BSNL Customer Care website selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in has stopped working. It was the only site where we can submit our request to change any plan or get info about the usage of Broadband or Pay the bill etc. Now it is simply showing the MSg This site has stopped working. Officers of BSNL hereby requested to kindly look into matter and correct it.

i failed to make my portal id in oder to check my account i need ur help to get my portal id and plz send me a link to go through my account
my internet is not working properly. all site is demond security certificati & internate close automatic
I registered on 31st dec 2010 on selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in
but even today i.e on 13th jan 2011 i did not get my password officials are telling to wait and check daily your mails please tell me how many days i have to wait

I can not check my broad band uses at Valsad (02632 STD code). It is my requrement to restrict me for limited uses as per plan. so please advise me for the same. second being a central Govt employee I was eligible for 20% discount on Broad Band uses but same is not given me w.e.f.April 2006 to March 2010. Due to this Approximate 4000 Rs to be refund me. I have applied two times for the same but still now no any response or action or reply to me by concern BSNL Valsad authority.

I agree with this complain I am also not in position to open this website and can not monitor my usase of Broadband.
Concern officer should look into the matter and take needful action immediately so that this website opens on all PC and customer can take advantage of systems introduced for.

    ON INQUIRY ON 10TH OCTOBER ON BSNL TOLLFREE NO. I WAS TOLD THAT YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED CALLER TUNES BY DIALING #56700 WHICH I HAVENEVER DIALLED. NEEDLESS TO MENTION MY MOBILE CANNOT PLAY ANY SONGS.
    I REQUEST THAT I SHOULD NOT BE PENALISED UNNECCESARILY AND THAT MY BALANCE BE CREDITED BY Rs. 106.

    BSNL — Deduction of charges from my Prepaid Mobile

    My Mobile No. is [protected].BSNL has deducted Rs.30/ twice on 2/2/2010 and Rs 30/ on 9/2/2010 from my pre paid balance.I tried to lodge complaint and tried to unsubscribe these deductions on 58888,but these efforts failed.
    I now request you to please take up with BSNL and please arrange immediate stoppage of deductions in future and also request you to please get the amounts refunded to me.

    I have also been deducted Rs. 90 and my credit stands at negative Rs. 28. The customer care is unresponsive and I do not even know why the amount was deducted in the first place. All the service providers across the whole lot of sections just keep on harassing the customers for no fault of theirs. There is no neutral checking mechanism in place for grievance redressal.
    My balance be credited For Rs 200 for wrongful deduction by activating MIMIBO TV which I have never activated.Mob no [protected]

      My two 3 G prepaid mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] had validity time till 9.10.2010. I recharged both with Rs. 550 each on 8.10.2010 expecting a full talk time and of course a validity extension for 6 months. But there are a lot of messages in my mobile which shows that neither my balance has been increased by 550 nor my validity period extended. I have received a msg that my number has been suspended now. What am I supposed to do?

          I am using BSNL Broad Band FN Home 500C.( BSNL, Nagercoil-Kanyakumari Dist) Last month I came to know my bill amount Rs.1379. My usage is within the free limit, for that the monthly charge is Rs.500 only. I am eligble for making 175 free voice calls as well. I was bit confused about my bill amount. For an enquiry/ break up details of the bill, I had sent two mails to the PG cell on 28th Sept and 7th Oct. Still I did not get any reply from PG cell from Nagercoil BSNL office. As I am working in abroad I am unable to go to the BSNL office and giving a written enquiry.

          Earlier on July 2009 I had given an enqiury application to PG cell about my bill problem, for that also I did not get any reply from Nagercoil BSNL office. When I went there The PG officer was on long leave and nobody knew about the application status.

          Then what is the purpose of PG cell facility. How the cosumers to officially register their complaint/enquiry to get proper reply/answer.

          Sub. : Wrong phone bill is mentioned my account or some mistake is happened my account or
          somebody is misused my broadband account

          I am a BSNL customer. I using BSNL Landline and Mobile phone. We have 5 mobile phone BSNL connections.
          I am using broadband last one year. Every day I am checking my broad band usage details. My target is minimum usage 1 G.B., so i take care about this minimum usage. I thing First 6 or 7 months my usage is stayable on 1. G.B. these periode my bill amount is Rs.300 to 500 only. After 7th month my bill amount is too high I think Rs.2067. I am sure, I am not using these kind o[censored]sage. I paid the bill this month. Then the next month same thing Bill amount Rs.2044, Everyday i am checking my portal usage details also. Their after Oct, Nov Bill abount is normal rate of my minimum usage. I am very disappointed for this action. I am sure some wrong action or wrong usage is culculated for my account. About this matter i am not paid last three month phone bills. so my phone connection disconnected yesterday[protected]. I am not able to paid this much of amount. My target is monthly below Rs. 500. so i keep my account amount of Rs. 300 to 500 only on month. I ask this about your customer care support. They are not giving correct answer. so these reason i am disappointed and i take a decision of disconnect my phone connection and broad band also. Thanks for your last one year help.

            This is Sanjeev mathur from bhiwani disst. haryana my BSNL Number is [protected]. I am using this connection in chandigarh .I am useing bsnl pre-paid connection last 1 years now i faceing many problems starts from 5 oct. 2010 my incomming and out going calls are barred unofficially by customer care executive (Mr vinod Sineor customer care executive ) I have to call in bsnl customer care many times but their software are always hang and down.

            I have recharge 110 rs before one month then i got one years validity
            then 6 oct my all calls barred unofficially
            then i recharge again 74 rs easy recharge this recharge is for 365 days validity but again
            i got only 5 hour validity than my no is gain and agained my alllllllll call s are barred

            Now Still
            I am waiting for a hopefull responce from BSNL Prepaid customer care .

                i had purchased EVDO device from BSNL Ambernath for internet, when connecting i found the signals weak, since i cannot return the device, i cancelled the connection and got the memo signed by concerned clerk, after i received a bill stating one time installation charges and others, so even without using the device i paid the amount, now i am getting a regular bill, when i received the first bill i send my child to BSNL Amb with zerox copy of my memo for disconnection, even after showing my memo, the clerk said, ok now pay the bill, next bill will not come, i refused, again this month i received a bill with penalty,

                  I am a subscriber of BSNL land line phone. My number is[protected]. My phone is dead more than month. Against my land line complain nobody take action and also my telephone bill is coming regularly.

                  I have booked complaint through (198) online complaint number is [protected] on 22nd Feb. 15 and through BSNL web site It has been attended one time after the same day the phone will dead . Please note that the line is 2, 3 years old and this no has noted many others and the line is totally disturbers every time now it's not working. I am requesting to the department for change the cable or better solution for the same.

                  The line is so disturbed that we can't hear of voice or good communication. I am not able to do or take any calls is heard on such calls. I have made many complaints and personally going the BSNL office for complaint there is nobody to take any serious for my complaint. This is the small things this problem can't solve the department then how to solve any meager problems I am ashamed.

                  How can me complaint the top of the BSNL department your toll free no is not responding, no e-mail id no any other option for land line complaint then how can to give the right information please tell me.

                    A complaint was registered at BSNL Mattancherry on 14.8.2010 to repair my faulty land phone connection. The complaint was once attended by BSNL and informed that it is cable fault. After that there is no response. A written complaint was submitted to JTO(North) and personally requested him to attend it. His reply was 'cable fault complaint cannot be attended because of lack of manpower'. Now, what should I do?

                      I am currently subscribed to BSNL Broadband internet service. I have changed my internet plan to "BBHome Combo ULF900" as of 22/SEP/2010. As per the plan I am supposed to get 4Mbps speeds for first 8GB download. Till date my speed has not crossed 600 kbps. Inspite of several complaints, the problem is not rectified. The complaint is forwarded to the telephone department and they close to complaint as the phone is working fine. When I call the customer service ( [protected] ) they just register the complaint and it is forwarded to the telephone department. I am not sure how to get my problem solved.

                      BSNL — No speed as per plan

                      I have a broadband connection of bsnl. I have chosen Rs.900+tax plan and I was offered 4.1kpbs speed by the authorities during the installation. But till now I am able to get only 100 mpbs speed only. I have complained via phone and personally requested them to fix the problem(not yet given them a written complaint). Till now no action they could taken, though I have been paying the rent as per the plan I have chosen. Kindly take necessary steps to fix my problem and pay me back the excess money collected from me.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am a retired government employee. My telephone number is 2564621 and for the past many days the phone is dead. I am unable the see any light at the end of the tunnel and God knows who will tell me when my phone connection will be revived. When I am ringing the Sardarnagar Telephone Exchange they say the digging at Beta Nala near Shivaji circle has affected my line. In our Geetanagar where I reside when I enquired with other phone users, I am told their landlines are perfectly working. Then why my line alone is dead is indeed a mystery. Earlier some months back Shivaji Circle had digging operation to lay some big pipelines and my phone was dead for several days. It was an agony indeed for us. We have internet connection and without an active phone line we feel crippled. One takes internet connection with a strong purpose and if this breakdown is going to so frequent, I am really worried who will save this country from this sorry plight. I am wondering what is the use of a landline? Frankly speaking, laying o[censored]nderground cable line has perhaps worsened the situation if my experience is any indication. First of all, can you actively intervene and see whether the fault is somewhere else. And make sure the telephone cable lines are left uninterrupted by the digging authorities. See digging takes place every 2-3 months in some localities and my phone connection need not be the price I have to pay for it. Also for the days I lost the telephone connection for which the record will be there at Sardarnagar Telephone Exchange, my bill for phone and internet should be accordingly deducted for the days I could not use. It is distressing indeed when one is faced with such calamitous situation. I got your above address from the internet and decided to express my deep distress to you. Kindly do something quickly and restore my phone connection and ensure this breakdown does not occur so frequently and for such long duration as I am experiencing presently.

                        Our landline number is[protected] and I am Akwada village, Bhavnagar, Gujarrat.

                        We are using for more than three years Broadband 600 Combo plan.
                        Expected speed promised in this combo pack is around 2 mbps. But used to get around 0.90 – 1.00 mbps. But now speed has declined to just 25-30 kbps. And most of the time the internet connection is not working. Gets disconnected every 5 to 10 min. Then gives a speed of 25-30 kbps only.. Before 10 days or so, it was getting speed of 200-220 kbps. So this truancy is causing lot of problems and we are unable to make use of the internet facility. Sir, please intervene in this and solve our problem by ensuring an efficient internet service. I hope BSNL will solve my problem quickly and set the internet connectivity into vibrant mode.

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is my new connection as against Broadband Modem type 1 (Instrument no 690460). I have done full payment Rs 1040 for the same on 2nd Sept,2010, but BSNL-Talegaon officer Mr.Tarte suggested me to have Type 2 modem for laptops (wireless connection) . He has given type 2 modem with extra cost of Rs 624 without receipt. After doing connection that modem not working properly so I compained to Mr Tarte & he has given me another type 2 modem . But, sir it is also faulty.

                          Kindly, Take necessery action as early as possible.

                            MOBILE OFFICE GPRS — Nonco-oprations

                            Dear sir, i want to bring ur kind notice that after recharge sum of the rupees 498.00 ( four hundred ninty eight ) for GPRS MOBILE OFFICE service yet not activated on my fon after seven days. On the date of 13.09.2008 when i maked contact with custmer care for information about nonactivation they told to wait for two hours they are going to activate the same in between this time. Sorry to say they forgot what they had said. After two hours i make contact again to C C and request them to do the same. But this time also they repeat the same words. Next day i maked contact again but result was the same. I am requesting them daily for activation of MOBILE OFFICE on my fon. But result was same as usual. Even today i called 198 for launch my complain regarding this matter. Sir i am surprised when the refused for launch the complain but assured me that my service will be activate in between two hours. I am again very sorry to say the result was the same as earliar. The third time today humbly request the representive for forward my call to senior. This time they forwarded my call to Miss savitry. She again assured me for activation in two hours. But you cant belive that this time also result was same. Sir i cant understand why the authority of this treating me like this. Is this yours promissable service providing system?

                            Now i want to humbly request you please if you could not provide me the service the please my money back to my prepaid a/c. I dont need this type of such service. I hope i am right time in right place where i will get the true judgement.

                                I would like to inform you that, I applied for Broadband Connection with SULAB-IIB on 30/08/2007 and Uttarpara Exchange provided me (Type-SULAB-IIB) on 31/08/2007 vide Telephone No – 26640108, my telephone connection (SULAB-IIB) is useable only for Broadband but the BB facility has not yet been provided to me till now. Calcutta Telephones advertised for Broadband Connection will be provided within maximum limit of three weeks.

                                I met with JTO (Broadband) & DEE (Int)/UTP Exchange for several times. As per their version the Connection of Broadband is stopped till April-2007, but, if that is the fact, then how the Connection for Broadband has been given from UTP Exchange on 25/08/2007? Beside, if the Connection is stopped from Apr-07, why I have been served with SULAB-IIB (No[protected] Connection excluding Broadband and the bill for the same has been paid from my pocket (Rs. )?

                                However, it is further requested to extend Broadband facility immediately to my phone, otherwise please arrange to stop issue of telephone bill until the said Connection is given.

                                wan miniport broadband — no connection

                                I've a BSNL Landline connection since 1999 and that connects to a Broadband connection too with an UL 750 Plan (monthly Rs. 750 + taxes) which provides me the unlimited upload and download capacity.

                                Now that BSNL has changed the tariff from Rs. 750 to Rs. 500 (and it's unlimited too), but they didn't bother to inform me anything about the change.

                                When the new customers are enjoying the benefit of the decrease in monthly charge, I'm still paying that extra Rs. 500 (and that accumulates rs. 3000 a year).

                                I request you to please consider my application and help me solve the problem.

                                    Since last one week the broadband is getting frequently disconnected. Please note that in Pimple Saudagar , Pune area the BSNL services are provided by M/S Shree Ganesh Telecom and even after reporting them the issue numerous times nobody is addressing the issue.

                                      Sir,My name is Shabin Rahman([protected]). I have been consulting bsnl exchange in beypore since 28th august for applying a new connection for broadband. First time they told me about the rain so they could not dig ground. After 2 weeks the told that lightning and thunder has blown so many phones, so they are busy working on them. Also told that they could given connection previous time. For the last time i went there yesterday,oct 5th to talk. They told me they WILL NOT give me connection. For the whole time, they didn't allow me to submit an application form for the same.I dont know if they are waiting for bribe.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am a customer who fed up with BSNL
                                      I have applied for a land line connection and a broad band connection, after following up with BSNL for almost one month i have received a WLL connection only with phone facility, my main aim of applying BSNL is to get an internet connection not a phone connection, now it is almost 3 months i am waiting for the connection, I could have gone for some other company they are able to give the connection with in 5 days maximum.
                                      I made a big mistake by paying the amount to BSNL if BSNL can give the connection in next 6 months i will be the happiest person in the world. Any way i lost the hope in BSNL .
                                      The BSNL is ignoring one thing the place where i am staying is a township having 200 houses and the this town ship is promoted by the company where i am working actually we are planning to give a free BSNL connection to all the houses in the town ship, but based on my experience the company is decided to give the contract to some other company and they are giving the connection in next 15 days time

                                      Please look in to my problem and do something

                                      Broadband Connection — Really fed up with my BSNL Broadband Connection

                                      Hi,
                                      This is to put in your kind knowledge that my broadband connection is always dead. So many times, i complaints regarding this issue but no body is taking care about it.After 15 days of complaint line man comes and again after 1-2 days same problem occurs. I am really fed up with BSNL Broadband connection.If this type of service BSNL provide to their customer then how could we proceed with this poor service??
                                      Kindly take care of my issue.

                                      I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONNECTION, USERNAME&PASSWORD FOR MY BROADBAND TILL ONE WEEK.I HAVE CONTACT TO BSNL AND REGISTER A COMPLAINT THEIR BUT THEIR IS NO ACTION. I HAVE TALKED TO THEIR S.D.O BUT HE DIDNOT GIVE ANY FAIR RESPONSE.

                                      Such a poor response from the bsnl person talking to them from last 7months for new internet connection but did not got any resolution from there side..there wording are hojayega jaldi se jaldi not giving any date . ..fed up from there excuses they are making ..d
                                      They don't want to work.talked to. Customer care they said will got call after 24hrs but got nothing and also sent mail 2-3times at bsnl portal enquiry even from there did not got any mail back..

                                        I m unable to unsubscribe to the SMS service of 12555 which deducts my prepaid balance by Rs. 20 every week and sending devotional SMS.
