BEWARE OF MOTIVE.BSNL.CO.IN

Hey guys, I got a phone call from someone claiming to be from BSNL asking to download some software for updating my BSNL modem, but since we were busy, we asked to contact later. so they called continuously everyday, some man or woman, talking in hindi or in english, but since we were busy, we had no time for downloading. but since they were continuously following it up so meticulously everyday, we thought that it was genuinely from BSNL and downloaded from this motive.bsnl.co.in. and got the message that SCANNING MODEM FOR IP ADDRESS. and then they asked to disable firewall and run download.

next day i went to BSNL and checked if they had some updates which was done through phone and asking customers to download, they said that nothing of that sort was done. SO PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING FROM THERE. AND PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BANK TRANSACTIONS AFTER SUCH DOWNLOAD. SURRENDER YOUR PHONE NUMBER, CHANGE YOUR MODEM, RE-INSTALL YOUR COMPUTER, DO WHATEVER TO BE SAFE FROM THESE HACKERS. AND PASS ON THIS MESSAGE TOO TO OTHERS. SOS. AND BE SAFE FROM HACKING.

Please guys give your opinion too on how to tackle this situation, is there any virus in this download, will it affect any other computers used through this modem, even though that malicious software is not downloaded on that computer, will any transaction though that modem be safe in other computers, or will there be no privacy. please guys shed some light on this i[censored] know the technicalities. thank u.

    I was issued a new sim card mobile no. [protected] against my landline number [protected]. according to them it was free but i paid Rs.86 at the issue time they told this charge is for 06months validity and subsequently you have to charge every 06 month. one fine day about two months of purchase my mobile's incoming & outgoing both is stopped and i recharge my card with Rs 100 on 11-1-11 at 1915hrs. but that card is not showing either balance or increased validity. Again i recharged with Rs.19 for life time validity as suggested by retailer but then also no result found. next day reported the thing in my local telephone exchange but no proper reply got. since then i am continuously running to exchange and customer care service but still my sim is not working. i am facing a lot of inconvenience,please help me out.

    I was issued a new sim card mobile no.[protected] against my landline number 2632752.ON 17 JAN 2011 according to them at the issue time they told this is for 06months validity and subsequently you have to charge every 06 month. But after two three days, ihardly made 2/3 calls from the sim it suddenly shows the message [sim rejected ] I donot why this mesage appeared on my mobile. i was surprised.same day my mobile's incoming & outgoing both is stopped and i call to Mr and asked about the problem, he replied that i have go to sector 34 bsnl office chandigarh along with sim. Then on 29 jan 2011 i went to the office with sim they again took RS 20/ and gave me the another sim. MY SECOND SIM OF PIyari jori is not still free with my land line but that card is not showing previous balance . i reported the thingcustomer care service but still i am without result. i am facing a lot of inconvenience, please help me out.they should do free piyari jodi with each other.why BSNL is not sincer to the customer.MY mob no [protected].
    i have taken a sim card of pyari jodi scheme ( no. [protected] ) from umarkhed, dist. yavatmal b.s.n.l office by submitting all document on[protected]. but today[protected] *) yet it is not activated. I also contacted all the person and give my comlaint to officers. but thers is not responce from JTO, JR.ENGG ALSO OF CLERICK. WHAT CAN I DO NOW
    i am 65years old. i have o landline[protected] since from last 12 - 14 years. i also paid the regular bill before time. When govt declered scheme of pyari Jodi i take a sim ( No. [protected] ) from b.s.n.l. office umarkhed, dist. yavatmal (M.S.) on[protected]. But till today[protected] it was not activated. About this when i resuested to concerning person as- J.E, Clerck, J.T.O they did not give any response to me. What can i do now.
    being a cinear citizen[protected] my pyari jodi sim ( [protected] ) against my landline number[protected] was not activated on[protected] which was taken from umarkhed, dist- yavatmal ( M.S.) office= what can i do
    pyaari jodi offer is not worthy after its initial validity of 6months.
    After six month validity when I contacted BSNL office to inquire about further recharge to extend the validity, NO one was aware of it,

    Initially they asked to to recharge with Rs 55, but still validity was laps and when contacted again, I have been told that they did Top up and not recharge to increase validity. Now again I have to recharge with Rs50. This was un necessary over head to me due to mistake of BSNL personal. I dont understand why they keep such people there who dont know their product.

    I believe, the customer care support of BSNL is worst!!
    my pyaryjodi sim card bearing no.[protected] is not working. it becomes meaningless of giving such offer to the public after luring towards the BSNL.We need more Hazare's and Kiran bedis to make our system efficient and purposeful, since the concerned people are least bothered to set things wright. m.krishnan from Jalahalli Bangalore 560015.
    i m prachi kashyap..sadly i had taken the service of B.S.N.L pyari jodi scheme...i m really frustrated...nd angry...i was hande wid this dumbo scheme on 5/9/2011(monday) i was really bad luck that day...:(
    today my sim is not working messeges are niether coming nor going it is showing that there is no service...but yaa rupees are been deducted after every msg which i send...i then enquire about it to the bsnl cutomer care n results could be found...
    the customer care people are fat-hedded...cant pay any solution to this problem...PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU HAVE ANY SOLUTION...i m in great delemma
    My no. [protected], part of the pyari jodi scheme has an inbuilt money reduction facility whereby you do not have a chance to rue the fact that you have a brocken connection with your money still lying with BSNL. Get messages like I got today: Dear Subscriber, "You have been charged 2 Rs for BSNL CRBT subscription renewal. Your request was successful." Now, then when did I make that request, can it be traced out?

    Rule of the game is never say no to a custormer. If the scheme is bad and it has to be discontinued, play around until time the custormer has the sense enough to quit.

    bsnl pyari jodi — new number rejected

    I have permanently blocked pyari jodi offer sim. CSC is rejecting to issue new number under the same offer with same landline though customer care saying it is allowed.

      from 30th dec 2010 till now i could't send any sms in bengal circle aircel no. when i send a sms in any bengal circle aircel no then balance is deducted from my sms balance but the sms was not sent to this no.
      as bcz i complained in bsnl customer care office first on they did't accept my complain as bcz am balance was low rs. .10. but my sms balance was recharged.
      on 5th of jan 2011 at 9:42pm they accept my complain first time and say it will solved soon.my complain no is.A05WB30936.

      and some more time i was called customer care but they not solve my problem. and say be patient.
      after few days they not solve this problem and say plz save ur docate no it is A12WB59602 on jan 12 2011 at 1:47 pm.
      after that i was called them many time but alltime they say be patient.
      sorry i cant tollarate this thats why i complained here. plz solve my problem then i will be highly oblique to u.

        Dear Sirs,

        I purchased BSNL 3G Connection from Tamil Nadu and I have been using in Karnataka (Venkatapura 8th Cross, Koramangala New Extn, Bangalore) for the past 2 weeks. The connectivity is very worst and I am not getting speed more than 25 KBps. Most of the time the speed is below 10 KBps. If your networks are not updated to 3G then why BSNL is issuing 3G Data card in the city. Is there any way that I can increase my internet speed. I tried using this device on my terrace and still I am getting the same. In night time the connectivity is very less.

        Can I submit the connection and get my money back. My connection # +[protected]. You can contact me @ +[protected].

              I have purchased a DATA card EVDO from CSC Mahanagar Lucknow bearing no.[protected] for which payment was made vide Receipt no. 586 dated 17.03.2010. As terms & conditions of booking the monthly rental was Rs.650/- for unlimited usage accordingly advance rental of Rs.650/- was included as well indicated in booking receipt. The first bill received for usage up to 31.04.2010 was Rs.1935/- & the same was paid by me. The second bill received for usage from 1.5.10 to 30.6.10 was amounting to Rs.1910/- the discrepency in billing was brought to the notice of Shri. R C Verma CSC Mahanagar Lucknow & The Accounts Officer BSNL, PK Bhawan Lucknow the bill was corrected by Accounts officer to Rs.918/- . The payment was made accordingly. The next bill received for usage from 1.7.2010 to 31.8.2010 was amounting to Rs.1889/- the same was once again brought to the notice of above officials & based on their advice Rs.1450/- was deposited. the next bill received was for an amount of Rs.9632/- & once again as advice of above officials I have deposited Rs.1450/- on 19.11.2010 but very next day BSNL discontinued the services of above connection.

                    I am Asish from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. It's 2yrs ago i have BSNL/EVDO plan of 2.4 mbps and on first time when i bought i had complained on bsnl office about the speeds but they told me that this is tower problem which is not on your area and will solve soon in next 4 month and after 4 month i asked about speed they told tower build finished workers are working on it and but still am getting so slow speed of 128-300 kbps but 2yrs ago yet not solved but as regular i paid every month for my plan Rs : 607 on slow speed, but now i have faced some billing problems because the plan Rs : 607 hiked to Rs : 707 without any information. I asked officers about it they told me that plan changed. I told him about the speed " why price hiked and why speeds are still same as like before ?" but they nothing said. Please some one take any action about this how can they spoil to their old customers like this ?

                      I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on Oct 20, 2010. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th Dec. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 Dec 2010. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune.

                        I have been using BSNL broad band of 1 GB only on my land-line no. and also i did not get my bills of September and October which has been issued to us now in December and we received our bill on 14 Jan 2011.
                        This bill has a column of adjustment for music on demand which i never wanted to have and i remember one lady from a call center called me and asking me about this but i told her also that i don't want this service because i have broadband of only 1 GB so i can't use it and i don't want to use it then she told me to give my email id so that i can see more of the information on their services.now,when i called customer care they are telling me that u gave your email id so it is activated which i never wanted and also they did not give me any activation confirmation so that i could saw it and tell them to deactivate.
                        this type of inconvenience is not at all acceptable.i am giving my details of broad band and email id below

                              I am Tarun from UP WEST and my bsnl no. is [protected]...I used to recharge with rs222 bsnl 3g data tarrif..but it failed..i asked about it over 1503,there was a man having a rude attitude and told me to recharge with rs 223..i tried..but it also failed..i dialed 1503 and told them about this then customer care executive told me to recharge with rs 274 and said u will get unlimited access of bsnl 3g for 1 month, i asked him that this recharge (rs 274) is for 2g ..but he said i will get it in 3g also because new 3g palns aren't available in new year 2011.( this all happened on 2 jan 2011)..i accepted what he told me and recharged with rs 274 and it was successfully done.. i connected my mobile to laptop and start internet..and again it was successfully connected and i got normal speed what i used to get..
                              but on 3 jan 2011 when i connected internet on my laptop through bsnl 3g..I got shock.
                              the speed was coming about 5-10 kbps its worth..very bad..i immediately called customer care and told about the same but they told me that this is due to server problem and u will have to wait atleast 36 hours
                              ..i did, and called them again they said there is no recharge done..i called them again n again and after they blocked my number to call 1503 and now when i call on it the call get disconnected automatically.
                              Please help me what shud i do at [protected]@live.in and thanks to read this.BSNL IS DIRTY,FRAUD,LIER...................................................................

                              BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                              I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                              I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                              Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.
                              Why did Bsnl cancel unlimited 3g plan, bribed by reliance group is that the case [censored] Y** nerd government

Bulasndshahr my cell no is[protected] . my familyi live in a village Khad Mohan Nagar near Siyana . in this area any mobile service provider company has not minor (vague) network range but BSNL network signal strength is very poor in this area . my parents go to the roof of the house for making a call from BSNL no. .i live outside the UP at my job . if i try my home number then operator says out of reach at maximum time. if any steps taken in the direction of signal strength modification in this area . than please inform me at my e mail [protected]@yahoo.com . solicited instructions please...

                                The land line number 2347078 belongs to my mother Smt.V.K.Sumathy Amma, pulimootil house,
                                Kaitha South is not working for the last 15 days. When complained about this heard that, consumer has given the request, my mother being a senior citizen 77 years old how can say she do not want the telephone connection.

                                I Know that, some repair work is going on there, but except this particular number all other residental numbers are working 2346387,2349070 & 2348259 (Neighbours)

                                I, thereforfe, request do the disconnection only after the written request from the customer.

                                Hope, you will do the needful at the earliest.

                                  I am a user of BSNL broadband and landline service.

                                  For last two weeks, my service is getting interrupted. The phone was dead for long. For last one week even the broad band is also not working.

                                  I have logged Dockets for many time (now I can not even remember all the Docket Numbers). But my issues are not resolved yet.

                                  It seems landline technicians know nothing about broadband service and broadband guys are completely unaware of landline issues.

                                  The lineman has removed the splitter to resolve landline issue for which right now either landline or broadband will work. Broadband guys recommended that there are some issue in the handset and that is causing problem in landline (as per my understanding that shouldn't be the case.). Later they claimed that the modem is not working, but line is okay. But they can not show me the line is working with other modem. They replaced the handset which resolves the issue with landline but the landline is still not working.

                                  I am fade up with BSNL as the issue is still pending and currently thinking of trying other vendors from private sector.

                                    SMSes bordering on vulgar /Chat and dating services are been received through BSNL mobile services. This despite a complaint having already filed with the BSNL earlier. On an average 5-10 SMSes are being in a day without regard to the timings for which sometimes one has to use the phone for any emergency services. Other SMSes include those from HDFC Bank regarding discounts. In the event the nasty jobs by BSNL are not stopped forthwith one may have to go to the counrt of law for encroachment into privacy of the individual.

                                      BEWARE OF MOTIVE.BSNL.CO.IN

                                      Hey guys, I got several phone calls from some people claiming to be from BSNL (sometimes man, sometimes lady talking in hindi, claiming to be from indore) asking to download some software for updating my BSNL modem, so i thought that it was genuinely from BSNL and downloaded from this motive.bsnl.co.in. and got the message that SCANNING MODEM FOR IP ADDRESS. and then they asked to disable firewall and run download.

                                      next day i went to BSNL and checked if they had some updates which was done through phone and asking customers to download, they said that there were no such updates and nothing of that sort was done. SO PLEASE BEWARE OF SUCH MALICIOUS PHONE CALLS AND BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING FROM THERE. AND PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BANK TRANSACTIONS AFTER SUCH DOWNLOAD. SURRENDER YOUR PHONE NUMBER, CHANGE YOUR MODEM, RE-INSTALL YOUR COMPUTER, DO WHATEVER TO BE SAFE FROM THESE HACKERS. AND PASS ON THIS MESSAGE TOO TO OTHERS. SOS. AND BE SAFE FROM HACKING.

                                        BSNL — Low quality modems

                                        I have been using BSNL broadband services from past two years and with in this two years, I have changed 3 modems. Now, in the month of july 2010, i brought another modem from bsnl worth rupees 1600, and it is not working now. when i consulted the exchange for replacement, they are refusing to replace the modem because of the reson that modem is burnt. the modem is under warranty, the seal is still protected, there are no physical damage but even then they are not replacing the modem which is shame on bsnl company (India's best telcom service) but for me, it is india's waste telecom sevice.
