Hi,
4 Months Back i had a new connection from BSNL Sector-15 A Faridabad, 2 Mbps Unlimited Plan[ Land Line number 2222627 ] and paid approx Rs.2400 in lieu of Installation, rental, security. Plan says that i will get a fixed download speed of 250 Kbps and a bandwidth of 2 Mbps, but from the first day of connection the download speed was only 30-50 Kbps and i was getting only 300 Kbps of Bandwidth. After complaining many times to BSNL Line men, Broadband Deptt Head, JTO, thank god!!! they checked the issue and said that they can only provide 300-400 Kbps bandwidth in the 2 Mbps Unlimited Plan. After Hearing this from them i was suggested to go for a disconnection by one of their senior employee and was told that i will get a full refund after my disconnection is completed [ Disconnection Request got completed on 8th July 2010]. After regular request to BSNL concerned person for around 3 Months i finally got to know that i can collect my refund from BSNL Accounts deptt. But sorry to say BSNL accounts deptt asked me to pay Rs.30 more and said that there is no refund in your name. Again i am no where to go. Concerned person says that wait he is doing something to get the refund. But till now i dont have any confirmation about my REFUND from BSNL. I feel sorry for BSNL Faridabad and their employees who cannot solve this small problem.
Please help me in getting my Refund back.

I am a customer who fed up with BSNL
I have applied for a land line connection and a broad band connection, after following up with BSNL for almost one month i have received a WLL connection only with phone facility, my main aim of applying BSNL is to get an internet connection not a phone connection, now it is almost 3 months i am waiting for the connection, I could have gone for some other company they are able to give the connection with in 5 days maximum.
I made a big mistake by paying the amount to BSNL if BSNL can give the connection in next 6 months i will be the happiest person in the world. Any way i lost the hope in BSNL .
The BSNL is ignoring one thing the place where i am staying is a township having 200 houses and the this town ship is promoted by the company where i am working actually we are planning to give a free BSNL connection to all the houses in the town ship, but based on my experience the company is decided to give the contract to some other company and they are giving the connection in next 15 days time
Please look in to my problem and do something
