i had purchased EVDO device from BSNL Ambernath for internet, when connecting i found the signals weak, since i cannot return the device, i cancelled the connection and got the memo signed by concerned clerk, after i received a bill stating one time installation charges and others, so even without using the device i paid the amount, now i am getting a regular bill, when i received the first bill i send my child to BSNL Amb with zerox copy...

Not getting speed as per plan

I am currently subscribed to BSNL Broadband internet service. I have changed my internet plan to "BBHome Combo ULF900" as of 22/SEP/2010. As per the plan I am supposed to get 4Mbps speeds for first 8GB download. Till date my speed has not crossed 600 kbps. Inspite of several complaints, the problem is not rectified. I'm a BSNL 3G prepaid customer since last 3 months with mobile number [protected]. I did a 3G data recharge through online portal http://portal.bsnl.in/rc/aspxfiles/login.aspx for Rs.222(as listed in Karnataka bsnl website also).

I got a transaction successful message and also got a SMS saying it is recharged with below transaction ID TXE[protected] & reference/Receipt number [protected].
