I have been trying to desperately register myself on bsnl website.However, on completing and submitting the online registration form, I get an reply that invalid characters have been used, where as, I have not used any invalid character.Please advice corrective action.     BSNL USB MODEM has a very poor service in Allahapur Allahabad. Sir when i am connecting through usb modem the network comes but i cannot open any search engine , the network falls down immediately.They cheat people and don't offer any service. I wasn't even provided with the USB MODEM set at the time of installation and after contacting them no. of times too they didn't do anything concrete. I contacted their Nodal centre and Appelate Authority too but nothing happened.

    Sir please sort out my network failure problem in Allahapur Allahabad.infront of Bsnl Office.

          In Feb 2011, I forwarded an application for the change of my BSNL Broadband plan (from HOME 500 to HOME UL 1350). For the conformation of the same, I called up 1504 (BSNL Broadband Tollfree Helpline) twice and the operator told me that my plan was changed on 25th Feb 2011 and I can enjoy my new Unlimited Plan from 1st March.

          Now BSNL has issued me a bill for the month of March for Rs. 10,000. When I inquired at the Telephone Exchange, they tried convincing me by showing their records that my plan was changed on 09th March 2011 and I have been charged for the first 8 days of my usage. I revolted by saying that I have already confirmed from the Helpline that my plan was changed on 25th Feb, so they passed the buck by saying, "Sir, who told you to call up the Helpline? You should have come to the exchange for conformation."

          If every customer is supposed to inquire at their respective Telephone Exchange for every query, WHY HAS BSNL SET UP TOLLFREE HELPLINES?? Is it just to convince its customers that in India nothing comes for free??

          Basically BSNL is maintaining multiple accounts/records and in the end the person who gets into trouble and gets harassed is the CUSTOMER!

            My landline no. Is[protected] , we lodged a complaint 8 days ago but no heed has been paid , my parents do not have a mobile connection hence they have to go to std booth & have to talk all over .They both are senior citizen hence this is an non-acceptable thing on behalf of bsnl people . My parents spent around 3000 rs talking to various family members .

            Kindly file a complaint against bsnl . Bsnl has been paid in advance a year advance rent & bsnl is such that it gives concession to consumers who havent paid the bills for past 5 year , to collect the money they have been given 50 % discount , & no such offer has been there for consumers who paya the bill standing in the queue every month .Something should be done to curb this matter .

            I demand :

            1. My connection to be re-established.
            2. Rs 3000 refund
            3. They should offer some incentive for those who timely submit the bill amount .

              Sir,
              I have applied for BSNL Broaband on 30th March under the scheme that installation will be free of charge and first 15 days net will be free unlimited downloading. For the month of March, net charges was not in my bill and even i have not recieved my bill so i have paid my March bill.
              Now in April i have recieved bill of Rs 2649 which is totally unjustified.
              204 March month Bill and 2449 Rs Is my April month bill..
              When it was told to me that net is going to be free for first 15 days so now why it is in my bill, even 1000 Rs installation charge is there which was commited that it is going to be nil
              I have taken 499 Combo UL Pack(Night unlimited downloading)

              Some thing more to add. I was given old telephone instrument and i was told that i will get new once it will be in store as stock was not there and till now i have not recieved a new one inspite of paying Rs 500 Installation of new phone that was in January...
              So many times i had complaint for faulty instrument and line not clear and Broadband fluctuation but they dnt even bother to talk and close the ticket and mentione resolved but never they have solved any problem..
              Totally dissatisfactory service i am receiving from BSNL., , ,
              false bill against my BSNL #[protected] of Rs 8909 dated 5th Jan'13. With reference to this I have taken this connection in around 2008, and I have submited the dues based on bill which was earlier used to be send at my residential address, I am staying in my own residence for past 8 years. BSNL, after five to six months of service I have also given application that I don't want this connection, and immediately after that no bill was furnished / send at my residential address, thus I became assured that my connection has been disabled / stopped. However after four years of long duration, suddenly I received letter #TR-8/D&P CELL/2011-12/JSR... EVEN THIS OLD LETTER WAS SEND TO ME on 5th Jan'13 that too after a span of more than a year. Thus, I request to immediately take corrective action against the BSNL internal system, so that I need not be penalize for their fault.
              and waive this faulty dues mentioned in the BSNL application.

I had inquired Tatanagar bsnl office nearly ten days back and were told that our sanction has come and new no will be 0657/2296105. but after many follow up no action has been taken from your end till date.

                    The broadband modem is not working as the complaint raised. Till date I have received no communication from service personnel. Please resolve the issue immediately.(dated 25th May 2011)

                    Further to my previous complaint, the BSNL lineman took away my faulty Teracom modem (ADSL2+CPE, Model: T1-B-DSL699E9.4U6-5, S/N 002 [protected] MAC: 00261515BEB0) and provided with an old DataOne UT300R2U modem on 30th May 2011 in my absence. The internet cannot be connected via that modem and logged a complaint again (# 31050022 through Call Center). Till date there is no response and the broadband connection is not in use since 17th May 2011.

                    This is extremely frustrating for me as a bona fide consumer and the BSNL broadband connection will be surrendered with immediate effect tomorrow (4th June 2011). For the interest of other BSNL current and potential consumers, I'm planning to bring the issue to the notice of greater audience through public media and also may consider to move to designated Consumer Court. (Dated 3rd June 2011)

                        I am an ex-customer of bsnl. That is worst product in india which has been allowed by trai. They have promised a speed of 3.6mbps data card advertise it and then normally they said the speed would be around 2 mbps atleast but i got only 60 kbps max with the data card. There is a stupid de named vijayendran at theni, tamilnadu where i have asked for a refund for the non-working 2g data card which has been replaced after lot of complaints here and other online consumer forum websites. I have been promised with a refund of rs.1800 which i have paid for a stupid card which never worked fine for 1 year frm the date of purchase. Freaking customer service and worst service from the bsnl grievance cell and stupid uneducated authorities who never knows to speak to a customer. No value for the money. The de theni vijayendran told that i can go to court or where else i can but he said he cant give the amount back or get my refund back. De in a stupid customer service bsnl the worst ever product please dont buy their product ever to face hell lot of issues.

                        BSNL — Fraud By BSNL - THe Worst network provider in the world

                        I bought a sim for Rs. 50 In which I recd. 50 Rs. talktime and thereafter I recharged with Rs. 98 for Internet in Data card.Rs 50 talktime I recd. but the amount paid for net was not taken into account by your co. & so my Rs. 50 Deducted from my account and my balance becomes NIL.

                          In the month of May, 2009.i was surprised about my telephone bill, it was Rs-2986/-.then after i met the SDO of our branch, asked about the billing, he said that it is out going bill, wheather i did not make any call like to get this amount of bill.i resqest SDO to get my billing details, he assurence me that i will give your call details, but still now i do not get any responce from them.
                          please give me the details.
                          I was shocked to see the current bill dated 19/03/2011 amounting to Rs.1929/-for my mobile no.[protected]. As I am using the GPRS unlimited @Rs. 249/- per month and my bill never exceeded 500/-or 600/- per month. Message regarding the gprs is capped at 6GB per month,should have sent well in advance of the current month,so that one would have disconnected the GPRS service but bsnl deptt.sent the message at the fag end of the month,this clearly show their malafide intentions to generate maximum revenue by hook or by crook from customers,such deceiving tactics are mostly done by private companies particurlarly of low standard,but I had not expected such things from bsnl,I therefore warn them to desist from such activities and mend their ways otherwise I have to seek the advice of court of law.I further add that my GPRS service may be discontinued with immediate effect.
                          I, Rahul Agarwal, resident of A-250, Second Floor, South City 1, Gurgaon - 122001, applied for a BSNL connection on 10th December 2014 for which I had to pay Rs 1995 -
                          Broadband security deposit (cost of plan) - Rs 1495
                          Adjustment for security deposit - Rs 500

                          I got my connection installed on 27th December with landline no.[protected] and customer ID - [protected] I used internet only for 5 days on in the month of December, so my usage bill should have come around Rs 245

                          Instead, on 10th December, I was charged with a bill of Rs 1939 !!!
                          Breakup of the bill -
                          Adjustment for installation charges - Rs 750
                          Adjustment for broadband installation charges - Rs 250
                          Usage bill (from[protected] to[protected] Rs 938.75 (including taxes)

                          I was cheated in the following areas -
                          Adjustment for security deposit - Rs 500 (I don’t know why I was charged with this when I already had BSNL router and BSNL fixed-line device)
                          Adjustment for installation charges - Rs 750 (nobody clearly told me what these charges are for - The connection wire at my place was in perfect condition and broadband installation charges of Rs 250 are already present on the bill)
                          I used the broadband connection for only 5 days (27/10/2014 to 31/10/2014) but I was charged for 22 days (10/12/2014 to 31/12/2014)

                          I got my connection done from BSNL office situated in South City 1 (Office phone no.[protected]

                          I would be greatly thankful if this can be resolved at the earliest.

                              Respected sir,
                              I want to say that i am living in mullachir near school junction in vithura village trivandrum,kerala.There is a mobile tower BSNL..this tower situated with a 3m distance from my house.now i am in a critical situation that the tower make noise 24 hours in a day. Also during power cuts, they use their generators, it emits a lot of carbon dioxides with high noise . This is also a big factor of noise pollution and air pollution .mobile tower generators did not obey the rules bharat stage 3 and four.Also i 'm afraid of the danger of hazardous radiation of mobile towers.
                              I request you to consider my complaints, and take the possible action against them.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I was using the BSNL land Line No[protected] as a incoming phone. For which i use to pay the rental every month. I requested BSNL to disconnect my connection and return my security money since i was not happy with services. In april 2009 BSNL have disconnected my connect. Also from that time i have never received any bill. In May 2011 i have received a bill of Rs 15000 to be paid. As my land line was disconnected in April 2009 how can i pay the bill. i have the bill payment receipt up to march 2009. BSNL might also have the record that i have never receive any call on my no from May 2009 since it was only incoming call phone. Then why they have sent the bill like this. I have my last bill and payment receipt also. Also i want BSNL to refund my security money immediately.

                                    dear sir i have purchased DTH of IPTV MYWAY on myexisting BSNL connection[protected] through mr rahul dubey executive mob no [protected]
                                    he shown me sahara samay mp on brousher and assured me that DTH connection will continue free up to 6month from the date of installation, but I have not get Sahara Samay MP inspite of many complaints ( recording of complaint is available with me) but inspite of starting of Sahara Samay MP on my DTH, the IP TV has disconnect my DTH on 22.05.11. I have done complaint for reason of disconnection IPTV officers told me you are using ETV MP so for 6 month subcription expired in 3 month. But all these things in my free package upto 6 month. Please get into matter and solve it..

                                      for last one month my BSNL broadband through telephone cable is working erraticly. There is no notification by this idiotic organisation to its customer. Why the server remains down and when is it expected to be consistently up is beyond God's guess!

                                      Why am I supposed to pay them in full when I am unable to use their services consistently in this month? Why can't there be a discount in cases of such downtime to the customers using Unlimited Plans?

                                      Cannot contact concerned officers over telephone. They are all incommunicado for understandable reasons!!

                                      Why such companies exist on earth ? Their utterly high handedness is understood as by policy no metering of data usage/phone calls is existent at customer's premises. This is so unfair.

                                        I am arpit. I installed BSNL games on demand after getting a call from the BSNL person. He told me that it is free of cost and if you don't want this service, you can un subscribe also.
                                        But after installation, I found that it is not running on my PC because my Operating System is not supporting this software. I told the person to cancel the program. But he replied me that you can use another PC also. I told I dont want this service , but he again forced me to wait for one month and he gave me a toll-free number for unsubscribe ([protected]). And he told me finally that after one month it will subscribe Rs.200 per month. It is like a cheating. But the customer care person not at all responding to the call. I didn't use my account even one time. Now I am wasting my money
                                        I want to stop this Games on Demand subscription in anyway. Please give me a solution for this problem.
