std booth & have to talk all over .They both are senior citizen hence this is an non-acceptable thing on behalf of bsnl people . My parents spent around 3000 rs talking to various family members .

                                Kindly file a complaint against bsnl . Bsnl has been paid in advance a year advance rent & bsnl is such that it gives concession to consumers who havent paid the bills for past 5 year , to collect the money they have been given 50 % discount , & no such offer has been there for consumers who paya the bill standing in the queue every month .Something should be done to curb this matter .

                                I demand :

                                1. My connection to be re-established.
                                2. Rs 3000 refund
                                3. They should offer some incentive for those who timely submit the bill amount .

                                  Sir,
                                  I have applied for BSNL Broaband on 30th March under the scheme that installation will be free of charge and first 15 days net will be free unlimited downloading. For the month of March, net charges was not in my bill and even i have not recieved my bill so i have paid my March bill.
                                  Now in April i have recieved bill of Rs 2649 which is totally unjustified.
                                  204 March month Bill and 2449 Rs Is my April month bill..
                                  When it was told to me that net is going to be free for first 15 days so now why it is in my bill, even 1000 Rs installation charge is there which was commited that it is going to be nil
                                  I have taken 499 Combo UL Pack(Night unlimited downloading)

                                  Some thing more to add. I was given old telephone instrument and i was told that i will get new once it will be in store as stock was not there and till now i have not recieved a new one inspite of paying Rs 500 Installation of new phone that was in January...
                                  So many times i had complaint for faulty instrument and line not clear and Broadband fluctuation but they dnt even bother to talk and close the ticket and mentione resolved but never they have solved any problem..
                                  Totally dissatisfactory service i am receiving from BSNL., , ,
                                  false bill against my BSNL #[protected] of Rs 8909 dated 5th Jan'13. With reference to this I have taken this connection in around 2008, and I have submited the dues based on bill which was earlier used to be send at my residential address, I am staying in my own residence for past 8 years. BSNL, after five to six months of service I have also given application that I don't want this connection, and immediately after that no bill was furnished / send at my residential address, thus I became assured that my connection has been disabled / stopped. However after four years of long duration, suddenly I received letter #TR-8/D&P CELL/2011-12/JSR... EVEN THIS OLD LETTER WAS SEND TO ME on 5th Jan'13 that too after a span of more than a year. Thus, I request to immediately take corrective action against the BSNL internal system, so that I need not be penalize for their fault.
                                  and waive this faulty dues mentioned in the BSNL application.

I had inquired Tatanagar bsnl office nearly ten days back and were told that our sanction has come and new no will be 0657/2296105. but after many follow up no action has been taken from your end till date.

                                      pl arrange to install our phone immediately.

Inspite of complaint booked on 09/08/16 and SMS received from BV-BSNLDC assigned with Mr. Patit Paban on 10/08/2016. After repeated reminders through customer care executive till date it has not been resolved. During call in 1500- computerized reply is coming that work still is in progress. More strange that Pls. resolve the same.

                                        The broadband modem is not working as the complaint raised. Till date I have received no communication from service personnel. Please resolve the issue immediately.(dated 25th May 2011)

                                        Further to my previous complaint, the BSNL lineman took away my faulty Teracom modem (ADSL2+CPE, Model: T1-B-DSL699E9.4U6-5, S/N 002 [protected] MAC: 00261515BEB0) and provided with an old DataOne UT300R2U modem on 30th May 2011 in my absence. The internet cannot be connected via that modem and logged a complaint again (# 31050022 through Call Center). Till date there is no response and the broadband connection is not in use since 17th May 2011.

                                        This is extremely frustrating for me as a bona fide consumer and the BSNL broadband connection will be surrendered with immediate effect tomorrow (4th June 2011). For the interest of other BSNL current and potential consumers, I'm planning to bring the issue to the notice of greater audience through public media and also may consider to move to designated Consumer Court. (Dated 3rd June 2011)
